It is very challenging to filter through the propaganda from western media surrounding Ukraine – this doesn’t help. Fox News host Maria Bartiromo hosts former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, the former installed Ukrainian division operator of the U.S. State Dept NATO laundry operation.
As President, it was Poroschenko’s corrupt government who were supported by Senator John McCain, Senator Lindsey Graham, Senator Amy Klobuchar, former U.S. Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch and the DC politicians who supported Joe and Hunter Biden using Ukraine for financial profit.
Under Poroschenko, Ukraine maintained its status as the number one donor to the Clinton foundation. It was this corrupt influence system that led to frustrated citizens selecting current President Volodymyr Zelenskyy with his promise of reforms (never happened).
Senators and DC officials from both parties participated in the Ukraine influence process. You might also remember Marie Yovanovitch, George Kent and U.S. chargé d’affaires to Ukraine, Bill Taylor, testifying against President Trump in the ridiculous impeachment effort surrounding Ukraine.
It was former Ukraine Ambassador Bill Taylor who engaged in carefully planned text messages with EU Ambassador Gordon Sondland to set up a narrative helpful to the impeachment plan and Adam Schiff’s political coup effort.
Bill Taylor was formerly U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine (’06-’09) and later helped the Obama administration to design the laundry operation providing taxpayer financing to Ukraine in exchange for back-channel payments to U.S. politicians and their families.
In November 2019, Rudy Giuliani released a letter he sent to Senator Lindsey Graham outlining how Bill Taylor blocked VISA’s for Ukrainian ‘whistle-blowers’ who were willing to testify to the corrupt financial schemes. However, unfortunately Senator Lindsey Graham, along with dozens of U.S. Senators currently serving, were likely recipients for money through the aforementioned laundry process. The VISA’s never got approval.
As everyone is aware, U.S. Senators write foreign aid policy, rules and regulations thereby creating the financing mechanisms to transmit U.S. funds. Those same Senators then received a portion of the laundered funds back through their various “institutes” and business connections to the foreign government offices, in this example Ukraine. [ex. Burisma to Biden]
The U.S. State Dept. serves as a distribution and collection network for the authorization of the money laundering by granting conflict waivers, approvals for financing (think Clinton Global Initiative), and permission slips for the payment of foreign money.
The officials within the State Dept. take a cut of the overall payments through a system of “indulgence fees”, junkets, gifts, CODELS and expense payments to their family members who hold political oversight.
If anyone gets too close to revealing the process, they become a target of the entire apparatus. President Trump was considered an existential threat to this process. Hence, his political status as an outsider essentially ended with a soft coup.
A “Codel” is a congressional delegation that takes trips to work out the payments, terms & conditions of any changes to the graft and financing. This is why Senators spend $20 million on a state campaign to earn a job paying $350k/year. They cannot join the laundry unless they can get elected.
The “institutes” and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO’s) are where the real foreign money comes in. Billions are paid by governments like China, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Ukraine, etc. etc. There are trillions at stake.
The Senate Majority Leader (formerly Mitch McConnell, now Chuck Schumer) holds the power over these members (and the members of the Senate Intel Committee), because the Leader decides who sits on what committee. As soon as a Senator starts taking the bribes lobbying funds, the system within the Senate then has full control over them.
The Clinton Global Initiative, or McCain Institute, are two of the obvious examples of the financing network. This is one of the primary reasons why Cindy McCain was such an outspoken critic of President Trump. In essence, President Trump was viewed as standing between her and her next diamond necklace – a dangerous place to be.
When we look back upon the senate impeachment trial, it’s not just a matter of Democrats -vs- Republican. We need to look at the game of leverage, and the Senators who would prefer President Trump did not interfere in their process. The same former Senate colleagues of Joe Biden.
This open-secret system of “Affluence and Influence” is how the intelligence apparatus gains such power. All of the DC participants are essentially beholden to the various U.S. intelligence services who are well aware of their endeavors.

Flashback to the 1980s savings and loan “crisis.” Remember how newly minted Senator John McCain got caught up in that swindle that cost us over $500 billion to bail out too big to fail S&Ls? Well, this appears to be the Better Honey Pot. Just do it outside of the U.S. with corrupt 2nd world governments from the former Soviet block. Push hard to get NATO into those places to hem in the old Soviets, and milk their governments for everything they are worth and use them for money laundering.

Excellent analysis as usual Sundance. The only thing I would add is there is no true checks and balances between the Executive branch and the Legislative Branch.
The rouse has been that the presidency has usurped the power of Congress through executive orders. But in reality, much of the executive branch is more beholden to Congress than to the President than is commonly understood.
Think about it. The President is termed limited, while Congressmen (Reps and Senators) are not term limited. Congress committee chairmen are very power people. They approve executive branch personnel and they approve funding for the executive branch. Less understood is they can also steer policy through the so-called interagency.
Think about who has more power in the executive branch. Is it the political appointee of a president —who may or may not be approved by Congress and even if that person is approved, they are termed limited—or the career civilian operator who is there regardless of who is president and who gets their funding from Congress?
We saw this in the Trump administration. Trump struggled to implement his objectives because he could barely control his executive branch. He had executive orders but those orders were only as good as those willing to execute them and an attorney general willing to prosecute those that didn’t. That AG of course is approved by Congress!
So if you’re in the executive branch, how powerful is the President compared to Congress? Some may say this is checks and balances but I think it goes beyond checks and balances and it’s a big reason why Congress seemingly doesn’t get anything done except in an emergency situation.
It seems that Congress operates in the shadows of the executive branch much as Sundance has outlined and that they have more control over policy than is truly understood because these Committee Chairman are in power for decades versus a president that has at most 4 years of peak power before they call him/her a “lame duck.” And that’s if that President can command his executive branch ship from the onset!
We need major reforms to correct this situation and top of the list must be term limits for Congress or remove the term limits on the presidency so that the president can have full control over the executive branch. Other reforms include limits on Congress’s ability to delay political appointments and recess appointments.
Im surprised Trump didn’t take many of these issues to the Supreme Court when his appointments were delayed as long as they were. The delays facilitated the retention of previous corrupt officials that Congress preferred or enabled a career civilian operator to sit in charge who really is more beholden to Congress than the president.
Congress is very power and active. They operate in their constitutional authority and arguably they have usurped a great deal of executive power through the interagency and intelligence agencies. The reason is Congressmen are not term limited compared to the president, thus the permanent executive branch is more beholden to them then any new president that is elected and wields max power for 4 years.
The same can be said of the Cabinet if the President is not strong about his appointments. As is often the case, over time, the president’s initial appointees are destroyed (via media and likely Intel agencies) and Congress is often the source of successor Cabinet appointees. The President wields control of the executive branch through the Cabinet. If that Cabinet isn’t loyal, is it really controlled by the President?
Any person wanting to be president better have a good sense of who is on his Cabinet and whether they stand the test of time. Otherwise, Congress is ultimately running the show.
How much comes back to the 4th Branch itself? As I recall, Flynn was planning to audit the intelligence apparatus.
A little levity is in order. Here is a couple min clip of Zelensky’s tv show Servant of the People where he played the Pres of the Ukraine before he was voted into that job. Netflix wants to feature this show on their platform, (money laundering anyone?)

Comedian faces scrutiny over oligarch ties in Ukraine presidential race
Both Zelenskiy and Kolomoisky say their relationship is strictly professional, and centered on the comedian’s TV work. Both say no undue influence is being exerted by the oligarch, whose businesses range from banking and energy to aviation.
“I’m more his puppet than he is mine,” Kolomoisky said last year.
“It is impossible to influence me,” Zelenskiy told the news website Gordon in December. “Neither Kolomoisky, nor any other oligarch, no one will influence me.”
Zelenskiy said last month he was in the process of exiting all his businesses, which includes the production company whose shows run on 1+1. Asked whether the relationship was a weak spot for him, Zelenskiy told Reuters: “We are working according to TV contracts and it is fine. It is business.”
However President Poroshenko has sought to make political capital out of the connection between the two men as he fights to make up ground to the comedian before the run-off vote on April 21.
