If it sounds too good to be true….
Okay folks, this is a story that dragged me into a rabbit hole for two days. If you have seen the video testimony of Ms. Jacqueline Breger in front of the Arizona Senate Committee investigating election issues, this outline is intended to help you navigate the story.
On February 23, 2023, Ms. Breger delivered testimony to the Arizona Senate claiming documentary evidence that shows judges, politicians, police, local and state officials as well as multiple groups, organizations and individuals associated within government and elections operations the state of Arizona are being bribed and under the influence of the Sinaloa Cartel from Mexico.
It is not coincidental that everything associated with this story seems explosive and astounding. It is also not coincidental that you could spend hours looking for specific details of the allegations, including watching interviews with each of the participants, and not find your answers. Things are NOT what they seem.
I am going to start by sharing the 42-minute video {direct Rumble Link here} of the allegations made by Ms. Jacqueline Breger, because this is the origination from which all downstream story details originate. This testimony hit the web and exploded in the alternative media ecosphere. WATCH:
[The transcript of the testimony as delivered IS HERE]
As she outlines in the video Mrs. Jacqueline Breger, a forensic investigator, represents the interests of an attorney, Mr. John Thaler, in delivering information to the committee that would be pertinent to their interests.
The *hook* to grab immediate attention is to apply the accusations of bribery, public corruption, fraud and money laundering to one big name, Katie Hobbs, who is now the governor of Arizona.
According to the claims, Mrs. Katie Hobbs and her husband were participants in a racketeering scheme originating from the Sinaloa drug and human trafficking cartel. Real estate transactions using dummy mortgage companies, holding companies and title companies are part of the alleged operation.
Essentially the primary real estate allegation works like this. The Sinaloa Cartel uses proxies in the U.S. to set up fraudulent corporations (mortgage companies etc). Those proxies then launder drug money through real estate transactions using the fraudulent companies. If they need to bribe a person, the cartel finances the mortgage of the individual as a way to pay the property owner. The mortgage is never paid back because the financing is the bribe. The mortgage company and the title company are essentially the cartel.
I am going to drop videos with Mr. John Thaler at the bottom of this outline so you can listen to the explanation of the allegations as they are claimed.
The money laundering allegations are widespread and involve bribing public officials, judges, police officers, city office holders, county clerks, court employees, politicians as well as a variety of local and state officials to include state representatives, state senators and various state officials. The fraud is claimed to encompass private sector payrolls, education systems, insurance claims, as well as setting up fake identities, fraudulent records by using illicit access, as well as fraud associated with local, state and federal tax evasions.
All of these issues are explosive in scale and scope, and Mrs. Breger together with Mr. Thaler, claim to have all the documentary evidence to support the allegations. Tens of thousands of documents detailing thousands of fraudulent transactions and several hundred examples of fraudulent records placed in the civic systems.
Again, I will put the videos at the bottom, if you want to spend several hours watching them (as I have already done) the option is yours.
♦ On the specifics of the allegations. There is no way to easily estimate whether or not the claims are accurate. On the specific allegations against Mrs Hobbs, the claimed real estate transactions could support the claims, but may also not support the claims because Breger and Thaler assert that “similar names” are used in the transactions. So, it could be Katie Hobbs and her husband, it could also be totally innocuous people with similar names. [This only applies to Hobbs]
But the issues with Hobbs only scratch the surface. The allegations are much more widespread and encompassing than just Hobbs.
This is where you as an information absorber need to apply a strong dose of skepticism, apply instinct and commonsense. This is also where we would say, wait a minute, who is this guy John Thaler and Ms. Jacqueline Breger, and (1) are they stable people; and (2) do they carry motives behind these allegations.
In my estimation, this is where major warning flags are located.
♦ The two principal agents working on the Sinaloa Cartel money laundering operation in Arizona are claimed to be Brittany Rae-Chavez and her mother Dawna Rae-Chavez. Mr Thaler identifies Brittany and Dawna as the epicenter of the criminal conduct on behalf of Sinaloa. Most, if not all, of the fraudulent documents as created are cited to Brittany Rae-Chavez (BRC) and her mother Dawna Rae-Chavez (DRC).
BRC and DRC may indeed be working for the Sinaloa cartel. However, Mr. Thaler has not provided specific evidence of that other than his word. It could be true that no evidence exists because no evidence is possible. However, the next detail puts a serious question mark on everything.
♦In addition to the claim of Brittany Rae-Chavez being the administrative consigliere to the cartel, she is also John Thaler’s ex-wife. That makes Dawna Rae-Chavez John Thaler’s ex mother-in-law. Additionally, John Thaler and Brittany have a five-year-old son together, and there is a custody dispute.
John claims he did not know of Brittany’s work with the cartel until he discovered her as part of his investigation of insurance and payroll fraud.
Yes, that is correct, John Thaler claims he found out his wife Brittany Rae-Chavez-Thaler was the person behind the widespread fraud he was investigating while they were married.
John and Brittany are now divorced.
The love interest in John Thaler’s life is Jacqueline Breger, the forensic investigator who delivered the senate testimony.
Everything John Thaler and Jacqueline Breger are claiming may be true. However, the motive for them saying it must be made clear.
John Thaler wants access to his son. Brittany and John are in a custody battle. Jacqueline wants to support John. The accusations against Brittany and her mother Dawna could support the interests of John in the custody battle. See the motive?
Additionally, in the divorce case of Thaler -vs- Thaler, the accusations made by Jacqueline Breger were made in court filings before presiding judge Douglas L. Rayes United States District Judge [SEE Opinion of Case HERE].
June 2022 – “Mr. Thaler’s prolix complaint alleges that Ms. Thaler, motivated by a fear a poverty, has engaged in an array of criminal enterprises across multiple states, including money laundering and tax evasion, allegedly accomplished via real estate transactions and non-profit organizations; insurance fraud, allegedly accomplished via phony personal injury claims made on behalf of non-existent persons; skimming money from state-run aid programs; narcotics trafficking; hacking into state databases and fabricating public records; bribing public officials, including judges, police officers, judicial assistants, inspectors, assessors, and accountants; bribing private professionals, such as real estate agents and brokers; bankruptcy fraud; election fraud, allegedly accomplished by creating fake ballots and manipulating others in order to influence, among other races, the 2020 election for Maricopa County Recorder; extortion via “crypto-viruses”; the creation of fake employees on payroll systems in order to collect paychecks and benefits; and murder. What’s more, Mr. Thaler alleges that high-ranking government and judicial officials in Maricopa County and the City of Mesa are in on the racketeering enterprise. Mr. Thaler’s complaint weaves a delusional and fantastical narrative that does not comport with federal pleading standards.” (link)
Are you starting to get that… “wait, wha.. OMG.. nah, hard pass” feeling yet?
Given the nature of the personal background of the people involved, their relationships and the emotional overlay of an ongoing child custody battle, it becomes almost impossible to assert the claims by Mr. Thaler and Ms. Breger are not motivated by the family drama.
Unfortunately, the claims by Thaler and Breger may be accurate as documented. The scale and scope do seem “delusional and fantastical,” and that might be… because it is.
Decide on your own.
I simply advise to proceed with caution, and I have now spent two days in this rabbit hole…. so there’s that.
Trust your instincts…
Here’s the video interviews I mentioned:
.
.

Ask your self why would the cartels act in principle any different than they do in Mexico or Columbia. They first bribe everyone if that doesn’t work they intimidate you if that doesn’t work they kill you. I would wager the bribes go all the way to the White House.
with the white house “Biden Inc.) initiating the request for bribes – “RFBs”
Bet the Big Guy is getting his 10% !
And the cartel has 5 genuine Hunter Biden paintings
HA!
but fully believable.
hunter’s ‘art dealer’ refuses congressional requests for purchaser names.. where is the subpoena?
And the FBI/CIA, which easily get the financial records of people travelling to DC on Jan 6, certainly know and can find out who paid “biden Inc.” for hunter-art, as well as where all the drug cartel money goes in Arizona.
EXACTLY what I was about to mention!
Indeed.
Silver or Lead.
Do I doubt it’d happen??? No…
At this point there are fewer people I trust implicitly than there are fingers on my hands and I lost a thumb many years ago. For most sources I do not have any trust until they have at least passed the sniff and gut test. Then I look for confirmation from at least 2 ‘reputable’ sources. Then I seek confirmation from GOD. In this time and place discernment may be the most important of gifts given to every one of us. Sundance, like each of us, has been gifted with discernment and reason but he has also been gifted in being able to clearly express what he finds to widely varied audience.
Who’d believe that Arizona authorities that declared 95% of all military ballots cast in 2020 went for Biden exactly reversing what occurred in 2016? I tell you I am shocked, shocked I say that anyone could accuse Arizona authorities of being subject to human weaknesses when they are millionaires, clearly beyond the temptation of money.
The minute I saw the large slit in her skirt…
This makes Kramer vs Kramer look like a nursery tale.
found this twitter live spaces on Sol Memes twitter page, it’s live now and the topic is the Maricopa county hearing on other presenters who brought for their research at this same hearing as the woman with the explosive testimony:
Well, it sounds like horribly implausible bad fiction that would require an impossible degree of suspension of disbelief … in order to believe.
But, then again, so do the past 14+ years since Obama was foisted upon us — and especially the past 7+ years since Trump descended the escalator.
And Obama ran for President against Senator John McCain from Arizona
McCain wasn’t run (by his handlers) to defeat Obama. McCain was run to destroy Sarah Palin.
Mcacains corruption was without compare.
McCain picked her. Duh….
Other way around… Palin destroyed MeCain’s chances…. heard it from many “indedpendents” at the time.
SHE WAS THRILLED TO ACCEPT – KNOWING HIS BACKGROUND!!!!
Sarah Palin INVITED THAT and HEAVILY CONTRIBUTED on her own HOOK EVEN UNINVITED TO DO SO, such as Endorsing RINOS in PRIMARIES when the Newbie Conservative was ahead, SO THE DIM SEAT WARMER was able to keep the seat, in the General Election.
Boy, Sarah DO LOVE HER SOME STINKING RINOS! BIG TIME!!!
Type, corruption bribes money laundering pay-offs kickbacks ect.
Then look who’s involved, banks politicians criminals and cartel, you name it! The system could not function with out the corruption of crime and lies.
The Devil has his system and God has his, which one do you think is running this world system? God gives us the kind of leaders we deserve.
GOD didn’t do this to us, MAN did.
Sorry. This is the 1st time that I disagree with Treehouse. I am an AZ resident and the corruption here has been going on way back through the McCain era. Maricopa County Supervisors have been caught over a decade ago in corruption. Tucson is pretty much owned by the cartels.
Additionally, I get phone calls DAILY by call center type people wanting to buy my property.
25k ballots were miraculously discovered in the 22 election AFTER the election… NO chain of custody… a Felony!
Maricopa Supervisors never handed over the 2020 routers when subpoenaed and our rino AG didn’t force them.
Pima, Maricopay and other counties printed ballots incorrectly, failed to count ballots, caused 60% of machines not to work, etc etc….. this all sounds plausible. Wake up folks!
SO, Cynthia why isn’t there more outrage than what we are not seeing ? I would think the good people of Arizona would have burned the place down by now. What gives?
Well let’s see, the media isn’t covering it so most have no clue. Second, u ever heard of Jan 6th? And the patriots that are still locked up? What kinda question is that? If that’s your logic then everything everywhere is honky dory right?
How old are u, 5?
AMEN, AMEN, AMEN, AMEN!!! AMEN!!!!!
where does a citizen express outrage? in a newspaper? On TV media? at church? on facebook, youtube? Like Scott Adams/dilbert?
All taken over.
On a street corner with a megaphone => “crazy conspiracy theorist”
go to a Trump rally to be with other outraged citizens?
You do not seem to understand the power of the cartels……even in Arkansas, people are disposed of violently.
“EVEN in Arkansas”??? That is so funny, considering Arkansas, Clinton and Huckleberry issues, thee.
The judges are bought and paid for on both sides of the asile.
DITTO!!! Cynthia.
You are absolutely correct . I witnessed it on several occcassions.. As a former elections official in another state I could believe the level in Arizona.
Ask yourself this… what does the Thaler law firm have to gain by bringing their 4-year investigation to the public? I sure as heck do t think they made it up. Time now for Hobbs and all the rest to come forward and DENY the allegations. Will they? Not if Thaler’s evidence is as described and backed up. If they really have the RECEIPTS, Hobbs is DOA.
Don’t you think a look at the evidence may be in order here? Didn’t see much of that. Discrediting that before it is even seen, based on pure speculation of motive by the providers is contrary to the rules of evidence and common sense…in a closely defined area of the country that has been blatantly, notoriously and very effectively corrupt for decades without even an attempt at remedy. (start where you want…but remember St. John McCain and the Keating Five?)
Maybe its’ a factor, but based on the extent of the crimes, and the bottomless funds available to the US Government supported/protected Mexican cartels, the safer assumption is to go after this tooth and nail. These are not normal times; the level of corruption is far above normal, the participants (cartels) are far beyond the normal level of criminal behavior and the level of interest in real crime by those we rely on to capture, charge and prosecute in our behalf (FBI, DOJ who are busy muscling the “free” media to influence elections and charging public school student parents as domestic terrorists) is the inverse of what we have a right to expect.
I believe Sundance is on the wrong track here by a whole helluva lot. Pursue the accused and the evidence presented and stop vilifying the whistleblowers, who despite what you say about “motivation” are very likely risking their lives by coming forward. Sorry, but you are way off base here, man. Way, way off.
Richard, Sundance brought it to our attention. The charges are so extreme, and the lawfare cost so debilitating, that Sundance wants to protect against attack in a corrupt and infiltrated legal system.
And philosophically, we should all evaluate facts and evidence, and make up our own minds. The corruption of our schools and the slow distortion of news/’the press’ from hardnosed reporters, to “opinion journalists” has accustomed us to accept memorizing “THE ANSWER” whether it makes sense or not. This is clearly a perfect opportunity for Sundance to promote the former values of individual thought, analysis, review, and determination ‘in due course’.
I disagree. The charges are not at all that extreme, given the circumstances down there and the position that the cartels have taken. I have personally seen actual roadsigns in Southern Arizona warning US citizens to travel at their own risk because of the danger posed by the cartels. On American soil. How bad is that? And this was 15 years ago. Of course the Mexicans have stumbled over bags of human heads on their streets. Strong message to follow.
As to the schools and the press, the “philosphically” crowd has accomplished just what exactly? Those institutions are getting better? I have been directly involved in the school issues and the only effective answer to that is direct action by parents removing their kids from public schools. They have no other choice at all but to look out for their own. None.
The irony here, and I mean nothing against Sundance at all, is that it is a time honored and effective leftist tactic, to question the motivation of the accusing party whenever anyone sheds light on their activities. Trump was a world class victim of that. Even that pipsqueak Swallwell and his “defenders” used it. Don’t even ask about the Clintons.
If these people have evidence let them present it and help them do it. Do not discourage that, which is absolutely the effect of the position taken here. If it is provably false, then drop it. Fine. Better we find that out before the opposition. But please do not hand them the ability to discredit it before it is even aired….and do not for a minute depend on law enforcement to help you with it. The record is speaking for itself and direct action is the only way to deal with it these days, unfortunately.
For what it’s worth, my position is that one or two Army/Marine battalions should have mopped this up long ago. Now it will likely take a few divisions. But if we continue to find reasons not to pursue the enemy when he is in our own country, it won’t be long before we won’t be able to deal with it at all.
Well said, Richard. I agree wholeheartedly.
Corruption in Arizona? I’m shocked, I say, shocked.
https://www.americanfreepress.net/html/mccain_s_mob_connections_146.html
I find it interesting, very interesting that here we have fraud being alleged…and yet Sundance and others act as if this is not even conceivable.
Cuz, you know, the cartels don’t really have that much power, you know not really and definitely not here…
Well they do. They do have that much power and money. If that don’t or won’t work- they get the illiterate tattoo faced thugs to rape and murder your wife and daughter.
Everything alleged is very probable. Just as easily it is not.
And this is why people never come forward. Even the good guys call them liars.
Everyone here should research the Mike Gill and New Hampshire story! It’s the same story different state but on a much BIGGER scale. It’s jaw dropping and ties right in with Ms Bregers testimony!
IIRC, didn’t the Obama administration, via “Fast and Furious”, support one drug cartel over another one in mexico?
Hasn’t the CIA been accused of financing some of its operations via drugs? Has the CIA ever been audited?
asking for a friend…
They said this corruption was in all 50 states. I am thinking here in Oklahoma we almost succumbed to it. Our Governors race was conservative incumbent governor Stitt and a radical, progressive woman. We were sweating bullets because out of state organizations were pouring millions to take Stitt down. Fortunately he won by a landslide. This may have had a connections
Agreed SD. Just too sensational. I’m not taking the bait. Let’s see where we are in two weeks.
It’s pretty disappointing that Sundance would cast shade on what could be a huge breakthrough towards restoring election integrity and the nation overall. I watched both the testimony and the Lindell show in entirety—and came away with the exact opposite impression.
Both Mark Finchem and the other attorney on the show reviewed the information and indicated that Thaler had the receipts. Finchem said this was not hyperbole or exaggeration. Additionally, David Clements has expressed similar confidence.
In regard to Sundance’s contention, I would say that it is indeed wholly possible that the claims made by Thaler are NOT motivated by the family drama. Conversely, I would say that no one would expand the investigation across 20 states and cover a huge amount of things that had no connection to his ex-wife, if a custody battle was the motivation.
And, even more importantly, would any reasonable person take the tremendous risk to provide such explosive testimony and allegations to the AZ state legislature about such powerful individuals and entities?
Thaler was so confident about their evidence, that he challenged anyone to sue him. He said that he is extremely good at investigations and cross-examination, and that any suit would open up further discovery.
He is about ready to provide a 300-page book along with over 3000 attachments, which was delayed due to discovering additional evidence. All of this will surely evoke massive backlash, smear campaigns, counter attacks, etc—so, it is most critical for those on the side seeking Justice, righteousness, restoration of this nation, and deliverance to not sabotage our own cause.
GMan, a similar counter-argument….
who else but someone motivated by a custody battle, would have the personal courage, drive and intensity to carry out such an investigation with the clear personal danger, legal risks, and expense?
Beau, A true Patriot would.
Trust me, If nothing else Finchem errs on the side of caution.
Take the verifiable data provided, and pursue it. There easily is enough evidence to prove or disprove what they say. Either way, it will do good to settle it.
I’m sure AG Garland and FBI Wray will be right on it !!!
Just like Bill Barr and Bullshxx Durham went after election fraud, civilrights violations under color of law, ukraine kickbacks, the hunter, sethrich, washerwoman schultz and hillary computer records, and court corruption !!!!
It is sensationalized 💩 like this that makes it easy for election fraudsters and/or Democrats to dismiss legitimate questions about election integrity.
I’ll just watch this one play out for awhile. 🤨
Incredible though these allegations are, it is even harder to believe the Mexican cartels DON’T have substantial influence over corrupt government officials in Arizona. Must also consider that “double agents” make outlandish and dare I say **EXPLOSIVE** claims to discredit the opposition.
Yup. This story “glows” as an operation against our interests.
Not if it’s true.
This reminds me of Lin Wood attaching himself to Sidney Powell. I think that was a planned op to discredit Sidney.
Toss in a Lawyer with ‘issues’ then everyone and everything will be cast aside as a conspiracy theory, regardless of the underlying facts.
This feels like someone is hoping that Kari Lake will join in this to send her credibility down the toilet.
If all of it does turn out to be true, then that just guarantees that no prosecutor or court will touch it.
I think I will binge watch “Breaking Bad”
Like an “operation” to discredit story before it gets out?
If these accusations are supposed to lead to some corrupt election officials (e.g. the criminal Hobbs) being removed from office and life returning to normal in the state of Arizona/the people regaining their voice, there are a few people selling cheap bridges everywhere–just ask and you will get one at a good price. The ones in power arrived there by cheating and they will not be out-cheated nor democratically removed. The USA is a hostage nation. Only the Lord knows how this ends–if it will. I am convinced, however, it will not end by the ballot box–too far gone for that.
The fact that these days money will buy anything and anybody gives credibility that this could have happened.
Love the rabbit hole pic !!!!!!
solid reporting sundance. I appreciate the objectivity, given there are many unanswered issued.
Skepticism is an artform…a style..
critical thinking IS a hard science.
the former gives you the instinctive awareness to distrust first impressions; to withdraw from making unfounded assumption.
the latter is to PROOF what is chaff and what is wheat.
the process of BOTH is required and I know of no one who does this better than YOU SUNDANCE!
I look forward to another round of solid reporting.
God Bless America
This is a tweet on Sundance’s twitter feed; Thank you Sundance for this. After reading all those names as guests it sure is looking more and more that this whole explosive testimony event is a set-up to brand all those who support Kari Lake and especially those who are calling for election reforms in the same category as the seventeenth letter crowd, with the hoped for bonus of further diminishing those who support PDJT.
extreme glowie
From personal experience, I can testify that nothing brings out the crazy behavior, like a custody dispute.
I can also say, you don’t REALLY know your spouse, until they are your EX spouse.
Even then, I didn’t see her clearly, for who and what she WAS, for about 7-10 years AFTER I divorced her.
As for this story, I’ll “give it a pass” and “move on”.
Jovan Pulitzer is doing play by play response to this AZ Joint hearing hearing on his rumble.
Just watched part two which covers the testimony of an outside forensics expert who also testified on 2.23.23
(also titled “Rat Bastard Report”) (Link at bottom)
It’s a bit rough, having been produced in a day, and much is learned about the politics around the AZ audit and what was and was not allowed to be presented or included in the report. Worth the time.
The piece includes the testimony before the Senate that the forensic guy found 17,000 counterfeit ballots in the sample he looked at (not the entirety of ballots). Still enough to have changed the OUTCOME of the PRESIDENTIAL election.!!!!!
Jovan Pulitzer claims to have found about 100,000 fake ballots in total, and at 1 hour and 22 minutes this bomb gets dropped: According to Jovan, on top of that, 90,000 ballots were MISSING! TPTB (UNIPARTY) did everything they could to bottle this up.
Jovan is planning to do data drops in the next day or so to put it all out there.
From what I could see Jovan’s methodology and work product was sound and damming on many fronts… The biggest issue was that it could pinpoint WHERE the issues emanated. Runbeck told the Senate that the stochastic printing codes were BS, but the independent forensics guy backs up Jovan’s position that they definitely do exist and they tell quite a bit about where things happened.
THIS Testimony IS THE REAL BOMBSHELL:
(the corruption may be the distraction)

Josh Barnett- former US House candidate (AZ-01)
@BarnettforAZ
Has Hobbs, Sinema, Fontes, or Gallego refuted the claims made at the joint election committee hearing last week? I find it strange that they haven’t put a statement out saying it’s not true.💁♂️

Precisely! Who will be first to DENY the allegation? If Thaler can back it all up, what can they say? It’ll all come through by legal counsel. KYRSTEN SINEMA, wouldn’t we love to hear her denial?👍
While I agree there should be a good deal of skepticism on any allegation, the fact that those mentioned as key players in election fraud have been on everyones radar since 2020 with the full knowledge they are ALL dirty! Couple that to the other players like Ducey, Pennzone, judges and politicians and it becomes more than just plausible.
I would not think that a forensic lawyer would put his and his (alleged) mistress’ life on the line against any of the Mexican cartels based on the evidence presented. According to the one interview he laid out (in detail) the entire chain of events leading up to his investigation into the briber and money laudering schemes. His law firm (Harris/Thaler Law Firm) is also now on the cartels radar.
Whether or not his previous marriage and divorce is a factor does not seem to counter the level of danger that possibly could come out of this investigation for both his ex wife, son and himself by putting the information out there concerning the evidence found.
Why would one risk it all and put reputations and lives on the line for a lie? The reaction of some of those on the committee said more than the evidence presented – the fear and worry was so evident by Ken Bennett who wanted her to stop speaking and by others who hid their faces for a time. The body language was loud and clear.
From what he said and a whole lot of Arizonans truly believe Arizona is the MOST corrupt state in the nation – and it stands to reason when you are the key border state to drug, sex and child trafficking which is a muti-billion dollar industry. The amount of money offered has to be at levels dreams are made of and achieved when those who take it sell their soul to the devil they choose. From that point forward they are owned!

AZ Senate wants nothing to do with testimony by Jacqueline Berger on behalf of John Thaler. 👇
Dipshit Wendy Rogers must not have been paying attention.
Thaler reportedly DID previously report to the AZ executive (Gov) and AG.
If the executive drops the ball, then too bad, so sad, the legislature doesn’t care?
So everyone in AZ politics has now dropped the ball.
Many may have missed it, but a few weeks back,
VSG Trump stated that we needed to have our military take out the cartels.
As usual, he was ahead of the news. Seemed odd at the time, but now makes perfect sense.
If Kari Lake alleges that there’s a connection between Hobbs, her people and the cartels – then it’s true. Lake is a straight arrow – and as a journalist – she knows if she lies – it will be caught and reflect on her credibility.
Excellent analysis. Thank you. What a twisted world we are in…

Thaler also has a book coming out.
I doubt it’s free.
The fact not one certified copy of any of the recorder filings Thaler says are evidence has not been presented by Thaler leads me to be very, very skeptical there is any truth to his story.
It is a good story though.
And yet it may be true or the Chavez’ may be involved in something.
When I made my above post I had seen the the Hearing video, I did not see the Lindel video Sundance posted.
After watching the Lindel video I started researching data bases online with respect to Addresses/People, AZ Recorder filings, comparing names and signatures, the first document I chose pulled-up a Deed identifying a Mortgage Co which is “organized and existing under the laws of Arizonia.”
Yet I could find no information for the Corporation currently existing doing an AZ corporation search.
The address of the Mortgage Co. listed on the Deed came up as an empty lot.
It is possible the location is no longer an open lot, but I’m beginning to think there is a lot of there there with Thaler’s story.
P.S. The gentleman in the Lindel video who said every state is now a border state is spot on!
Disregard above.
I transposed Deed date.
It is likely given length of time building at address & Mortg Co. no longer exist.
Thaler invites legal troubles of libel, slander, etc. In one video he welcomes the discovery opportunity. Seems to lend toward his credibility, though the divorce drama is problematic.
Sounds like a nightmare. Imagine getting married, having a child, then, at work, discovering that your wife is doing such things. She may have been thus compromised in order to control/muzzle HIM. I read that he discovered that she was married several times over and sought an annulment on those grounds. I find it that the mother-in-law may well be blackmailed by the cartel (threats to relatives); or perhaps she’s just bad – I don’t know – but the former sounds plausible and horrible to me. Bregger and Thaler to not trigger my kook alarm. But then, I may be prejudiced in this evaluation by finding the whole scenario overwhelmingly probable due to surrounding facts.
I viewed all three testimonies,( Berger, Raiklin, and Mills) on Frank Speech after having seen John Thaler interviewed by Brannon Howse. I formed my assessment prior to Sundance’s call to proceed with caution. Isn’t sunlight the best disinfectant?
“So justice is driven back, and righteousness stands at a distance; truth has stumbled in the streets, honesty cannot enter. Truth is nowhere to be found and whoever shuns evil becomes a prey.” Isaiah 59:14-15
Follow up with verse 59:21…discernment is key. Who, if any, could withstand the scrutiny? Don’t you think the complexity and layers of corruption have to be collectively compromising? If it wasn’t a tangled mess with multiple webs of deceit woven into the schemes then why has it been so utterly difficult to expose the overt fraud of our election(s)? Perhaps every Samson has a Delilah…
Everything Sundance said is Good and Solid.
Then a few hours ago, I saw more news about Heavy Drug Trafficking in Arizona by the Sinaloa Cartel, and AS USUAL, these Questionably-elected Az State Officials having Lousy NON-ANSWERS for the General Press, Esp. such as TGP. And unfortunately, in spite of the damage the “rightwing” “investigators have done to themselves in their Personal Lives, related integrally with their “investigation”, the Truth about the Mexico Cartels and the USA Border states are DEEPLY IMBEDDED on our entire Southern Border, and Az has always been among the worst of them, even though one of those states IS MY OWN TEXAS INCLUDED…
The answers of those FRAUDULENTLY “elected” Az State Officials still just stinks to high heaven, and I begin to suspect that as dirty as the investigators are, well, it does nothing to clean up the AZ Fraud Elections of what AZ CLAIMS to be their “election” winners.
But even if they WERE – which clearly they AIN’T – they are then STILL guilty of TREASON for all the VIOLATIONS of the USA and AZ Constitutions they Flout in their Criminal associations with both Dirty DEALING and Dirty POLITICKING, as well.
There is no room to doubt the amount of Cartel $$$ Flowing to Dirty Politicians and other Officials in the Border States, even if one cares to squabble about WHO is Dirty.
SNEAKY SNAKES, the Lot of them. Still the Same as when McCain was in charge of them. And WORSE, Increasing steadily all the time.
Very Sad.
In the 1800’s they would make certain areas stay as “TERRITORIES” instead of granting them STATEHOOD, until they Cleaned things up to CONSTITUTUIIONAL STANDARDS

American Mother and Daughter Busted By Border Patrol While Smuggling Nearly 700 Pounds of Methamphetamine
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2023/02/american-mother-and-daughter-busted-by-border-patrol-while-smuggling-nearly-700-pounds-of-methamphetamine/
… “The 692.3 pounds of methamphetamine have an estimated street value of $830,874.”
Wonder who financed the mortgages of this mother/daughter duo?
Perhaps “a love scorned” is exactly the kind of breakthrough needed to battle such extensive corruption…?
Katie Hobbs was ‘installed’, same as biden, Fetterman, and who know who else. The Left loves dumb people they can control. After all, the Left thought Avenatti would be president, and now he is in prison. Arizona is corrupt, cartels are everywhere, and is probably as rotten as Ukraine. Maybe Thayer does have some superior motives, but there is probably a lot of truth there too. Hope for a sound investigation, but I’ve been high on hopium for a while! BTW, I did listen to this interview with Brannon Howse yesterday.
Those illegals are going somewhere. They’re probably working at Popeyes for pennies while we pay real inflated prices for some chicken that’s suddenly scarce. But that’s got nothing to do with anything, especially any connection to collusion between the government, the private sector and our neighbors to the south. It’s all just a conspiracy theory and I’m dangerous for even thinking there’s something strange going on.
Well, the allegations help to put some sense into why the cartels are not being prosecuted more.
It may be there is both a personal matter here along with some bribery truth.
I keep thinking these elected officials are getting too wealthy, wearing expensive clothes/jewelry while maintaining multiple residences and sending children to excellent schools on their salaries alone.
If it’s not true, it doesn’t discount the fact elected officials are living lives way beyond their stated means.
Have to until John Thaler’s book comes out. He says he has the receipts. So we’ll see.
Friends,
Hate to bring you bad news, but the “explosive story” here is complete nonsense. These are lunatics barking at the moon.
Bottom line — it appears the attorney (Thayer) whose “investigation” was described and summarized in Ms. Breger’s testimony is simply a nut case. As this post explains, Thayer and Breger are currently dating, and Thayer is involved in a nasty custody dispute with his ex, Brittany Rae-Chavez. Gee, think that gives Thayer a motive to make up stuff about her? You aren’t alone.
Thayer has apparently sued Brittany at least twice in federal court, making many of the exactly same crazy claims that Breger’s testimony covered. His Complaint (linked below) describes exactly the same allegations of corruption, fraud, racketeering, money laundering, etc.
Each time Thayer’s pleadings were found to be entirely frivolous and his cases were both thrown out of court. It actually got to the point that one judge even considered prohibiting Thayer from filing anything new cases (this is known as a “vexatious litigant” designation). Vexatious litigants are generally crazy people who file crap in court without a shred of evidence to support what they are saying.
Bottom line — this whole story appears to be a made-up load of fantasy intended to help Thayer in his child custody fight. It’s simply not true (or at least two different courts have said so).
The public records supporting this are probably hard for non-lawyers to follow, but that’s a fair summary of what the court records show.
If you hate Katie Hobbs, that’s fine. But you shouldn’t put your hopes on the Thayer/Breger story leading to jail time for Hobbs. If anything, Thayer/Breger are likely going to be sued into oblivion, followed by a quick trip to bankruptcy court.

Complete nonsense, huh? You did not debunk a single thing. By the way, it’s Thaler, not Thayer.
My skeptitron went off on several things:
1) Thaler’s relationship with his one-time spouse Brittany-Rae Chavez; how they came to be associated; the mechanics of their divorce and child custody issues; was she actually offered Federal Witness Protection but decided not to accept. It seems like their relationship with law enforcement operations and lawsuits could be verified.
2) Supposedly Thaler has a book on this subject coming out soon. That’s not a crime, but creating a sensational buzz to promote sales could be at play. Is there such a book coming soon?
3) Thaler and Breger say that the evidence proves conclusively that Hobbs was involved in racketeering payoff schemes. Yet they say that they can tell the transactions are fraudulent because the signatures do not match those of Hobbs or her husband. That opens a large barn door for Hobbs to claim she is just a victim of identity theft. Flipping houses and refinancing every few years is not proof of racketeering per se.
4) Using Hobbs as his example smells of headline-seeking. He would be wiser to present an ironclad case on some fry who will not enjoy media and political protection; roll up some credibility, then go after the big fish.
On the other hand:
1) Thaler seems most eager to provoke Hobbs et al into suing him for slander and/or libel once the book appears. He claims to have evidence incontrovertibly linking Hobbs to the racketeering. Hope he does.
2) Thaler and Breger purport to have a large amount of ducumentary information, and they have turned it over to the Senate Committee. Usually fraudsters just talk, then slink away without providing docs.
3) I can’t see how going before the AZ Senate with this does anything at all to help his child custody case. It’s a very long shot that the presentation would lead to criminal prosecutions that 3-4 years hence would affect his domestic situation.
4) Thaler’s claim is that he is showing the mechanics of how payoffs and corruption work in general. That is a servie to the public. That there is no follow-through by government is typical.
I have noted for some time now that Kari Lake has referred to Ms. Hobbs as an agent of the cartel. To the best of my knowledge, Kari Lake has not been sued and Ms. Hobbs has not refuted the statement. Perhaps this is because both parties understand there is substantial evidence.
Just the fact that governing bodies in these border states do nothing to seal off the incoming but talk, tells me that quite a few are benefitting from this invasion, all the way to the White House. Hobbs even ordered the trailers placed as a small deterrent removed as soon as she took office. There has to be a reason this assault on our country has not been stopped- no one believes these illegals are poor starving dregs of society – now we have an answer: follow the tainted money!
The reason for this invasion is twofold. Overwhelm our system and replacement migration. White America is being replaced by the invading hordes of America and white people haters.
Believe the charges.
Hobbs is a fraud.
Kari Lake WON !

My instincts say its legit , facts say its legit too, even a cursory investigation of the claims by Thaler proves that even before his marriage he was involved in this game.
There is something that Sundance discredits but is actually happening , sending cartel women to targets as leverage anchors , hey , honeypots and women have been used by prostitution rings for leverage against politicians forever, whats really new?
If its too good to be true , it may well be true , there is a new phrase for sundance.
That is such strong deep-criminal network move. If you were able to go all the way back to when someone like Hobbs first accepts tainted money, it might have seemed almost innocent, or “explainable”, but then gradually as the money keeps flowing, the personal benefits with no conceivable ties to “campaigns” are now beyond any rationalization, so now they are basically blackmailable… so it’s subtle at first, but the obligation and control builds with all the subsequent transactions. Years later they wake up one morning and realize they are totally owned.
I listened to this women talk to the AZ Senate Committee and I found her honest and what she brought them was the truth with back up documents. The issue is that this has been looked at by multiple Federal and State groups but nothing has been done. From the election corruption in 2020 and 2022 in AZ and the following research of the elections show that there was improper run elections. The Judges in 2022 that have ruled on Hobbs-Lake have not done it properly and the question is if the AZ Supreme Court will. So far this and other issues in AZ show that this is a state that is corrupt at multiple levels.
