Perhaps you’ve noticed. For the past two nights Fox News and a host of corporate allies have been doing a full-frontal attack against Pennsylvania Senate Candidate Kathy Barnette.
The club reaction appears to have been triggered by a GOP Trafalgar poll showing Kathy Barnette in a close second place (23.2%), surging ahead of David McCormick (21.6%) and right on the heels of Mehmet Oz (24.5%). [Bartos 7.2%, Sands 6.5%]
In this outline I will explain the easily visible GOPe club moves without trying to support any particular candidate, that’s for Pennsylvania voters to decide. However, once you understand the background play, it might help clarify what the Keystone state voters are witnessing.
BACKGROUND. President Trump has endorsed Mehmet Oz. However, many people in the MAGA base are stuggling with that endorsement because they just don’t like the guy and question the bonafides of his sudden, seemingly convenient, MAGA-mindedness.
Meanwhile, David McCormick is the GOPe candidate from the mold of the typically Wall Street Mitch McConnell tribe.
McCormick is the quintessential corporate republican, or what might be described as the ‘establishment’ party choice. I would call McCormick the club candidate.
Kathy Barnette is the alternative favorite in the race for the MAGA base who just cannot bring themselves to support Oz. Barnette is the outsider and carries a fierce independent streak that appeals to frustrated voters who have had enough of the nonsense.
As a result, the top three in the race break down into McCormick as the Club candidate, while Barnette and Oz are splitting the MAGA vote. By my estimation the MAGA support looks like 60%(ish) Barnette and 40%(ish) Oz. What is happening now in this race is very Karl Rove-ian.
The Club for Growth (CfG) is seemingly more aligned with David McCormick and needs to split the MAGA base, so they funnel money toward Barnette in order to disrupt and diminish the professional MAGA endorsements of Team Trump.
Seeing Mehmet Oz struggling to get support, and seeing a rise in the polling for Kathy Barnette, Fox News Sean Hannity started to attack Barnette on Wednesday with a full-throated ridiculing of her campaign.
Hannity labels Barnette as an ‘unelectable extremist’ with a history of controversial statements, positions and tweets. After a 10-minute nasty attack segment, Sean Hannity then invites the previously scheduled Mehmet Oz to pile on. The total Wednesday attack program lasted almost 30-minutes on prime-time television.
Then Thursday (6pm), corporate Fox News Shannon Bream announces David McCormick will appear tomorrow (Friday) on Special Reports segment for a promotional interview. This makes sense because McCormick would be the corporate Fox News favorite republican in the mold of Marco Rubio.
During the 8pm hour (Tucker Carlson show) Fox News Corp then runs a promotional segment for Sean Hannity who says, “tune in at 9pm when we will go deeper into the controversial past of Kathy Barnette and expose her radical positions.”
As promoted at 9pm Hannity leads with another 15-minute attack against Barnette and then opens the floor to two other PA candidates, Jeff Bartos and Carla Sands, to continue the onslaught.
Destroying Barnette works for the agenda of Hannity (promoting Oz) and for the agenda of Corporate Fox News (promoting McCormick).
As a result, Kathy Barnette is taking fire from the GOPe Club, Corporate Fox News and the entirety of the Trump endorsement team which includes Sean Hannity and Ric Grennell. Trump Inc supporting Oz, while Fox Inc is supporting McCormick. This forms the gauntlet of the attack.
The beneficiary of this Rovian strategy is David McCormick.
Team McCormick is likely hopeful this onslaught will bring the destabilized Barnette wing of the MAGA base into his team; because the Barnette wing of the MAGA base will not support Mehmet Oz.
Both Oz and McCormick are sketchy to the ultra-MAGA base, but with McCormick the club alignment is what Mitch McConnell would call a “more approved” fit.
For the ultra-MAGA voter, with McCormick you get the openly Jeb Bush republican (Decepticon).
For the ultra-MAGA voter, with Mehmet Oz you get the closeted Mitt Romney democrat (RINO).
That’s why the majority of the ultra-MAGA voters were supporting Kathy Barnette in the first place, as an alternative to Oz. That’s why Donald Trump endorsing Mehmet Oz was received with such disdain by the base.
The Republican Club (McCormick) and the Trump Club (Dr. Oz) are both trying to bring down Kathy Barnette and saying she can never win the general election in Pennsylvania.
Are they correct? Well, that’s up to Pennsylvania voters to decide. The pundits will all tell you the suburban women’s vote is the deciding factor in Pennsylvania politics. Supposedly Dr Oz is more liked by that group of voters. I have no idea.
This type of battle is what primary voting contests are all about.
My only purpose in this outline is to explain why McCormick wants to split MAGA (the move by Rove), and why Trump is trying to avoid a split MAGA vote (to avoid McCormick).
For those still torn over what to do, my own advice is:
♦ Vote your heart in the primary contest.
♦ Vote pragmatically in the general election contest.
Bottom line, VOTE!
I don’t like seeing Republicans attacking other Republicans on grounds used by leftists to attack Republicans. You don’t see the left tearing into Maxine Waters or others for radical deranged statements and actions. But the right is quick to label their fellow party members as racists, sexists, homophobes, etc. It is basically accepting the left’s framework and that the left is the arbiter of correct views on such topics. I don’t get the Oz endorsement but recognize that there are factors I don’t know about. From what I’ve read I favor Barnette.
Well, yeah, but we must remember from observational experience through the years, that our prospective “public servants” are almost always motivated by self gain–not for national statesmanship. Get Elected, stay forever, get rich on the side from graft. See e.g. Mitch McConnell.
If it’s not self-gain when they are 1st elected, it’s undoubtedly a factor soon after.
That would be a uh-huh!
You are right!
I don’t like it, either. But the Swamp has several plays it will use to try to get its own candidate nominated. The reasons are a study in election politics and they have used this playbook in several left leaning States. Basically, this is how RINOs have sometimes won enough of their elections to believe this is the only way to win in a State like Pennsylvania. They are completely wrong and the MAGA candidate will have to prove it. Oz will have a much better chance than Barnette or any of the rest in the Fall and that should be our focus. Democraps use the same play to try to get a candidate who has a chance to win in a Repug leaning State.
Funny, we know the plays but seem to fall for them most of the time.
The Democrats don’t need to dissect their candidates because there is no deception to speak of. We don’t have republicans disguised as democrats (DINOs). But we should.
Democrats always get exactly what they voted for. That must change.
Actually, if you go to proggie sites and read the comments, you see exactly the same complaints, just the mirror image.
Don’t need any more McCains, Romneys of loose shoe limp wrists from SC.
Didn’t Hillary talks about a birth certificate? Didn’t Hillary attack Sanders?
The Left have a hive mind— conservative voters don’t. We can all agree like good little communists — with one collective brain— or we can choose to think as individuals. That’s called freedom.
The leftist and the RINO’s word means nothing they’re all liars.
MSM practically all liars and when they’re not they’re spouting their own propaganda.
Politicians’ egos should be fairly alike IMO. So if I stick with that assumption, I wonder how the dems vet their candidates. Maybe the dnc has soo much money/dark $ they can buy off potential challengers before anything hits the news.
Bernie got pretty far along tho but seemed to be ok with his payoff. The only two who seem to get grief are Manchin and Senema.
Seems like the dem side are the steeple.
Dr Oz has direct connections to Marina Abromovich who spirit cooks while conjuring satanic spiritual demons.
He has never been a conservative or Republican kinda like Tuck Tuck
Exactly right. If you play by the communist’s rules, you will just elect more communists. Trump went off the rails on this endorsement.
I do not live in Penn. But if i did, I would vote Barnette just to poke the old GOPeeeee’s in the eye.
Man, at these point anything that disrupts the destruction of the US. If they all do not like this one or that one vote for them. We all know they can just fix the election for the one they want! Make them work hard at it if they want to cheat.
good comment.
Same here. Damn straight.
Barnette is actually the real deal. A legitimately solid candidate.
You might but you should watch this first.
https://theconservativetreehouse.com/blog/2022/05/15/pennsylvania-senate-candidate-kathy-barnette-appears-on-fox-news-to-answer-critics/#comments
Why has no one mentioned that the LAST THING the Uniparty wants to see is a dark-skinned MAGA lady in the US Senate.
We have to maintain stereotypes, don’tcha know.
I agree if if it’s a toss up, a Black White supremacist if one is confident she will go America 1st after being elected.
It’s all about what they do after elected.
HOF safety Jack Brewer said as much last night on Ingraham’s show. He said the GOP media assault on Kathy is not playing well in black community.
Maybe the blacked controlled fraud machine in Philly will put her through.
I’m not sure I follow.. Don’t you need to peel off GA Democrats to vote for the Republican candidate in order to win in the general?
I thought GA was a purple state. Unlike the unknown who lost her last race, Oz could peel off some Democrat votes.
Neither of them is perfect, but only one of them has a clear shot at beating a Democrat.
Are Kathy Barnette & Mehmet Oz the White Supremacist MAGA candidates?
Deleted (wrong thread)
I live in PA. The GOP here cuts backroom deals with the Democrats and sabotages its own candidates all the time. After the debates I have decided on Barletta for Governor, and it seems the party apparatus will support him. You have no idea how awful Josh Shapiro is, so party support is good. Mastriano is a MAGA grifter. According to a party insider, who will support every and all Republicans in the general election, Mastriano got invited to Mar Lago due to 2020 election info he allegedly had. Seems he had none, and now has no coveted endorsement. The insider tends to be never been wrong before, but there is always a first time.
Now for the Senate. I would love to vote for George Bochetto. He has had no traction or money. From the insider McCormick is not all that popular with the state party due to his losing money for them with his hedge fund. The insider and the state party can’t stand OZ. It’s the carpet bagging thing. Apparently only Stew Peters and I are on the geopolitical / Erdogan angle of the Oz pick. The dark money against OZ is amazing, like every other day a flyer in the mail amazing. I put that up to the anti Erdogan Turks living in exile up in the Poconos. Would the national GOP go against the PA GOP here with either candidate? Of course they would. McCormick is one of them, but OZ offers a desired political angle that even the anti Russian Democrats would support. This will be an interesting race to watch in the fall if either win the primary.
Not sure how the state GOP stands on Bartos and Sands. Neither have spent a lot of money. Bartos and Sands would be the safe picks, since they are both are milquetoast. However in the fall election against “biker bad boy” Fetterman milquetoast might be a good thing. I will say Sands is more committed to the original MAGA message. The insider is mystified to why Trump didn’t support her. Sadly most think my geopolitical angle is kookier than what is normal from me.
Barnette sounds like Reagan on economics. Not a fan due to that. Her resume well before her surge read like fiction to me, but she does have all the right detractors. Is that enough of a reason to vote for her? Trump is right Barnette cannot beat Fetterman. Don’t think she can successfully play the black or female angle to the independents and switch voters. Maybe the failing economy is all she will need, but in a way the current negative national campaign against her now is doing the work for the Democrats in the fall. Ah.. those backroom dealings, but now the national party apparatus is doing it. Who knew PA even mattered to Ms. Romney McDaniel? So I’m clueless on what to do since I really don’t want a Senator Fetterman. Look forward to reading all opinions.
Lou Barletta is a nice guy. But he is lazy, refuses to work hard, and has no belly for any adversity. His train-wreck Senate run proved that loudly. We wasted money on him, and he refused to seriously campaign in SE PA, where all state-wide races are won or lost. His lack of fire even surprised PDJT at his support rally. We’ve yet to see him out here even in this latest race.
There are no great picks for the PA GOP Gubernatorial. But of those running, the best one is still Mastriano, IMO. That’s a hold your nose vote. Mastriano should have fought against Corman harder. I do not think he is a grifter. He is more inclined to play strictly by the procedural rules due to his military background. And that is a mistake with these snakes. This is state party politics. Nasty, vicious and ugly.
As long as PDJT doesn’t mess that race up like he did the Senatorial race, it should be a clean result on Tuesday.
I had a hard time picking between Barletta and Mastriano. I decided to go with Barletta.
Barletta won elections in traditional Democratic areas. He did get crushed by Casey in 2018, but Republicans all got crushed that year in swing states like Pennsylvania and he was running against an incumbent. He did outperform Wagner who got beaten by an even wider margin by Wolf. Even pre-Covid Wolf was more unpopular than Casey.
I don’t think Mastriano will do well outside of the rural areas. He seems like a Marjorie Taylor Greene type. Pennsylvania is not northwest Georgia. That type of politics isn’t popular in the competitive areas of PA like Erie, Wilkes-Barre, Scranton, Philly collar counties, and Pittsburgh suburbs. Pennsylvania is pro-gun, leans pro-life, but other than that it is a pretty moderate state.
Sands was on Steve Bannon’s Warroom this morning. There will be a video clip on Rumble about what she had to say. You may want to watch it. Not from PA, but I found her interesting.
You are 1000% incorrect about Mastriano.
I thought Trump did endorse Mastriano?
So much of this stuff is now out there to see in plain sight compared to before the June, 2015, escalator ride?
Interesting insight. I’m glad you noticed Barnette’s Reaganomics aspect. Reagan is popular here in PA, but mostly for his social stances, foreign policy, and patriotism. Pennsylvania is not a place where Club for Growth politics sells. That will be a liability for Barnette.
Sounding like Reagan on economics is a good thing, because in the coming years we will need Reagan-like policies to repair the destruction and out of control inflation inflicted by Xiden, the GOPe and the rest of the communists. Inflation like we have now is purely government-created. And remember that the last time we had inflation like we do now, Nixon’s policies didn’t fix it, nor did Ford’s, nor Carter’s. “The Great Inflation” lasted for 17 years, until Reagan’s policies finally got it under control. Don’t kid yourself that this inflation will just go away after the midterms, or after the 2024 election. Someone like Reagan will be needed to fix it.
If I lived in Penn. I couldn’t support McCormick, Oz or Barnette. McCormick is a globalist pro-China anti-America shill, Oz is a flip-flop dual citizen Oprah compatriot and Barnette:
From Lynne Lechter a Pennsylvania Republican State Committe member:
Ms. Kathy Barnette, who is running for the U.S. Senate, ran two years ago for a different position. She lost mightily. Much has been made of the canceling and then reinstating of Barnette’s political website. But not much has been made of an important former political position Barnette held just two years ago, and then canceled.
In 2020, Barnette ran for the U.S. House of Representatives. Then-president Trump had decided, after multiple statues had been toppled, that he was going to create a United States Garden of Statues. Trump issued a list of 250 candidates, from all the centuries of America’s existence and diverse areas of life, to be included in the Garden. Barack Obama was not on Trump’s list. Barnette thought Obama should be included and highlighted this belief on her political website.
This author, assuredly among others, asked Barnette to remove Obama from her website. While one understood Barnette’s pride in a fellow African American having been president, a Republican candidate should not be so moved. Or at least not so publicly. Barnette’s advocacy for Obama was not removed!
…Barnette has a résumé of lists. Generic products without brand names: adjunct professor — where and when? Military service for ten years: where and when?
https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2022/05/kathy_barnette_and_the_pennsylvania_primary.html
Also in Pennsylvania the primary winner does not have to have 50%+ of the votes the one with the most vote wins. So the winner looks like someone who will be lucky to get 30% of the votes in the primary.
“She lost mightily”. That’s a huge laugh.
Maybe if Norristown-based Committeewoman Lechter had fought harder on the 2020 election theft, Barnette’s win on election day would not have been stolen from her on election night in the bowels of the Montgomery County Courthouse.
The MCRC is 100% RINO.
Barnette lost 2 years ago because she was in a Democrat stronghold. I’m surprised she did as well as she did.
Listen to the Stigall show I posted earlier.
The story of the 4th Congressional District is a sad one.
A reliably conservative district for decades, it was methodically turned purple by the migration out of Philly of rabid institutional leftists (who left the city after destroying it since the 1960s). Then, it fell pray to partisan redistricting that completely transformed it into a tough race.
The MCRC, the county GOP org, let it all happen without a fight, and also gave away the entire MontCo courthouse and virtually all county line offices, because they were too busy chasing developer money for RINO candidates and throwing secret clubhouse parties for themselves. MontCo is now filled with infamous Dominion voting machines. The head of MCRC, the daughter of Ernie Preate, goes on local conservative radio to complain (from her Philly law office) … and that’s about it.
But Trump did well there in 2016. The MCRC sat on their hands and didn’t help him one iota.
At the end, the Congressional seat was held by Pat Meehan, a milquetoast machine RINO who resigned under the slightest of scandals, because Philly RINOs are somehow terrified of the ultra far-left Philadelphia Inquirer, which makes old Pravda look like The Federalist.
In 2018, they finally lost the District to Madeline Dean, an elitist rich woman who keeps her money offshore, but ran as a Democrat. She does whatever Pelosi tells her. The MCRC was so busy hating Trump, they ran a lazy never-Trumper to replace Meehan, Dan David, who didn’t really campaign and whose message was he ‘was not like Trump’. Dean was extremely well funded, and the District and the never-Trump David were finally crushed by Goliath.
Because the MontCo GOP is so RINO, a group in neighboring Bucks County finally discovered and enlisted Kathy Barnette to try and recapture the 4th. She ran as a 100% MAGA candidate. She ran a terrific race, even forcing the DNC to run in some national figures to prop up Dean, and the race was a dead heat on election day.
The MCRC did nothing to help Barnette.
But by then, MontCo had become a major fraud issue, with the widespread mail in voting and the Dominion machines, and the race was “lost”, along with Trump’s reelection, in the middle of the night. Some of the electronic ‘irregularites’ in MontCo have been pointed out by people such as Mike Lindell.
All of the above is just my opinion. But it is shared by many here.
Interesting post. It seems to me that Barnette’s move to keep BO on her website was a savvy move for the general. Kudos for that.
If Lechter dislikes Barnette that’s all I need to know. I’m voting for Barnette.
I also read those items about Barnette on American Thinker. I’m not from PA, but that was a wake-up call to me about who she is and is not. Wanting a statue of Obama, unable to state specifics about her adjunct professorship and he military service. If I were able to vote in PA, I would not cast my vote for her.
And the statue story is not quite like portrayed. She wanted Obama and Douglas added to the Emancipation Statue of Lincoln and the slaves. It was a genuine plan to NOT have Lincoln’s statue removed…I read the petition.
Keep Up.
She handed her Military resume over to Posobiec a couple days ago. Go check his twit account for details.
I posted the College on page 1 of this thread. It’s also on the Open Prez yesterday.
Again>>> Keep. Up.
That little “university” where she supposedly taught has about 1,200 students. Your local community college has more than that; and your average state university has over 50,000 students enrolled. She’ll do well in the future, in some other local race, but not this year. Unfortunately, she can’t win this purple state come November
OK. So now it’s not about wether it’s an actual college, but how BIG the college is.
Got it.
Goal post moved.
Who cares about the university, it’s meaningless. But she definitely can’t win if people are as defeatist as you seem to be. This year is probably the best year possible for her to win, because the momentum is all on the red side. Trump couldn’t win this purple country in 2016 and 2020, but he did.
She is the one who said she can’t remember when she was an assistant professor & the university is an unknown name in an unnamed place.
Out of 250 notable Americans, I’d think the first African-American President should surely be among them. I say that as someone who is no fan of Barack Obama.
Heard a radio interview yesterday with Barnette on Joe Pags. The statue comment about Obama was made in reference at the time to the Lincoln statue depicting the Emancipation Proclamation in which a slave is rising up at the feet of Lincoln. The statue was removed/torn down bc wokesters were upset that the slave was still in chains. Barnette explained she was not in favor of tearing down statues bc she looked at them as markers in time in the history of our country. The statue of Obama was in response to those who say American is a racist country and how it could be so while simultaneously a black man could be elected to consecutive terms. She mentioned she was no fan of Obama and votes against him twice.
I’m offended by some statues too.
But the ones that offend me are still around.
That’s 250 outstanding citizens for the Statue Garden, not “notable” people.
Former president Obama does not belong on that list. Period.
Obama has been and still is the biggest traitor to this country in history, and it has nothing to do with his race. He belongs in the deepest, hottest pits of hell, not on any statue.
Precisely. Barnette’s own version of her work & position on issues is weak, unconvincing & evasive.
I think that conservatives should consider a view from a higher level.
You’ve got 5 Republicans in this race and no matter who is elected you’re getting, ta-da, a republican.
Somehow, most everyone is again convinced that replacing a republican with a republican is going to change something.
In my life time this has happened (in some respect) roughly 23 times now.
In the last century its happened 50 times.
Yet the only thing we’ve seen is a trail being blazed away from the constitution. As a matter of fact I’ll challenge you to point me to one bill in the past 100 years they reins anything back in any significant way.
When do we stop pretending this is changing something for the better and start having an honest conversation?
Better yet a conversation on what to do since we’ve LOST the Republic. Do we go to war or try to secede somehow somewhere. We need to admit we’ve lost. They have the positions as far as the FedGov goes. They have most of the large population centers. They have many of the foundational institutions that create those who get to be in charge. We don’t make those choices anymore. We can start with education. It’s their weakest area but they still are in a powerful position to manipulate the narrative. And finally the media. The loss of the corporate media to partisan politics of one party is devastating to the Conservative ability to counter the lies, lay out better ways of doing things, promote the people we want into office and in general inform the citizen about how the real world works and how it’s going. Instead we have lies, obfuscation, hiding and manipulating the facts all to promote a single narrative that empowers one party into gaining more power.
The war can go on but this particular set of battles of the last 20 years has been lost and mostly by traitors. We need to face the fact we cannot come close to winning anymore. Even those we think our ours turn out to be more inclined to the other side for whatever reason.
You know it!
My take on this: The GOP is willing to lose a seat than to see it go to Barnette. I watched this unfold first hand while a volunteer in 2014 NC Senate race.
All this is very similar is what happened in NC 2014 Senate race between the Uniparty(R) candidate (Tillis), and the candidate leading the Tea Party movement in NC (Brannon).
When Brannon took an early lead in a true grassroots ground swell, McConnell sent Rove here with lots of money and dirty tricks. The media played along . This set Brannon back but he did not back down and highly aware voters saw through it. Brannon was deemed “unelectable” in the General election too. Despite the Rovian attacks and GOPe backing for Tillis, Tea Party support kept coming in for Brannon.
About a week before the election the word went out everywhere, quietly but swiftly. If Brannon won the Primary, the RNC would ensure he got zero funds or support in the General election. Brannon’s support slid just enough and he did not have time to recover.
Tillis was given the seat and the Uniparty was satisfied.
https://www.publicpolicypolling.com/polls/tillis-brannon-tied-in-north-carolina-gop-senate-primary/
I live in Cawthorn’s district and he is under serious attack and the hate stuff is coming from Thom Tillis’ PAC. Unbelievable slander. Cawthorn may not be perfect but I can’t wait to vote for him because the RINO’s and GOP and RNC hate his guts. There is a RINO candidate that Tillis and Burr have endorsed and another MAGA candidate. I have no idea how this will go but Cawthorn finally has bought some radio time and his ads are very good.
“I can’t wait to vote for him because the RINO’s and GOP and RNC hate his guts”
I love your part of the state! I hope more see through it all.
And I agree with both littleflower and you with what ya’ll have stated. And what’s more I love the coast, the piedmont, and the mountain regions of where we all live here in NC. Although the politics are politics, the land is spectacular in each region and the people in general are wonderful.
I campaigned hard for Brannon, supported and still support Cawthorn(although not in his district), and went all out to campaign and support Mark Robinson.
That’s because Cawthorn was over the target.
This. If anyone but Barnette wins, the Uniparty wins.
Excellent observation.
We need to get past electing RINOs and ‘democrat-light’ people to ‘win’. It’s worse than a loss.
I will not vote for the uniparty. Not in the primary, not in the general. If this country is going to continue on its path to you know where in the handbasket, it will do so without my help.
After the primary on Tuesday I’ll switch my registration back to independent. I am not a Republican any more than I am a Democrat. I am a Patriot and was always in favor of starting a new party. I won’t say a third party, because what we need is a true second party.
Totally agree.
I detest Karl Rove. I feel the same way about McConnell and plenty of others in the Uniparty.
Tillis is a miserable c((ck-sucking, bottom-feeding traitor. Has been ever since he got elected.
I saw the Hannity attacks last night. The trouble is that I agree with most of her radical statements. I am a little bothered by her unwillingness to disclose more history but I still sent her $100.
Kathy released her military records yesterday. It was never hidden, it was just never asked until she was getting great polling.
She said she was out of town when she was asked and with her tiny staff couldn’t do it immediately.
They still aren’t on her web site, but she said in the Chris Stigall show she released it to the media.
When I say out of town, I meant rural PA were there isn’t good cell or internet coverage.
All the folks that I personally loathe that are spewing vitriol at Barnette would guarantee my vote in her favor. I have listened to her stumbles. She is flawed, but her snarling critics in the media and GOP are the enemy of individual choice. I know they don’t represent my interests. At least it would piss them off if she wins. That is fine with me.
Her “radical” statements are sensible statements, from everything I have seen.
White middle class suburban Pennsylvanian woman here! 👋🏼 Kathy Barnette has my vote. Many of my friends are voting for her as well. From what I see she is quickly climbing in the polls.
Why did Trump endorse Oz? My guess is to draw the vote away from Rino Mittens McCormick. Sometimes Trump endorses something or someone he wants the media spotlight on. Barnette called out Oz & McCormick as being members of the WEF. McCormick responded by stammering over his excuse that he’s an international business man. Dr. Oz kept quiet and his behind the curtain of perfect public perception (see what I did there? 😉)
If you want to hear Barnette’s retort to her haters, watch her on Joe Pags show (rumble) yesterday.
Oz was called onto the Congressional carpet a few years ago for a warning. The globalists chits were about to be called in, and punishment would be swift if he ignored them.
btw – Aren’t you the “swing demographic” in PA who we keep hearing that Oz was so perfect for? 😉
I heard that Kathy Barnette had previously supported BLM and if true that would be disqualifying to me if I were a Pennsylvania voter. BLM was built on a lie and they are radical black nationalists who hate America so being America First and supporting BLM are two diametrically opposed positions.
You heard? A comment that inflammatory needs to be backed up. It would be easy enough to ask her.
He/she could “back it up” w/ the ludicrous/slanderous Greg Kelly hack job clip.
That’s the problem here>>>>. too many outright lies circulating bout KB, coming fr/ “respected” RW “journos”. Oh well, at least they are outting themselves as Fake News creeps.
Fortunately, we have the full vid that Kelly clipped and spliced for his “She loves BLM!!” segment.
I just posted it here.
She is NOT a BLM supporter.
She has a long 8 min. vid talking about how misguided the BLM movm’t is.
I posted it on page 1 of this thread .
So go watch it. NOW.
Here it is. Don’t fall for the lies, smears of Newsmax, Greg Kelly, Hannity, Oz, etc.
And note that this vid/tweet is fr/ July 2020.
NOT something she pulled out of her hat this week.
Not true at all. She has explained why she used the hashtag in a tweet.
…” I heard that Kathy Barnette had previously supported BLM and if true that would be disqualifying to me if I were a Pennsylvania voter”……
Yeah well, that would be a disqualifying position for *any* voter>>>> which is probably why they started that particular LIE.
Fortunately, it’s easily disproven, with just a tiny bit of research.
That’s the lie and distortion that prompted this discussion. They are trying to discredit her because she is like the Kentucky derby winner from last week, out of nowhere, surging, and about to win. The WEF and the Rinoverse cannot have that happen. Her word and comments from 2020 have been manipulated and edited to confuse voters.
She going to win, and that’s a good thing. She will be American first. Also, Fetterman will not know how to strategize a battle plan against her, she is literally everything the Dumbocrats fear in an opposition candidate; Black conservative, veteran, woman, raised poor an born from a very young mother(not aborted), smart, and genuine!
That Kentucky Derby surprise winner just dropped out of the next bug race.
Exactly. She will win the general because she can use the same identity politics tactics of the left against them, and that’s all they have. She can talk about inflation and the economy, she can talk about transgender and CRT tyranny in the schools, she can talk about vaccine tyranny and vaccine injuries and deaths. That’s what people care about now. Not some old comments she may have made about gays and muslims. It’s amazing to me that Trump doesn’t see this.
“I heard that Kathy Barnette had previously supported BLM and if true that would be disqualifying to me if I were a Pennsylvania voter.”
You heard? From where? Don’t get suckered by the UNIPARTY GOPe’s smear campaign. As these links seem to prove … https://freedomfirstnetwork.com/2022/05/the-cult-of-dr-oz-ric-grenell-posts-insanely-out-of-context-tweet-from-kathy-barnette-to-disparage-her and …https://patriotoutlook.com/no-kathy-barnette-did-not-support-black-lives-matter-riots-or-demonize-police , Barnette did not support BLM or suggest defunding the police. Just the opposite appears to be true, in fact. Follow the links and you find, like the authors state, that she denounced BLM and called for more police.
And if supporting the BLM movement really bothers you, then I sure hope you aren’t a customer of these companies, just to name a few … Amazon, Microsoft, Nabisco, Gatorade, Airbnb, DoorDash, Unilever, DocuSign, IBM, Uber, Comcast, PayPal, Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Etsy, Gap, McDonalds, Wendy’s, Coca-Cola, Peloton, Facebook, Apple, Intel, Glossier. They didn’t just voice some support with a tweet containing a hash tag, they gave millions of dollars to the movement. And you can be darn sure they’re either for the democRAT in the race or Dr Oz. Just saying …
I hear all kinds of stuff these days it’s mostly false
Here’s a 3 minute unedited selfie video from her visit
to the home of George Washington the slave owner.
I watched it. Seemed very reasonable.
Slavery IS an abomination that goes on to this day.
I thought her message in total was upbeat.
What is your take?
This is a great little vid.
Should be shared around.
The Greg Kelly hack job on this one was a sight to see.
What. An. A$$.
Snippets taken out of context. Naw they wouldn’t do that would they?
(do I need to add an /s)
The BLM support lie was an old tweet with her hashtaging a an anti-BLM video with #BLM
Yes, VOTE. For the candidate not for the party. And if the party refuses to produce the candidates we need? Well, where I stand that is a circle on the ballot that will never get my ink. It’s a little like voting for you own executioner.
But if voting for more saboteurs and traitors floats your boat, by all means vote for them too.
Reflect the truth and vote it for all to see.
Bannon asked Ambassador Carla Sands this morning why President Trump endorsed Oz. According to AMR Sands, Oz lives near President Trump and they are friends. She very delicately said that President Trump’s advisors don’t always give him the best advice.
Turns out that Oz fought in the Turkish army, and his allegiance is to Turkey, according to Sands.
Oz is not popular with Bannon’s audience. I was watching the comments during his show and people were vehemently against him.
Oz is an Oprah Winfrey Democrat dressed in RINO clothes. He’s been a progressive lib for decades, and now POOF, he’s a conservative…..Oz and the GOPe think we are stupid. We all have seen Trump appoint or endorse a few bad apples at the behest of others. A few bad apples do not spoil his bunch though, IMO.
AAAAAAAANNNNNNNNDDDDDDDD (80-1) Rich Strike Barnnette comes charging from far back in the pack and zooms past the front runners for the (win?)
DJT can’t possibly win in 2016. Don’t believe me? Take a look.
https://swisscows.com/web?query=2016+trump+can%27t+win
swisscows, my go to now.
This is absolutely a preview for 2024, so as long as everyone is clear-eyed, I have no problem. Clarity is paramount. Good luck to the GOP voters in PA figuring out who to support. I don’t have a dog in the fight. I absolutely hate the GOPe throwing the viability-in-the-general crap around again. The GOPe/Rove crowd have already shown, they’ll torpedo a popular candidate that slips through their fingers to get to a general election. They’d rather lose a race to a Democrat than allow a outsider to run as GOP and be TP or MAGA in DC.
I was just thinking that I haven’t seen a candidate attacked this viciously done they did it to candidate Trump.
The hard fact is that the GOPe has to be overcome. We have no chance of ever electing MAGA candidates unless everyone unifies against both the communists and the GOPe. Do that a few times in high-profile races and then we have a real movement and unstoppable momentum.
Since the Republicans failed to fight the stolen election, I changed my registration to Independent. Independents are not permitted to vote in Pennsylvania primaries. I’ll be rooting for Barnette though.
This is where you shot yourself in the foot.
Closed Primary State
GOP is a fool’s errand
Mistake.
Now you have no primary voice, in a red wave year.
Support her in the general, please.
Absolutely!
You can switch (although too late now) to repub just for the primary then switch back to independent. I do this since I can’t stomach belonging to either party. And I’ll be voting for Barnette.
I went independent also after the election crap.
Difference is I changed back early enough to vote in this primary.
Up until May 2, you could have easily gone online and switched to Republican in order to vote in the primary. That’s what I did. A couple of days later I had email confirmation of the change. A couple of days after that, I received a new voter registration card in the mail listing my registration as Republican. Very quick and easy. After the primary, I will go online and switch back to independent. I certainly don’t want to stay in the party that wouldn’t even defend their president in 2020.

One after another, all their lies coming out.
ugh.
And all the people who fell for the BS lies w/o researching first.
ugh.
It seems many people just can’t help but doing the same thing over and over. Why do people let the media drive their choice? The media lies and manipulates and people expect them to be honest about the candidates.
I think Barnette’s strategy for the vague answers is so she be caught in a “lie.” If she misremembered the dates, then they would look it up and say, she was off by 1 year, she’s a “Liar!” Same for the other questions. Let them look them up and see that it is all a nothing burger. Her spouse, he’s not running for office. It should be a simple task for an experienced “investigative reporter” to find out who he his and his employer.
‘They’ the GOPe and Swamp and everyone else spreading rumors and lies about Barnette are so scared of her winning they are throwing everything at her.
They know if she wins the primary, she has as good a shot at winning in November as the other two. They don’t want her in DC because she can’t be controlled!
All the more reason to vote for her.
There were more kids in my high school than this Judson “university.” Am sure she was a good teacher of some sort but a university professor she is not. She is a conservative firebrand, and as such in a deep purple state, she cannot win in November. It’s as simple as that.
So vote for the gun grabbing, trans supporting, smollett hoaxer muslim Turk.
“Cant win” is the new code for they are actual patriots and support conservative positions. You support real conservatives and if they lose, guess what, you will be no worse off than with a make believe conservative.
Will go with Trump’s instincts.
vid was made April 20, 2022.
Gee. What a surprise that he would make a pro 2 A vid right before a GOP Primary!
That’s what candidates do.
Barnette has her $2million from the Club for Growth.
She can make her own ads.
Go watch the war room and educate yourself as to why CFG is running the ads.
Not for her benefit.
The comments at this vid are very funny.
Just an FYI
SOP for candidate commercials. Stick a gun in the Politicians hands and say “Lookie me, I can shoot” It gets very old.
He said his Dad taught him how to shoot, and he taught his own son.
Someone didn’t watch the video, apparently.
They say a lot of things. Most of them aren’t true. Why so keen on electing a Leftist?
Like McCarthy, McConnell, Romney and Collins? Trump endorsed them all.. At what point do you stop trusting Mr clot shot and start doing your own research?
Even the music screams “I’m a down home guy- just like you!”
LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Like jd vance growing a beard so he could look like us ohio backwoods hicks.
Face was bare as a baby’s bottom when he was in silicon valley.
So you think that the professors from large universities are, what? Smarter, more correct ideologically, better teachers? University professors are 5 to 1 in representing non- conservative viewpoints and support teaching CRT, for BLM, for gender fluidity and more foolishness. Now university correspondence/memos/emails, have signatures with pronouns listed, also government correspondence and many corporations also. Now university official statements are all ended with apologies to squatting on triballands. Yes, look it up. They support the 1619 Project and all kinds of wokeness.
What’s wrong with being a conservative firebrand? Trump’s one. From your moniker, you troll for the opposition don’t you? Vespucciland!! Indeed!
Pennsylvania is purple and a conservative firebrand cannot win in a statewide election.
That’s all. Nothing against her and young political career which is just getting started.
Wanna learn the hard way?
I’m in suburban Philly and I know lots of woman who are going to be voting for Kathy. Dr. Oz turns their stomach.
We don’t even know who the Democrat candidate will be, I think she will do fine with either. There is a major undercurrent of hate for what the Democrats did to this Commonwealth with all the Covid Lockdowns.
A lot of people don’t know anyone under 80 who died from Covid, but they know plenty who lost businesses or jobs.
Barnette is the imposter here and she was put in the campaign specifically to rip off votes from Oz. She is a trojan horse liberal and she will become another Mitt Romney if she makes it to the Senate. The RINO gang of fools are in full blown panic only because it looks like either Barnette or Oz will beat McCormick. This is why the two other candidates are suddenly trying to act MAGA. They are also being pushed by the RINO gang of fools, just in case such a scenario as two MAGA candidates can both beat McCormick arises. I know Oz is a milk toast who only appeals to women, but he is the only candidate Trump believes can beat the Democrat, which is the most important thing.
On many votes in the Senate, it sometimes pays to be able to win a vote on a Party line basis and this is far better than having a Democrap winner in the Fall. Vote for who you want, but do some research on Barnette as well as Oz and figure out whether Barnette or Oz can be counted on, at least in a Party line vote.
Can you back this up? Barnette is the imposter here. I have not seen anything that says that yet.
Friday’s Happy Hour started early somewhere.
One, you’re wrong and two, it’s ‘milquetoast’.
She’s been writing Conservative articles since 2010, at least.
I posted links for them a couple days ago.
She even wrote one article about what a disaster Obama was back in 2010.
If anyone here is a “Trojan Horse Liberal” it is Oz.
Links please.
Didn’t they say Trump was unelectable? I really am shocked he’s doing the same things to Barnette they tried on him. I hate all of the rino decepticons!!!!
Trump was an accomplished billionaire at the time.
No comparison here, none.
You really want OZ huh???
Oz is the only candidate who can win in that purple state
and he will back Trump’s agenda going forward, so yes.
I live in PA, Oz’s endorsement has been the talk of every conservative I know. Everyone was looking at the other candidates. Trump supporters hate going against Trump, but no not going to go for Oz. He’s a freaking Carpetbagger.
Election Wizard 🇺🇸
@ElectionWiz
They could’ve played it clean in PA. But they freaked out and went dirty. Used left-wing #CancelCulture tactics in a GOP primary. Dumb! Now, they’re getting massive pushback and they don’t know what the hell to do other than to double-down on the B.S. Very sad.
10:10 AM · May 13, 2022·
so all this talk of her support for obama and building statues to them means nothing or is BS and for all yall that thinks voting for a female of color is going to upset the uniparty or think they are going to stand up to that crowd havent paid attention to what happens when you elect them.
So she’s no good because she doesn’t vehemently hate Obama? Just ignore her conservative positions and her support of Pres. Trump since before 2016?
Greg Kelly over at Newsmax is doing his best Hannity imitation as well.
I saw that on Newsmax. Sort of surprised by it. She is the ultimate for tossing a wrench into the machine. The baseball bat to hit the GOP over the head with. Go Barnette!
IMO, GK has Hannity beat.
And that’s not easy to do.
Trump said Barnette couldn’t win in the General Election so vote Oz instead.
This same thing was said of Trump in 2016 but he did win.
I would vote for Kathy forget all the strategizing just vote Barnette regardless.
Wrong.
Many said that TRUMP was the only candidate who could defeat the Clinton War Machine.
Not wrong. Lol.. Trump was laughed at and given ZERO chance at the beginning of his campaign.
Well, “at the beginning” everyone thought that Killary was a shoo in.
I agree with you on this one!
Might you name a few of the ‘many’ and when did they said that?
Sundance for one. YOU look it up.
These candidates all suck. I live in Pennsylvania and I don’t think Barnette can win. I do think Oz has a better shot, but I’m not super confident he will win either. Sundance is right about McCormick. He would be another Toomey.
What’s interesting is no one is talking about the governor’s race.
Isn’t Doug Mastriano, who is one of the Republican candidates for Governor in PA, considered fairly “ultra-MAGA”, has been essentially “vetted” and has been so for quite some time now? I don’t know for certain, which is why I’m asking. He has been on War Room with Steve Bannon a lot and has been pushing for an audit on voting in PA. Plus, I notice the GOPe/Swamprats are going after him, so that’s usually a good sign he is truly America First. Anyway, he has endorsed Kathy Barnette…
“Kathy is a defender of the constitution and a veteran of the U.S. Army. She is a fighter and is tenacious in her pursuit to leave our country better than how she got it. Kathy is also a person of faith, who stands up for truth. She was also one of the few people to fight for election integrity in 2020. Her life story supporting the right to life is powerful. Kathy has integrity, honor and is committed to the cause of freedom. I fully endorse Kathy for senate for such a time as this.”
Bo,
If they all suck then say “screw it vote Barnette” Pick the biggest disruptor, the biggest stick in the eye of the GOP. Look, the Senate is 100 sick, corrupt, limp biscuit boring old people in their little “Country Club”. Nothing to lose if they all suck.
Sundance: “The Club for Growth (CfG) is seemingly more aligned with David McCormick and needs to split the MAGA base, so they funnel money toward Barnette in order to disrupt and diminish the professional MAGA endorsements of Team Trump.”
Interesting!
I think we can all agree the RINO’s want McCormick. I think we can all agree Oz is not a win for the conservatives. I think it is up in the air about Barnette, but unless there is more we don’t know (BLM supporter, etc.) then she seems the best choice. I think we can all agree the remaining candidates don’t have a prayer.
What’s exciting to me is the possibility we finally have someone on our side playing the game at an advanced level.
Lot’s of possibilities, but one is that Trump sees that Good Ol’ Boy McCormick is at serious risk of a primary loss. Trump recognizes that Rove has cleverly set up the primary chess board for a McCormick win, but should McCormick lose, they prevented a real conservative from winning.
1.OZ and Barnett split the vote against McCormick assuring unpopular McCormick’s victory. Trump’s supporting Oz put a crimp in this plan, so they had CfG give more money to Barnette to help pull excess votes from OZ to assure McCormick wins.
2.McCormick loses primary, Oz gets to general and they destroy OZ with his loyalty to Turkey. Dem wins general. (A La Georgia/Abrams). Or maybe …Oz is just another win for them.
3.Barnette gets to general. They have op research to destroy Barnette and the radical Dem wins.
4.They have good Opo research on Barnette and believe they can destroy her in the general OR …she’s on their team and they have tricked conservatives (like Oz) into thinking she’s MAGA
5.Barnette is Maga and she wins the primary and general.
1-4 are all wins for the RINOs.
If Barnett is a true conservative and her win is good for MAGA (still unknown since opo research hammer yet to fall). then Trump’s supporting Oz and pulling votes from McCormick helped her.
But the reason I find most interesting is ..did Trump come in and supported OZ because, like in GA, he knows the RINO’s have successfully put the real conservatives in check? Did Trump see that and think why not use this opportunity to unseat McCormick (don’t get mad, get even)?
Or did he support OZ to pull votes from McCormick to allow Barnette to win the primary. Then Trump backs Barnette (already said he would) and there is a CHANCE of a conservative victory.
Trump has nothing to lose in this race that wasn’t already lost, he gets a great shot at unseating McCormick and there is a possible chance of a true MAGA win.
Sweet.
Mark Mowry of Spearfish SD running against RINO John Thunes??
your call on the Candidates is accurate. If Rove is involved he is leaning toward the RINO candidate. Rove got Bush elected twice if Rove backs a candidate run from them. The GOPe hierarchy requires some fresh blood of actual conservatives, not uniparty players.
Jack Brewer was on Laura Ingraham last nite and gave a great explanation of support for Barnette.
He thinks she can win the Black vote in PA. , which is what I have been thinking all along.
I’ve gotta go out now so can’t find the vid.
But hopefully, someone will and post it here.
So I searched for that vid on YT and rumble and have not found anything.
It’s kinda p*ssing me off, TBH.
I’ll try Bitchute next I guess.
Too much flack on Barnette. And the rest are all DC lovers. My vote is for Kathy altho she may not have the stuff to win against Fetterman and I can see the GOPe cutting her off for spite on money and help because they don’t care if they lose a Senator in PA. They also may try to cheat in the open. They’ve succeeded in forestalling an investigation into 2020 so we’ll only have 2 years to fix stuff and that’s only if we get a GOP MAGA gov. in office. Frankly I think they’ve got us coming and going. I always thought if we could just get enough of the right people in we could change direction but with the addition of the bureaucracy and the partisans willing to cheat and steal and counter an office holder then we have no chance as in numbers we’re about matched but they’re in better more powerful places.
By the time we get our stuff together they’ll have the rest in their pocket and we’ll have no where to go and along with the WHO able to create an emergency that takes away our rights and allows foreign troops in to enforce we’ll have no way to reverse anything except to fight for it with our blood.
JD Rucker’s perspective, for what it’s worth. Understand that he is fully behind Barnette, but he makes some good points, especially regarding the big “concern” that people have regarding her chance of beating the Democrat in the statewide senate race based on her past loss to the Democrat in a heavily blue district for a congressional seat. I don’t know anything about this claim, but I have heard some, including one of the other candidates, Carla Sands, saying that Barnette is using her skin color to try to get elected. I don’t know. Just thought this was worth sharing.
https://thelibertydaily.com/debunking-sean-hannitys-desperate-and-false-accusations-against-kathy-barnette/
This would not be a problem if not for what, in my opinion, is a huge tactical error by Trump. He should have forsaken the Republicans and formed a MAGA party. It’s too late for 2022 but not for 2024… if we make it that far.
Agree 100%. There was a reason the Whigs died.
Bottom line Vote! Well we did vote in 2020 and our votes were canceled by millions of fraudulent votes.
So what are we to do?
Fight GOPe news, which includes Newsmax. Beware. If I were voting in Pennsylvania, I would be leaning Barnette or Oz….which ever one, needs to win the primary.
But the general election needs to have a Republican winner.
We are for whoever is for us and realizes that public service means SERVING the taxpayers and law-abiding citizens.
We are against whoever is out for their own agenda. It is just that simple. This is NOT about hero worship. Never was.
which is funny because the saying is that Republicans think that Dems are stupid and Dems think republicans are evil.
As for the parties, it’s possible the Re party is stupid, but I think both parties are evil.
I think CTH..is totally in for Barnette..but I think you should ask Trump why he didn’t support her..Bannon says Trump was saying that she is not fully vetted and in with Club for Growth..Think it over PA and you decide ..There is too much push pull here..without considering the vetting issue with her..Stop listening to those who have already made up their mind on her and don’t understand exactly why Trump passed her up..He is not right all the time but I would say a lot of the time.so I would listen to him..not writers..and those leaning in one direction.
Trump gave this reason for not supporting Barnette … “Kathy Barnette will never be able to win the general election against the radical left Democrats.” I find that odd given that many of the same people probably advising him now to support Oz are the same people who declared back in 2015 and 2016 that Trump himself would NEVER win a general election against even the non-radical left Democrats, much less a Republican primary. I think Trump now owes us a better excuse than that because in large part, the reason he had so much trouble accomplishing things during his first term and the reason Biden *won* in 2020 is because of these same GOPe Republicans … who mouthed conservatism (like Oz) but behind the scenes were working against Trump the whole time. I happen to believe that Mehmet Oz may be one of those type of Republicans … especially when he’s supported lots of liberal causes and because his two “inspirations” for Republicanism are anti-Trump Arnold Schwarzenegger and Fabian Socialist Teddy Roosevelt. Just saying …
“Kathy Barnette will never be able to win the general election against the radical left Democrats.”
he then said it was because she is unvetted. I consider OZ vetted…He is a RINO or even a Democrat
“he then said it was because she is unvetted.”
Trump wasn’t vetted in 2016. Again, I don’t buy his reasoning. I’d like to hear Oz formally repudiate his statement that Teddy Roosevelt is his Republican inspiration. Teddy Roosevelt was a hardcore socialist/communist … a Fabian Socialist. And anyone who really knows anything about him knows this.
Trump also is on record pushing the “vaccine,” and I don’t take his advice on that either. I would totally vote for him again for president, but I won’t take his advice on “vaccines” or on Oz.
Despite her staunch support for Mr. Trump, she didn’t vote in Pennsylvania in 2016, according to state voter records. Ms. Barnette registered to vote in Pennsylvania in August 2015, but didn’t vote until 2018, according to voter rolls. She voted in both elections in 2018, 2020 and 2021 primary in the state.
When asked whether she voted in Pennsylvania in 2016 at Thursday’s event, Ms. Barnette claimed she did. When the reporter followed up and asked why the voter roll said otherwise, Ms. Barnette doubled-down and said she voted here.”
https://www.post-gazette.com/news/politics-state/2022/05/12/kathy-barnette-s-ascension-brings-scrutiny-from-republican-rivals-in-pa-senate-race/stories/202205120144
Kathy Barnette did not vote for Trump during the 2016 Presidential Election. In fact, she did not start voting in Pennsylvania until the year, 2018.
Wonder who Oz voted for in 2016?
And 2012? 2008?
If she said she voted, I believe her.
We already know she was a big Trump fan by Jan. 2016>>> 11 months BEFORE the election.
It’s in her twit feed, dated Jan 2016 and has been posted here, numerous times over the past several days.
Too many “Journos” have been outright lying about her to take a word they say seriously now.
She was a very early suporter of Trump…well before most others
Who cares? This is complete nonsense.
Just my two-cents. I am very conservative, l like 99.9% of everything Trump tweeted, and I am still supporting Kathy Barnett. I have met her several times at small events she did in E. PA, she’s a very hard worker, and very conservative.
MOST OF ALL -I DONT LIKE these last minute smears that appear to be out of context.
I think she can win the primary & Senate seat in PA. – The long & short I would NOT vote for Oz or McCormick …. they both are effectively carpet baggers….. leaving Barnett & Bartos.
Praying something good comes from this primaries across our country & here in PA.
If paid shill Hannity is against her, that would be enough to get my vote. Mr. Tick Tock is paid opposition by the Uniparty. He has Miss Lindsay on ad nauseum. If Hannity is for it, you can guarantee we, the middle class, will get screwed by it.
Sick of Sean. He’s a tool.
Thank you Sundance!
This has been a most interesting and fascinating thread to read and sort through all the replies and opinions.
There’s a lot to digest and ponder on from the macro to the micro level of politics, who we are, where we are, where we are heading, and so many more other important aspects of life in our Republic.
I love Trump but don’t trust his judgement of people…Barnette has always been the obvious choice
Lara Ingrahm has been going after OZ for what he is and advocating for and exposing the lies about Barnett
I have some mixed feelings about her but will always remember her speech at the 2016 GOP Convention…she gets it
She had Jack Brewer on last nite and he gave a *wonderful* interview about KB.
Laura did not “fight back” at all.
Maybe she is a KB supporter now?
Or maybe FNC has read the tea leaves and knows they can’t smear her during every nightly program.
Whatever the reason is I don’t care>>> it was a great interview.
Race should have nothing to do with it…Just saying
Kathy Barnette answers all questions…
Chris Stigall interviews Kathy Barnette and asks for answers to questions raised by Salena Zito.
https://citizenfreepress.com/breaking/kathy-barnette-answers-all-the-questions/
**********
Wow!
Great interview, and now I even understand the Obama statue story.
You know, you may just be right in saying that Karl Rove is really behind all of the nonsense behind the sense. It’s quite fascinating to see people use the same “very fine people” tactics that we saw used on Trump here as well. If McCormick is a Bush guy, then that means Lindsey Graham will get another neocon colleague, and Keystoners will be complaining about the choice they made for the next 6 years. I don’t know what to say. All I can say is choose wisely. Love you folks down in Penn.
I would vote for Barnette if I lived in PA!
She’s getting attacked by all the right people. What does this tell you?
While Kathy Barnette filed lawsuits and organized bus caravans to DC to protest the stolen 2020 election … I’ll just leave this here.
Amazing that PDJT endorsed this guy.
President Trump should have just endorsed Kathy Barnette to begin with!
Are they really that brainwashed to elect the Democrat in the general over an America First candidate?
Dr. Oz doesn’t sound MAGA at all, I don’t know why President Trump endorsed him. He could have endorsed and propelled Barnette up in the polls to number one, just like JD Vance overtook Josh Mandel in Ohio.
Oz has pledged loyalty to Trump, which he values.
That’s it.
So did Jeff Sessions.
When I read that Trump issued a statement in the last couple days concerning barnette I immediately was thrilled that he’d dropped Oz, and then realized he’d doubled down on Oz instead.
I’m genuinely curious what the extreme positions of Barnette are claimed to be. I understand the author not wanting to wade into that segment of the conversation though.
One aspect I’m disappointed I didn’t see mentioned is the premise that (at least some) MAGA/America First voters perceive coordinated attacks as a confirmation that the candidate needs to be elected. That pattern recognition was what led many to consider Trump seriously back in 2015-6. If we can agree that premise is true, I have to wonder if the coordinated attacks from the established groups on the right (both “establishment” and Team-Trump) won’t bolster Barnette’s support.
Ah ha ha! Oh ho ho! And a couple of La dee das! That’s how we throw our votes away with a RINO like Mehmet Oz!
Barnette’s history of her background is murky, unbelievable (forgets when & where she was an assistant professor,) no military duties or actual history, & loaded with racial comments about George Washington & American & world history, says being from Virginia is a typo in her autobiography.
Serious deception going on here. Why ?
Beware the RINO in in sheep’s clothing!
You are right and alert about this self-claimed “conservative”.
She wrote in her book that she did not vote for Trump in the 2016 primary but did vote for him in the general. BUT voting records show that Barnette did NOT vote in either election in 2016 but voted in 2018 instead. So Barnette, like most of the LLs, has a very selective recall of events
I believe she may be a plant from the LLs and I would rather have anyone else in that primary field win than her.
They looked in the wrong county for her voting record.
They are rushing her ‘vetting’ and being sloppy.
