I believe the photo is from Total Recall the 1990 American science fiction action film. At the 1991 Academy Awards, Total Recall won the award for Best Visual Effects and was given to Eric Brevig, Rob Bottin, Tim McGovern, and Alex Funke.

God put people in a garden and told them to tend and keep the land. Not build high rise monoliths and the ground covered in asphalt and concrete. The earth was built by God to reproduce itself with never ending abundance for every human ever born form the days of creation to this very day.
Before Adam and Eve sinned, God said, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth” how many people would that have been? Untold trillions. There were no oceans back then. Earth as it exists today is in opposition to God’s plan.
I live in the Southeast and subdivisions and developments going up as fast as they can get them up for all the folks moving in from other states (yes from blue states) and being older I know the land from before this build up and lament that it is gone forever.
Sad to see. It has been going on since God marked Cain and he walked into the wilderness.
Cities were never apart of God’s plan, not as they are today anyway. We live so far from God’s plan.
