Office of Inspector General Michael Horowitz testified yesterday that more than 3.4 million search queries into the NSA database took place between Dec. 1st, 2020 and Nov. 30th, 2021, by government officials and/or contractors working on behalf of the federal government. These search queries were based on authorizations related to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).
[OIG Testimony HERE]
Approximately 30% of those 3.4 million search queries were outside the rules and regulations that govern warrantless searches, what the politically correct government calls “non-compliant searches.”
Additionally, IG Horowitz also admitted that somewhere north of 10,000 federal employees have access to conduct these searches of the NSA database; a database which contains the electronic data of every single American, including emails, text messages, social media posts, instant messages, direct messages, phone calls, geolocation identifiers, purchases by electronic funds, banking records and any keystroke any American person puts into any electronic device for any reason.
If we were in a functioning system of government everything would be stopped right now, and no conversation would be taking place that was not about this issue. This is the total and complete surveillance state being talked about as if we were discussing what’s for dinner.
This is beyond jaw-dropping.
Context: In 2018 CTH revealed through research of their own documents that FBI and DOJ/FBI contractors had done more than 1,000 illegal searches using the NSA database, targeting Republican primary candidates from November 2015 through May 2016. These stunning admissions were from the DOJ’s own reporting to the FISA court.
Few were paying attention.
Although the number of the illegal search queries were redacted, we know the number is four digits from the size of the redacted text. More than 1,000 and less than 9,999.
FAST FORWARD TO 2023 – Yesterday, IG Horowitz outlined that more than 1.1 million illegal searches of this database were conducted in 2021 during the first year of the Joe Biden administration.
Additionally, and perhaps more consequentially, to give scope to how the process of total domestic surveillance has expanded, Horowitz now admits in 2021 the number of federal government employees with access to this total metadata collection system now exceeds 10,000 people. STOP THE PRESSES!
Yes, congress is talking about this ‘as if’ there is some level of importance. However, the basic questions are not being asked, or have perhaps just become so accepted that legislators have become oblivious to the insanity of it. Beyond the blood boiling questions about searching the NSA database, questions like:
In order for these search queries to take place, there has to be a housing facility to capture it.
Where is all of this electronic data being stored?
Why is all of this electronic data being stored?
Who is in control of this all-encompassing electronic data collection?
Forget the searches for a moment, what act of congress authorized the capture of this private data collection? Essentially electronic intercepts of communication systems that flow throughout our life.
The background context here is congress debating the renewal of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act and the power of the DOJ and FBI to intercept American citizen communication and electronic data via the “702” authorizations, that permit the NSA database to be searched and queried.
If the inspector general is now admitting the FISA laws have been so comprehensively corrupted such that 3.4 million searches by more than 10,000 federal employees and government contractors now have access, there is no way that any reasonably intelligent person should support such reauthorization. Even contemplating this request is absurd, beyond absurd.
The United States government is admitting to the public that a total and comprehensive surveillance state is currently in place, and 10,000 federal government agents have the authorization to monitor everything we do.
This is the admitted and current status of RIGHT NOW. Yet people are worried about possible ‘vaccination passports’ or ‘digital currencies’ or ‘social credit scores’ sometime in the future?
Have we totally lost connection to the reality of our current condition?
Can you see the insanity of it?…
… Or should we just ask, “what’s for dinner?”

Over a MILLION of which were in error. pic.twitter.com/t9VcVp4iYx
— Rep. Matt Gaetz (@RepMattGaetz) April 27, 2023
I have sent this to TEAM TRUMP AND I HAVE SENT THIS TO MY LOUISIANA STATE REPRESENTATIVES< AG LANDRY< AND MY DISTRICT CONGRESSIONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND SENATOR/
I have simply sent my recommnendation that the patriot act not be renewed for anything related to surveillance of domestic citizens. None, without a warrant in a court of law. No more secret police spy state. narrow the authority to only cybersecurity, surveillance of FOREIGN targets. All other investigations by state, local, federal MUST gain a court approved warrant to conduct domestic law enforcement. Eliminate the powers contained in the patriot act for ANYTHING related to domestic surveillance. Close all loopholes. No more buying or accepting any personal data and surveillance products from tech companies and other contractors.
that’s what needs to happen.
God Bless America
Your only enforcement of this is going to be you — the militia.
The Unorganized Militia. All the organized militia are FBI agents in drag…
“Oh come on man!”
Worst case scenario, according to recent history, would indicate only 8 out of 10 organized militia are feds!
Lets try to keep this real shall we?
“ALL”? So, we are jailing FBI agents? Though we should be, I do not believe this.
Or, literally SLEEPING with FBI agents in drag,..
Is that a confession? Too kinky for me!
What, exactly, will Trump do different this time? What has he said he has changed his approach to managing his administration? He made his bones on personnel decisions, “you’re fired” and such, yet his personnel management was atrocious and *far* too many people let him slide on this and Warp Speed. He MUST detail what he will do differently!
He has already detailed it in his rallies and his policies that he keeps putting out.
Try to keep up.
What WILL YOU DO for your country?
Subscribe to his YouTube channel. He’s been issuing policy statements ever since the account was recently activated.
Also, read his truths and watch his videos at his account on Truth Social.
What will Ron DeSantis do? What will any Republican at any level do? Nothing because O hired them and put them in the bureaucracy and the millions of Communists in the bureaucracy, IRS, EPA, Consumer Protection Agency are the ones doing the spying and if you have a Drivers License they have a picture.
Trumps track record for personnel management as President was abysmal. We are still stuck with Chris Wray heading the Democrat Party Gestapo aka The FBI. He also gave us Michael Atkinson, Rod Rosenstein, Anthony Scaramucci, Jeff Sessions and countless other corruptocrats, dimwits and losers. It’s not entirely his fault since the Retardpublican Party he chose to align himself with is rotten to the core and can only provide nominees who are compromised. But still, it’s not exactly a promising prelude to term no. 2 should he win in 2024.
Your awesome. Run for President. Not….
You look like one of the 50,000 or more influencers that Dutchman told us about who think you’re going to sway public opinion.
Not on this website you’re not…go somewhere else.
So, we’re being double teamed by influencers, a common tactic.
When they post comments, intended to influence opinion here, they are counting on an “amplification” of their false narrative, whether its “Trump is bad” or “voting won’t work”.
Amplification is that perhaps 100 of the thousands reading, will come to believe their false narrative.
And, if they KEEP hammering their false narratives, AND HAVE NO “PUSHBACK”, it might well work.
If, however every such comment, is followed by 6-10 which point to facts, public knowledge, and logical arguments REFUTING their unsubstantiated assertion, the clear refutation of their narrative is what gets AMPLIFIED, and the ploy is turned back on them, as the 100 eyes they were hoping to persuade, and that MIGHT have been open to their suggestion, are now ,…”innoculated” against the idea (false narrative) they were attempting to amplify.
So, its tiring, and tempting to just ignore them, but these ARE NOT “Trolls” in the traditional sense (“stop feeding them”) these are INFLUENCERS, and in order to counter them, we must patiently, point by point show their assertions have no merit.
And, the Treehouse HAS developed an adept team of Treepers, who consistently “call out” the influencers, and counter their ploy, and turn it back on them.
WELL DONE, Treepers, and keep up the great work!
For some reason , you blame Trump for the absolute assholes that begged to help, only to stab him in the back.
no one could have possibly imagined there were that many saboteurs in our midst. Not even you. A legend in your own mind.
Dude, either you are intellectually challenged, a FED trolling / propagandizing, of just plain stupid.
Ain’t nobody here buying what you selling.
Mcconnell blocked Trumps personnel requests. We are dealing with Mcconnells personnel not Trumps.
Charlie…..get up to speed!! Where have you been!
Excellent! I pray AG Landry receive, read, and consider…and take to heart.. because it seems like he is one Attorney General we can trust.
“narrow the authority to only cybersecurity, surveillance of FOREIGN targets” -regitiger
Regitiger, ironically, this is what the NSA is already restricted to doing, but they found a workaround:
.
.
.
https://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2023/03/section-702s-unconstitutional-domestic-spying-program-must-end
——————————————————–
Section 702 is set to sunset end of this year unless lawmakers act to renew it. Today’s hearing was part of that bipartisan review process.
” .. members from both parties say the government has misused the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, and argue that the reauthorization of Section 702 is an opportunity for changes. The provision expires at the end of the year.Legislative movement now has started. The House Intelligence Committee last month announced the six lawmakers on a bipartisan working group focusing on Section 702’s reauthorization.”
https://rollcall.com/2023/04/27/congress-starts-work-on-renewal-of-controversial-surveillance-law/
Don’t overthink it, man! They gonna do whatever they want be dammed any laws or rules.
This is how “they” go after MAGA and J6er’s.
.
Virtually every person arrested so far for J6 was tracked because they used cell phone.
I realize that I’ve been sounding like some stodgy anti-tech paranoid “flip-phone user” (who keeps it off and in a faraday bag at home 98% of the time), pleads with people to use landlines and hard-cabled equipment and VPN and stay off of social media and stop with the electronic and IoT wherever possible, stop with the GPS, etc. — because if lots of people do this it will stop the elimination by corporations of these alternatives — but…
.
Lots of people? Unicorns will be flying non stop to DC first.
.
I fear that you’re right. 🙁
.
That technology was fantastic, relevant and accurate for those J-6 insurrectionists!
Of course it was unreliable, faulty and untrustworthy when the same technology showed the 2020 election was stolen. (see the movie ‘2000 mules’ for more info)
America! Are you tired of the communists in your government and country?
Remember:
“You masked for it!”
Burner phones
And masks, don’t put yourself out there in social media.. every
I’m right with you. I use old tech, and I have never owned a cell phone.
Sorry, but the use of landlines isn’t any safer than a cell phone as far as government monitoring goes. Practically all telephone calls these days, landlines included, are actually done as VOIP (voice over IP). One of the reasons for the 1x, 2G, and 3G cell technologies going away was to push all calls towards VOIP (or enhanced calling as the carriers like to call it).
Once the calls are made using VOIP, it is easier for the government to capture, store, and search it.
Don’t even get me started on IOT (internet of things) where your appliances are connected to the internet…
.
Not sure about that. Landline and VOIP are different. At least laws are in place in every state against the interception of that old wired equipment. That means no using without a warrant, and in two-party states, no recording without warrant or permission from both sides.
.
I actually favor SINGLE party law, rather than the two-party law, myself.
Two party prevents O’keefe type operations.
One party says to all;
“DO NOT say anything you do not want everybody to know you said, including a jury.”
So, call me up and make threats.?
Mistake me as being “on your side” and detail how the election fraud operation you are running works?
I can RECORD you, without having to TELL you I am recording you.
If you don’t want it recorded, DON’T SAY IT.
Makes for a politer society.
Especially with the prevalence of cell phone video cameras, making everyone a citisen journalist.
I see few advantages to “two-party” law, it protects those WE shouldn’t want protected, IMHO.
You are thinking of telephone technology from decades ago. Telecom equipment has steadily been upgraded to digital over the years so that a large portion of it is now transmitted as VOIP. Think about it, unless you are served by a small independent telephone company, when was the last time you heard crackling over your telephone line indicating it was still analog? Also, what little bit of new phone service is being installed today is actually VOIP bundled with DSL internet service.
.
What the phone company decides on its own to do does not change wiretap laws I have lines. The lines go to the box on the telephone pole. I had yet another line installed some months ago before the illegal August 2022 FCC limited copper lines (fight this). By ATT.
There also is no “wifi” here and there will not be. There is no bundled DSL service (everything is separate.) There is no TV connected to the internet. There are no telephones using the same lines as the computer networks. This is a choice that people can make unless they put themselves into some homeowner’s association or condo development that has contracted otherwise, and over the last few years just went along with it.
I realize that I and others like me may not have choices soon because other people became so enamored of carrying a cell phone everywhere, using GPS, asking Alexa to turn on the lights, etc. But I am not going to help this along.
(And my phones work when there is no electricity.)
.
The surveillance authority serves the Uniparty and Deep State’s purpose. They are not going to turn off that faucet.
It seems each of us have more ‘followers’ than all but a few of the top twitter users.
Exactly… getting the Deep State to give up their power & tools is a little like getting Hunter Biden to give up his crack pipe.
Worse…it’s like getting Joe Biden to give up his jello 🙂
You meant choc – choc chip ice cream, right?
Spy communities worldwide are wholly corrupted.
ummmm. . . . . .pretty sure that the government lies pretty much about everything, all the time.
They do more than searches, I know. They can hack into your computer and destroy it before your eyes, and you can’t stop it. Saw it, lived it. I remember thinking who has such an ability and my only answer was the government.
Sheryl Attkisson.
They also like to plant stuff like child porn and top secret files on the computers/phones of people they want to get rid of.
Most recent case was the ABC journalist who did that documentary 3212-Unredacted. He exposed some serious stuff… and the next thing you know, he quit his job and went into hiding. Then just recently he was arrested for child porn.
They search PC’s for blackmail. People either stand up, or burn it to the ground. Its that simple. Playing by rules when they get to break them doesn’t work anymore.
You first. Go ahead, expand on YOUR “plan of action”; what, EXACTLY does “burn it all down” MEAN, to you?
What matches are you going to use, and WHERE are you going to start the fire?
WE are currently in a “soft-tyranny”; while they ARE engaging in many tyrannical acts, they are STILL someone constrained in their actions.
In 1940 Berlin, or current day Pyong Yang or Tehren, they wouldn’t be so constrained.
So, should we not continue to challenge them and fight them every minute of every day, with every fiber of our being, rather than just “giving up” on any fighting them within the system, in order to wait to, at some point “burn it all down”,…seems pretty VAGUE.
Touché. Got another one no one thinks about.
If you have fiber optic cable bringing you cable TV, they can you see you thru your screen and audio record everything in that room even if the power is off.
Physics – light waves (fiber optics) and waves (audio) can travel going and coming.
Here it is, what the algos are searching for, the O word. We all knew he put this in place and has been in charge of storing it since Maxine Waters told us about it like forever ago. It IS interesting to see how its evolved.
Oh that smart, politician that got Siberia out of Syria. I have never seen a dumber person holding office, except for castro jr. here.
I guess Bill Barr was too busy looking into the funding sources for Antifa and investigating the overwhelming evidence of the stolen election to do anything about this.
More importantly, he had the information available to shut it all down but instead that same said database is being used to shut down patriots, militia, J6 stolen election investigators, and anything True and decent like Lake or Trump.
Now you know how they targeted twitter patriots, rights-defenders (as “anti-vaxers”) etc.
….And used illegal data searches to target and cover up:
— CIA activity in support of 9-11 terror cells
— Obama illegitimacy investigators
— Journalists and others investigating Hunter’s laptop
–… and more
Bill Barr Is on my list of the worst human beings on Earth.
He helped The FBI install Joe Biden in the White House.
Slow Joe is the worst president ever.
The whole world is in chaos because of Barr and the laptop cover up.
Theres no such thing as an “error “.
All errors should be recorded then —too;
-Right?
I have the gasoline, matches and lighter fluid – who’s going to bring the marshmallows?
I’m ready!
Either our “representatives” are stupid, brain dead or bought off, or all 3!
I’d bring the marshmallows, but I don’t want to eat anything that has been cooked by that filth!
America is know to have the best politicians money can buy!
i dont have marshmallows, how about pitchforks?
How many people have been prosecuted for these illegal searches?
Everyone non-govt in DC on Jan 6.
I’m talking about the people who CONDUCTED these illegal searches.
ZERO will happen until we stand up and demand it. What happened to the 80 million who voted Trump? 80 million marching on DC. Do you know what could stop that? NOTHING!
0, a big fat 0
Send a notice out to anyone collected in error and allow them to sue in Federal court.
Allow them to sue the individual who conducted the illegal search also.
Suits will get you NOTHING — they are using the database to keep you from discovering their agents on the ground inside your organization and conceal the agents scooping up all your data in “listening posts” and analysis centers all over the US.
We suspected this….and the really amazing thing is that some other “conservative sites are not reporting on this, but on the “fluff” stuff like the Dylan dude, simply becoming tabloids.
On June 6, 2013, Americans learned that their government was spying broadly on its own people.
https://www.history.com/this-day-in-history/edward-snowden-discloses-u-s-government-operations
In 2013, Edward Snowden threw his life into the woodchipper –in order to warn us about the extent and methods of this surveillance. In response to his revelations, the government defended the practice as essential to protect us from another 9/11. Asked to prove it, the FBI produced 50 cases. At the top of the list, the closest example to anything related to terrorism, was a San Diego taxi driver who gave I think $20,000 to some terrorists in Somalia.
Where are they storing this massive and endlessly growing data on every American’s activities? —- Utah is one of the places –a major facility built some years back.
The real issue for me is not that 10,000 are searching the NSA database.
The issue is that the NSA database exists at all
The Fourth Amendment disallows warrantless searches, let alone the ongoing sucking up of data on all of us by the NSA —every nook and cranny of our lives. Saved forever in massive server facilities for future search needs —ALL WITHOUT A WARRANT.
The NSA database needs to be shut down.
.
They don’t need a warrant for anything captured while flowing over the internet.
.
Outhouse Counsel,
To your point, the government argument is that the internet including emails, private chats are public because the messages travel across relatively public internet channels so what they’re doing is comparable to collecting DNA out of an abandoned paper cup. —Hope some good, pitbull constitutional lawyers examine this –they would need to be bravehearts like Snowden.
But the NSA and FBI are not just interested in internet data.
Their vacuuming activities include text messages, phone call data. Facial recognition data, (photos of people shared online) are also being scraped off the internet by the FBI. Real ID puts facial recognition capable photos into state databases and many states allow the FBI to use its facial recognition software to search DMV databases.
Government facial Recognition tracking is possible in real time in cities that have a lot of cameras.
The second Amendment gives you the legal authority to assemble forces to enforce the laws of the union INCLUDING the CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.
Plan accordingly.
I take it you are referring to the first 13 words, the key one being MILITIA?
THEY have obviously found a way to counter and defeat any such efforts, through compromised/coerced CI’s, that enable infiltration and circumvention of entrapment laws.
However, we all KNOW what the counter for this is, SHOULD it come to kinetics, as your reference to 2A and enforce implies.
(I don’t see them volontarily surrendering their power, do you?)
Effectively, THEY are an “occupying power”; think of the “vichie” Govt’s installed in countries occupied by Germany in WW2, or Soviet “States” after WW2.
“A home grown insurgency will outlast and outdie any occupying force, every time.”
50,000 solos, each unaffiliated and “doing their own thing” without ANY command and control, could sure wreak a lot of havoc.
Just sayin,…I would not be a member of any organisation that would have me as a member.
Unless there are substantial consequences for undesirable behavior, it will continue.
Undesirable behavior is the “New Normal”.
Hangings generally prevent repeat offenses…
Wray will schedule more training but this time it will be 4 hours long with a test at the end. Substantial! Keep the funding flowing!
Perhaps Maxine spilled some beans
when she gleefully said something about Obamboozler gathering information
-like never before.
.
Just google (yes): what information is stored in nsa database
.
You are correct Sundance – BURN IT ALL DOWN – NOW! Even if we the people have to do it ourselves.
Every murderer
that
typed, texted or spoke
was known about
BEFORE
they killed.
How many burner phones are sold every year?
Burner phones are of little use, without a”service” to activate them.
Something called “know your customer” I believe makes it difficult to have a working phone, without it being linked to you?
I think of one of the 10,000 ppl sitting at their desk and searching a ‘target’. They could have 2+ looking over their shoulder enjoying the hunt, credentialed or not. Office life.
I remember in 2001 I interacted with people who worked for the alphabet agencies and they said it is illegal to spy on Americans.
Now it is as normal as looking out your kitchen window at what your neighbor is doing. No big deal nothing to see here, move on.
Lord have mercy!
That’s it! I’m getting new curtains!
Is it time for the collected information to be released?
-The Intel Files
James Comey said
there is no such thing as privacy anymore.
-When did he first know that?
Just think what WE could find, if WE had unrestricted access to the database!
The text msgs revealed, the ones deleted by the whole Mueller team, and common sense says that our enemies, confident in their position, left a treasure trove of data, to identify every player, what they did and said, for Muh Russia, Covid scam, The Steal, ALL of it.
The intrepid Matt Walsh announced his cellphone was hacked and all texts and emails read and leaked to liberal media. The phone was the way in to everything he did online, including his tax filings. These people are at war with us and we are ill equipped to defend ourselves. If they can take our phone access and data at will we’re all screwed.
They took Mike Lindells cell phones,…WHY?
Yes, he obviously has been spearheading a major, multifaceted nationwide operation to counter ballot fraud,..
But why didn’t they just 702 him, why the “trafgic stop” and siezing of his phones?
Was that all just for show?
Yes, to send a message to Lindell and anyone else looking into the 2020 steal. Intimidation and humiliation.
Wait….
there’s no evidence
of 2020 election fraud?
-Every key stroke is known
This is a good place to learn some practical American history. The first American special forces was created by Major Robert Rogers. This is from his Rules of Ranging, still used by US Army Rangers.
<i>21. If an enemy is following your rear, circle back and attack him along the same path.</i>
Feds tracking me should know that I am a big fan of American history…

So,
As a Lt. for Life Confirmed baby killer, all they can do now is order me to jump into Laos at night and install senaors once more.
So What
oops
John Kerry confirmed baby killer
I wonder what trips the NSA trigger to add a person to their watch list.
I wonder what they mean by “error.” Was a person singled out in error and the government took action against them? Did it get reported in the news as a prank, like being swatted?
I wish some one in media would ask and report answers. Hey, Tucker!
I’ve been on the list since the FBI’s operation vigilant eagle in 2010, and since then I have met many other people who have been targeted by the feds (the common acronym for that is TI–Targeted Individual)
You can maybe guess why they initially targeted you, but there is no way to be sure. They won’t even officially confirm that you are on a list. You will know by little things, like any time you call for an ambulance or a dog catcher, four patrol cars will always arrive first, or all your friends and relatives are given a hard time by the TSA when they fly…
Is that you idontknow?
Now ya did it, all the lights and sirens are going off!
Yep, it’s me. Who am I speaking to?
The one and only, same as our last conversation.
2nd or third new handle since? Not that I need to remember that.
Thought I recognized your writing style.
Of course you remember my style. I’m not hiding from anyone in any way. I just refuse to allow some weasel to cancel me…
Still believe that someone at this site is trying to cancel you? 🤔
You mean besides the moderators that have so far banned three of my profiles?
Might “OMG” 😱
refer to James O’Keefe?🤔
OMG, TC and O’keefe “joining forces” what a combo that would be!
and nothing will happen to anyone. wake-up people!!

“When I get back into the Oval Office we will OBLITERATE the DEEP STATE.”
– President Donald J. Trump
https://rumble.com/v2kd902-live-the-45th-president-of-the-united-states-donald-j.-trump-speaks-in-new-.html
he better mean outright abolition of as many 3 letter agencies as he can get his hands on and doesn’t require congressional approval. Rescind the EO on unionizing federal employees, too.
And while he’s at it, simply refuse to sign any spending Bills even on the military, which is beyond useless anyway.
He f***ed up last time when he signed the debt ceiling Bill that contained no wall funding, hopefully he is a bit more aggressive next time around.
This is why every single RINO in Congress MUST be voted out as they ignore or are completely complicit with spying on Americans.
If any candidate going forward can’t say and show their unconditional support for the MAGA agenda while also seriously voicing their concern and questions about our election integrity, then IMO they are a HARD NO!
We must vote these anti Republic, anti Constitution and anti We the People RINO’s out.
Nothing changes until the RINOS are voted out in a big way.
Voting them out takes TOO long, and “primarying” them won’t work, so long as their RINO Comrades control their State R parties.
Can’t “recall” them, no legal mechanusm for it.
However, they CAN be “forced” to resign, thru Public pressure, it has happened, before.
Think Weiner and Franken and others as well.
However, WE have allowed the MSM to control the process, and THEY have set the criteria; corruption they ignore, unless its a conservative (Duncan and Stevens) but SEX, if its flagrant enough, is the qualifier.
WE now have a vibrant, growing and powerful rebel alliance, beating MSM.
WE could set the bar as CORRUPTION, and drive them all to resign “to spend more time with their families” (in order to avoid spending time with their ancestors, lol).
A massive “public shaming” to empty out 98 percent of the Senate, and over 1/2 of the House, would do much to “clean out the swamp”.
I love how Ms Franklin says they have more work to do. The better statement is “What The “F” is going on here?
This is why Tucker was taken off the air. Who else is talking about it?
Everyone who scrolled thru each program or app’s “Terms of Service” without reading all of the fine print has “Accepted” this. It was all right there, you just had to read it.
My fingers were crossed. And nothing I sign or accept can override or cancel the Bill of Rights…
This is happening even with all the reforms we were promised. TOO BIG TO FAIL
Can’t say this is surprising. It’s been almost 5 months since the house majority went to the republicans and we have zero indictments, zero anything. Once you accept that the country has been hijacked then this is simply not surprising. I wonder what odds Vegas is giving for the 2024 outcome?
I all, well SOME fairness, the House has absolutely no authority or power to Indict.
More people are finally catching on…
But do they grasp the full ramifications of what that means? I don’t think they do. Most people will tell you, “well I don’t do anything wrong, so….”
Neither did PDJT, how’s that worked out for him?
They might argue they’re nobody important, just a regular citizen. Ask the countless J6 attendees who had no part in the capitol stuff, who’ve since had some gov thug suddenly show up at their door. This is still occurring.
Or what about feds putting out bids on private citizens for targeting… bc they don’t like your political online activity & research.
I know for a fact that’s been going on since at least 2017.
Having access is an abuse of power, & it’s only being used for nefarious things.
https://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/biden_administration/surveillance_state_voters_fear_u_s_government_almost_as_much_as_foreign_spies
It’s called.
My Holds Barred!
Rotten to the core
10,000 people making 3.4 million searches means each person made ~340 searches! clearly some will be fewer but others will be even more
Fed moderators, spying on commenters. That is why the ADL demanded control of all moderation…
Well, at least they lowered the rate of non-compliance from 85% to 30%.
All that online training paid off.
/S
We know that the Pentagon’s signature reduction program is responsible for millions of fake social media profiles used to manipulate public opinion. That means that there are at least DOZENS of undercover Ray Eppses here right now among us.
How about just ONE of you feds stepping forward? Blow a whistle? Embrace your natural rights and stop being a treasonous weasel? Tell us about the program.
I dare you…
Okay, you feds hesitate to come forward. Your frightened. Maybe if I confess it will make confession easier for you.
Remember when abcnews had a Disqus comment board? My free speech piracy is why they no longer have one. I slid by their ban and on each abcnews thread I would post the heading Censored Headlines, and underneath I would post several headlines from conservative or alternative news sites. I used Sundance’s 4th branch of govt articles, blacklisted news articles, the kind of thing that the average abcnews reader would NEVER SEE.
This was during the height of the covid psyop, and they freaked out when they realized that they couldn’t keep me off the threads. They responded by completely removing comments..
I did that, and I’m proud of it. Hundreds of feds had to go somewhere else to pretend to be somebody else. I took down a govt psyop operation.
There…I’ve confessed. Now it’s your turn, feds. Tell us what twisted path led you to pretend to be real people on internet chat boards?
And, very conveniently, nowhere(!) in this Congressional discussion is the Constitutional Validity of the very existence of “the databases that are now being ‘searched.'”
It is right now very clearly plain that this is where the Bill of Rights problem lies. How can we possibly assert that “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated,” if any such databases are allowed to exist – presumably, “simply because we now possess the ability to make them?”
If the Government can literally “vacuum up” every shred of information that exists about you – merely because it now possesses the technical capability to do so – and then to make every shred of it available to tens of thousands of government contractors without your knowledge or consent, then exactly how is your Fourth Amendment right “protected?”
And, who authorized Congress to create this mythical “FISA Court” construct to “authorize” this Bill of Rights Right to be violated? To my way of thinking, in order to do any such thing, you must Amend the Constitution.
Rep. Goetz hits the nail directly on the head when he talks about what I call the “FISA Fiction.” This is an entirely one-sided “so-called ‘Court.'” Only one side – the Government – is actually “represented.” As various Judges on this “Court” have rightly observed, they have no way to know when they are simply being lied to. And, it would seem, this now happens very constantly. This is no ‘justification’ to supersede the Fourth Amendment!
“The PATRIOT Act,” already very strange as having “magically appeared” in its multi-thousand page(!) form “after 9/11” – as though “any human person could possibly write that fast” – should be repealed on its face.
this is what makes it impossible to conclude anything but 911 being an inside job. How convenient that in the short time after it, the Patriot Act comes along, then FB (a CIA program designed to vaccum up domestic information, farmed out to Zuckerstein) and more social media programs.
The public is being played, lied to every single day with every single breath from government.
That is roughly 340 searches per Federal employee annually. Respectively 1 U.S. Citizen per day per Federal employee is getting their Constitutional rights violated within a calendar year by our Federal Federal government. Can we say beyond abusive?
So everything is trackable except for the people who made the searches, is that the situation? Every single one who made an inappropriate search should go to prison.
If we cannot get a fair election in 2024 I truly fear there will either be a civil war or some type of Globalist takeover.
Guys, there are pretty much at the last step of what I call the plan. I truly think that all these mass shootings are not just happening but part of the Globalist plan to take our our 2nd amendment.
Just like they screwed people all over the world by scaring the crap out them with what I truly feel was a fake Pandemic, they are trying to scare the crap out Americans with frequent mass shootings. If enough people who do not understand firearms and the 2nd amendment get scared shitless they will be demanding their lawmakers to destroy our right to bear arms and protect ourselves. Remember the COVID mandates essentially did nothing but mentally and physically screw up America & Americans.
The gates are getting closer and closer
“Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.” Is so VERY true, for we are currently repeating some very horrid history of the past.
I e. Even hearing all these people say they love RFKjr want him to be Trumps VP
Geez, really
Well in his first interview, he says Biden is a friend
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2023/04/abc-news-host-tells-rfk-jr-hes-too-critical-of-the-cia-proceeds-to-censor-him-while-speaking-about-vaccines/
I don’t understand how there apparently can be so many apparent Republicans who are enthusiastic about a lifelong Democrat becoming the VP pick.
This is absolutely illogical, it’s irrational to the extreme. Were something, God forbid, to happen to DJT, then a progressive Democrat would become president.
Huh????
Gee, do you suppose at least SOME of those saying it, especially anonymously in comment sections, aren’t REALLY on our side?
Thank you Dutchman!
You are correct. Between infiltrators, trolls, psychopaths, miscellaneous impersonators, bots and larpers and other digital riffraff, what you suggest is totally possible, and indeed probable.
Trump needs a running mate who is genuinely America First, proven and true, and someone who has decent executive skills.
Look at how fast everything deteriorated without Trump’s administration at the helm.
I respect RFK, Jr for his long term insistence about the dangers and permanent side effects from modern vaccines. But that does not qualify him for a VP slot.
Our country is in a critical crisis and we need experienced competent experts who are more interested in saving our Republic than in the mere furtherance of their political careers.
/getting off the soapbox, lol!
I’d like to see my file, just to know whether or not I’ve ever done anything interesting. So far, I’ve been under the impression that my life is pretty boring.
Plenty of Jews in Warsaw thought the very same thing. They knew that they were “prosperous, upstanding citizens” who had done nothing wrong. (And, indeed, they had not.) 💀

how could it be otherwise. if horowitz is reporting 10k w access, it probably more like 100k.
rule number 1 about government corruption. when you hear about it, its always 10x worse than it seems and has been going on for 10x longer than you think.
In 1958 J. Edgar Hoover wrote a book called Masters of Deceit. About domestic communist infiltration. My dad had the book in the house, and as a kid I read it a some years later. Naive as I was it scared the daylights out of me. Suspecting anyone and everyone of being a potential spy.
Of course one’s own government were always the benign heroes. The honorable good guys with the Superman motto, fighting for “truth, justice and the American way.”
And look at how things have degenerated incrementally. But not randomly.
Technology in the information and communication spheres can be the most diabolical tool in existence. For all it’s conveniences and uses, if intentions are there to exploit it then it will used in as diabolical ways as possible. And constantly be upgraded and enhanced to maximize controlling power.
Look at China. But even there everything is at least acknowledged. The western world is closing in on the same type of digital slavery, controlled by technology. But are the real masters of deceit, pretending that it isn’t happening and hiding or disguising the realities.
All of this was predicted a few years ago in the show Person of Interest, where a massive spying computer designed after the September 11th, 2001 attacks was built to detect terrorism.
“But it sees everything!” is the line in the show, which also predicted (wittingly or unwittingly) The Deep State.
60 years ago a television show called The Outer Limits had an episode called O.B.I.T., in which aliens have planted surveillance machines on earth, so that they can dominate the planet.
In a (fairly famous, if you are a science-fiction buff) speech at the end, the head alien has been revealed by a Senator investigating the O.B.I.T. surveillance machines, but the alien brags that it does not matter now: Why? Because….
“The machines are EVERYWHERE! Oh you’ll find them all, you’re a zealous people.
And you’ll make a great show of smashing a few of them, but for every one you destroy hundreds of others will be built.
And they will demoralize you, break your spirits, create such rifts and tensions in your society that no one will be able to repair them! Oh, you’re a savage, despairing planet; and when we come here to live, you friendless, demoralized flotsam will fall without even a single shot being fired.
Senator, enjoy the few years left you. There is no answer. You’re all of the same dark persuasion! You demand – *insist* on knowing every private thought and hunger of everyone: your families, your neighbors, everyone – but yourselves.”
And so, again Science Fiction has become – unfortunately – Science Fact.
“Our” government is insisting on knowing and recording everything about us, supposedly “to keep everyone safe” because “we are all in this together“…
…two phrases I loathe, hate, despise, and detest more and more!!!
So, we ask ourselves again: What is to be done?!
