A series of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) filings into the Dutch government has resulted in rather revealing letters showing the motive of the World Economic Forum, an assembly of multinational banks and corporations, summoning government leaders.

The World Economic Forum, a collection of corporations, “shaping” government “policies.”
Why does this matter? Well, fascism was traditionally defined as an authoritarian government working hand-in-glove with corporations to achieve objectives. A centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, using severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition.
That system of government didn’t work in the long-term, because the underlying principles of free people reject government authoritarianism. Fascist governments collapsed, and the corporate beneficiaries were nulled and scorned for participating. Then, along came a new approach to achieve the same objective.
The World Economic Forum (WEF) was created to use the same fundamental associations of government and corporations. Only this time, it was the multinational corporations who organized to tell the government(s) what to do. The WEF was organized for multinational corporations to assemble and tell the various governments how to cooperate with them, in order to be rewarded by them. Corporatism was/is the outcome. The government is now doing what the multinationals tell them to do, and in return the multinationals install the compliant politicians.
Fascism, the cooperation between government and corporations, is still the underlying premise; the World Economic Forum simply flipped the internal dynamic putting the corporations in charge of handing out the instructions.
What results is a slightly modified definition of fascism:
…A massive multinational corporate conglomerate; telling a centralized autocratic government leader what to do; and using severe economic and social regimentation as a control mechanism; combined with forcible suppression of opposition by both the corporations and government.
Doesn’t that define our current reality, especially in the era of COVID?
The instructions from the multinational corporations to government would be called the “Great Reset“, or as commonly transposed by the government officials receiving the instructions, “Build Back Better”.

For example 26 January… It is not the typical way an English speaker would formulate as that would be 26th of January, or January 26th.
So my thought is this was written by a foreign speaker in English. It could even be a Dutch person itself writing the letter.
Also why would they lead with “Dear Minister”, the best flattery is to use a persons name so it should be Honorable Mr Hoekstra or something.
The 26 Jan thing is the way military dates are shown as well as many other countries.
It’s also common in science and engineering documents. I’ve written “day month year” plenty of times; even on personal items like writing a check.
In England they write their dates like that, and any official writings in Europe done in English will also use the same convention for writing dates. Using the ordinal number (26th) is done in the USA, but not in Europe.
When I moved back from Britain, I had to remember to write my dates the American way. The same when I got into the car to drive. I was forever getting in on the passenger side by mistake. Hard habits to break.

True. There were many things that ended the Third Reich, but high on the list was the centralized form of government led by a fool. Hitler made so many poor decisions, that you could say that he was primarily responsible for his loss. Centralized powers always allow the most vicious to rise to the top, and these are not usually the best and brightest. In fact, the violent brutes usually kill off the best and brightest because they threaten their power. In other words, fascism sometimes leads to its own demise, however costly that may be. Saddam Hussein was another such brute, as was Stalin. Saddam picked a fight that he couldn’t win. Stalin was lucky to be alive at the end of WW2, but his rule of terror without ending up in a major war after ww2 kept him in power, just as with Kim Il-Sung in N. Korea after the hostilities ceased on his peninsula. Terror can be an effective way of maintaining power for long stretches of time.
With a fascist inversion where corporations control all of the major countries in the world, it is unclear that the same sort of resistance will be possible. Our best bet is to create parallel economies, but it is unclear that that will be possible. The corporate masters may have ways of insinuating themselves upon us.

Couple questions. Who is the massive multinational corporate conglomerate pulling the strings? While such an entity would need government power to achieve its ends is certainly true, it is not necessary to explain current events. As funding mechanisms, large corporations and their management are certainly corrupted through the lobbying process which enriches legislators and bureaucrats while skewing markets to benefit the donors. Many many groups have been built up over a century or longer that fight tooth and nail to keep the government money flowing because once it starts it cannot ever stop or even stop growing. I would argue the fight for autocratic government has progressed for ideological reasons not purely for profit although profit drives many transactions. The corporations are easily coopted by any government, hell they lay down and cry if a couple of protesters show up. The ideologues wanting autocracy have long cowed the corporations through their many organizations with the most recent examples probably being kicked off with Acorn a chief Obama supporter and early corporate blackmailer. No CEO will withstand the threats of BLM or Antifa being sicced on them. They roll over and play ball, whatever the ball game is to keep their jobs and try to get through another day. Even Soros along with some like minded and wealthy buddies can only do so much through their influence. I think the fourth branch of government you have outlined is what is truly controlling this and they are like a giant corporation operating to consolidate all subsidiary corporations like them around the world and by extension all for profit corporations to achieve their goals.
