Special Counsel John Durham previously submitted his 306-page report on Matters Related to the Intelligence Community Efforts in the 2016 Election [pdf HERE]. There is also a 48-page classified appendix available to cleared members of Congress.
On Tuesday June 20th, Durham will deliver a classified briefing to the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI); the following day, Wednesday June 21st, Durham will testify in a public setting before the House Judiciary Committee.
WASHINGTON DC – Special Counsel John Durham will testify in front of the House Judiciary Committee about his report in June, a source has told Fox News on Friday.
The hearing will happen on Wednesday, June 21. The day before, Durham will appear before the House Intelligence Committee in a closed-door briefing.
Durham has found that the Department of Justice and FBI “failed to uphold their mission of strict fidelity to the law” when it launched the Trump-Russia investigation. (read more)
We have a little less than a month to assemble questions for both the classified (HPSCI) briefing, and the public (HJC) hearing.
If you have traveled the deep weeds and have a specific line of questioning you think might be pertinent to either committee 😉, I am including the Republican names of both the HPSCI and HJC below. The HPSCI members can ask anything – including questions directly related to classified intelligence. The HJC members will not be limited in their questions but might find a non-answer in return to anything considered classified.
The FISA silo would likely fall into the classified questioning, depending on the specifics of the inquiry. Questions involving the CIA and/or ODNI involvement may also be best explored in the HPSCI briefing.

We have time to submit the questions. Make them as specific as possible, and include the follow-up questions based on anticipated responses. I have questions and will review the comments to add to my own list – but make the questions from you to the members.
There are people who prefer to complain about nothing being done. Please understand, we are all in a foxhole right now, ducking, weaving, trying to find tools to push back against this corrupt system. This is an opportunity to put information into the hands of those who may ask the right questions.
They may ask, they may not… but if we don’t try, we know the answer will be not. I get it! I know it is easy to become despondent; believe me, sometimes I feel like I’m out here swinging a machete all alone against this swamp, but I’m not quitting. Suck it up… get focused. Our nation needs your help.

Can you name the most senior people in our law enforcement and/or intelligence agencies who knew of the effort to publish false information?
What is earliest date that any individual with position of SAC, Deputy Assistant Director, Deputy Director, or Director became aware that false information about Mr. Trump was being produced?
At the time you just testified to, was information appearing in the press which spread the false information?
Are you aware of any discussion by these senior officials regarding how the law enforcement/intelligence agency should respond in light of information they knew to be false?
On balance, would you say that these senior officials believed that they should do anything to suppress the spread of the false accusations about Mr. Trump?
(When Durham testifies that there was knowledge of the false information even before Trump was elected or before Comey was fired, then drill down on why the Injustice Department allowed the appointment of Robert Mueller and pursue a line of questioning as to whether this represented an effort to undermine Trump in his official capacity as president. This should eventually lead to questions about why no one has been charged with seditious conspiracy.)
How are the Bureau and the DoJ ever again going to Prosecute any one, much less FBLie members themselves. For violation of Title 18 USC, Section 1001 making false or concealing statements, aka: Lying to an FBLie Agent?

In each case where named individuals, “failed to uphold their mission of strict fidelity to the law” when it launched the Trump-Russia investigation.” Given that named individuals “mission of strict fidelity” was their sworn oath of office, why was no one charged under criminal statutes for those failures? Follow up question: Isn’t it the duty of a fair an impartial jury to determine if the extent of their failure leading to violation of a criminal statute occurred, and not that of the DOJ to fail to charge those individuals, like James Comey did in regard to Hillary Clinton?

Sometimes, I think that a question that includes the phrasing “What is the reason that…” can elicit better results than “Why”.
I’m guessing because that was not the objective of the investigation, given the massive level of corruption not only in the DOJ/FBI but also in the judicial jurisdictions that the cases would be brought up in. Given that we’re in a 5G Information War, I believe that the real objective was exactly what was accomplished – getting what actually happened officially documented and out into the public awareness and we can already see the impact in the polling. The indictment information may very well be included in the classified appendix.
I think Sundance has already answered the question in his posted articles on the topic. Durham was the coverup man. But it would be interesting to hear what Durham responds with, however he will be tutored and rehearsed as to his response.

While your suggestions are correct, I hesitated in my post to actually name the Criminally Corrupt Kenyan as the only name he should go by.
Did Durham interview Stefan Halper and Azra Turk and their attempt to setup George Papadopoulos in London, England? Was the $10,000 given Papadopoulos in Greece a loan or another setup attempt? Were those bills marked? I didn’t read the full report so I don’t know if Durham reported anything regarding Papadopoulos.

My question would when did Obama discover that the FBI was spying on the Trump campaign and did Obama instigate it.

What did Obama know and when did he know it and what did he do about it? Mr. Durham: did you speak to Obama and Biden? Why not?
Mr. Durham, why were the circumstances surrounding Seth Rich’s murder not investigated given that he was the DNC operative identified as the source of the DNC leak by Julian Assange and Wikileaks?
Mr. Durham, why did you not investigate the involvement of the CIA source Joseph Mifsud and attempt to locate him for questioning?
Mr. Durham, given the findings in your own report, why did you not at the very least recommend the dismissal and termination of benefits of the FBI agents involved in the hoax? By your own detailed explanations, you documented their complete lack of integrity, a trait incompatible with the responsibilities of a sworn law enforcement agent. Why have you not recommended that all their security clearances be revoked?

Atty. Durham. What constraints were put on you and/or your team regarding the investigation…specifically by the DOJ, AG Barr, AG Garland, anyone within the FBI and/or the CIA organizations? We know that FISA warrants were knowingly and repeatedly falsified. Why were no charges brought against the FBI personnel involved in creating and/or issuing those warrants?
Why did you not interview Comey, McCabe, Stroyk and Page? As “investigators” and now as we have learned “participants” in the entire Russian Collusion hoax, weren’t they material to your investigation to find the reason why this nonsense was pursued?

We know Durham never pursued the Joffe line. Who paid Joffe? When did Joffe and / or his researchers start monitoring Trump’s Oval Office? What did he / they learn? When did he / they stop? Was any of the monitoring, likely unconstitutionally, shared with the FBI? Was the FBI aware of the action and what, if anything, did they do to support it, profit from it, or try and limit it? A question I asked in march 2017 – who authorized this investigation and on what basis. This is not the same as who technically opened the FBI investigation or the paper thin basis for it. The American people deserve an honest answer to this question.

1.) Mr. Durham, was the Special Counsel, Robert Mueller and his team in possession of, aware of, or in any way knowledgeable of the information you gathered? If so, please characterize that overlap or shared knowledge or information.
2.) Mr. Durham, did you uncover any communications between the FBI and / or the DOJ and elected officials which would indicate knowledge of (or perhaps even direction to) the FBI’s misuse of FISA warrants, questionable confidential informants, or improper federal interagency cooperation in the pursuit of the Russia-Trump Collusion hoax?
If so, could you name those elected officials?
3.) Mr. Durham, it strains credulity that the multiple, serial abuses of government authority and statutory federal criminal law by certain members of the FBI and DOJ did not result in more prosecutions than a single, low-level FBI agent. Could you explain the inexplicable divergence between the grievous conclusions in your final report, and the appalling lack of accountability for those involved in this conspiracy?
