Former President Trump campaign and White House senior advisor, Steve Bannon, has been found guilty on two political charges of contempt of congress by a DC jury, for failing to appear for a deposition with the J6 committee, and failure to provide documents to the J6 committee. [Media Report]
It is worth noting that no one, until now, is ever charged by the U.S. Justice Dept in a “contempt of congress” issue, including former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder who was similarly found in contempt of congress. The current DOJ and FBI are fully compromised political tools of a corrupt DC system of justice.
Steve Bannon and his legal team made a statement outside the court after the jury decision. WATCH:
.
A dual justice system is the outcome of a banana republic form of government. The Obama and Biden administrations have thoroughly corrupted the justice system. The FBI and DOJ are institutionally corrupt. Their Lawfare approaches can only function with the assistance of politically corrupt DC courts.

They don’t care if it’s overturned. This was for show. This was to bolster the corrupt J6 committee.
The DC Appellate Court is just as corrupt as the DC District Court.
Then gotta go as fast as possible to the SC.
John Roberts oversees the DC Circuit. I don’t expect anything from him that would help Bannon delay execution of sentence.
Did you see the hit piece CNN did on Bannon the night b4 the trial began?
I’m sure it was just a coincidence.
These people are SICK and demonic American haters. They are also complicit in the lies so they are terrified and know their time is up.
Soon, Very soon.
Mike Davis is always riveting on War Room. He’s also clerked for SC judges.
GOP house “leadership” claims that, when they retake the House in Nov. They’ll be quick to put together their own committees to show the American people, just what a hit job the left has put on them. The only problem is, is that there’s no way the msm is going to broadcast any of that, nor will it be a news item to anywhere the degree this witch hunt has been clogging up the news cycle.
no – the problem with it is that the government is illegitimate, regardless of who is in charge at this point. I do not care what their “committees” uncover for their “re-election” campaign footage.
McConnell and McCarthy will do nothing. They will just say let’s move on.
Self serving cowards of the highest degree.
Not cowards……silent partners in this criminal cabal.
Jim Jordan for Speaker!
I beg to differ. He hasn’t been twisted into gollum like most in DC, but he’s been in The Bubble for fifteen years.
“Let’s not ‘relitigate’ the past. We’re the party of looking ahead, not looking behind…”
– Kevin McCarthy, January 20, 2023
Coming soon to a congress near you.
Congress is sworn in the first week of January.
Jan 3 on the year of the new Congress
Hopefully President Trump has the (lots of) goods on both of those scum bags.
The best IS yet to come
Trump announced today he is getting rid of 50,ooo government workers on day one!. Now how are the Democrats gonna act? This is their livelihoods.
Then they will do everything they can to keep him out of office. I honestly fear for his life at this point.
He will not be re-elected; unfortunately.
The future hasn’t been written yet, fortunately.
No, regrettably he won’t. It’s not pessimism, nor is it defeatism; it’s realism.
The stole a presidential election–barely covering it up–then circled the wagons to prevent any disagreement or discussion, let alone protest, of the stolen election. And to add insult to injury, they installed a complete idiot in Trump’s place to spite and humiliate us.
So no, Trump will not return to the WH, and I doubt any Republican will–even a RINO.
Black pill alert!!
The Dimwitocrat’s PACs and con-jobessional offices won’t be able to absorb 50k of the dismissed bureaucrats, guess they’ll be asking for my order at the drive-up window, no doubt they’ll get it wrong because we all know “they *uck you at the drive-thru”.
I wish you were right but even so, the entire place is too corrupted .
It’s McCarthy’s incompetence and/or connivance that allowed this kangaroo court!
Connivance not incompetence.
Strongly worded letter. It’s worked so well for them in the past.
Then the place to which they’ll “move” will include a hemp item and tree. Their choice.
Those two and many more belong in prison.
Immediately if it were only possible.
Which is exactly why they must be moved on by MAGA. The Turtle, especially, is “job one,”
They already have said that. They are *the* problem with the GOP.
As useless as teats on a boar-hog.
Why are so few Republicans in DC speaking out–Is it that we have way way more RINOs than we ever though.
The GOP is afraid of the big bad wolf … (Public Enemy #1) … the mainstream media.
While I think you are correct in your assessment, I find it funny that most conservatives do not fear the Lame Stream Media at all.
GOPe is the right wing of the Uniparty…..you know the one that every 2-4 years pretend they are combating the evil Dimm/commies for votes and campaign funds
That would be the one!
Elected republicans are just as anxious to keep Donald Trump off the ballot as the democrats. Nixon was “forced” to resign by republicans who threatened him with indictment. McConnell and McCarthy plan to use the same threat against Trump to keep him from running in 2024.
I never knew he was threatened that way!
That’s another fact buttressing sundance’s case for the entrenched Fourth Branch’s dating from much earlier than many realized.
IF, President Trump wins and the DEMArepublicans impeach him their political careers are O-V-E-R
Yes.
Demoreps or Replicrats. Same bird, different wing.
I think every Republicain Senator is a RINO!!!!
Proof is in this question,
HOW MANY RECESS APPOINTMENTS did President TRUMP get to make?????
ANSWER = A BIG FAT ZERO!!!!
They officially never shut the Senate down.
Are You aware that it would only take ONE of these BUTTHOLES to vote and he COULD have made APPOINTMENTS!!!!
Wonder if the lack of recess appointments, was to show the populace the various depths of corruption of the UniParty. 🤔🤔
It worked.
RINOs — 1000%!
A major disappointment to me, also!
YES — it would have taken ONLY ONE senator!
Not one republican senator in four years — America was begging the senate for that recess!
Actually, the only thing that changes if one Senator objects to the unanimous consent agreement is then Senators would actually have to vote on recessing the Senate. Then it would be a recorded vote so we would know who voted ‘Yea’ or ‘Nay’. Still takes a recorded majority vote to recess or stay in session if there is an objection.
Some of us knew since GHW Bush
Pre election BS. I’ve seen this rodeo too many times before.
The Republicans can make the best cases with overwhelming evidence, yet they are powerless to do anything if the Executive branch and then the courts do not cooperate.
It is just like finding out now how many in the administrative state with 3 letters agencies, obstructed, slow-walked, or simply ignored, direct orders from President Trump.
GOP Committees are the absolute WRONG Approach and it is an extremely bad sign that they intend to follow the very same path as the useless GOP run House and Senate hearings of 2010 to 2020.
Make allot of stink and smoke while accomplishing ZERO.
Their time would be better spent actually trying to govern and continue to force the democrats into decisions they cannot defend. Use the courts to challenge the Executive Branch. Actually demonstrate they really do know how to govern and create a contrast. The NUMBER 1 criticism vs the GOP after 2016, was “The GOP does NOT know how to govern”.
Any committee, commission and panel based in”investigations” are better off being conducted as low key affairs. The DoJ WILL not support them, so the best they can do is issue reports. Let the democrats do the Spartacus thing to embarrass themselves on camera if they desire to make an issue during a hearing.
I know this is a pipe dream … but promising “investigations” is just a repeat of the last 2 years, 2010 to 2020 and sham-peachments 1.0 and 2.0.
The only major public hearings worth conducting is anything related to getting the 500 political prisoners released from the DC gulag.
The republicans won’t do anything of the sort.
Oh, there’s a surprise. Not.
Notice the paid sign holder behind them to make sure its in the camera view. They did this with all the falsely accused members of the Trump Admin/team. Its fake news advertising by the enemies of Heritage America (the constitutional America they are trying to destroy)
In the autobiography of Ian Smith, he noted paid sign holders doing the same thing on his visit to America. Same paid sign holder holding different signs on different days.
Western leaders contributed to Smith being ousted and 42 years of tragedy follow for his country.
All western politicans should read Cathy Buckle’s blog and hang their heads in shame.

That sign holder is perfectly representative of what is processed through our universities. Indoctrinated beyond the ability to think.
Adjust your screen view to remove the idiots signs…easy-peasy!
Any chance of a successful appeal in this banana republic?
My concern exactly.
Yes. Listen to Bannon’s lawyer.
I did listen. I want some opinions from some Treepers who know the law to see if his optimism is warranted!
The law has little to with it. This is all political.
That’s what you say BEFORE you’re in court, or outside the court. When you’re in there before a judge and jury, all parties have agreed (including you) that it IS to be played out according to the law. You can only argue the issues the judge allows to be heard. Showing up, but trying to argue the court is convened illegitimately, does not work.
Alan Dershowitz has stated that Bannon will lose in DC but will win on Appeal.
https://rumble.com/v1cv9rf-bannon-wont-win-at-trial-but-will-he-win-on-appeal.html?mref=6zof&mc=dgip3&utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=The+Dershow&ep=2
In my under-qualified opinion, speaking from 20/20 hindsight after the case, Bannon (and his lawyer) lost because they unwisely tried to make a simple case too complicated, then offered no defense to the case as the jury heard it.
The only questions before the jury were 1.) Were the subpoenas to produce documents and appear for questions legal and served legally?
The committee has the right to demand both documents and appearances. Nobody has a right to totally refuse compliance with a legal order without risking penalty.
2.). Did Bannon comply?
NOT did he/did he not have a reason to refuse (executive privilege). That was not argued before the jury. Bannon could have gone to Congress and pleaded the 5th. He could have given them SOME documents, and cut a deal, appeared behind closed doors, had a videotaped deposition, or various other ways to indicate an intent to comply. (Note that Mark Meadows and Pat Cipollone both cut deals. They didn’t give all the committee wanted from them, but they each gave them SOMETHING, so they are now off the hook.) Bannon didn’t cooperate in any way, and was defiant. He didn’t comply. It’s SUCH a simple case. He’s definitely guilty of this specific, narrow violation. Might have to spend a month or two at Club Fed and/or pay a fine.
Could he appeal over the issue of not being allowed to argue “executive privilege”? Sure, but there’s no guarantee the appeals court will review the case, and most appeals fail even if heard, in every district. Appeals are an expensive, uphill battle. If you appeal against the government and lose, you get to pay their enormous, inflated legal costs. No way this case could ever make it to SCOTUS. No issue involved is important enough.
The “committee” did not even follow its own rules on forming itself. Everything this fraudulent “committee” does is null and void.

It’s important if Bannon committed no crime during his consultations with Trump during the days surrounding J6. Trump waived executive privilege for Bannon and he offered to testify before his trial. The J6 committee said no. They just want him in jail for political optics.
The concept of executive privilege has been around since George Washington and used by presidents of all parties. Important as hell, I would think. Bannon’s got some kind of guts.
If you shut off your television and rely on streaming on phone or computer or both, you will quickly learn that the depth and length of coverage of the true aspects of this issue by the legacy media is and I quote Jackie Gleason “no bigger than a flea’s pecker”. If you waste your time with television, you will be disappointed in perpetuity.
Spot on ropala! Spot on! The only reason I make it a point to visit the Treehouse, multiple times during the day. Stay away from that “black box.”
I think firing 50,000 Gov workers, as recently attributed to Trumps plan – is way low. But here’s where to start – DOJ 115 K employees. Down grade all positions except AG and Deputy AG. My god they have so many Assistant AGs, Deputy assistants, the “grade inflation” is astounding. Cut DOJ in half by eliminating certain departments, and/or transferring to the agencies where they belong – after all almost every FED Agency has their own law department.
FBI is supposed to be under USAG, not a independent rouge department. Ok – eliminate the FBI and move some functions like any overseas offices and such responsibilities as well as all National Defense classified BS. Head of new department of investigations down graded. Only new hires to investigating unit from military like NCIS, or JAGs. Eliminate any posibility of revolving door from Agency to industry and back again for all non career employees. For appointees, a five year time-out for reappointment.
The generals and admirals–all of them required to submit their resignations, of which all 3-star and 4-star will be accepted. One and two stars, each will be adjudicated for the President’s confidence. Military bench is deep. Military rank structure way over inflated. LTCs and COLs can step up. Senior NCOs can step up. State Dept needs a thorough going over, too.
Oops.
Didn’t read far enough.

Shut down the Pentagon period. Trump tried to audit the joint and it couldn’t be done. That is a problem.
Fire ’em all, in every agency !
Let them re-apply for their old jobs and agree to periodic random lie-detector tests.
Trump had a chance to fire 800k federal workers but didn’t. Biden unemployed 41 million with COVID mandates.
Let’s return the favor in November
What chance?
What makes you think anybody in the swamp would have taken those firings seriously?
There are many good people who were either forced to Obama- resign
or not-vaxxed resigned
who could fill
honest / MAGA
positions.
These agencies must also be decentralized from Washington DC and spread all points across the USA. Break up the lock the fraudulent DC Courts have on everything!
Put the FBI in Flint, Michigan and the DHS on the southern border. Put Agriculture in Nebraska, and the Interior Dept. in Wyoming. Break that stuff up. There is zero need for collective agencies given the state of communications and transportation. Break them up!
Put the seperate services in their own building with each branch in a distant, seperate state.
PDJT began that process, the Interior was being moved to Colorado and that move was also one of the first things FJB put a stop to when becoming resident of the White House.
Am thinking that PDJT, seeing how quickly his works were reversed by the current resident have to assume there are plans being made to make sure that reversal doesn’t happen as swiftly as last time once he, PDJT, gets back in town.
I didn’t scroll down far enough to see your post, but whole heartedly agree.
Break of the DC cocktail scene and put illegals in the fancy pant subdivisions of NOVA. I absolutely loathe that class of people up there.
I want to see a GHOST TOWN.
The politicians recycle themselves, and their families around, the bureaucrats remain the same for decades. I liked the idea of moving the various agencies to different locations around the country so that not everything is centered in DC. Shut down Homeland Security and their ginormous divisions, same w/DOD. All the agencies do is compete for tax dollars. Really just start from ashes and we might have a chance.
We cannot vote ourselves out of this, but we can defeat the monsters in DC. But we MUST begin to think of them only as monsters—nothing less.
If we impute any human characteristics or give the orcs of DC an ounce of humanity, then we are defeated.
I never thought of them as anything less.
Well of course he was found guilty by the jurors in a DC court!! Bought and paid for by the loonie tunes in charge of this shambackle committee!
Agree; totally expected. Bannon’s lawyers winning on appeal also depends on what Judge, and jurisdiction (if Bannon’s lawyers can change venues) get selected.
I never thought I’d see the end of the American “justice” system in my life time… never… and yet, we’re there!
Been there a long time.
Remember corrupt Judge Sullivan, who tried to play judge/prosecutor roles simultaneously himself after the prosecution itself withdrew charges and withdrew from the case? A first in the US.
That’s a political court system far beyond anything imaginable in this country before the Divider-in-Chief who fundamentally transformed us into a populace too stupid to recognize a full-scale invasion (“that’s not who we are “).
It looks like the J6 committee and their kangaroo court have Steve Bannon in their talons, but I believe it is actually the opposite. Steve Bannon is one smart guy; he has a plan. And then we will see who is the cat and who is the mouse!
If the system is totally corrupted then it really does not matter how brilliant a defendant is.
Exactly! Even the Supreme Corrupt Court is corrupt! In our banana republic political party affiliation is more important than the law even the Constitution!! Think about that!!
Not a committee….it’s a commission.
Staunch China critics are being targeted

“Sentencing is set for Oct. 21”
… how’s that for timing?
If Hunter Biden’s light slap on the wrist and $50 fine has been agreed to by then, it will make for interesting campaign ads.
JoeBama is going to pardon Hunter as his last act used as the final straw needed to “demand JoeBama’s resignation”, a visit to the Blue Screen room in the annex by Pelosi and Schumer with letter in hand.
it has to be said that Trumps DOJ (barr) was just as corrupt.
Yes but not as obvious.
Well… I’m with Steve. I also have a total contempt of congress. Just hoping the revolution will put 95% of them in prison at hard labor for the rest of their lives.
Just hoping the revolution will put 95% of them in
prison at hard labor for the rest of their lives. their graves.that works for me too.
Great. We all know what. So what is the remedy? We know it too but are too afraid to say it outload and “elections” ain’t it.
There is no leadership or resources, it could all be done in a week. No point for millions to suffer for years.
When are the cops going to provide the body cam=recordings of the incident?
Gee I’m glad USA has the 2nd Amendment to protect them from a tyrannical government and ‘enemies domestic’. Seems to be working well so far.
Every unfair and evil plot of the Democrats, every totally partisan blow against a conservative, every hurt they inflict on conservatives, every illegal and unconstitutional order they impose makes Trump stronger.
May God see that this wrong is righted.
The Bannon witch hunt was payback for the J6 committee humiliation with Cassidy Hutchinson.
The J6 ‘committee’ is overplaying their hand because of their emotional recklessness and desperation.
Many people in congress will be sent to jail or executed as paid foreign agents. Many in congress were not elected, but were illegally installed via ballot manipulation. Joe wasn’t the first. 81 million ballots were needed to rip the mask off the grift machine so that everyone could see it.
They’re fighting for their lives and making stupid mistakes.
The panic is delicious.
I remember when Lin Wood said “people are going to jail”. Sure.
So what’s Bannon’s penalty? Jail time? Fine? Both? Neither? Or has sentencing been delayed? Neither the video nor the article addresses this question.
Poster upthread says sentencing Oct 21 – just in time for the wave election.
And hopefully Lizzie Borden Cheney will have been creamed in the defeat of defeats in August.
Kevin McCarthy must go. He allowed the J6 committee to corrupt the Feral Justice system. D.C. only offers injustice for US.
Steve Bannon is an American hero. He is taking these arrows for US. His and Peter Navajo’s sacrifices will prevent the Communists from sending President Donald Trump to jail.
Peter Navarro, sorry.
So many people on YouTube are all giddy about this. I’ve tried to get a response whenever I ask if anyone remembers Eric Holder defying a congressional subpoena.
“In a statement released by his office, Holder blasted the contempt votes as “politically motivated” and “misguided,” and he singled out Rep. Darrell Issa (Calif.), chairman of the Oversight and Government Reform Committee and lead Republican on the Fast and Furious probe, for special criticism.
“Today’s vote is the regrettable culmination of what became a misguided – and politically motivated – investigation during an election year,” Holder said in his statement. “By advancing it over the past year and a half, Congressman Issa and others have focused on politics over public safety. Instead of trying to correct the problems that led to a series of flawed law enforcement operations, and instead of helping us find ways to better protect the brave law enforcement officers, like Agent Brian Terry, who keep us safe – they have led us to this unnecessary and unwarranted outcome.”
Holder added: “Today’s vote may make for good political theater in the minds of some, but it is – at base – both a crass effort and a grave disservice to the American people. They expect – and deserve – far better.”
https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.politico.com/news/stories/0612/77988.html%3F_amp%3Dtrue
Holder actually is in contempt, a “committee” is a voted on legal, and binding power….
A commission….not so much!
But Holder is a member of a protected class as well as The Anointed One’s bestest buddy. One set of rules for he, another for me and thee.
so many bots on you tube
Even though this was great political theater, which Bannon and his lawyers knew, it does leave a mark, one which takes a number of months to percolate towards its denouement.
The arrests in the coming Trump/DeSantis/Hawley Administration will be nightly, in great numbers, and entertaining to watch.
These reprobate losers can laugh now, but nothing is forever.
Except “night and fog” arrest policies.
I think Bannon knew the Star Chamber jury would find him guilty. He probably knows the RINOs are also secretly cheering his conviction, because they would perceive it as a blow for Trump. However, somewhere in that stinking organ known as their brains, they must figure Bannon knows how to fight them. And that’s why the J6 hooligan mob gassing up Congress right now, is in disarray. They do not want to call him to testify in front of the cameras, for fear he will reveal some truths they want kept hidden.
Maybe he’ll talk about the ritual sacrifice of children, for their Adrenochrome.
Seeing that the jury were hand picked byedone bots and the judge refused any evidence or defense, the outcome was a forgone conclusion. The appeal will be interesting.
And “they”‘ are all sitting on crappers inside the Capital.
Oh wait, the crap oozes out all of their orifices, so it doesn’t matter where they are.
Oh, Bannon is really screwed now! Just like Eric Holder when he was found guilty of contempt of Congress. Holder eventually died in prison, didn’t he? No, wait…..I must have dreamed that.
Holder is of the favored party. Makes all the difference in the world these daze.
For the record, not only do I have contempt of that crap congress, but I have contempt for the entire FJB regime of evil!
Congressmen or for refusing to answer Congressional inquiries. For example, in 1795, Congress held Robert Randall in contempt, referencing British Parliamentary practice, and held him in custody for about a week for attempting to bribe several representatives to vote to extinguish Indian land titles.
Currently, actions for which individuals can be held in contempt of Congress are largely a matter of statutory law and focus mostly on when individuals refuse to appear or give testimony for a Congressional investigation or hearing. The U.S. Supreme Court in Watkins v. United States confirmed Congressional power to issue subpoenas, stating that all citizens have a duty to “cooperate with the Congress in its efforts to obtain the facts needed for intelligent legislative action,” and that they must “respond to subpoenas [and] testify.” Federal law penalizes individuals who refuse to respond to Congressional inquiries, as 2 U.S.C. § 192 states that any person who is summoned before Congress who “willfully makes default, or who, having appeared, refuses to answer any question pertinent to the question under inquiry” shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a maximum $1,000 fine and 12 months’ imprisonment.
The matter under Congressional investigation, however, must be a subject over which Congress has legislative power before an uncooperative witness may be convicted of contempt. The U.S. Supreme Court in Quinn v. United States also recognized certain limitations on Congressional power to investigate and summon individuals, namely, that it “cannot be used to inquire into private affairs unrelated to a valid legislative purpose. Nor does it extend to an area in which Congress is forbidden to legislate. Similarly, the power to investigate must not be confused with any of the powers of law enforcement; those powers are assigned under our Constitution to the Executive and the Judiciary. Still further limitations on the power to investigate are found in the specific individual guarantees of the Bill of Rights, such as the Fifth Amendment’s privilege against self-incrimination which is in issue here.”
One prominent example of contempt of congress occurred during the Watergate scandal. In 1974, the Congressional Judiciary Committee issued two subpoenas for the tapes of the conversations with then-President Nixon to investigate the Watergate scandal. President Nixon refused, and Congress considered whether to hold him in contempt for refusing to comply with their subpoena during his impeachment debate. The issue was ultimately rendered moot because he resigned, however. More recently, in October of 2021, the January 6th House Committee issued subpoenas to investigate the January 6th riot. Several prominent political figures and advisors have been subpoenaed, with the media reporting that some of these individuals face the possibility of being held in contempt of Congress if they refuse to comply with the subpoena.
I firmly believe that this will endanger any former and future Presidents if this verdict is allowed to stand.
All Former Presidents and Administrations could very well face indictments in the future. Executive Privilege is paramount and if Executive Staff can be indicted for obedience to the President with regard their Executive Privilege then we are in serious trouble.
It is imperative that decision on Executive Powers needs to get to the Supreme Court for clarity.
Something for Biden, Bush, Obama and Clinton to think about. The Dems may have brought about their own demise. We have seen the boomerang take effect so many times. If this does boomerang it will be earth shattering.
Steve bannon is loving this!! he’s got the spotlight and he is definitely using it for his advantage!! The liberals are loving this! Trump is next!! They claim! Ha these people are delusional.Clapping seals.
J6 is not bipartisan it’s uniparty. Bannon MGA and anything Trump must be crushed.
The entire lot of the J6 Committee is guilty of contempt!
And treason.
And should all experience the traditional punishment of traitors.
I too, as a loyal American, stand in contempt of congress.
Most worthy of it!
They have earned our contempt!!
The “Freak Show” continues.
The only authenticity DC has seen in years ………The beloved First Lady Melania & The REAL President Donald J. Trump.
Another Republican who blindly supports the Police State has been taken down by that same Police State. Good. Maybe if enough of these corportists get nailed, Equal Justice Under Law will become a reality again.
Pill time.
Everyone should go to Julie Kelly’s posts on Twitter. She called it just like Sundance did a couple of years ago. No one wants to expose how deep and wide the corruption is, because that means we have to get rid of the entire Intelligence community. And at some level all of DC is involved.
Karma to the White House leaker.
There are only six bullets needed to end the BS!
I am so sorry Bannon has to go through this, time, money, energy and all the rest. The Commies said they would go after everyone in the Trump admin so it wouldn’t happen again, and they have kept their word. Makes me sick. And it makes me sick we just keep taking it, and taking it, and taking it.
Here is Dershowitz on this issue:
https://rumble.com/v1cv9rf-bannon-wont-win-at-trial-but-will-he-win-on-appeal.html?mref=6zof&mc=dgip3&utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=The+Dershow&ep=2
There is no ‘Equal Justice under Law’. We live under a
two-tiered Justice System. This is a very sad state of affairs.
Hillary Clinton, Hunter Biden and Democrat elites walk free
no matter the crime.
We must end this two-tiered Justice System.
The next President must order a RICO investigation of
organized crime in the FBI and DOJ.
RICO is the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act.
As long as the enforcers in Branch 4 continue to breathe and follow their current path and chain of command, nearly all such solutions have no teeth, for it is enforcers who are required for solutions to have ‘enforcement’.
My bet is there will still be J6’ers held in the D.C. dungeons while 2024 POTUS campaigning goes on, and canaries like Bannon will still continue to suffer ‘process as punishment’ far into the future, something the occurred all during PDJT’s term in office. The vast majority of those humans are still there and zero has changed for them. If anything, they care even less now than before and have less fear of death or prosecution or removal.
Prepare accordingly. PDJT was in their way briefly but they’re still coming for us. Expect it.
My country has left me.
I agree, BUT I am not leaving the country I know and WILL fight like the War Room/Steve Bannon to keep it! God Bless those that love our Constitution and Country 🇺🇸
Bannon is the target. We are the objective.
This makes me so angry…so despicable and shameful. Our country is in disgrace.
I will say Liz being defeated next month will be extra sweet. I can’t wait. I’m sure she’ll be on The View at some point. Bye Felicia.
My daughter texted me a few minutes ago said she got in an Uber and the driver was listening to joy Reid talking about the Jan 6 committee. She wasn’t very happy.
I have never seen a contempt of Congress result in jail time in my lifetime (68). This would be a first if that happens.
