If it sounds too good to be true….
Okay folks, this is a story that dragged me into a rabbit hole for two days. If you have seen the video testimony of Ms. Jacqueline Breger in front of the Arizona Senate Committee investigating election issues, this outline is intended to help you navigate the story.
On February 23, 2023, Ms. Breger delivered testimony to the Arizona Senate claiming documentary evidence that shows judges, politicians, police, local and state officials as well as multiple groups, organizations and individuals associated within government and elections operations the state of Arizona are being bribed and under the influence of the Sinaloa Cartel from Mexico.
It is not coincidental that everything associated with this story seems explosive and astounding. It is also not coincidental that you could spend hours looking for specific details of the allegations, including watching interviews with each of the participants, and not find your answers. Things are NOT what they seem.
I am going to start by sharing the 42-minute video {direct Rumble Link here} of the allegations made by Ms. Jacqueline Breger, because this is the origination from which all downstream story details originate. This testimony hit the web and exploded in the alternative media ecosphere. WATCH:

As she outlines in the video Mrs. Jacqueline Breger, a forensic investigator, represents the interests of an attorney, Mr. John Thaler, in delivering information to the committee that would be pertinent to their interests.
The *hook* to grab immediate attention is to apply the accusations of bribery, public corruption, fraud and money laundering to one big name, Katie Hobbs, who is now the governor of Arizona.
According to the claims, Mrs. Katie Hobbs and her husband were participants in a racketeering scheme originating from the Sinaloa drug and human trafficking cartel. Real estate transactions using dummy mortgage companies, holding companies and title companies are part of the alleged operation.
Essentially the primary real estate allegation works like this. The Sinaloa Cartel uses proxies in the U.S. to set up fraudulent corporations (mortgage companies etc). Those proxies then launder drug money through real estate transactions using the fraudulent companies. If they need to bribe a person, the cartel finances the mortgage of the individual as a way to pay the property owner. The mortgage is never paid back because the financing is the bribe. The mortgage company and the title company are essentially the cartel.
I am going to drop videos with Mr. John Thaler at the bottom of this outline so you can listen to the explanation of the allegations as they are claimed.
The money laundering allegations are widespread and involve bribing public officials, judges, police officers, city office holders, county clerks, court employees, politicians as well as a variety of local and state officials to include state representatives, state senators and various state officials. The fraud is claimed to encompass private sector payrolls, education systems, insurance claims, as well as setting up fake identities, fraudulent records by using illicit access, as well as fraud associated with local, state and federal tax evasions.
All of these issues are explosive in scale and scope, and Mrs. Breger together with Mr. Thaler, claim to have all the documentary evidence to support the allegations. Tens of thousands of documents detailing thousands of fraudulent transactions and several hundred examples of fraudulent records placed in the civic systems.
Again, I will put the videos at the bottom, if you want to spend several hours watching them (as I have already done) the option is yours.
♦ On the specifics of the allegations. There is no way to easily estimate whether or not the claims are accurate. On the specific allegations against Mrs Hobbs, the claimed real estate transactions could support the claims, but may also not support the claims because Breger and Thaler assert that “similar names” are used in the transactions. So, it could be Katie Hobbs and her husband, it could also be totally innocuous people with similar names. [This only applies to Hobbs]
But the issues with Hobbs only scratch the surface. The allegations are much more widespread and encompassing than just Hobbs.
This is where you as an information absorber need to apply a strong dose of skepticism, apply instinct and commonsense. This is also where we would say, wait a minute, who is this guy John Thaler and Ms. Jacqueline Breger, and (1) are they stable people; and (2) do they carry motives behind these allegations.
In my estimation, this is where major warning flags are located.
♦ The two principal agents working on the Sinaloa Cartel money laundering operation in Arizona are claimed to be Brittany Rae-Chavez and her mother Dawna Rae-Chavez. Mr Thaler identifies Brittany and Dawna as the epicenter of the criminal conduct on behalf of Sinaloa. Most, if not all, of the fraudulent documents as created are cited to Brittany Rae-Chavez (BRC) and her mother Dawna Rae-Chavez (DRC).
BRC and DRC may indeed be working for the Sinaloa cartel. However, Mr. Thaler has not provided specific evidence of that other than his word. It could be true that no evidence exists because no evidence is possible. However, the next detail puts a serious question mark on everything.
♦In addition to the claim of Brittany Rae-Chavez being the administrative consigliere to the cartel, she is also John Thaler’s ex-wife. That makes Dawna Rae-Chavez John Thaler’s ex mother-in-law. Additionally, John Thaler and Brittany have a five-year-old son together, and there is a custody dispute.
John claims he did not know of Brittany’s work with the cartel until he discovered her as part of his investigation of insurance and payroll fraud.
Yes, that is correct, John Thaler claims he found out his wife Brittany Rae-Chavez-Thaler was the person behind the widespread fraud he was investigating while they were married.
John and Brittany are now divorced.
The love interest in John Thaler’s life is Jacqueline Breger, the forensic investigator who delivered the senate testimony.
Everything John Thaler and Jacqueline Breger are claiming may be true. However, the motive for them saying it must be made clear.
John Thaler wants access to his son. Brittany and John are in a custody battle. Jacqueline wants to support John. The accusations against Brittany and her mother Dawna could support the interests of John in the custody battle. See the motive?
Additionally, in the divorce case of Thaler -vs- Thaler, the accusations made by Jacqueline Breger were made in court filings before presiding judge Douglas L. Rayes United States District Judge [SEE Opinion of Case HERE].
June 2022 – “Mr. Thaler’s prolix complaint alleges that Ms. Thaler, motivated by a fear a poverty, has engaged in an array of criminal enterprises across multiple states, including money laundering and tax evasion, allegedly accomplished via real estate transactions and non-profit organizations; insurance fraud, allegedly accomplished via phony personal injury claims made on behalf of non-existent persons; skimming money from state-run aid programs; narcotics trafficking; hacking into state databases and fabricating public records; bribing public officials, including judges, police officers, judicial assistants, inspectors, assessors, and accountants; bribing private professionals, such as real estate agents and brokers; bankruptcy fraud; election fraud, allegedly accomplished by creating fake ballots and manipulating others in order to influence, among other races, the 2020 election for Maricopa County Recorder; extortion via “crypto-viruses”; the creation of fake employees on payroll systems in order to collect paychecks and benefits; and murder. What’s more, Mr. Thaler alleges that high-ranking government and judicial officials in Maricopa County and the City of Mesa are in on the racketeering enterprise. Mr. Thaler’s complaint weaves a delusional and fantastical narrative that does not comport with federal pleading standards.” (link)
Are you starting to get that… “wait, wha.. OMG.. nah, hard pass” feeling yet?
Given the nature of the personal background of the people involved, their relationships and the emotional overlay of an ongoing child custody battle, it becomes almost impossible to assert the claims by Mr. Thaler and Ms. Breger are not motivated by the family drama.
Unfortunately, the claims by Thaler and Breger may be accurate as documented. The scale and scope do seem “delusional and fantastical,” and that might be… because it is.
Decide on your own.
I simply advise to proceed with caution, and I have now spent two days in this rabbit hole…. so there’s that.

While I don’t think Hobbs is clever enough for this, one of my gages is regular news letters from Wendy Rogers, chairperson of the Az senate committee on elections. Her focus is the progress they are making on election integrity in Az including setting up rules to exclude electronic voting machines. I have heard nothing towards the testimony but it could her and the committee are still going over what was presented.
This testimony seems a lot more complicated than necessary and there is already other evidence proving the corruption in the elections in Az. It could very well be this is more a ruse to slow down the actions of the committee.
Whether or not any of all of these allegations are true, one who have to be extremely dim to not think the drug cartels are deeply involved in big money scams to keep their money and power flowing in the border states. The cartels absolutely have the most to lose from the tight border Kari Lake was promising. One would have to be stupid to think they wouldn’t bribe and threaten people to keeps things moving for their interests.
The next logical question should be who is really running these cartels? Do you believe it’s just some random drug kingpins? I don’t.

One could read this either way:
(1) They don’t fear reprisals from the cartels because it’s all a hoax and no one is going to seek revenge. It’s just a custody battle story written by two lovers who have enough expertise to make it believable.
OR
(2) It is real and they want the kid extracted from that environment and are pulling out all the stops to make sure all the key players are taken down and removed from the ability to do them and the kid harm.
SEEMS LIKE they’re taking a HUGE risk of defamation cases and prison/fines if they’re making it all up.

When you overlay your poignant Facts with John Thaler’s Report to the Governor it certainly makes a beautiful slipper that fits quite nicely on Cinderella’s (Arizona’s) foot.
Thaler may have weaved much of his expertise and personal nuance and knowledge (involvement) into the design, making it appear, for some, like itself a forgery (delusional and fantastical) as the Judge in his divorce case characterizes—the Judge is an Obama appointee and a Republican by the way.
However, fiction can become the truth sometimes in the uncanniest of ways. Digging into thousands of pages of evidence Thaler has presented to get to the truth that many of us have been in pursuit of is surely under way. Will it be worth the time and effort?
The divorce case is not in federal court.

That is not the divorce case. Without accessing the actual case the nature of the claim is not evident other than it’s a civil case. Federal court is not the venue for divorce, that’s a states’ matter.
So… Arizona is a narco-colony of the Cartels… IMPO, so is NM and CA, as well as parts of Texas. We need to unleash some “Shermanesque” campaigns on the Cartels and do to their holdings what General Sherman did to GA.
We are very lucky to be here and witness your sincerity and truthfulness through investigative research and analysis of the truth of corruption in our state(s) and federal government agencies.
There is no doubt, in my mind, there is plenty of corruption to go around and has been going around for many decades.
Many Treepers have witnessed and experienced government corruption that was, (and currently is), fantastical and unbelievable but it did happen and it eventually saw the light of day. How it was handled at that point, well that’s another matter entirely.

Mr. Thayler’s body language and facial expressions are very unusual. It is so distracting that it is hard to watch for long. He does not show self-confidence, but rather discomfort and fear. I dunno – this story may need more time to prove if he is legitimate.

Incidentally, Gail was on last year’s ballot to replace the one honest (I believe, as I did meet him several years ago) person who was a member of the Maricopa County Commission but resigned. In that case, the male candidate who had been temporarily appointed to fill the position left by the resignee, “won” that election. Just another good old boy to join the rest of the “(R) rats.”

I take no position on this but I will note for the record that the list of “fantastical claims” proven beyond a shadow of a doubt to be true, just in the last 24 months, runs to pages.

IF true these claims are so horrendous and far-sweeping that they must be taken seriously until disproven. That IS the leftist standard. The more enormous the allegations, the heavier the burden shifts to the accused to disprove the claims.
So let the fake governor disprove it. As for the custody battle (which is not the Federal case), I note for the record that there are people this evil out there, evil enough to make up all this stuff to get an edge in a custody battle, and/or evil enough to actually be involved in all the alleged activity. Well done, Sundance. Motive is clear, however, Thaler stands to lose his law license if he is making material misstatements of fact. No doubt, Thaler’s complaint does not follow the standard pleading allegations. More material to the analysis is that this case appears to be one involving family law, a state law case not a federal case unless there is cross state kidnapping, etc. The judge has now created an appealable issue, imo, by dismissing with prejudice.

Disappointing to see all the conflicts of interest with these accusations. It’s going to get everything swept under the carpet. The rumors of the cartel owning politicians, law enforcement and everyone else have been strong in California for decades. I believe the rumors and have no reason to believe the same thing isn’t happening in Arizona.
Easy, turn over all evidence and documentation to a very reputable third party and let them follow the bread trail to see if it has merit! The one thing that shows something nefarious is happening in Arizona is that Liz Harris who was recently elected to the Arizona Legislature helped put together these hearings! She has been an absolute bulldog on the voter fraud and election integrity issues in Arizona and helped with getting the Audit accomplished in 2021!
Several years ago (if anyone remembers) there was a twitter feed put out by a Dem party official in AZ that gave evidence and procedures of how the DEM party was using drug money laundered from the drug cartels for the elections. It was while McCain was still alive. Can’t recall much more than that but perhaps an enterprising researcher can find the goods. I didn’t save it but wish I had.
Cartels in AZ fund a lot of crime, so yeah, no doubt some of this is true. Judges were blackmailed/extorted/threatened/bribed in 2020 –nothing else explains what happened–but we have no evidence. In the words of Christina Pushaw, you won’t find emails! Invitations!

I could easily believe that everything alleged actually is true and has happened, and continues to happen, however, I concur with your twitter observation that the messaging around this is just piss-poor. If this is indeed going on, it is so obtuse and arcance, it provides a defensive layer of obfuscation that the perps depend upon for protective coloration.
My first thought after reading your observation re:messaging was that Sundance is on the case, and the case needs a Sundance level of sunlight and clarity.
It could very well be the body of the nude male teenage hooker left on the front porch of the AZ gavernor’s mansion, but The Wolf’s cleaning crew will be along shortly, and there will be nothing to see here, move along, citizen!
The defense of the Evil Ones is absolutely shrouded by the high level of obfuscation, fear, uncertainty, and doubt, smoke and noise that they operate behind.

It is interesting. My reaction was, if it wasn’t for the child custody issue, I would be more inclined to believe it. In addition, I find myself remembering how many times we have had the rug pulled out from under our feet when we think maybe, just once, there may be a smoking gun. I am curious to see how the accused respond. We all know the MSM will run cover for them. However, #ArrestKatieHobbs has been trending on Twitter; therefore, she may have to respond. I am waiting to see how everything shakes out. I did watch her testimony. I want to see the documents.
The red flag here is: why isn’t there a huge task force on this? Just two people giving testimony with very questionable optics at best? Arrests? Charges? High level law enforcement entities weighing in publicly?
As with just about every “explosive” story that we see in the alternative media ecosphere as Sundance describes, there’s always a lot of “smoke” and more often than not there’s a bit of “fire” as well. Unfortunately, too much effort is spent on identifying and admiring the problem at the expense of the solution. But, of course, when there aren’t any “firemen” to take action, that’s about the best we’re going to get.
We cannot get anyone to hear testimony about election integrity. It will be almost impossible to get this information in front of law enforcement and judiciary.
That’s where the face-tatooed gang bangers come in – they collect the vig, and keep the ‘Dreamers’ at their jobs and on their toes.

To cast doubt om this whole affair because Thaler is involved in a divorce case is a bit of a stretch. Thaler has been involved in this investigation for many years. If in the course of the investigation he was required to go to the municipal offices to access deeds etc., and if Brittney was employed at the municipal office it is not beyond credulity that they may have become romantically involved. As the investigation proceeded it might have become apparent that he may have uncovered his wife’s involvement in the affair. The amount of evidence that he has displayed would indicate that this investigation was not initiated to get back at his wife in the divorce case.

You can bet our own very own intelligence apparatus is knee deep in these various kinds of operations all over the United States and in every country possible.
I had a big red flag when she testified that 5-10 people did this investigation over 3-4 years. She named everybody in the entire state was being bribed. No way i heck they would ever get conclusive documentation with only 5, sometimes a few more, people in such a short people of times.
The other red flag was she had a very long pause when asked what party she was affiliate with before finally answering “Independent”. Had she truly be an indie that would have flowed out of her mouth with little to no thought process. I believe she is party affiliated.
These were 2 red flags during testimony. Additionally, she just didn’t present in a manner that made her a bona fide person to have been involved in such an investigation. Many times she repeatedly faltered in the reading of her script and seemed unfamiliar with the essence of the text.
I just didn’t think she was credible, but the M/M Hobbs part might be somewhat credible because she named those names. The rest of the unamed hordes of people might be a figment of her/their imagination(s).
I’d be surprised if this goes anyway anytime soon.

Fontes is now AZ Secretary of State after he “won” the election in 2022

Well, I’ll proceed with caution, but I’m remembering my six years of living in Rhode Island, a state that seems to take pride in the depth to which the Mafia has corrupted government at all levels. Near the end of the video Breger started naming names which is when Ken Bennett had his freak-out, which begs the question: is Bennett’s name on that list?
Also, Bennett made a point to ask the question of how Breger came to appear in front of the committee. Breger said it was State Representative (Liz) Harris. Harris has been attacked over her questions of the validity of the 2022 election and this was Bennett painting another bullseye on Harris’ back.
If you remember, Ken Bennett was the one that was giving nightly updates on the 2020 election audit. It was later discovered that he was also leaking sensitive information.
Another point: the Mayor of Mesa was one of the names Berger mentioned. In 2022 people were shocked when “Republican Mesa Mayor (John Giles) endorses Katie Hobbs for governor”.
Giles also endorsed Mark Kelly against Blake Masters and Adrian Fontes over Mark Finchem.

Scooby- I just received a copy of a list (incidentally, just since reading this CTH post and clicking on links by our CTH friends.) Ken Bennett is not on this list titled “Elected and Appointed Officials and With Falsified Deeds.” I believe somehow this was sent from Frank Speech as I did watch the video with Brannon Howse.

These people are not smart enough to make the plan but seem to be dumb enough to do something illegal, not knowing it was for the cartel, and then can’t get out because they would go to jail or lose their life. So they have no choice but to continue to allow their names and other information to be used. Something is certainly amiss in AZ and other states and when giving it thought wondered how George Soros could reach so many people…but if true, we know how it is done and why so many people have to go along with it. They are bought and paid for before their career begins. Bringing down a society without firing a shot.

With what I have heard about criminal activity in Arizona, on the border and elsewhere,
I wouldn’t be surprised if this criminal enterprise is true. I spend a few months of each year
there. It seems to be common knowledge that the criminal cartels are taking over Tucson.
Everyone is moving north it seems.
That there is a family dispute and divorce going on may be the catalyst
for discovering the information. They are not just accusing the ex wife,
but many other officials.

I watched the testimony and I kept saying to myself, WTF? I thought this person’s “info” was from the beginning, should be something presented in a courtroom, not a public setting, whether the info is valid or not.
Irs pretty Captain Obvious to me the elections in Arizona suck . They do everywhere else too. I just feel like saying to the presenter “thanks. you, who just made questions about election integrity so twisted and perverted you set the process of cleaning them up into the Stone Age.” Perhaps that was the intent.
For me, the tell is Ken Bennett and his name on the alleged properties.

I may be the only one, but I didn’t think he acted any different than your typical overly cautious bureaucrat who sees someone making fantastic accusations in the legislature that accuses specific, high profile people, like the current governor, of criminal activity. I thought his objection to naming names made sense.
Him leaving? That seemed more like a sign of concern to me, but even that could be explained by him not wanting to be associated with the testimony.
With that said – it would not surprise me terribly if he did turn out to be bribed, but that specific reaction seemed reasonable for an innocent, but fearful, bureaucrat.
You are on to something. Bennet ran against Ducey and refused to bring out Ducies ties . The shortly afterward he was appointed to chair the election integrity for 2020 and supposedly found nothing but never interviewed witnesses . Then he was asked by the leadership to run again for public office as pay back.
Arizona corruption is rampinant on both sides as the McCains.

That was a big red flag for me as well. Bennett acted like a guilty man. The other thing that stood out for me was Thaler basically DARING anyone to sue him for defamation or libel. He is either a very good actor or very sure of himself.
But Thaler did not come out and say Bennet did anything wrong. He said Bennet had family members that were questionable and that he had deeds with “the signs they look for” on them, but those deeds had not been reviewed by an expert yet. I have gotten a definite RINO vibe from Bennet in the past though.
He also implied Wendy Rogers may have deed issues too, which I’m skeptical that she would fight so hard for election integrity if she’s on the take.

I thought it was odd when the accusations seemed to come out of nowhere. Then bazaar when the article I read didn’t have any details, just kept repeating the exact same accusations.
