The football spiking by AG Merrick Garland today deserves some context. I am going to take you through a story that will highlight just how bad the situation really is.
Everything that preceded the 2020 federal election was a complex system of control by a network of ideologues, federal agencies, allies in the private sector, financial stakeholders and corrupt interests all working toward a common goal. There’s no need to go through the background of how the election was manipulated and how the government and private sector, specifically social media, worked to influence the 2020 outcome because you have all seen it.
Whether it was local election officials working to control outcomes, federal agencies working to support them (CISA, FBI, DHS), financial interests working to fund them (Zuckerberg et al), or social media platforms controlling the visible content and discussion (Twitter Files, Google, Facebook etc.), the objective was all the same. It was a massive one-sided operation against the freewill of the American voter.
In the aftermath of the 2020 election, those same system operators, govt officials, corporate media, private sector groups and social media platforms then circled the wagons to scatter the evidence of their conduct. If you questioned anything you were a threat. That’s the context to the dynamic that unfolded.
Lawfare operatives joined forces with Democrat staffers, and allies in social media platforms all worked in concert to target the voices of anyone who would rise in opposition to the corruption that was stunningly clear in the outcome of the election process. Corporate media then labeled, isolated, ridiculed and marginalized anyone who dared to point out the obvious.
When AG Merrick Garland says this of January 6, 2021: […] “the Justice Department has conducted one of the largest, most complex, and most resource-intensive investigations in our history. We have worked to analyze massive amounts of physical and digital data. We have recovered devices, decrypted electronic messages, triangulated phones, and pored through tens of thousands of hours of video. We have also benefited from tens of thousands of tips we received from the public. Following these digital and physical footprints, we were able to identify hundreds of people.” {link} The targeting operation needs context.
Do you remember on April 27th when DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz recently said, “more than 3.4 million search queries into the NSA database took place between Dec. 1st, 2020 and Nov. 30th, 2021, by government officials and/or contractors working on behalf of the federal government.” The result was “more than 1 million searches of private documents and communication of Americans that were illegal and non-compliant,” and over “10,000 federal employees have access to that database.” {OIG Testimony}.
Put the statement from Garland together with the statement from Horowitz, and you get an understanding of what was done.
Hundreds of stakeholders in the Lawfare network joined forces with hundreds of people who became staff researchers for a weaponized Congress. Hundreds more social media background agents then poured thousands of hours into feeding private information to the DOJ, FBI, J6 Committee and all of their hired staff working on the project.
How do I know?
I was one of their targets.
Before telling the rest of the story, some background is needed.
I am well versed in the ways of the administrative state and the corrupt systems, institutions and silos that make up our weaponized government. I can (a) see them; (b) predict their activity; and (c) know where their traps and operations are located.
Traveling the deep investigative weeds of the administrative state eventually gives you a set of skills. When people ask how the outlines on this website can seem so far ahead of the sunlight that eventually falls upon the outlined corruption, this is essentially why. When you take these skills on the road, you learn to be a free-range scout, and after a long while you learn how to track the activity.
When I was outlining how the Fourth Branch of Government works and/or Jack’s Magic Coffee Shop and the DHS system operating inside it, I wasn’t shooting from the hip. However, people will always seek to dismiss the uncomfortable truth.
Sometimes you just have to wait for the evidence you know exists to surface, or for a situation to unfold that is driven by a self-fulfilling prophecy. The bizarre CTH predictions turn out to be the truth of the issue because they are based on the factual evidence of the issue.
That level of how the system works came in very handy when I received this subpoena from Chairman Bennie Thompson and the J6 Committee. Warning, things are about to get very uncomfortable if you don’t accept the scale of corruption that exists.
Pay attention to the red box on the page shown. This is essentially the probable cause that justifies the subpoena itself. I have redacted a name in the box for reasons you will see that follow.
I was never in Washington DC on January 6, 2021, nor did I work with or communicate with anyone who was involved in any of the activities that are subject to the J6 committee investigative authority.
I’m going to skip a lot of background noise, irrelevant legal stuff, jurisdictional issues, discoveries from discussions with lawyers and the experience gained in association with this ridiculous subpoena. I am going to focus on the biggest story within it.
Sticking to the information in the Red Box above, notice how the J6 committee has evidence, “public-source information and documents on file”, showing my participation, communication, and contact with people and technology that are material interests to the committee.
Here’s the kicker…. I had no clue what the hell they were talking about. There’s not a single aspect of their outline that I had any knowledge or connection of.
I had no idea what Zello was. I had no idea who 1% watchdog might be. I had never heard of “Stop the Steal J6” or associated “channel.” I had never heard of the person redacted, and I had never communicated with any Oath Keeper, any communication system, or platform, or anyone or anything – nothing – that is outlined in that subpoena.
Those points of evidence outlined in the subpoena had no connection to me at all.
The subpoena might as well have been asking me to appear in Michigan because my Red Ferrari was involved in a hit and run accident, during my trip to Detroit. I don’t own a Ferrari; I have never been to Michigan; I certainly never had an accident; I wasn’t on a trip and have never visited Detroit. The entire construct of their probable cause for the subpoena was silly. Complete and utter nonsense.
That said, how could there be “public records” and “documentary” evidence of something that never happened?
At first, I thought this was some silly case of mistaken identity and they just sent a subpoena to the wrong person. However, the investigators were adamant the evidence existed, and the need for testimony was required.
After taking advice from several smart people, and after discovering the costs associated with just the reply to the committee and/or representation therein; suddenly I realized there might be more value for me in this subpoena than the committee. After all, how can there be public-records and documents that I own a red Ferrari and went to Michigan when I don’t and never did.
After several back and forths I discovered, through their admissions of their own research, and through documents they extracted as an outcome of their tasks to prove the merit of their claims, that someone *inside* Twitter had created a fictitious identity of me associated with the networks and communications as the investigators described them.
Think about what was discovered here.
Someone inside the Twitter platform, an employee of Twitter, had made a decision to target me. As a result: (a) they had been doing this for a long time with a specific goal in mind; and (b) they created an elaborate trail of background activity and identity that was entirely fabricated.
Eventually, my assigned investigative unit admitted this.
Once, the federal investigators realized what took place they wanted to get rid of me -and my snark filled curiosity- with great urgency.
They also had an ‘oh shit’ moment, when they contemplated everything, including what they had revealed to me from the outset of my contact, now several months prior.
What I discovered in this experience was that DHS, and by extension DOJ/FBI and the January 6 investigators, had direct administrative level backdoors into all social media platforms.
Overlay the Twitter files now, and then expand your thinking….
In their quest to prove that I owned a Red Ferrari, traveled to Michigan and had a hit-and-run accident, these investigators outlined to me how the United States Government, through their DHS authority, has employees, agents and contractors with open portals into all social media platforms.
Yes, the federal government is inside the mechanics of the systems (Twitter, Facebook, Meta, Instagram, Google, YouTube, WhatsApp, Zello, etc) and they have administrative access in real time to monitor, review, extract and evaluate everything, soup-to-nuts.
It was only because the investigators and forensic data knuckleheads have these portals, that they were able to locate the source of the fabricated evidence they were originally attributing to me. This was an investigative process and research discovery being conducted in the data processing systems of Twitter in real time as they questioned me.
Once they realized what had taken place, and as soon as I started asking how they were making these admissions (now carrying an apologetic certainty), suddenly the investigators wanted no further contact or communication with me. You’re good, whoopsie daisy, our bad, sorry.
Now, take some time to fully digest and absorb what I have just shared.
The U.S. government is worried about TikTok, because U.S. citizen data might be extracted?
Meanwhile, the U.S. government, at a fully unrestricted administrative level, is inside Twitter, Facebook, Meta, Insta, YouTube etc., running amok and extracting anything – including private messages… and they’re somehow worried about protecting us from TikTok data collection. Think about it.

I stopped wearing my mask in the grocery store, around mid-May 2020, and i also started wearing my MAGA hat routinely. I was usually advised to wear a mask, and offered one, to which I replied, no thanks, I have one, and continued on. Occasionally, someone would stop to remind me, or to give cheer to my naughty behavior. I was never asked to leave, although someone did stop me to tell me I was going the wrong way in an aisle. That said, I find your point about the coordinated day/time to take off your masks to be off the mark. I imagine most of us here knew that masks did Jack Shite other than signal to the public you’ll take what the TV says at face value. It’s likely none of the posters here were wearing a face mask to take off, hence no replies.
Which brings me to a larger point. It isn’t us that need to take collective action. We likely fight against “the system” as much as we can without getting stamped out. What needs to happen is to convince the vast majority of people that do not visit this site to open their eyes to reality. Instead of posting on this site what to do, call/text/e-mail your friends and family about what you know and what to do.
You might lose friends, you may not get invited to family gatherings, you may be alienated by coworkers or even fired, but that is where the fight needs to take place now.
Take the Covid Vax for instance. Tens of millions of people knew not to trust it, and I’ve yet to meet a single skeptic that regrets not getting those shots. We shared our concerns with family and friends and we’re mocked, ridiculed and ostracized relentlessly. But then look what happened next. How many of the people that got the first shot took the “boosters”? All of those people that took the first dose but refused the booster shots can be reached, and reasoned with if presented with a well reasoned argument.
That is the first step in my mind. Be willing to have uncomfortable conversations with those close to you that don’t visit this site, or sites like this. The people here actively seek knowledge; it needs to be dropped on those that don’t in order to have effective numbers.

My brother, a staunch Trump supporter who is all about the economy and inflationary prices, and never got vaccinated, still has not grasped the enormity of our world situation.
He still dabbles in fake news and I had to explain the Ron DeSoros deception. We had a long talk and all he could say to me was that it all sounds like the plot from a science fiction movie and nobody would ever believe it.
I think he’s correct. People either don’t believe it or else they don’t *want* to believe it. Those are the ones who keep watching fake news because the Potemkin village is less disturbing than the reality.
But some get it. And they will make some necessary adjustments in their lives as a result. And that is enough to keep me going.

I was just cleaning out the glovebox in the truck and found a plain blue mask in there, one a local store had given me back in early 2020. I wore it once there and once at a bank to go inside because that was the only way to get inside to do the banking I needed to do.
So, twice. Else, no masks, no social distancing, shook hands with customers, normal behavior. Oh, forgot one other time….. best friend’s 34th anniversary in 2020, restaurant required it to enter. His anniversary was more important than a brief wearing of a mask. He died about four months later. Sudden onset cancer. Saw a lot of that.
However, I’ve been anti-authority since the 70’s. I question any authority. I view humans as created equal so I don’t propose to lord over anyone and resist anyone purporting to lord over me. They don’t like that. I could care less. Screw them. (edited to add paragraphs)
I wore the masks where/when required. They were, and sometimes still are, required when going to the doctors, e.g., Kaiser.
I am also recovering from cancer. It appears the treatment was successful. But, I am still required to wear a mask at the cancer Institute and I do. Not interested in having someone chase me and shout at me… which happened once when I forgot to put it on. We pick our battles.
To me, it’s not that big a deal but then I don’t have to wear the mask for long, never did. No idea how people can stand to wear these masks for 8+ hours. It would drive me nuts– would feel clostroohobic.
At church the other day, I was surprised, and amused, to see the organist wearing a mask. She was alone, far from other people. Very few parishioners are wearing masks. In many ways, most people are past that now. It’s becoming a distant memory, as is the virus itself, which is a good thing.
I never got the covid “vax.” My sister did + multiple boosters. She got covid and then I contracted covid (for the first time) from my sister. Amazingly, even though I had cancer and was going through treatment with covid, she got it worse than me which I thought … interesting. I also underwent cancer treatment during the plandemic and they still require masks. However, the doctors no longer ask about vaccines.
My cancer surgeon believed in the Covid vaccine and had urged me to get one two years ago. Of course, I refused it then. Now they don’t mention it to patients, but I believe their policy still requires “visitors and family members” to be vaccinated.

I’m still struggling with some of the side effects of chemo and radiation. Both were very strong doses. Miserable but it’s over. And I am improving slowly.
I’m not off the oxycodone yet but am down to taking 5 mg/day and sometimes none… but I can now see how people get addicted this stuff.🤷♀️ Today is a good day. The advil and tylenol are working. Yay!
The only times I wore a mask was so I could get my teeth cleaned at the dentist, and for a few doctor’s checkups so I could refill my blood pressure meds. Oh, and I upgraded my life insurance and had to visit a private clinic to draw blood and pee in a cup. This place was inside a mall and it was like zombie land in there. Empty food court, scared little people in masks wandering around trying to “maintain social distance”. It was gross. They had rent-a-cops at the entrances to ensure you had your lil masky on. I rolled my eyes, bit the bullet, and put my lone scraggly blue paper mask on.

I also believe securing our elections is the most critical thing we must do now. Its not being done, certainly not at the level necessary.
Many times I have asked WHERE are the 10s of millions of cast mail-in ballots being stored for weeks b4 being counted. They are very obviously not secure. It would take 15 minutes, in the dead of night, to switch the real boxes of ballots with fraud boxes. And corrupt political operatives have weeks to do it. They just need the key or code to the storage room. They just need 1 or 2 corrupt, bribed partisan election staffers in multiple counties.
Early in-person voting is also a problem. In my state, your ballot is scanned, early, so it’s in the system recorded. That info should be made public every day. Too much TIME exists for those votes to be changed or deleted… and no voter would know. Dominion/others have weeks to commit massive fraud using these scanners/computers.
Our current election system, nationwide, is designed, in multiple ways, to make nationwide election fraud– stealing elections– very easy to commit.
Electing our govt is the most critical power The People have, Constitutionally. We no longer have that power.
We do not ELECT our govt anymore. We have been effectively disenfranchised… which is likely WHY our govt/dems/RINOs, media are so bold. Fairly well along that path but not as far as you. One thing people forget is water. Actually more important than food. I’ve invested in some decent water storage that could sustain us for a good while.

I have two wells, and another very large independent water supply. I won’t give size, they could locate me if I did.
Rabbits are another excellent source of meat. You can forage food for them. A trio of rabbits (buck and 2 does) can produce about 150 lbs of meat per year and also help feed your dog if you haven’t had to eat him.

I too went very rural. Every day I work myself “to the bone” developing this farm, out in the boonies, in a free state, such as it is. The learning curve has been straight up the mountain. But, for the most part, I can and will feed my large family. BTW, they all carry too and each one has a different skill set that will come in handy should the time come.
My family is prepared for the conflict. Working the farm gives me little time to stew in fear.

Our kids, the X or Y generation were raised as conservatives. My step-son was a libertarian before undergrad and law school. He came out a Marxist. My daughter told her 8th grade social studies teacher 20 or so years ago that she does not want the gov’t to take care of her. Now after grad school, she signs her email with four pronouns.

I have a brilliant niece whom I helped raise at different times. She attended a small, private Methodist University here in Va. She was fine, no left-leaning ideological leanings. She received a grant to study at UVA in Charlottesville to get a Masters Degree.
After receiving that degree, everything changed. Suddenly, she sees the communist system as far superior to western capitalism. Her mother and father love her but are totally confused.
She is now getting her PhD at one of the most DEI universities in the state, which is saying alot as most all are far left. I just give her hugs and know she would probably turn me in to the DHS and FBI in a second if they ever knock on her door.

Was your fictitious identity actually communicating with the people mentioned on J6, or did they make up phony communications and a fact Zello channel? If they were real, then this all had to be set up in advance, which is proof factions of the govt, along with social media companies, set up J6 in advance and it wasn’t the spontaneous “riot” they claim. Which we knew it wasn’t.
And this would mean the J6 committee accidently exposed the set up to you, hence their immediate want to disengage with you.

Considering relaying my ongoing saga related to being a Trump supporter/J6. Watched from the windows.When I noticed he and my husband opening the trunk of his car intuition told me to go see what was going on? The trunk of the car was full of guns. All kinds of guns.Now that alone is not indicative of anything but the vibe and the way this whole thing was going down told me something nefarious was up.Plus ,and I almost LOL then and there,there were 2 ball caps in the trunk.The one I could see clearly was red and said CIA in big capital letters. LOL (No,I don’t believe he was CIA.) The other cap was either black or navy blue but I couldn’t see the front of it. Not knowing what had been said before I got out there,I announced that we weren’t interested in the guns. It is my belief he was an FBI asset.That was about 2yrs ago. Sundance, is that something you take to the Florida AG for investigation? We know the Federal authorities (DOJ/FBI) won’t do it. However, since this was a fraud deliberately perpetrated with criminal intent (to falsely implicate you in insurrection) against a citizen of Florida with the potential of grievous reputational, professional and personal harm (libel law also comes to mind…is that now just a civil charge in Florida or can it still be a criminal charge?) against a citizen of Florida, would the AG’s Office be the place to go? The text of the letter is likely, mostly, boilerplate and they just make modifications to the content based on the target.

The US Supreme Court has already ruled that State Legislators have full plenary power to choose directly, or decide how the Electors for US President are chosen (Governors, Secretaries of State, State Constitutions, etc. cannot overrule a State Legislature in this matter!). The Legislators in the States where we know voting shenanigans go on and who are in full control of Republicans (hello AZ, GA, and WI, even NE as every single Electoral vote will count!) need to decide this year – next year will be too late, that they will directly choose the Electors. This will not happen in other states such as PA or MI – they are too far gone. This may be our only hope to make a dent in this corruption for many, many years, if ever. Or is the uniparty just too big, reaching even into the State Legislatures?
All need to change their focus somewhat, from FEDERAL to State, and from ELECTED Public officials, to elected Republican State Party officials.
So, rather than focusing on your State Senator or Governor, focus on your R party State Executive Board and Chair, County Executive board and chair, and district chair or council.

I am quite sure that someone, somewhere in the tech sector or government affiliate thereof has sifted through my emails in the last few years as I rarely check, open or read the hundreds of daily emails in my inbox (most of it is junk). There were at times that within the space of hours and sometimes days hundreds of thousands (Yes that many and they’re still there, what can I say I don’t like to throw things out!) would disappear and then a few hours or days later there they would be again. This bothered me a bit but then as I knew there was nothing there of import, I found a little humorous that someone somewhere would deign me and my inbox of something worth their time to sift through only to find nothing. Perhaps it’s nothing but still I found it interesting. Perhaps others here have experienced this same thing, just thought i’d put that out there.

Very interesting read. Maybe it would be better in the long run if the was a giant collapse. There is no way to organize anything without being detected or infiltrated.
