More than two-thirds of Americans think the Supreme Court was right to hold Harvard’s race-based admissions policy unlawful. But the minority who disagree have no doubt about their own moral authority, and there’s every reason to believe that they intend to undo the Court’s decision at the earliest opportunity.
Which could be as soon as this year. In fact, undoing the Harvard admissions decision is the least of it. Republicans and Democrats in Congress have embraced a precooked “privacy” bill that will impose race and gender quotas not just on academic admissions but on practically every private and public decision that matters to ordinary Americans. The provision could be adopted without scrutiny in a matter of weeks; that’s because it is packaged as part of a bipartisan bill setting federal privacy standards—something that has been out of reach in Washington for decades. And it looks as though the bill breaks the deadlock by giving Republicans some of the federal preemption their business allies want while it gives Democrats and left-wing advocacy groups a provision that will quietly overrule the Supreme Court’s Harvard decision and impose identity-based quotas on a wide swath of American life.

It doesn’t matter. Colleges blatantly discriminate now and nothing is done. You have Princeton bragging that over 50% of their freshman class was non-white or I believe Asian. Basic demography and known statistics about test scores and high school course selection let’s us know they had to have intentionally chosen less academically qualified students.
The same is occurring at state schools and professional schools like law and medical.

Draining The Swamp – Absolutely No One knew exactly how Deep and Wide that swamp was until President Trump got into office. He exposed a lot of it. I totally agree that it is our fault. Just looking at what our society has become is all the evidence you need. I think we have just had it too good and we have spoiled our kids and accept their self centered behavior. We’ve allowed the leftist to define our culture as racist, homophobe, greedy horrible capitalist. We let them get away with it. We elect centrist that become the Establishment that have no grounding in our Constitution. Family values and Christianity has become a joke in our current culture. So, for instance when some States decided to ignore Federal law on MJ, the Fed. Gov could not withhold highway funds, because the original highway authorisation legislation didn’t say anything about MJ.
The threat to withhold funding is often used by the Fed, with either party in office,..but because if this limitation is mostly an empty threat.

Australia just passed its Digital Identity Bill into law.
I’m Australian, but live in Iceland, a country that already has an all-encompassing digital ID system. If you’re wondering how Australia’s new system will play out, I’ll tell you here.
And also, how Australians who don’t want a digital ID can attempt to protect themselves… at least for a short while.
In Iceland, the digital ID system is linked to each person’s kennitala, or social security number.
I sign into everything with my electronic ID (rafræn skilríki) via my phone. Any time I access my bank account, phone services, accounting, tax, insurance, credit score, manage my assets (car/house), power bill, medical record, when I vote, or even want to pull up a store receipt of something I’ve bought, it’s all linked to my digital ID.
Everything in one place. Everything.
You cannot NOT have a digital ID to live in Iceland. It’s impossible.
You can’t get power turned on, get a phone number, buy or register a car, rent or buy a house, or even buy certain items without having a kennitala or digital ID. You need one.
This has its benefits (it makes life more streamlined when you’re trying to do something in daily life), but it also means there is no privacy at all in Iceland.
Anyone can look up where I live. The license plate of my car. How much tax I paid last year. My phone number. You name it. It’s public and available—and all you need is my kennitala to find it all out.
But the government has access to more.
The Icelandic government and tax office has access to my bank accounts and knows every transaction I make, what I spend, and what I earn. They don’t need a warrant, or anything else to access it—it’s theirs. They just need probable cause to look at it.

Something I have been thinking about a lot, and so have many here, is the yuge debt problem.
Many have talked about how no one is doing anything about it, and also you see many saying no one knows how.
Well Ticker Guy has some ideas, and since nobody seems to have a better idea (all we here is cut social security or tax the rich) maybe someone with the Trump campaign can take a look at what Karl is proposing and maybe they can adopt these suggestions or similar as something to run on.
Since politicians don’t want to do things that are unpopular with the Wall Street class, and President Trump is unpopular with the elite anyway, why not go for it?

The hole is not too big, but we need to drill, baby, drill, and end all subsidies/grants/work arounds on alternative energy sources like solar panels, wind farms, and all of the other such b.s. We need to cultivate more nuclear power plants STAT and spend our money on the electrical grids, instead of frivolous projects that the usual gubt grifters get rich on and they only make the rest of us poorer and less better off than last time they tried it.
Once the USA is selling our natural products again, and manufacturing again, the debt will go down. But it is a big hole, no doubt.
Unfortunately PDJT has repeatedly indicated he doesn’t see it as a problem and Kudlow stated in 2019 that it was ‘manageable.’
That said, the biggest issues IMO aren’t the medical monopolies (that is NOT to say they aren’t a significant issue). In the case of Medicaid in particular the issues involve illegal invaders, the massive growth of “disability”, what is covered (example – sex change operations), the cost of out of control regulations, and Obamacare in general. The current idiots in charge are pushing to add even more illegal aliens to free coverage and more non-health related things to coverage.
As far as the debt – the massively bloated federal bureaucracy, subsidies, foreign giveaways, and again illegal aliens. The federal government should be 1/3rd or less the size it is, TOTAL foreign aid should be drastically cut back (including ALL money to the UN, WHO and other international criminals) and non-citizens shouldn’t be allowed to receive one single penny of taxpayer funding. If they enter the country illegal, they should be forever forbidden from becoming a citizen as well.
Don’t think illegal invaders are a VERY significant part of the equation? The current yearly budget deficits are over $2 trillion. The costs associated just with illegal invaders is over half of that…and that is just the FEDERAL BUDGET costs.
PDJT could slash the size of the federal government if re-elected. He could also use the power of the veto to force massive budget cuts. I don’t think he – or anyone else – will. Why not? Mainly due to a total lack of real pushback from the majority of the citizens.
Sadly, much of it is in the hands of the people of the nation – most of whom are too weak, lazy, and/or comfortable to do anything about it.
As long as I’m ranting a bit – one way to solve the illegal alien problem is by simple laws. Non-citizens get ZERO federal dollars. Organizations that support them get ZERO federal dollars. States that support them get ZERO federal dollars. If you enter the country illegally, you are FOREVER forbidden from becoming a citizen. Then enforce the laws on the books – illegal aliens can’t get jobs and companies that hire them are punished – and those who aid, abet, or encourage illegal aliens are charged under current laws – including politicians, governors, and state legislatures.
Oh – and any member of Congress who votes for a budget that is in deficit is forever barred from re-election or collecting any benefits related to their government service.

Insider Threat Is New Book By Greg And Leah — Greg Stenstrom and Leah announced, yesterday, May 16, that a sequel to The Parallel Election is about to be released.
The Parallel Election described massive vote fraud in Delaware County, Pa. which gave the 2020 election to Joe Biden.
The new book is Insider Threat and will concern a massive effort by the federal bureaucracy to forever maintain power by masquerading as corporations including the one that makes the Bluecrest sorters used by Delco.
Leah says that despite protestations otherwise that the sorters have internet connections.
It was also announced that they have placed evidence before the House Judiciary Committee, which is taking it seriously, and charges are expected to be filed soon against numerous officials.
Also, a documentary concerning the pair will be airing on HBO this June, Leah said. She said she is not sure what slant it will take but they will appreciate any publicity.
Stenstrom said the mail-in ballot system should not be trusted and encouraged all to vote in person.
