The final registered roll call vote will be [available here], it’s not yet registered. However, at almost midnight the House finally passed the previous $550 billion Senate infrastructure bill.
After a day of backbiting and internal debate among the far-left communist wing and the socialist wing inside the Democrat caucus, Nancy Pelosi was forced to bring the long delayed ordinary infrastructure bill to a vote. 13 republicans supported it. The final vote was 228/206.
This bill has a long backstory {SEE HERE}, as it was originally going to be connected to a massive Build Back Better social spending bill demanded by the communists in the House. However, after months of attempts to structure some way to get two bills out of the House, one of them insanely over-the-top with social spending, eventually the communists were forced to let the original Senate bill come up for a stand alone vote.
With the Democrats needing a win, any win, to show they are capable of doing something…. they put this bill to a vote. The future of their communist social spending bill is unknown.
Jeff Van Drew is a piece of work. He changes parties from Dem to Rep then continues to vote with the Dems. Amazing slight of hand right out in the open.
republicans allow it……
the republican party allows it, the voters don’t.
Must correct my spelling: sleight
same thing with chris smith.
The Senate voted 69-30 to pass the bill, which is the least offensive of the two because it contains some actual infrastructure spending. That said, the Senate Rs who voted for it comprise the usual list of suspects–people you might expect to sell their mothers for $1.
Including my two dopes from NC.
Understand how our monetary system works and you will understand why these massive spending bills are passed. We have a debt based monetary system where money is created through the creation of debt. Money is removed either when the debt is paid or defaulted. The expansion of the money supply (through debt) must grow continuously to ensure the payment of the interest. The private debt generation mechanism completely failed after the GFC of 2008/09. Now, the Govt must be the generator of the debt in order to keep the proverbial music playing. It is a massive scam and fraud, with the politicians in on it. The entire global system revolves around the US “producing” money. There always has to be enough “dollars” in circulation globally to ensure the global economy remains greased, those “dollars are created through debt.
Their little games have worked as long as inflation only goes up slightly. Once hyperinflation kicks in, all bets are off. I hope we are still at the precipice of the hyper inflation cliff but fear we are already over cliff…
Are you sure it contains actual infrastructure? I’m skeptical. It does mandate more CRT. That lowlife Kramer from North Dakota was asked about it, and he said oh no, there’s no CRT in it, it’s “equity.” Equity is CRT, liar.
What did they do with the tax monies allocated to “infrastructure maintenance/repair” in the first place?
There is no need for this unless they spent the monies like they spent the social security trust.
The Federal Highway Act of 1956 established the Highway Trust Fund.
Taxes on automobile tires and gasoline products were to fund highway and bridge projects.
The trust fund was plundered added to general revenues during BJ Clinton’s term so as to disguise the size of the deficit and allow Slick Willie to claim he had balanced the budget.
What is the point of working for a GOP control of the House when Kevin McCarthy will be pushed to the Speakership? He can’t even corral the GOP to vote no on this fake infrastruction spendapalooza. We will just end up with another weak GOP lead house as with Paul RINO and Cryin’ Boehner. All the GOP does is shoot itself in the foot continuously.
exactly…
And Liz and all the other sellouts will continue to whore out the party….but let Marjorie Taylor Greene utter a word and SHE’S CENSORED BY McCarthy himself..he’s a Ryan, John Boehner…personified….
Matt Gaetz is already campaigning for Jim Jordan as Speaker, who should have beat out McCarthy when Ryan quit.
We need to get behind Firebrand and make our wishes known early and often.
I hope Jordan does not get redistricted out of his seat.
He should threaten to run against RINO Dewine if they redistrict him out.
Jordan would win running away. Please make this happen.
As I recalled it was pulling teeth to get any GOP rep to take the speakership.
They don’t want the responsibility for anything.
They just want to enjoy the perks.
Jordan wanted speakership and put his hat in the ring, but could only get the Freedom Caucus to support him, which wasn’t near a majority…

Strangely Liz’s name was not one of the thirteen. She still needs to go along with the rest of these rino.
always has been
What if…..13 “Republicans” were sacrificed in order to push the Uniparty Bill? What if its all just a magic show and the Repubs and Dems colluded now ,in the past, and in the future to turn America into a province of Red China? I cant figure this any other way. Watch…the RNC will be sending out requests for donations in order to “stop” the Democrats when all along they are just fine with all this. Past performance shows this is so.
It sure does look that way, mike in a truck…
I would imaging that’s the case. This is why I took little if any joy in Tuesday’s elections. Team Red? Team Blue? Doesn’t matter who “wins.” Americans lose.
It is 100% kabuki theater.
right on with your analysis
Can you say “Uniparty”?
I don’t know what it will take for people to see the truth. This isn’t weakness, or cowardice, or stupidity. The Republican party is fundamentally a globalist progressive political enterprise. Conservatives are the ones who are the ones who are the “rinos” trying to make the GOP something it isn’t.
The GOP only exists to provide the support role of a kabuki theater that there’s a two-party system and that the citizens have a voice. Both parties answer to the axis of Davos and the CCP.
That explains why the GOP has been on-board with the 2020 election steal / coup to remove President Trump — he was throwing sand in the Great Reset’s gears.
It’s a dysfunctional relationship with conservatives continuing to enable their abusers.
The only way the GOP can possibly be fixed is if we the people could pick the leadership. The party will always vote for some crappy RINO who’s better at raising money than anything else.
This is what I’ve been screaming for a couple years. Frank Luntz’s, errr, roommate, the Doofus McCarthy will put a stop to nothing. The communists agenda will likely move along quicker with the Doofus McCarthy in charge of the Stupid Party.
Need to start local. Get MAGA people in local offices and in the pipeline for state offices, Congress, and Senate. We just don’t have nearly enough senators on our side.
Edward Durr ran and won. Talk is cheap Treepers.
Speaking of which, in a better system, McCarthy would have already resigned this morning.
The point is to elect MAGA republicans to vote McCarthy and the Turtle OUT.
Get out and support MAGA candidates. I send $$ to MTG in Georgia even though I live in CA and I tell my CongressWeasel every time I get a fund raising letter and the RatNC letters too.
“All the GOP does is shoot itself in the foot continuously.”
I sure hope their aim improves soon.
Given 35% of voters in 2018 said Russiagate was one of the most important reasons to vote against Republicans, what is the position if Durham proves that the Democrats lied to the electorate? Is there a precedent that could be used, as in the fruit of poisoned tree?
One quarter to one third is set in stone, regardless.
Once again the Stupid Party lives up to their name. Not voting for any of them in’22. Too late for a 3rd party? I think not. Let the movement begin now that 80 million of us refuse to vote for anyone with an “R” after their names. Run as an “I” and you will be considered worthy- for starters.
The GOP isn’t stupid. Corrupt yes.
Primary the RINOs. You be the decider for who gets to run with an R behind his/her name. It is hard to do but easier than getting an independent into office. Any election other than the general that happens in November of every 4th year tends to be a comparatively low turnout event. It is your time to gain ground.
Look at what just happened in Texas. 2021 was an off-year election for federal and state candidates. One congressional seat in San Antonio had to be filled. That seat was flipped back from D to R.
Great big school bonds failed. This almost never happens unless the opposition gets out and runs a vigorous Get Out The Vote effort. Usually the school district employees and their friends and families are able to pass these bonds with under 10% turnout. As a bonus, 3 incumbent school board members, each with a minimum of 15 years service, were defeated in an election with 11% turnout.
We can do this, but you have to vote.
As was said above flipping D to R does not really matter. I yawn about San Antonio and Virginia.
Build Back Bankrupt.
Did we expect anything less?
“Diversity”, “Inclusion” & “Equity”.
“DIE” for short
I keep reading that this is a $1.25 trillion dollar infrastructure bill, but I can only find the details on about $500 billion of it. They say that $555 billion is new spending. Now I am not the sharpest pencil in the drawer, but this math doesn’t add up. Is there any list of what is being spent for what, and where that money is coming from? a one page synopsis? ANYWHERE?
Don’t waste your time grandpa. It doesn’t matter what the bill says. They will “borrow” the money by selling bonds to the federal reserve. Some kid in the basement there will hit a few keys on his keyboard and the $1.25 trillion in new “money” they need will appear in their account like magic. Then the uniparty members will eagerly dole out the cash to the “approved” list of millionaires and billionaires, who will then return the favor by sending $125 billion (our “elected “leaders demand 10% commission) of the money back to the uniparty members as “campaign donations”. That is the agreement America’s owners have come up with. The details below that are just for their amusement.
They are trying to make this look like a bigger dem accomplishment than it is. This is “only” 550 billion in new spending. They are adding already committed spending DOT for bridges, etc to make it look bigger to their base.
In that bill is a 30% increase on natural gas. People are going to be spending a fortune on heating their homes this winter.
Where, new taxes?
Trying to hobble NG to help solar and wind.
13 rinos covering for 6 dems. Pathetic.
There’s no way these 13 reps did this free of charge. You can be sure that they sold their votes, and the proceeds are currently lining their pockets. “Horse trading” in Congress is a fact of life, and can be a good thing if it results in the best deal a rep can make for his/her constituents (i.e., you give a little, you get a little; not everything you want, but the best available). But this is something else altogether, given the very deliberate and public destruction of everything American by this toxic regime.
“Pelosi Republicans”
I am so disgusted with the Republican Party….why didn’t Trump start a third party when he had the momentum. I am furious right now with the entire GOP apparatus..
Impossible?
Purge the RINGS and elect MAGA officials.
RINOs will be the death of us.
In time, RINOs will be as synonymous with treachery and treason as Benedict Arnold is
In my mind they already are.
They are worse than that.
They are communists who rat on their neighbors to the state.
There is nothing that makes them any different from a garden variety communist.
Thsnk you, Sundance, for explaining this so well!
These are the 13 traitor Republicans:
Don Bacon of Nebraska,
Brian Fitzpatrick of Pennsylvania,
Andrew Garbarino of New York,
Anthony Gonzalez of Ohio,
John Katko of New York,
Adam Kinzinger of Illinois,
Nicole Malliotakis of New York,
David McKinley of West Virginia,
Tom Reed of New York,
Chris Smith of New Jersey,
Fred Upton of Michigan,
Jeff van Drew of New Jersey and
Don Young of Alaska.
Mostly Northerners except for Alaska, Nebraska, and WVA. Joe Manchin should have been on McKinley like no tomorrow.
The NorthEast will never change even when all its people have left.
I called my Congressman, Andrew Garbarino, yesterday and the staffer told me Garbarino was a “No” vote.
Blatantly Lied to me on the phone !
I had already decided and persuaded several friends to not vote for him after he voted to approve Pelosi’s 1/6 Commission.
I’m going to call his office Monday and inform him of this.
Elise Stefanik sends me emails asking for money all the time – last week, for Garbarino specifically. I returned a scathing email about Garbarino and RINO’s in general, stating, among other things, we will put up with a No-Good Democrat for two years, rather than have a traitorous RINO in office.
I want to read the bill just download an Adobe file but it is next to impossible to figure out how to do that on he government website.
Ask and you shall receive.
One .pdf of the Build Back Better Act as passed in the House.
https://www.congress.gov/117/bills/hr5376/BILLS-117hr5376rh.pdf
Thanks
If you get to read it, please tell us what is in it. All I know is that Pelosi’s fancy pant park where all the mansions are located will get something like 25 million to maintain it for her clan.
San Jose Mercury is claiming it’s a $1 Trillion bill. FYI.
I’ve seen 1.2 trillion reported. Does anyone really know? Just bizarre that spending an unimaginable amount of $ would be considered a “win”.
Supposedly they’ve promised to pass the “social spending” portion by Thanksgiving. Wonder how many GOP are feeling safe enough – or bribed enough – to vote for it.
Appropriations are in Division J.
Only a quick perusal, I may have missed things, barring arithmetic mistakes I totaled $441,841,566,781. That’s 442 billion dollars.

Sec. 30129. Crash avoidance technology
Completely wrongheaded. They are mandating that vehicle equipment countermand the driver. A device, developed by persons removed in space and time from the present situation, will control the steering and braking of the vehicle. They don’t know the exigent circumstances yet their decision countermands the driver.
SEC. 24222. CHILD SAFETY
New cars must have a warning light and tone every time the ignition is turned off to remind you to check the back seat.
My ’21 Ford pickup has that- or some such, I just ignore it. Im convinced its possessed. I walk by it on the yard at 2 a.m. and hear servos and whirring. Dealer says: “They all do that”…..just like Harley Davidson tells me.
I neither need nor want a nanny nag.
But they don’t mind killing kids w/their shots?
Having the onboard systems able to override the driver is a terrible idea.
I see no end of potential problems with that. Cybersecurity issues namely with a live wireless connection to the vehicle going forward in the future to say nothing of faulty designs or programming of the same.
Great point. I hadn’t thought of those.
I’ve had to leave the pavement of a three lane interstate and enter the grass median to avoid a flying sheet of plywood. If I was forced to stay in my lane I might not be here now. I’ve also had to avoid sudden collisions in thick highway traffic by coming very close to the jersey barrier. Then there’s deer. I’m sure we’ve all had similar experiences.
The idea is wrongheaded and arrogant.
Sec. 13002. National motor vehicle per-mile user fee pilot
I see that as being unworkable without real-time telemetry to enforce it ultimately.
Think geolocation and triangulation via cell towers and GPS.
Secs. 11201 and 30002 implement AFFH
MTG drags RINOs who voted for this thing and praises the six lunatic Dems who had the balls to vote against it. I disagree w/MTG on this point. The half dozen Dems who voted against it don’t have any principles. They were allowed to vote against it because they knew it would pass. Both parties engage in this theater all the time.
https://therightscoop.com/mtg-drags-rinos-who-dragged-bidens-bipartisan-opposed-infrastructure-over-finish-praises-aoc-tlaib-for-balls/
exactly right. And the dems voting against it were grandstanding because it wasn’t big enough for their base.
13 Republicans who voted for the bill:
Don Bacon of Nebraska,
Brian Fitzpatrick of Pennsylvania,
Andrew Garbarino of New York,
Anthony Gonzalez of Ohio,
John Katko of New York,
Adam Kinzinger of Illinois,
Nicole Malliotakis of New York,
David McKinley of West Virginia,

Chris Smith of New Jersey,

Jeff van Drew of New Jersey
Don Young of Alaska.
When the Build Back Better bill was introduced, I thought to myself that the whole thing was a fraud. No one thought it would actually be passed. It merely gave Fox News and RINOs an opportunity to try to convince the GOP base that they were fighting for them. I knew they’d drag it out for maximum effect, all the while planning on ramming through the infrastructure bill, which the GOP supports. Great. An infrastructure bill that benefits China and Dem donors and crams more CRT down the throats of Americans. Every Republican who voted for this needs to be primaried. Thankfully, Blunt is retiring.
My sentiment exactly when the Kenyan was introduced as a potential Presidential candidate, then again when the childish bartender from NY was spouting her juvenile Green New Deal economic theories.
Some things are too far fetched to be believed. Under normal circumstances.
I’ve learned not to dismiss any idea, no matter how senseless, radical, illegal, partisan, destructive, idiotic or unworkable.
Nanzi
Here is the original… word salad.
I blame KM and the leadership, squarely on them. Pelosi may be a b*tch but she knows how to keep her caucus united.
Why do we have so many disgusting traitors on our party? There is nothing whatsoever in any of these damn bills that is good for regular American citizens and they all know it but vote yes anyway. I can’ only conclude that the RINO’s hate us just as much as the DNC hates us.
Typical of coward RINO scum….right on edge of victory and they call in an air strike on the friendlies….
Can always count on a knife in the back by those bastards.
One thing I’ve noticed is that the appropriations obligate future Congresses. That’s not permissible.
It should be noted that at least 3-4 of these 13 are either (1) retiring or (2) voted to impeach Trump. It also shows why its a waste of time to vote for RINOs. When anything important comes along they defect to the other side. When did the D’s do this? Never.
The real problem, however, is the Senate. 30 R’s including Mitch, Thune, Romney, the Rino Sisters, Burr, etc. all voted for it. What is the point of renominating and voting for these RINOs?
This bill is an attack on State sovereignty. This bill wrests local control from States’ counties, cities, and municipalities, replacing it with Federal control over housing, zoning, roads, transit, etc. Local jurisdictions are not a consideration.
Senators ostensibly represent their State. Senators must reject this bill.
Perhaps State Legislatures need to instruct their U.S. Senators, as once was customary.
Something smells fishy. Sounds like these 13 Republicans have been bought off. Check their Bank Accounts and see if any added contributions have been added for their votes. I say follow the $money$, check their accounts, and see if any of them has increased in substantial amounts.
“I won’t vote for any Republicans” = “I won’t do anything to oppose the CommieCrats”
