A series of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) filings into the Dutch government has resulted in rather revealing letters showing the motive of the World Economic Forum, an assembly of multinational banks and corporations, summoning government leaders.

The World Economic Forum, a collection of corporations, “shaping” government “policies.”
Why does this matter? Well, fascism was traditionally defined as an authoritarian government working hand-in-glove with corporations to achieve objectives. A centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, using severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition.
That system of government didn’t work in the long-term, because the underlying principles of free people reject government authoritarianism. Fascist governments collapsed, and the corporate beneficiaries were nulled and scorned for participating. Then, along came a new approach to achieve the same objective.
The World Economic Forum (WEF) was created to use the same fundamental associations of government and corporations. Only this time, it was the multinational corporations who organized to tell the government(s) what to do. The WEF was organized for multinational corporations to assemble and tell the various governments how to cooperate with them, in order to be rewarded by them. Corporatism was/is the outcome. The government is now doing what the multinationals tell them to do, and in return the multinationals install the compliant politicians.
Fascism, the cooperation between government and corporations, is still the underlying premise; the World Economic Forum simply flipped the internal dynamic putting the corporations in charge of handing out the instructions.
What results is a slightly modified definition of fascism:
…A massive multinational corporate conglomerate; telling a centralized autocratic government leader what to do; and using severe economic and social regimentation as a control mechanism; combined with forcible suppression of opposition by both the corporations and government.
Doesn’t that define our current reality, especially in the era of COVID?
The instructions from the multinational corporations to government would be called the “Great Reset“, or as commonly transposed by the government officials receiving the instructions, “Build Back Better”.

Troops trained by the European Union in central Africa are now under the command of Russian mercenaries who are regarded as the proxy private army of the Kremlin, European mission commanders have admitted.
The EU suspended its military training mission in the Central African Republic after at least one battalion it had produced ended up being led by the Wagner Group, whose fighters have been accused by the UN of committing atrocities while shoring up President Faustin-Archange Touadera’s regime.
“The temporary suspension of our operations aims to avoid any overlapping with these mercenaries and ensure they do not use the Central African soldiers we have trained,” said General Jacques Langlade de Montgros, the commander of the EU training mission, citing concerns over breaches of international humanitarian laws.
Dozens of the EU’s 500 military and civilian advisers have been sent home until “we have assurances that the [CAR] soldiers will not be used by the Wagner mercenaries”, he added.
EU military trainers have been in the CAR since 2014, the year after the ousting of president François Bozize threw the former French colony into turmoil. Wagner, a group of Russian military contractors, signed a deal with Mr Touadera in 2018 to shield him against rebels seeking to overturn disputed election results.
Despite being rich in natural resources such as uranium and diamonds, the CAR is ranked by the UN as the second poorest country. A recent EU foreign service report, published by the Brussels website EUobserver, concluded that “predation” of mineral riches appeared to be the main objective of Russia’s presence in the country.
“[Russian] elements have also started [incursions into] the vast natural reserves/environmental protection areas in the east of CAR like Chinko … for yet unknown purposes,” the report said.
The suspension of military training came after sanctions were imposed by the US and European foreign ministers on Wagner, which is believed to be controlled by Yevgeny Prigozhin, a Russian billionaire with links to President Vladimir Putin.

The Russian deployment to the CAR has given Moscow a foothold in Africa as it tries to revive Soviet-era influence.
Wagner’s expansion is estimated at 10,000 men. Links to civilian killings, gang rape and torture in the CAR has triggered alarm in the EU about the risk of local troops from its training missions in Mali, Niger and Mozambique falling under the Russians’ control.
The United States also said it was alarmed by reports that officials in Mali had hired Wagner to plug gaps after France reduced its Operation Barkhane, a 5000-strong counterinsurgency force military operation to tackle Islamist militants linked to al-Qa’ida and Islamic State. Mali has become the centre of the Islamist battleground in the Sahel, a huge band south of the Sahara, since 2011.
France has long had military ties across Francophone Africa and analysts regard Wagner’s deployments as part of Moscow’s strategy to sideline Paris by capitalising on pockets of conflict and growingl resentment towards the former colonial power. It was after France pulled troops out of the CAR in 2016, after a three-year mission, that the CAR turned to Russia for support.

I have been tracking a beast through the woods. I have seen the footprints, heard its footsteps, smelled its breath. But I never got a glimpse of it. I knew it was there. Often I would think I had identified it, only to probe and find a dead carcass or skin it had been wearing and hiding behind. The World Economic Forum? The multinationals that are behind it?
