If it sounds too good to be true….
Okay folks, this is a story that dragged me into a rabbit hole for two days. If you have seen the video testimony of Ms. Jacqueline Breger in front of the Arizona Senate Committee investigating election issues, this outline is intended to help you navigate the story.
On February 23, 2023, Ms. Breger delivered testimony to the Arizona Senate claiming documentary evidence that shows judges, politicians, police, local and state officials as well as multiple groups, organizations and individuals associated within government and elections operations the state of Arizona are being bribed and under the influence of the Sinaloa Cartel from Mexico.
It is not coincidental that everything associated with this story seems explosive and astounding. It is also not coincidental that you could spend hours looking for specific details of the allegations, including watching interviews with each of the participants, and not find your answers. Things are NOT what they seem.
I am going to start by sharing the 42-minute video {direct Rumble Link here} of the allegations made by Ms. Jacqueline Breger, because this is the origination from which all downstream story details originate. This testimony hit the web and exploded in the alternative media ecosphere. WATCH:

As she outlines in the video Mrs. Jacqueline Breger, a forensic investigator, represents the interests of an attorney, Mr. John Thaler, in delivering information to the committee that would be pertinent to their interests.
The *hook* to grab immediate attention is to apply the accusations of bribery, public corruption, fraud and money laundering to one big name, Katie Hobbs, who is now the governor of Arizona.
According to the claims, Mrs. Katie Hobbs and her husband were participants in a racketeering scheme originating from the Sinaloa drug and human trafficking cartel. Real estate transactions using dummy mortgage companies, holding companies and title companies are part of the alleged operation.
Essentially the primary real estate allegation works like this. The Sinaloa Cartel uses proxies in the U.S. to set up fraudulent corporations (mortgage companies etc). Those proxies then launder drug money through real estate transactions using the fraudulent companies. If they need to bribe a person, the cartel finances the mortgage of the individual as a way to pay the property owner. The mortgage is never paid back because the financing is the bribe. The mortgage company and the title company are essentially the cartel.
I am going to drop videos with Mr. John Thaler at the bottom of this outline so you can listen to the explanation of the allegations as they are claimed.
The money laundering allegations are widespread and involve bribing public officials, judges, police officers, city office holders, county clerks, court employees, politicians as well as a variety of local and state officials to include state representatives, state senators and various state officials. The fraud is claimed to encompass private sector payrolls, education systems, insurance claims, as well as setting up fake identities, fraudulent records by using illicit access, as well as fraud associated with local, state and federal tax evasions.
All of these issues are explosive in scale and scope, and Mrs. Breger together with Mr. Thaler, claim to have all the documentary evidence to support the allegations. Tens of thousands of documents detailing thousands of fraudulent transactions and several hundred examples of fraudulent records placed in the civic systems.
Again, I will put the videos at the bottom, if you want to spend several hours watching them (as I have already done) the option is yours.
♦ On the specifics of the allegations. There is no way to easily estimate whether or not the claims are accurate. On the specific allegations against Mrs Hobbs, the claimed real estate transactions could support the claims, but may also not support the claims because Breger and Thaler assert that “similar names” are used in the transactions. So, it could be Katie Hobbs and her husband, it could also be totally innocuous people with similar names. [This only applies to Hobbs]
But the issues with Hobbs only scratch the surface. The allegations are much more widespread and encompassing than just Hobbs.
This is where you as an information absorber need to apply a strong dose of skepticism, apply instinct and commonsense. This is also where we would say, wait a minute, who is this guy John Thaler and Ms. Jacqueline Breger, and (1) are they stable people; and (2) do they carry motives behind these allegations.
In my estimation, this is where major warning flags are located.
♦ The two principal agents working on the Sinaloa Cartel money laundering operation in Arizona are claimed to be Brittany Rae-Chavez and her mother Dawna Rae-Chavez. Mr Thaler identifies Brittany and Dawna as the epicenter of the criminal conduct on behalf of Sinaloa. Most, if not all, of the fraudulent documents as created are cited to Brittany Rae-Chavez (BRC) and her mother Dawna Rae-Chavez (DRC).
BRC and DRC may indeed be working for the Sinaloa cartel. However, Mr. Thaler has not provided specific evidence of that other than his word. It could be true that no evidence exists because no evidence is possible. However, the next detail puts a serious question mark on everything.
♦In addition to the claim of Brittany Rae-Chavez being the administrative consigliere to the cartel, she is also John Thaler’s ex-wife. That makes Dawna Rae-Chavez John Thaler’s ex mother-in-law. Additionally, John Thaler and Brittany have a five-year-old son together, and there is a custody dispute.
John claims he did not know of Brittany’s work with the cartel until he discovered her as part of his investigation of insurance and payroll fraud.
Yes, that is correct, John Thaler claims he found out his wife Brittany Rae-Chavez-Thaler was the person behind the widespread fraud he was investigating while they were married.
John and Brittany are now divorced.
The love interest in John Thaler’s life is Jacqueline Breger, the forensic investigator who delivered the senate testimony.
Everything John Thaler and Jacqueline Breger are claiming may be true. However, the motive for them saying it must be made clear.
John Thaler wants access to his son. Brittany and John are in a custody battle. Jacqueline wants to support John. The accusations against Brittany and her mother Dawna could support the interests of John in the custody battle. See the motive?
Additionally, in the divorce case of Thaler -vs- Thaler, the accusations made by Jacqueline Breger were made in court filings before presiding judge Douglas L. Rayes United States District Judge [SEE Opinion of Case HERE].
June 2022 – “Mr. Thaler’s prolix complaint alleges that Ms. Thaler, motivated by a fear a poverty, has engaged in an array of criminal enterprises across multiple states, including money laundering and tax evasion, allegedly accomplished via real estate transactions and non-profit organizations; insurance fraud, allegedly accomplished via phony personal injury claims made on behalf of non-existent persons; skimming money from state-run aid programs; narcotics trafficking; hacking into state databases and fabricating public records; bribing public officials, including judges, police officers, judicial assistants, inspectors, assessors, and accountants; bribing private professionals, such as real estate agents and brokers; bankruptcy fraud; election fraud, allegedly accomplished by creating fake ballots and manipulating others in order to influence, among other races, the 2020 election for Maricopa County Recorder; extortion via “crypto-viruses”; the creation of fake employees on payroll systems in order to collect paychecks and benefits; and murder. What’s more, Mr. Thaler alleges that high-ranking government and judicial officials in Maricopa County and the City of Mesa are in on the racketeering enterprise. Mr. Thaler’s complaint weaves a delusional and fantastical narrative that does not comport with federal pleading standards.” (link)
Are you starting to get that… “wait, wha.. OMG.. nah, hard pass” feeling yet?
Given the nature of the personal background of the people involved, their relationships and the emotional overlay of an ongoing child custody battle, it becomes almost impossible to assert the claims by Mr. Thaler and Ms. Breger are not motivated by the family drama.
Unfortunately, the claims by Thaler and Breger may be accurate as documented. The scale and scope do seem “delusional and fantastical,” and that might be… because it is.
Decide on your own.
I simply advise to proceed with caution, and I have now spent two days in this rabbit hole…. so there’s that.

However, when you look at the situation in Arizona, wide open border, “Republicans” who do virtually nothing to stop what is a verifiably crooked election system and the cartels operating with nobody in authority seemingly able to stop them, it lends SERIOUS weight to these accusations.

Kinda wondering what “proof” he could have, that something was presented to Ducey. A duplicate copy would not be proof. Perhaps only a signed receipt and statement from the governor as to the contents of what he received, which would not be likely. Seems like a difficult thing to have “proof” of.
Who is Ducies family connected to ? What did his uncle go to jail for ? What did he have made legal in Arizona? Who did the Mcains family connected to? How did her father get his distributorship ? Who did Ducey work for in college ?
Why didn’t Bennet talk about this when he was running against Ducey for governor. Did Bennet get his quid by being in charge of overseeing the integrity of the10202O election.

McCain’s “wet start” accident on the USS Forrestal, and the coverup by his Admiral dad who was CINCPAC at the time, put him in a terrible position. If he is part of a racketeering operation, the last act in furtherance of the conspiracy triggers the statute of limitations. So, say acts were committed in 2015. Somebody processed a fraudulent deed. By now, the statute of limitations on charging the crime has run out. But there is a RICO variation on the S of L problem, a sort of exception to the rule. So, if in May of 2022, Ducey took action to protect or further the conspiracy, in response to fear of discovery, then if Ducey did anything criminal in 2022, the statute of limitations would not then run on the 2015, or 2005, or 1995 associated criminal acts. A sort of renewal, beginning anew the deadline on charging all of it. As I understand it, anyways.
Just a thought.
Also, hiding proceeds of crime in real estate is not a new scheme. I think several buildings in Ohio – maybe it was Cincinnati? – were seized a couple of years ago as the ending point of some Eastern European money laundering scheme.
Back during Kari campaign it was mentioned her being disloyal to the McCains and how the McCains were all tied up in the real estate investors in AZ.
Laundering money through real estate is as old as time immemorial. The Chinese do it with nearly all the new Orlando sub divisions as a way to avoid capital controls. I have heard from reliable sources that some of the new construction projects here in northeast Ohio are funded by Russian and Ukranian oligarchs looking to evade sanctions and capital controls.
As a border state, I’d find it hard to believe that the cartels *haven’t* made any political in-roads in Arizona. Leaving aside that the entire essence of their enterprise is criminal, the cartels operate like any other Wall St. multi-national in terms of buying power and influence. So while the messengers may be flawed, there is certainly plausibility to their message. I’ll remain skeptical, but with eyes wide open. Time will tell.
If they had real evidence against the cartel, I think they would be in another kind of rabbit hole somewhere in the desert.
Thaler said 6 attempts have been made on his life. He’s had acquaintances injured in those attempts.

Even if this is all true, the personal relationships/drama will make this easy to dismiss. I have no doubt the cartels are bribing local/state/federal officials, but they aren’t going to investigate themselves.
I followed Sundance when he brought up that “easy to dismiss” personal complication, but I must say I found some of Mr. Thaler’s comments and perceived attitude about all of that led me in the opposite direction in his interview with Lindell TV.
True. The personal stakes always cloud exposure of evil but we need to keep in mind that almost without fail the only reason anything is ever exposed is because somebody with a personal stake was harmed and thus motivated to look further.
I am listening to an interview right now, that he did on Lindell TV. He lays all this out and sounds legit. His ex was not part of the original investigation. He had been doing this work for years and only figured out what she was up to because of his knowledge and experience as an investigator. Could happen.
Clara, after listening to the Lindell TV interview, I had wondered if Brittany became ‘interested’ in the lawyer for the purpose of providing info back to the cartel. I believe she is quite a bit younger. Maybe now 35.
I wondered that too. It is possible she latched on to him precisely BECAUSE of the work he was doing and how she felt it could benefit her. If she is in fact a con artist, and it certainly sounds like she is, it’s possible everything she did was part of the con.

I watched the whole Thaler interview last night. While your suspicion of ulterior motive is always warranted, why would he throw himself in front of the entire state assembly to boost his child custody suite. That doesn’t fit the bill.
Additionally, he said there have been 6 attempts on his life and other have been injured as a result.
This isn’t a fantasy. The billions at stake of which you always speak has been deployed to corrupt nearly the entire state of AZ.

I agree 100%. This mortgage scheme is actually the first plausible explanation I have heard about the MECHANICS of corrupting and bribing SO MANY people… FAR more plausible then just handing all of them cash. The mortgages are much more subtle and hidden.
Before dismissing these people as fake, just imagine how much courage they have displayed in coming forward, with as much as they have thus far. This is huge! Just because they have not yet presented a complete, airtight case YET, should not be held against them. This is a rather over-the-top START. Why, it even grabbed Sundance’s attention for two days! And all he could come up with against it was the love angle. Impressive.
And rather than using this to get custody of the kid, Thayler has put his kid’s life in extreme jeopardy, and he’s smart enough to know that. There are VASTLY safer means to secure victory in a custody battle… he could even make a “deal” with the cartel for the kid!
Besides, it seems likely that the cartel might have attempted to corrupt Thayler himself, via the younger woman, but FAILED, and Thayler instead choose to turn against them. We definitely don’t know the whole story, or even 1% of it yet.
I don’t know about true, but it’s definitely plausible. It would explain the non-stop illegal alien and drug invasions with little to no retaliation or resistance.

Very clever scheme using a mortgage company to take on your mortgage and then fudge the payments e.g. drug money is used to make the loan and then drug money is used by the mortgage company to claim payments are being made – totally laundered money. Why would this not work?

The simple solution to all this is to demand to see all the documentary evidence these two people have.
Some documents were given to the Senate members in attendance at the hearing on Thursday and have also been distributed to some independent journalists. Jovan Hutton Purlitzer backs up Thaler’s claims and has published a QR code to download the docs. Thaler’s says the docs will be on his website maybe this week and his book, which will include the docs, will be published soon. It was supposed to be out by now but got delayed as Thaler continues to uncover evidence. If Thaler’s claims were all fraudulent, why haven’t the accused begun calling out the defamation and lies. Why did Maricopa county recorder Stephen Richer take a long awaited vacation to Panama…the location of the banks receiving the laundered funds?

I watched his show last night. I thought he did a great job of providing more insight. The Senate hearing was such a sham knowing all this evidence was previously provided to these politicians several years ago after the forensic audit of the 2020 election. They all played dumb and ignored these facts allowing the corruption to continue into the 2022 election. Sen. Bennett is clearly in on it all. Will be curious to see if Borelli and Rogers are on the take too. Jovan has exposed them all as hypocrites who worked to sabotage Doug Logan and Jovan’s work proving ballots were fake, corrupted and illegal.

If this is all true my guess is the Sinaloa cartel will put an end to further such disclosures by those involved. It’s not good for their business! When one or more of the participants commits suicide, dies in a car accident or just disappears then I will take another look at this rabbit hole! The fact is now known under ChiCom Joe the Mexican drug cartels control both sides of our southern border. To accomplish that it wouldn’t surprise me if some politician’s silence or cooperation was purchased with drug money!!
This investigation covers 20 states not just AZ…you have a lot of people to keep tabs on. Some states have already prosecuted people involved. If you listened to her testimony Thursday and Thaler’s on Brannon’s show, you’d know your last sentence is part of the evidence.

About two months before the Nov 2016 election, El Chapo gave Hillary Clinton $3 million and asked to be extradited to the USA. He arrived here in time for New Year’s Day, and Hillary began to write several books claiming it was not her fault she lost.
El Chapo was prevented from naming the politicians he bribed during his trial. The prosecution carefully cut that part out of any evidence offered. And I think the judge prevented the defense from introducing it either.

The Senators at this public hearing were not allowed to take the packets of info, provided to them by Ms. Berger, with them after the hearing. Then on Sunday, Sen. Wendy Rogers issued a statement on AZ State Senate letterhead saying the hearing was not the “appropriate venue” for discussing this election fraud criminal activity. Wendy says the info should have been “immediately” given to “Arizona law enforcement”…yeah ok…knowing full well that organization has also been infiltrated by the corruption efforts. Sen. Rogers is on the take…IMHO. Once Atty. Thaler’s book comes out, along with the thousands of pages of supporting documents, the whole world can read it for themselves.

Katie Hobbs has not refuted or denied these claims. She has remained completely silent regarding these explosive accusations on social media.
So let’s take that into account, too.
She has seemed to keep pretty silent for some time on a lot of things, to me. Not even wanting to get into things with Lake during the election cycle. Seems to be her style, which makes me wonder about her.

True or not, it does seem reasonable that the cartels might use bribery within the US political power structure to attain their ends in this country. It is a pattern that works for them in Mexico and they have more than enough money to spread around the political landscape.
The personal involvements of the principals in this report do tarnish the veracity of the allegations. However, it would be interesting if some other independent investigative reporters would follow up. I doubt seriously that the Arizona governmental entities which would normally investigate will do so.
Investigative journalism by the fake leftist media is dead in this country.

What immediately bothered me was the HUGE number of documents they claimed they traced. The number of people and hours necessary had be astronomical. According to them, a large number of documents had to accessed from the local clerks offices because the records weren’t on line back then. I’ve gotten documents from clerks offices before and its very time consuming.
Seriously now — no one became suspicious of what they were doing and checked the documents they pulled? If corrupt people found out what was being snooped into, they would be dead.
Sundance, your theory is completely plausible if this couple is very stupid. Yes quite likely they are. If child custody really is their motive, they implicated so very many people that they just signed their own death warrants and that of the kid. Safer just to steal the kid an run off.

No. The truth seldom sits right in the middle, not just in right/left situations but in general. Some people are liars, they start with pure lies. The person telling the truth doesn’t then tell a lie to the opposite extreme, they are still stuck at the point where the truth lies.
Much of the US “justice” system is perverted by exactly the thinking you stated. Even though the system is set up so as to assume everyone is telling the truth, the juror or judge in fact then applies an averaging of the versions to come out with whatever is in the middle, as if that is then the truth. It isn’t. When one person starts from the truth and the other from the lies the truth is not in the middle, it’s at the extreme, the truth-teller’s position.
There is no such thing as “averaging” on the part of the triers of fact. Error, confusion, no error, no confusion is more like it.
Was Ms Breger testifying under oath?
If she was, youd think at a minimum, she would be risking serious perjury charges if she was testifying to bold face lies.

Spent an hour listening to Ms. Bregger on Pete Santelli show. She claims that Katie Hobbs is on nine different home titles over the last decade and that there is a public record of these. I suspect as SD does that there are nine titles for various versions of Katie Hobbs’ name which could/could not prove laundering. Since it’s pretty easy to confirm this – and alternate media has not yet – this suggests another scam that Elites and Liberals want MAGA to jump on.
That said, there certainly appears to be significantly more trafficking through US open borders than at any other time in the last decade or more. And the theory that the drug cartels are both laundering and bribing to enhance their operations is not improbable. Yesterday’s Hollywood Science Fiction is today’s Reality so why would Hollywood’s “Ozark” etc. not be any different.
From my perspective, anything that diminishes Katie Hobbs as the legitimate governor of AZ is fine with me. We saw the MSM, the Elite Politicians, the FBI/DOJ/CIA diminish PDJT for four years via similar antics. What’s good for the goose is good for the gander.
And if MSNBC and CNN wish to spend the next six months covering this story as another Qanon conspiracy while ignoring the discontent rising in the American population, I don’t see that as a problem either. It’s a given that they will continue to cover non-relevant stories to protect the Narrative so let the MSM suicide continue. Current trajectory puts their glide path for public confidence in the MSM into single digits.

Domestic disputes are always characterized by lots of lying. Having recognized this fundamental fact let’s also acknowledge that any critical thinker – frankly – doesn’t need these sources to commence a connecting of the dots that links election fraud to dishonest government workers to dishonest politicians to illegal payoffs to the cartels. So these characters maybe lying through their teeth but that doesn’t alter the direction of common sense critical thinking. Where o where is that frikking useless FBI? A review of Hobb’s phone calls and every source of her funds in addition to all the other political associates in her rotten orbit would be very telling indeed. But, no, the FBI wants to raid Catholics and pro-lifers. Makes one want to gag.
Weird stuff. There’s just no telling how many times a dollar changes hands, either knowingly or unknowingly. With the vast involvement of gov intel agencies perpetrating agitprop and lining up the dominoes in a discredit campaign against anyone who is or MAY BE a threat to their overlords, it’s really hard to sus out – no mistake there. As Erin Brockovitch has told the people of E Palestine to trust their instincts, we can too. On the one hand there may be motives to the AZ testimony, possibly some untruths.
On the other we have seen the 2020 election stolen IMO, General Flynn given no justice IMO by Judge Sullivan, ANTIFA IMO allowed to run wild, J6 prisoners IMO w/o due process. We see people in power making decisions that make no sense so we wonder what could be behind them.

If there is even the slightest bit of truth to these allegations, these people know that their lives are in danger. One good tell would be finding out if they have bodyguards and increased security around them. If they do, then I’ll believe much of what they are saying. If they don’t, then just deep six this crap.
I just find it hard to believe anyone needs to tell such a fantastical story over a child dispute. If true he should be writing novels or in the movie making business.

Sends in Mexican families owned by the cartels and imports all of their family and extended family to operate stores and sell drugs, sex slaves and more. Very good book by the Sheriff and it’s OLD. You will learn that the info provided to this Senate panel regarding election integrity, was presented to these same politicans a couple years ago after the forensic audit of the 2020 election. Auditors Doug Logan and Jovan were threatened, Logan was offered a $2 million bribe which he refused and as a result went bankrupt. The politicians, including Rogers, Borelli and Bennett talked a good game but were working behind the scenes to sabotage the audit and it’s results. Dr. Clements and Dr. Shiva were brought in to boost claims that Jovan’s work was garbage. Case in point…the yellow markers on printed ballots that are proven to exist…were repeatedly claimed by Clements, Shiva, media and others to not exist. It’s all a huge sham…believe these lying politicians at your own risk. This info has been out there…just because you haven’t heard it, doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist.
I dont understand who Thaler was working for. He makes it sound like he was part of an official investigation but then talks like a private lawyer. He talks of “we” and “my office”. Why was he conducting the investigation in the first place? Was he working for the gov or was he working for his wifes family?
All of the crimes dont seem fantastical or delusional at all, I saw all the same stuff living in south florida in the eighties.
My first thought was that he might have been the one doing it for his family, which might be why he supposedly has so much “forensic evidence”. He would have been in the position to have done it all but kept himself out of the picture.
I dont have any problem believing the scope of the corruption but my question is what Thalers relation is with it all, with the crimes. Was he an investigator or was he part of the plots.
Its not that all these crimes are taking place, which I feel confident they are, or normally would be in border areas, but why and how did he get the “evidence”. Who is paying him to do the investigations and why? This is a high cost investigation wo someone is paying.

In the interview with Brannon, Atty. Thaler states he can’t give full disclosure on who he’s working for but does say it a company…I believe an insurance company…that has suffered financial loses as a result of this fraud.
