The football spiking by AG Merrick Garland today deserves some context. I am going to take you through a story that will highlight just how bad the situation really is.
Everything that preceded the 2020 federal election was a complex system of control by a network of ideologues, federal agencies, allies in the private sector, financial stakeholders and corrupt interests all working toward a common goal. There’s no need to go through the background of how the election was manipulated and how the government and private sector, specifically social media, worked to influence the 2020 outcome because you have all seen it.
Whether it was local election officials working to control outcomes, federal agencies working to support them (CISA, FBI, DHS), financial interests working to fund them (Zuckerberg et al), or social media platforms controlling the visible content and discussion (Twitter Files, Google, Facebook etc.), the objective was all the same. It was a massive one-sided operation against the freewill of the American voter.
In the aftermath of the 2020 election, those same system operators, govt officials, corporate media, private sector groups and social media platforms then circled the wagons to scatter the evidence of their conduct. If you questioned anything you were a threat. That’s the context to the dynamic that unfolded.
Lawfare operatives joined forces with Democrat staffers, and allies in social media platforms all worked in concert to target the voices of anyone who would rise in opposition to the corruption that was stunningly clear in the outcome of the election process. Corporate media then labeled, isolated, ridiculed and marginalized anyone who dared to point out the obvious.
When AG Merrick Garland says this of January 6, 2021: […] “the Justice Department has conducted one of the largest, most complex, and most resource-intensive investigations in our history. We have worked to analyze massive amounts of physical and digital data. We have recovered devices, decrypted electronic messages, triangulated phones, and pored through tens of thousands of hours of video. We have also benefited from tens of thousands of tips we received from the public. Following these digital and physical footprints, we were able to identify hundreds of people.” {link} The targeting operation needs context.
Do you remember on April 27th when DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz recently said, “more than 3.4 million search queries into the NSA database took place between Dec. 1st, 2020 and Nov. 30th, 2021, by government officials and/or contractors working on behalf of the federal government.” The result was “more than 1 million searches of private documents and communication of Americans that were illegal and non-compliant,” and over “10,000 federal employees have access to that database.” {OIG Testimony}.
Put the statement from Garland together with the statement from Horowitz, and you get an understanding of what was done.
Hundreds of stakeholders in the Lawfare network joined forces with hundreds of people who became staff researchers for a weaponized Congress. Hundreds more social media background agents then poured thousands of hours into feeding private information to the DOJ, FBI, J6 Committee and all of their hired staff working on the project.
How do I know?
I was one of their targets.
Before telling the rest of the story, some background is needed.
I am well versed in the ways of the administrative state and the corrupt systems, institutions and silos that make up our weaponized government. I can (a) see them; (b) predict their activity; and (c) know where their traps and operations are located.
Traveling the deep investigative weeds of the administrative state eventually gives you a set of skills. When people ask how the outlines on this website can seem so far ahead of the sunlight that eventually falls upon the outlined corruption, this is essentially why. When you take these skills on the road, you learn to be a free-range scout, and after a long while you learn how to track the activity.
When I was outlining how the Fourth Branch of Government works and/or Jack’s Magic Coffee Shop and the DHS system operating inside it, I wasn’t shooting from the hip. However, people will always seek to dismiss the uncomfortable truth.
Sometimes you just have to wait for the evidence you know exists to surface, or for a situation to unfold that is driven by a self-fulfilling prophecy. The bizarre CTH predictions turn out to be the truth of the issue because they are based on the factual evidence of the issue.
That level of how the system works came in very handy when I received this subpoena from Chairman Bennie Thompson and the J6 Committee. Warning, things are about to get very uncomfortable if you don’t accept the scale of corruption that exists.
Pay attention to the red box on the page shown. This is essentially the probable cause that justifies the subpoena itself. I have redacted a name in the box for reasons you will see that follow.
I was never in Washington DC on January 6, 2021, nor did I work with or communicate with anyone who was involved in any of the activities that are subject to the J6 committee investigative authority.
I’m going to skip a lot of background noise, irrelevant legal stuff, jurisdictional issues, discoveries from discussions with lawyers and the experience gained in association with this ridiculous subpoena. I am going to focus on the biggest story within it.
Sticking to the information in the Red Box above, notice how the J6 committee has evidence, “public-source information and documents on file”, showing my participation, communication, and contact with people and technology that are material interests to the committee.
Here’s the kicker…. I had no clue what the hell they were talking about. There’s not a single aspect of their outline that I had any knowledge or connection of.
I had no idea what Zello was. I had no idea who 1% watchdog might be. I had never heard of “Stop the Steal J6” or associated “channel.” I had never heard of the person redacted, and I had never communicated with any Oath Keeper, any communication system, or platform, or anyone or anything – nothing – that is outlined in that subpoena.
Those points of evidence outlined in the subpoena had no connection to me at all.
The subpoena might as well have been asking me to appear in Michigan because my Red Ferrari was involved in a hit and run accident, during my trip to Detroit. I don’t own a Ferrari; I have never been to Michigan; I certainly never had an accident; I wasn’t on a trip and have never visited Detroit. The entire construct of their probable cause for the subpoena was silly. Complete and utter nonsense.
That said, how could there be “public records” and “documentary” evidence of something that never happened?
At first, I thought this was some silly case of mistaken identity and they just sent a subpoena to the wrong person. However, the investigators were adamant the evidence existed, and the need for testimony was required.
After taking advice from several smart people, and after discovering the costs associated with just the reply to the committee and/or representation therein; suddenly I realized there might be more value for me in this subpoena than the committee. After all, how can there be public-records and documents that I own a red Ferrari and went to Michigan when I don’t and never did.
After several back and forths I discovered, through their admissions of their own research, and through documents they extracted as an outcome of their tasks to prove the merit of their claims, that someone *inside* Twitter had created a fictitious identity of me associated with the networks and communications as the investigators described them.
Think about what was discovered here.
Someone inside the Twitter platform, an employee of Twitter, had made a decision to target me. As a result: (a) they had been doing this for a long time with a specific goal in mind; and (b) they created an elaborate trail of background activity and identity that was entirely fabricated.
Eventually, my assigned investigative unit admitted this.
Once, the federal investigators realized what took place they wanted to get rid of me -and my snark filled curiosity- with great urgency.
They also had an ‘oh shit’ moment, when they contemplated everything, including what they had revealed to me from the outset of my contact, now several months prior.
What I discovered in this experience was that DHS, and by extension DOJ/FBI and the January 6 investigators, had direct administrative level backdoors into all social media platforms.
Overlay the Twitter files now, and then expand your thinking….
In their quest to prove that I owned a Red Ferrari, traveled to Michigan and had a hit-and-run accident, these investigators outlined to me how the United States Government, through their DHS authority, has employees, agents and contractors with open portals into all social media platforms.
Yes, the federal government is inside the mechanics of the systems (Twitter, Facebook, Meta, Instagram, Google, YouTube, WhatsApp, Zello, etc) and they have administrative access in real time to monitor, review, extract and evaluate everything, soup-to-nuts.
It was only because the investigators and forensic data knuckleheads have these portals, that they were able to locate the source of the fabricated evidence they were originally attributing to me. This was an investigative process and research discovery being conducted in the data processing systems of Twitter in real time as they questioned me.
Once they realized what had taken place, and as soon as I started asking how they were making these admissions (now carrying an apologetic certainty), suddenly the investigators wanted no further contact or communication with me. You’re good, whoopsie daisy, our bad, sorry.
Now, take some time to fully digest and absorb what I have just shared.

I have been looking at all of the entities involved, past and present, and the only comparison I could make is that these people are just like the “Preppers” who are awaiting the end of the world system. There is nothing they don’t plan ahead for, whether they may need it or not, it is to be expected as a “possible” item of preparation for any unknown outcome or opportunity. With the digital world, all of this is simply systems of data and trails to be followed should it ever be needed. It does not decay or disappear, it is simply there, in preparation, for the opportunity or outcome encountered. Look at the preparation it has taken to infiltrate government all levels by the CPUSA and other communist organizations. Look at how our schools, churches and other social foundations have slowly been burrowed into by these same entities, waiting for the moment when some useful “preparation” could be activated to bring down the system. That is what the government has become, an infestation of vast preparation for the eventual “change” that it wants for pure power and greed. Read “The Devil and Karl Marx” and “The Devil and Bella Dodd” to understand the playbook that has never really been arrested or resisted in any effective way. Any database that contains a large amount of data, inherently contains a large number of inaccuracies. The more data the more bad data. Very few systems are built rigorously with regularly “cleansing” of the data – especially government systems. This can work in our favor. It is an inherent risk in relying on computers for vital things.
It’s what they do. Once a threat is identified, the dossier is built. I wouldn’t be surprised if they started as soon as the original site went online.

I also find it interesting how the FBI ran screaming away from doing their job of bringing the person who did this to justice (and finding out what else he and his friends had done). Which suggests said person was actually in the government as well as being inside Twitter. Antifa thugs at least get arrested before being released, but this person was protected even from exposure.

Where to begin…? Thank you Sundance & Team! I am so thankful I “stumbled across” ur site back in maybe… 2015? (not sure of date) I was a “lurker.” ( I saw that word on posted on ur site by others).
Looking back today, I realize how much this site outshines any/all “Higher Education” sources out there, because of the many courses it offers. The two I have valued most, are (what I hv named) the “Common Sense” & “True Politics.” It feels like I did a 2 yr, then a 4 yr & now,(maybe), starting a 5th yr.
We are definitely a “surveilled state/nation,” as I watched how the spiders web kept expanding exponentially (computers, email, then stages of PC’s, (fine tuned to track better than the last) then stages of cell phones w/all the apps (bloatware) I never use, but they do for tracking purposes….up to today. I have often wanted to “disappear” of the grid as they used to say. (Today that term as as with many others, has been renamed. By the by, I stand tall, on “information” being either true or not No mis/dis stuff).
But it is this site (like a homing pigeon I always come home to daily)… that is/has been a buoy to keep me afloat & moving forward.

Either the nation would need to collectively overthrow the parasites and do away with them, or the parasites will need to completely ruin the host nation before leaving on their own. Since nature always follows the path of least resistance, I don’t expect any populist uprisings anytime soon. However, history has shown us plenty of examples of parasites draining their host nation of resources until that nation dies. That kind of predation is so common that it may as well be part of the life cycle of a nation. Even if you could raise an army and physically remove the thousands of parasites in government, it would only create a vacuum in the societal ecosystem which would attract thousands of more parasites to replace them.
At this point, I imagine a collapse is inevitable. The average slob hasn’t got enough brains to understand, let alone care, about most of this stuff. I have written previously that I have defended myself in Criminal, civil and administrative law cases, and would rather be charged with two felonies, that be the subject of ONE admistrative law “case”.
Most people don’t consciously realise there is Criminal law, Civil law and ADMISTRATIVE law.
In adminstrative law, you have no right to counsel (in some cases) no right against self incrimination, no presumption of innocence (just the opposite, as Sundances encounter demonstrates), no right to confront your accusers directly, in a court of law, with jury, the burden of proof is on YOU (again the OPPOSITE of criminal or civil law).
When dealing with Administrative law, its vital that you DON’T PANIC, and don’t be INTIMIDATED. They are USED to dealing with people who are both paniced and intimidated.

I, too have unfortunately been involved in an administrative law case involving my son and an incident that occurred at his state university. It was truly awful. I spent 2 years of my life paying a lawyer, attending administrative meetings and driving 4 hours back and forth in order to prevent them from kicking him out. That’s what they wanted, and they expected me to swallow it as if it was just. The incident that occurred, involved his fraternity and he was the social chairman, but get this, he was not even there when it happened. He had gone to another state for the weekend to visit friends from high school. We had pictures of him in another state and tons of people to vouch for him. It didn’t matter. They were out for administrative blood. I won in the end and got one bureaucrat fired, but I will never forget being told that I was not allowed to speak at an administrative meeting in the United States of America! It was a pivotal moment for me, and occurred after Trump won, but before Jan. 6.
A girl at Stanford committed suicide after being in a situation like your son’s. These are dark days.

Same here, over 20 years ago. You can get around admin law by appealing into a civil or criminal court, but it is costly, time consuming and tricky.

I’ve been subpoenaed to testify many times in administrative court, usually in connection with the revocation of a motorist’s license following a DWI arrest or a traffic homicide.
Defense attorneys love to use those hearings to ask questions they would never be allowed to ask in criminal court.

I’m sure that this is incredibly common. For a very long time now whenever I hear a report of porn on someone’s computer the first thing I think is what was that guy really into? Cuz for most of us child porn, like racism, causes us to instantly recoil in horror and quickly disassociate ourselves from that individual, especially if we have young children. Very effective tool. But what if it really was porn? If we’re honest with ourselves we really shouldn’t be using any internet device unless we have the skills to detect and delete such intrusions but I’m guilty. I am so sorry to hear that this happened to you Sundance. I can’t help but wonder how many others were similarly targeted, and how we go about identifying them and funding the lawsuits that need to be filed. Will any cases prevail on the merits? Who knows, but probably not. However the establishment has successfully utilized lawfare to manipulate the narrative and the judicial system. They count on the certainty that these actions will never be discovered. A lawsuit in every state suing all of the complicit entities would be difficult for them to hide. Sunlight is indeed the best disinfectant and what happened to you needs to be shouted from the rooftops. There have to be some billionaires that genuinely still care about our liberties to help fund such an effort.
Since the courts are equally as corrupt as the rest of the government, no legal recourse is possible. All you would accomplish is an empty bank account and many wasted hours of your life. We are a people with no representation in government. Communists now rule and not a shot was fired to get us here.

A few pithy thoughts:
1. Burner identities are nothing new. In the IC world they’re called NOC, or non-official cover. Increasingly so, in the digital world, researchers and investigators build identities in order to infiltrate hacker forums and various dark web collaboration platforms in order to gain intelligence on fraudsters and cyber criminals.
2. What’s clear from the Molly Ball article in Time is that they predicted and attempted to preempt alot of MAGA activity post the 2020 selection. This isn’t a knock of PDJT, it just is what they expected.
3. Which leads me to this supposition: why create burner identities that won’t stand up in court when you can use existing “enemies of the state” who might not fight back (unlike @sundance) to fabricate an entire persona (with granules of truth “why we’re you in the capital?!” Even though that’s permitted) that helps support the “insurrection” narrative. Hence the supposed “damning trail” against sundance.
4. Once sundance said “hey, that’s not me” and “I have the receipts”, they backed off because even this fraud would be a stretch in the court of public opinion and possibly in a court of law.
5. This was a long time in the making. Once the 2020 fraud plans were implemented, orders went out to analyze which social media accounts would be prime targets. Obviously sundance was one of those selected. I’ll bet the Twitter employee who set this up is a former 4th branch employee. This was part of the J6 pre-targeting.
6. How many others fell silently to this fraud without challenging the American KGB?

I’d add that the inception of RdSs campaign began around the same time. Once he announces, he’s going to hit on the J6 rally=insurrection canard. Which is why he hasn’t come out in support of any J6 Gulag victims. He simply can’t, it’s a key part of his attack.

We are familiar with the expression, an eye for an eye. It is used to vilify Christians but it totally disregards the context and purpose of these words in the passage. If we were to model our law on this 3500 year old Jewish law we would see justice restored by real penalties for false witness. Why are churches not preaching on this passage and applying it to the perversion they see in government and the courts across the land? Should they not be warning people of the consequences of turning their backs on God and his word?

As I read this, my first thought is toward these poor ‘schlubs’ who get a similar subpoena, who are in a similar situation having ‘never been to Detroit’, but do not have the wherewithal to any investigation in response, but instead are assigned some irrelevant public defender, and end up imprisoned.
And so, back to the question: what do we do? Indeed, we ARE the majority, and yet are disorganized in our efforts. I see why Sundance is so adamant about Trump. Despite Trump’s shortcomings, there is NO OTHER who is willing to take this on. His first term was a learning process…and perhaps it is actually in our favor that he was denied an immediate second term, so that the scope of the issues that confront us could become more visible. Trump must win his second term..and if he doesn’t, then perhaps it’s time for us to take action.
