WASHINGTON DC – Multiple media organizations are reporting that Ukraine and Russia will hold peace talks on the border of Ukraine and Belarus.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed to Sky News that the two sides would hold the talks on the border of Ukraine and Belarus, where some of the Russian troops invading his country had been held.
Zelensky had refused to agree to an earlier request for talks in Belarus, arguing it was not neutral territory.

We had a fundraiser today at church to help Ukraine. The music is beautiful… not musical manipulation, just Ukrainian songs… lilting! What was jarring to see was people constantly checking their phones and updating us on news from home. Our congregation is a mix of Americans of Ukrainian descent —- second, third, fourth generation — and newer immigrants going back some 15 – 20 years. This is very real and fear is running high.

I posed the question and didn’t make a statement. The hideousness of the propaganda these days has made me question everything. Including motives. Putin has made remarks somewhere the last few days that Zelensky and his staff are usually on drugs. I don’t know but I find it easy to believe. That being said, I listened to military strategist Gregory Copley interview with John Bachelor a few days ago. He has been the only one who seems right. He said 150K troops is not an invasion, it took Hitler 1 million troops. Thus Putin does not intend on taking over the country. He said the fighting is in those provinces, Putin is securing control pushing the borders to the original borders of the Russian Empire which he will return to Russia. Putin has sent some troops into Kiev as a diversion to reduce Ukrainian troops in those provinces but he is not attacking Kiev so to take it over. At least not at this point. That explains Zelensky’s seeming confidence – he has yet to see real fighting. Putin’s goal is to force Zelensky to sit down and negotiate a peace settlement, take those provinces, demilitarize Ukraine, and see it set up as a neutral state like Switzerland. As Putin sees it, it will otherwise be a battleground for control by Russia and Europe.
Ukraine is not his target, once you understand that it will make more sense.

It’s frustrating to keep seeing the manipulation work again and again on Western Civ. It seems DC and Intel were caught asleep when the Russians launched so they rallied the brainwash and manipulation machine to get to work. Shills are all over the place. Here’s the good news/bad news and they’re both the same. Pain is coming from all different directions from inflation to possible covid issues. The latter will depend on what the next strain looks like. The smoking gun came out this week the virus is indeed manmade and that was carried in the Daily Mail. We don’t have much experience in trying to guess how a man engineered virus will behave. The point is the hurt is coming one way or another. After running my own experiment on a normie I came to the conclusion pain would be the only way to self discovery for most of the herd. Embrace the suck as they say and know whatever challenges come our way are for the best.
I listen to the Doctors 4 Covid Ethics. As I understand it, the virus is not exactly new. They took pieces of other viruses to create covid. This is why many people already have some immunity to it. There was no intelligent reason to assume it would behave differently than coronaviruses behave. And it has.

It’s not just NGOs and the State Department and Intelligence schemes.
Our own government and the DOD have P-4 biological and chemical labs scattered thru the Ukraine and have for decades with some very close to the Russian border.
Newsweek and other publications have had stories of this come out just this year and several years prior and some claim hundreds of Ukrainian people died from at least on “Accidental release”
So this whole thing has stunk and made no sense except when you see the maps of these labs and how those areas where hit the hardest.

All propaganda aside, Zelenskyy is probably the strongest leader the West has at the moment. This does not mean Zelenskyy is tops. On the contrary, he’s just better compared to Biden, Johnson, Trudeau, Macron, and so on. We know this because it is inherent in the administration’s storytelling. Zelenskyy fights don’t you know! Biden and the rest? Not so much. Biden’s people would do well to remember that storytelling can be a double-edged sword.

Zelensky has a big mouth and a stage presentation. I have yet to see anything else. He did nothing to avert this situation, seemed to think he could do anything because he had the big gun of the US to protect him. He learned the hard way about that. He also did his share to provoke the invasion boasting to Russia that Ukraine could do whatever it wanted, would not respect the Minsk Agreement, would join NATO, etc. I was shocked he handed out military weapons to civilians to fight against a trained military. Makes the play more gripping but what a good way to get them all killed. Today I heard he is letting prisoners out, giving them those weapons so to go fight. Another good way to get more civilians killed. A comedian to handle such a complicated set of problems that Ukraine has including a major attack by Russia? I will take Putin’s very negative opinion of him until Zelensky actually shows something.
Russia is definitely as bad as we were led to believe. Remember it was the left that spent 20 years trying to normalize Putin before he became a useful Trump foil for the media.

I watched some video this morning of a Russian column in a Ukraine village reverse course after the villagers walked out in front of the column. Those Russians did not want to kill Ukrainians.

I’ve given up trying to make sense out of what’s going on. This feels like a movie.
Something else that is odd about the imagery supposedly coming out of Ukraine is the lack of drone footage. Drones were hallmarks of the 2020″small war” in Nagorno-Karabakh. The imagery supposedly coming out of Ukraine shows mostly small unit skirmishes and air attacks that could very well be from previous conflicts.
I’m not buying that the current “war” in Ukraine is the real deal. I don’t think Putin has committed significant military assets and Ukraine’s alleged response seems mostly of the CNN variety.
It’s real I have received live footage of the shelling in the evening time. The attacks start around 9-10 pm and go until 5 am Kyiv time. I have friends in the warzone who haven’t slept since this started, they have families there, kids who are suffering. Food was getting low in Kyiv yesterday, the day before that the stores were stocked pretty well.
I did not fully realize that the 2014 conflict in Ukraine/Donbas region has never ended and in fact is fairly significant (since 2017). There are approximately 65000 refugee crossing the Russian boarder each year. I knew this wasnt a new conflict but I didnt no is had been so long running

I seriously doubt Putin wants to fight anything out in Kiev. There are 4 million civilians there. No way there would not be very heavy civilian casualties. I am guessing but would bet he wants to cripple and destroy Ukraine’s military elsewhere.
I understand that only 1/3 of Putin’s troops are advancing/fighting and 2/3 still at the border. No major city have been attacked or occupied and Russia is not bombing or involving their Air Force.

I tried to watch it..I really did. Streaming the new Star Trek Discovery series on my laptop. Great special effects,plot line and the Klingon’s are the most fearsome and moon shit crazy then ever. Putin wants a functioning government there when he leaves. His air force could have done the job of leveling Kiev days ago. Zelenskyy and Putin are meeting because that was the plan all along. Now are these two men smart enough to get the US state department out of western Ukraine? I know Putin is. Furthermore China has been watching all of this.

I have not watched a single second of media coverage of this spectacle. I prefer to get my information from Sundance and a few other trusted sources. I can only imagine the TV circus all the networks and cable “news” channels are putting on. I love the introduction by Sundance to this piece. I think it must capture things perfectly. And I don’t think this “war” will work to provide cover for $10/gallon gas and all of the other inflation that will spur.
The Public is still largely blaming Biden for this war -no scare quotes, it’s real- so no, it isn’t going to work at all. They were largely against Biden on energy prices/inflation beforehand anyway and its hard to see how such a late add on to energy woes would change public perception.

From what I’ve seen is there’s no combat power focused on clearing Ukraine forces.
We see scattered couple of tanks, conscripts getting food and dead soldiers next to trucks. Logistics seem to be an afterthought. Also 200k invading 43 million doesn’t make sense.
