If it sounds too good to be true….
Okay folks, this is a story that dragged me into a rabbit hole for two days. If you have seen the video testimony of Ms. Jacqueline Breger in front of the Arizona Senate Committee investigating election issues, this outline is intended to help you navigate the story.
On February 23, 2023, Ms. Breger delivered testimony to the Arizona Senate claiming documentary evidence that shows judges, politicians, police, local and state officials as well as multiple groups, organizations and individuals associated within government and elections operations the state of Arizona are being bribed and under the influence of the Sinaloa Cartel from Mexico.
It is not coincidental that everything associated with this story seems explosive and astounding. It is also not coincidental that you could spend hours looking for specific details of the allegations, including watching interviews with each of the participants, and not find your answers. Things are NOT what they seem.
I am going to start by sharing the 42-minute video {direct Rumble Link here} of the allegations made by Ms. Jacqueline Breger, because this is the origination from which all downstream story details originate. This testimony hit the web and exploded in the alternative media ecosphere. WATCH:

As she outlines in the video Mrs. Jacqueline Breger, a forensic investigator, represents the interests of an attorney, Mr. John Thaler, in delivering information to the committee that would be pertinent to their interests.
The *hook* to grab immediate attention is to apply the accusations of bribery, public corruption, fraud and money laundering to one big name, Katie Hobbs, who is now the governor of Arizona.
According to the claims, Mrs. Katie Hobbs and her husband were participants in a racketeering scheme originating from the Sinaloa drug and human trafficking cartel. Real estate transactions using dummy mortgage companies, holding companies and title companies are part of the alleged operation.
Essentially the primary real estate allegation works like this. The Sinaloa Cartel uses proxies in the U.S. to set up fraudulent corporations (mortgage companies etc). Those proxies then launder drug money through real estate transactions using the fraudulent companies. If they need to bribe a person, the cartel finances the mortgage of the individual as a way to pay the property owner. The mortgage is never paid back because the financing is the bribe. The mortgage company and the title company are essentially the cartel.
I am going to drop videos with Mr. John Thaler at the bottom of this outline so you can listen to the explanation of the allegations as they are claimed.
The money laundering allegations are widespread and involve bribing public officials, judges, police officers, city office holders, county clerks, court employees, politicians as well as a variety of local and state officials to include state representatives, state senators and various state officials. The fraud is claimed to encompass private sector payrolls, education systems, insurance claims, as well as setting up fake identities, fraudulent records by using illicit access, as well as fraud associated with local, state and federal tax evasions.
All of these issues are explosive in scale and scope, and Mrs. Breger together with Mr. Thaler, claim to have all the documentary evidence to support the allegations. Tens of thousands of documents detailing thousands of fraudulent transactions and several hundred examples of fraudulent records placed in the civic systems.
Again, I will put the videos at the bottom, if you want to spend several hours watching them (as I have already done) the option is yours.
♦ On the specifics of the allegations. There is no way to easily estimate whether or not the claims are accurate. On the specific allegations against Mrs Hobbs, the claimed real estate transactions could support the claims, but may also not support the claims because Breger and Thaler assert that “similar names” are used in the transactions. So, it could be Katie Hobbs and her husband, it could also be totally innocuous people with similar names. [This only applies to Hobbs]
But the issues with Hobbs only scratch the surface. The allegations are much more widespread and encompassing than just Hobbs.
This is where you as an information absorber need to apply a strong dose of skepticism, apply instinct and commonsense. This is also where we would say, wait a minute, who is this guy John Thaler and Ms. Jacqueline Breger, and (1) are they stable people; and (2) do they carry motives behind these allegations.
In my estimation, this is where major warning flags are located.
♦ The two principal agents working on the Sinaloa Cartel money laundering operation in Arizona are claimed to be Brittany Rae-Chavez and her mother Dawna Rae-Chavez. Mr Thaler identifies Brittany and Dawna as the epicenter of the criminal conduct on behalf of Sinaloa. Most, if not all, of the fraudulent documents as created are cited to Brittany Rae-Chavez (BRC) and her mother Dawna Rae-Chavez (DRC).
BRC and DRC may indeed be working for the Sinaloa cartel. However, Mr. Thaler has not provided specific evidence of that other than his word. It could be true that no evidence exists because no evidence is possible. However, the next detail puts a serious question mark on everything.
♦In addition to the claim of Brittany Rae-Chavez being the administrative consigliere to the cartel, she is also John Thaler’s ex-wife. That makes Dawna Rae-Chavez John Thaler’s ex mother-in-law. Additionally, John Thaler and Brittany have a five-year-old son together, and there is a custody dispute.
John claims he did not know of Brittany’s work with the cartel until he discovered her as part of his investigation of insurance and payroll fraud.
Yes, that is correct, John Thaler claims he found out his wife Brittany Rae-Chavez-Thaler was the person behind the widespread fraud he was investigating while they were married.
John and Brittany are now divorced.
The love interest in John Thaler’s life is Jacqueline Breger, the forensic investigator who delivered the senate testimony.
Everything John Thaler and Jacqueline Breger are claiming may be true. However, the motive for them saying it must be made clear.
John Thaler wants access to his son. Brittany and John are in a custody battle. Jacqueline wants to support John. The accusations against Brittany and her mother Dawna could support the interests of John in the custody battle. See the motive?
Additionally, in the divorce case of Thaler -vs- Thaler, the accusations made by Jacqueline Breger were made in court filings before presiding judge Douglas L. Rayes United States District Judge [SEE Opinion of Case HERE].
June 2022 – “Mr. Thaler’s prolix complaint alleges that Ms. Thaler, motivated by a fear a poverty, has engaged in an array of criminal enterprises across multiple states, including money laundering and tax evasion, allegedly accomplished via real estate transactions and non-profit organizations; insurance fraud, allegedly accomplished via phony personal injury claims made on behalf of non-existent persons; skimming money from state-run aid programs; narcotics trafficking; hacking into state databases and fabricating public records; bribing public officials, including judges, police officers, judicial assistants, inspectors, assessors, and accountants; bribing private professionals, such as real estate agents and brokers; bankruptcy fraud; election fraud, allegedly accomplished by creating fake ballots and manipulating others in order to influence, among other races, the 2020 election for Maricopa County Recorder; extortion via “crypto-viruses”; the creation of fake employees on payroll systems in order to collect paychecks and benefits; and murder. What’s more, Mr. Thaler alleges that high-ranking government and judicial officials in Maricopa County and the City of Mesa are in on the racketeering enterprise. Mr. Thaler’s complaint weaves a delusional and fantastical narrative that does not comport with federal pleading standards.” (link)
Are you starting to get that… “wait, wha.. OMG.. nah, hard pass” feeling yet?
Given the nature of the personal background of the people involved, their relationships and the emotional overlay of an ongoing child custody battle, it becomes almost impossible to assert the claims by Mr. Thaler and Ms. Breger are not motivated by the family drama.
Unfortunately, the claims by Thaler and Breger may be accurate as documented. The scale and scope do seem “delusional and fantastical,” and that might be… because it is.
Decide on your own.
I simply advise to proceed with caution, and I have now spent two days in this rabbit hole…. so there’s that.

I have no doubt that the cartels are in the bribing business, but our corrupt government and the uniparty are the one’s stealing our elections.

The right question to ask is “Why would criminals with billions to spend NOT buy influence everywhere they could find it?” Everyone is for sale and the few who aren’t are dead.
Show me the evidence that ANY elected person or ANY person on a government payroll is clean.
They are all dirty until proven otherwise.
Full time audits of everyone and their families, friend and associates. And audit the auditors.
We all benefit by doubting that anyone is honest.
Since all of these people seem to reside somewhere in the deepest part of this rabbit hole, I suggest that we should hold suspect any information that finds its way to the sunlight. I learned from my father that it is best to let other people go down the proverbial rabbit holes, because if I can keep my own nose clean instead, I may still be alive because I haven’t gotten in over my head. Wise words given this situation, I think. Tread very carefully on this, which I am sure you already know to how to do.

this needs to roll downhill and gather speed, it will take time but 23 other states are supposedly involved and people have gone to jail for the scandal, not just part of the voter fraud, and they have whistleblowers

I believe the testimony. Katie Hobbs is not a leader. But she can be mislead, and so has Ken Bennett.

Well as usual, we wait for receipts. But it would help answer the question of these politicians acting like compromised and possessed beings.
Indeed, the motives are there and they also gave me pause.
But- It is entirely possible that Thaler was the victim of a cartel honey trap. He has been poking around in the obvious places where one would expect to find laundering going on.
My ask is this: Why the hell wouldn’t the cartels attempt to get under his tent before offing him?
The other thing that does not make any sense is that if these claims are libelous or slanderous, these two are now in such a world of hurt that the potential custody issue pales in comparison.
OK, perhaps it’s all true and therefore not actionable. Perhaps Thaler had been implicated due to his marriage to an active participant, and is now cooperating with LE. Perhaps it was shoved into the light of day to take heat off of the Biden scandals? There are so many possible reasons that this has been put into the light.
OR, as we have all seen, it is difficult nowadays to get the truth out. Perhaps these investigators now understand that those they thought would enforce (Ducey etc.) are in on it. The joint election hearing in the AZ Senate may have been pounced upon as the best available venue to get some traction with their findings?
Their story is entirely PLAUSIBLE. The cartels are in business and do need to find ways to move their money.
Compliant officials are a necessity. Anyone watching closely over the last few years knows that AZ is obviously corrupt.
This ties it all up with a nice bow. Too nice? Maybe, but maybe not.

Atty. Thaler is doing this investigation for clients that are paying him. He explains all that in Brannon’s interviews. He’s not doing this for personal reasons and welcomes lawsuits against him. This investigation covers many years

Another thing that raised a red flag to me was the book that was written and about to be released. Custody battle and book deal. Yes, I’m very skeptical! But always hopeful for corruption to be exposed.
Bodies. We gotta have bodies. And pictures. And video of compromised individuals. The more outrageous the better. T.V. mini series outrageous. This is America,nothing matters unless we are entertained.
Perhaps Mr. Thaler wants Liam Neeson to play his role in the movie. Or perhaps he is a Fed, pursuing a quarry, and making this move to flush an adversary into the open. That could possibly explain his lack of fear.

You do know that AZ is adjacent to Mexico, where these “fantastic” and “delusional” claims are everyday fact. One has to be pretty naive to think that Narco influence stops at the border. Hobbs would not be the first governor they own. I’d wager she’s not even the first US governor. These guys are used to bribing State and Federal officials… It may be a bit far fetched… But far from fantastical. Actually, if you look at Mexico, it is not outlandish at all.
We need to declare war upon the Mexican Cartels. Get Mexico to declare them outlaw groups and allow us to hunt them wherever they are. Sink their maritime assets, raid their “storefronts” and treat them as the menace they have chosen to be.
First thing would be to charge anyone dealing Fentanyl with attempted homicide as it is easily foreseeable that one or more of their users will overdose.
My first search on items like this claim is to find out who the person is who is making the claim and who they are related to or doing business with, or sleeping with. I can see that some people would enthusiastically jump on this train because it suits their worldview. This story is like a story of alien abduction, I need tangible proof, not stories. It is only plausible because the sole point of getting political power is to indulge in personal corruption and greed, and that is a bottomless pit.
Clearly Arizona is one of our most corrupt States. Certainly the most corrupt red one. This could all be real. Or not. Time will tell
I understand there are questions, but one thing that cannot be questioned is the MASSIVELY Corrupt Arizona Real Estate Industry… which has been an open invitation to corruption for decades.
From late 90s -2007, I was a licenced broker in AZ, a certified real estate instructor and vice-president of one of the largest real estate investment firms in southern AZ. We flipped, bought and sold SFR’s (single fam residences as mentioned) , short sales of mortgages, etc.
Investment money poured into Arizona real estate from all over the world… including Mexico—- And a LOT of bad actors. I had the authority to spend other people’s money up to a million dollars per SFR, without asking.
You could record ANYTHING in a chain of title… fake jr. mortgages, lis pendens, mechanic’s liens… signatures forged with copy machines… and this was WELL before the advanced digital technology we have now. And the notary whores, lol.
Our clientele got shadier and shadier…
Some of our richest clients were from Mazatlan, Sinaloa Mexico… the Sinaloa Cartel? I don’t know.
But by 2001… I was surrounded by more corrupt people than any other time in my life… and then I found out my boss was a crook. I quit… despite having a young family… I could never be a crook..
I actually testified against him. and taught the Atty Gen office how we did the deals.
This was Pima County… county judges and law firms HEAVILY involved in the market. Crooked lawyers are scary. It was also ‘suspected’ that AZ Rep. Raúl Grijalva was “a drug-money candidate”

I’d like to thank you for your comment because it helps put this story in perspective. I watched both the Senate hearing and the Brannon Howse interview with Mr. Thaler, I also read the entirety of the supporting documents supplied in the published pdf file. The allegations sound plausible to me given my limited experience in matters of real estate and helped suggest an answer to a long standing question I’ve had. Namely where is the money coming from? With Ex-FBI guys it was book deals, with Hunter Biden is was “art”, but where were the enormous sums of money coming from that you would need to corrupt an entire state government like Arizona?
There were 40 names on the list of alleged wrongdoers provided by Mr. Thaler and Katie Hobbs was only one of them that they used as an example during the Senate hearing, but as they said the same allegations could be applied to anyone on that list. I would say that Mr. Thaler’s investigation perfectly mirrors your own personal experience about the long standing corruption in this field.
I happened to be living in Southern Florida during the 80’s when cocaine was King and “Save the Bale” tee shirts were everywhere. I got to see first hand how drug money influenced and infected every part of society. I saw honest hard working fishermen doing time for drug smuggling, million dollar beachfront properties being bought up for clandestine operations and being guarded by patrol cars in the middle of the night.
If you’re so naive to think that this isn’t happening in your town or in your state, then you need to get out more.

I think there are elements of truth in this story.
It is not believable that for a child custody case, Thaler would go to this extent to accuse people, other than his ex, of criminal activity.
I think Katie Hobbs and her cohorts in crime were cheating the Arizona Governor election. The Democrats also cheated the 2020 election in Arizona. I have no doubt that some of the same people would be engaged in other criminal activity like Thaler is purporting.

Ahhh… I finally found him: Mark Brnovich. He was instrumental in doing absolutely NOTHING about election fraud in AZ, except pretending that he was going to do something.
The gave the info to Ducey and Numbchucks in May, 2002. Neither one did anything.
The atty did an interview on Lindell TV. He said his ex is cooperating and requested to go in WITSEC.
He said she, past tense, “WAS” interested in cooperating but became “pressured” not to.

Sydney Powell made some very big claims after the 2020 election that never went anywhere except to discredited her and her more reasonable, and likely true, claims.

It was a facility in Germany that was being used to manipulate cyber attacks in our election machines or used a relay/transfer point for the same use coming from a different location.

Everything seemed too good to be true. And yes, the divorce could be a big deal. Thaler is supposed to be back with Brandon next week with more proof documents.
However, one has to question Russia Collusion, Mueller investigation, Ukraine impeachment, COVID-19, COVID vaccines, Mask mandates, and how Joe Biden, Katie Hobbs, John Fetterman and a bunch of other players got elected in 2018, 2020 and 2022.
I also remember being told in the early 1980’s by a colleague who was from Tucson that Tucson was a major drug trafficking route into the US. That would suggest that bribery has been a big deal down there for a long time.

You are correct about Tucson. From Tucson the route goes to Phoenix which is one of the distribution hubs.
I’d love to see an audit of all the drugs, cash, weapons and other confiscated items to know how much is missing. Of course most of it probably never makes it into evidence.

Sundance, it was at least two years ago that I began to encounter stories about cartel bribery of AZ officialdom– and the allegations stretched from AZ to DC. You are pulling on only one thread of a much larger fabric.

Who’s crooked? Republican media. AZ has been a dump for 50 years yet every election cycle the republican media says, miraculously, AZ is MAGA.

Gateway Pundit would be all over this story if it had legs. Maybe well even if it didn’t have legs. But I see nothing there now nor when I looked yesterday. Election fraud is their ‘meat and potatoes’. Even they don’t seem to take it seriously even though it was 40 plus minutes long.

I get the skepticism but prior to my “A- ha” moment in politics, my world was turned up-side-down by discoveries which came to light by family divorce – revelations no one had a clue of prior – including corruption among doctors, lawyers and judges, accountants and politicians. I now know these network(s) exist in most towns and cities – it’s loosely called the good ole boy system in the South. From personal experience, I realize it’s possible to uncover the “double-life” of someone you thought you knew and it’s also possible to uncover things some might deem “delusional and fantastical” due to it’s scale…and I understand that too. But it does happen.
I do plan to proceed with caution but because I’m now wired to look at all parties and networks involved (including the judges), I’ll just post this:

Caught this too. “delusional and fantastical” was the judges slap at Thaler. It is a common characterization used by the uni-party types when they put down those of us who question the legitimacy of the last two elections. When Thaler’s complaint mentioned the election it must have set him off.

Healthy skepticism is always a good thing. Even if you agree or want to agree. None of it would surprise me, but it seems a bit too brightly packaged a present to unwrap without checking for a ticking timer.

After I watched the testimony to the Arizona senate peeps, I was like… omg! But then I clicked around a bit and discovered the relationships and the judge in the divorce case throwing out the allegations. In addition, she repeatedly stated that “similar names” were part of the cartel shenanigans – convenient.
That was then I concluded that this is nothing more than a concoction to cause harm to the mother of Mr. Thaler’s child.
This same info was supposedly given to Gov. Ducy in May 2022. Something would have happened with the info had it been true.
Oh, and he is selling a book.
Ducey was a RINO at best. He pretended to be interestyed in election fraud but refused to act on it. Same with his AG, Mark Brnovich.
My instincts were that I would like it to be true but that it crashed through my skepticism barrier.
I will wait and see and not be surprised if it is nonsense.
