What if the secret is that they send out ballots that the machines have already tabulated because they know how many people are on their outdated and bloated voter roles. So they send out enough ballots to cover how many cheating votes are in the kitty. How and if you fill them out is irrelevant.

Was reading that Az. Governor Ducey has already congratulated Hobbs and has said he will work closely with her during the transition period, so basic question is –
will any court even accept a lawsuit from Kari Lake and her atty’s, either saying too late should have filed sooner (in which case the courts would have said too early so wait to file – like the courts did to Pennsylvania after the 2020 election)?
And if it turns out any lawsuit filed gets turned down, does this mean our court system, whether State or Federal, has already been compromised way before we, the citizens, were aware of this maneuver to steal votes?

Murk legally elected by the preferential voting system…. it allows you to select your second choice rather than have your vote nulled when your first doesn’t get a majority. Arguably much more representative than the first past the post system. Not a bad idea. Used in a number of countries with success.

The macro elephant in the room in the US is that if voting was compulsory….you’ve seen the last (R) President and probably the last (R) Congress.
It’s not what our founders intended for voting. It’s designed to prevent binary choices, which is what elections should be about. Through the arbitrary 50% requirement, it opens the door for gamesmanship and favors left wing and “moderate” candidates. It’s designed to prevent MAGA candidates from winning and appears to be unconstitutional. I’m not a fan of runoff elections, but if there is going to be an arbitrary 50% requirement, it would be better to hold a runoff than ranked choice. In practice, ranked choice removes choice from voters and gives it to political insiders who know how to game the system. Most Alaska republicans did not want Lisa Murkowski to represent their party in the Senate and voted against her. Yet through the ranked choice sleight of hand, she won.
Yes, it can be argued run offs are better.

My big takeaway from this interview is that Pres Trump endorsed McCain over Kelli Ward. I bet he wants a do-over on that. Geez. The truth is Kari and Charlie Kirk were not up to the task, even though they knew for 7 years that there are election problems.
Other candidates were elected in CA and NY because they understood ballot harvesting.
Kirk probably single-handedly blew the election for republicans with his crazy schemes for vote only in person. On one of his shows he said 30,000 people didn’t vote on election day because of the wait times or other problems with in-person voting.
I will not pretend any more. The MAGA candidates have to pull their heads out and play the game the way it is written.

I think the way Kari ran her campaign was a breath of fresh air and honesty. I don’t want her to suck up to anyone and she is brave enough not to. She most likely won that race, Maricopa voting machines mysteriously malfunction and other anomalies point to cheating.
