On September 9th, Joe Biden made the announcement that all employers with more than 100 workers would be required to enforce a national worker vaccine mandate. The White House stated that OSHA would, “develop a rule that will require all employers with 100 or more employees to ensure their workforce is fully vaccinated.”
However, following the announcement we noted OSHA was not taking any steps needed to engage with business interests to trigger the first-step in the organization of a process to initiate a rule-making process.
I’m only talking about the basic guidance aspect. The labor discussions with internal and external customers of the DoL, OSHA, etc. to set a calendar for how to implement “guidance”, just that part. There was nothing, and there is nothing.

As noted in the obtuse response, the White House has no idea what the current plan is for OSHA to create this rule that will require a national mandate for private sector workers. The emphasis is on voluntary compliance as an outcome of the decree that a mandate would be forthcoming.
Folks, this looks like a complete con job, pushed by the Biden administration to provide cover for corporations to create a mandate on their own. Meaning the intent of the announcement was to create momentum for increased vaccinations, while the Biden regime never did or does intend to use OSHA as a national enforcement mechanism.
There are three elements: (1) Federal worker mandate; (2) Federal contractor mandate; and the big controversial one, (3) a national worker mandate for companies with over 100 employees.
Focusing on #3, the big one. The only material from the White House on the BIG CONTROVERSIAL national worker mandate is a small paragraph on the WH COVID PLAN section:

That’s it folks. Three weeks later, and that’s the sum total of everything about the biggest economic and workforce disruption in the history of the nation. That one paragraph posted on September 10th.
Why is this important?
Well, the U.S. Department of Labor website has ZERO mentions of this national mandate. ZERO, nothing… nada, zilch. [SEE HERE]
Looking at the OSHA COVID information portal, used by employers and legal execs, will show you the exact same result. Nothing. [SEE HERE]
Notice there’s no date for DoL or OSHA delivery of any employer guidance or details. Nothing.
Think about this. This is the largest nationwide change to employment eligibility requirement in U.S. history. Nothing else is even close… and yet, if you didn’t watch the Biden announcement or read the media discussion about the Biden announcement, you wouldn’t be able to find a single detail about it – anywhere.
This is not normal; not even close to normal… even for the federal government.
If there was a federal intent to actually force American workers to get forcibly vaccinated as a condition of employment, there would be daily updates from a massive inter-agency network of compliance offices, regulatory agencies and private sector business interests giving updates and briefings. And yes, that pertains only to the anticipated guidance part, not to the actual setting of a deadline and working through the implementation phase of the national mandate.

The absence of even a scintilla of material to indicate the White House or any federal agency is organizing an action plan of how to structure the guidance itself is telling. The silence of the machine tells us it is not turned on. The bureaucracy has not been triggered. The machinery of the federal government has not been instructed to begin any process to execute on the instruction that OSHA will, “develop a rule that will require all employers with 100 or more employees to ensure their workforce is fully vaccinated.” Nothing.
The silence is deafening.
It appears the Department of Labor has no intention of ever even triggering the process to get OSHA to begin evaluating how they could even begin to pull this off…. and again, for emphasis, I’m only talking about the tiny step of delivering initial guidance to employers that would indicate to them that OSHA was developing a rule.
There’s no deadline for OSHA to generate the guidance – and there’s certainly no deadline for the OSHA rule itself, which will come as an outcome of that initial guidance part.
Some have speculated that Joe Biden’s big White House announcement was nothing more than a distraction. There’s no way for them to ever get over the hurdles that would come from immediate employer backlash on the federal mandate; and they have no intent on even trying. Meaning, it was all a big distraction -never intended execute- and always intended to clear the national conversation of all Biden-centric controversies and reset the administration.
That speculation looks exactly correct.
If 80 million Americans are unvaxxed, and even if only a quarter of those are Main Street employed, the entire social and economic system would grind to a halt if 20 million heavily productive people quit working for 100+ employee companies and went to work much smaller operations. Remember, this is the workforce that was called “essential workers” last year. They were essential for a reason.
A grocery chain cannot lose 20 essential people per store, + warehouse and distribution, and still function. A WalMart cannot lose 50 essential workers per store, + warehouse and distribution, and still function. A hospital or hotel cannot lose 20 to 50 essential workers per operation and still function.
Ford? GM? Auto-workers in general? Labor Unions? AFSCME? SEIU? Police, Fire, Emergency First Responders? I cannot see a reasonable scenario where the national worker vaccination mandate is even feasible with an eligible 80+ million unvaccinated holding out.
A week after the announcement CTH said, “I would not be surprised to see nothing more ever said about this “National Employment Vaccine Mandate””, and indeed, until today nothing was ever said about it. When questioned today, the White House says that private companies are already moving forward “on their own” without federal rules in place for enforcement.
That now looks like it was the intended plan all along.

Imagine being an any size federal contractor, and the only guidance provided by the Big Guy was a mandate by X date to have the shot, or a negative test within 3 days of going on federal property.

With zero OSHA guidance published anywhere.
Why hasn’t Joe told us WHY certain industries such as USPS & certain government groups, are exempt from this experimental shot? That adds to everyone’s confusion.
Somebody has to deliver the fake ballots. USPS is key for that plan to work.

I did not think it would come to this. They wrap themselves in the American flag when they advertise their F150, the best selling vehicle in America. They never took the bailout money. But now, the Ford Motor Company leadership team has decided they must know all salaried employees’ Covid vaccination status by October 8th. This is no longer a hypothetical for me. Regardless of OSHA, regardless of science, Ford is moving forward with one of the most un-American decisions a company headquartered in the USA for 100+ years could make. They are aligning themselves to become this century’s Fascists. And all the Jobama Regime had to do was announce a ‘plan.’ What happens when they really have a plan they need corporations to implement?

I posted earlier about a report from an apparent Home Depot employee getting what seems to be a memo, that they couldn’t find anything in OSHA and nothing legally that they must mandate. They said they are staying the course, and if anything changes they had attorneys to deal with it.

The FDA didn’t deceive in it’s approval as they stated unequivocally in the approval that they did NOT approve the vaccine but rather they were approving the emergency use authorization thereof even though it had not gone through all of the normally required testing. The deception was done by the Biden Handlers and the media in how they spun the situation.
Medtronic announced these requirements several weeks ago, right before Biden’s announcement (perhaps forewarned?). I am opting for the weekly testing, which they are currently paying for, but I am ready to quit if they force vaccination. This would be giving up my career as a high level engineer. I cannot believe our country is getting to this point. I would hope that they don’t force vaccination, as all of their “diversity initiatives” will certainly not be met based on minority vaccination rates in this country currently. (and good for them!!)
I always drive Ford, my last 4 vehicles were Ford, purchased new. I’m originally from the Detroit area (born in Detroit!) and I like to buy American cars from companies not dependent on government bailouts. But with some of the crap Ford has pulled over the last couple years, their true colors as a typical anti-American corporation have been shown. My current Ford Escape will be my last.

The UAW Ford membership was given a labor notice to submit our vaccine status with proof of vaccination by October 8 to a website just last night, actually. Right now it’s “voluntary,” but that’s only the case until they decide it’s compulsory. The UAW leadership appears to be complacent. The membership is largely not happy.
Make them fire you, don’t quit. When the regime falls there may be class actions to get it on. Additionally, there is still time for some facts to come to the forefront, including whether Ford and other employers may be liable for medical problems suffered by their employees who were forced by the company to take the jab.
Obviously prepare yourself financially.
Many of us have been betrayed by employers. After a certain amount of time, they are not just ending your employment, they are betraying your life plan and abusing your loyalty. Don’t get too angry about it, or depressed, and if you have made the mistake of wrapping your identity within your work, unravel it now! It can sour your soul. Instead, there is a lightness of spirit which comes from being a “short timer”. Unless and until they can re-earn your loyalty, they’ve officially, as of now, put your best efforts and loyalty on the back burner. They started it, and you don’t get a person’s best by threatening to pull the rug out from under them.
Employment is a two way street. These companies are pissing in the well water. Either the age of the giant corporation will end, or America as we know it will end. Don’t work for them. Don’t buy from them. Don’t support legislators who support them. Impossible? Not at all. It requires at least a hobbyist’s commitment, or a change in lifestyle, and sometimes more money than you’re used to, but look what they’re doing to our lives now.
I may also get fired. I had counted on the benefits. It will be the third time I invested my best in an employer and THEY were unable to manage to keep a top employee, I would have worked hard until retirement for any of them. I will hang out my shingle next round. The economic world is twisting and turning, providing a good or service my neighbors need seems like a real solid bet right now.

OSHA has the capability to issue an Emergency Temporary Standard on just about anything within their purview. The ETS bypasses the Notice of Public Rulemaking, Public comment requirement and final rule requirements. I thought that this is what was planned from the beginning. Have no idea what types of requirements apply to the ETS issuance.

My employer came out with a vaccine policy that disallows the unvaccinated to have any physical contact with the office or other employees. It also comes with a $250 bonus if you get the jab or a $100 per month if you don’t. I don’t really care about 1200 per year charge but the principle of it is enough to make me quit. I refuse to comply and take insult at being “forced”.

I’m a federal contractor I was mandated today tobe vaxed by Dec 8th gov.employees still not back to work full time contractors are both back 5 days and many 3 days a week on site. Depending on position duties. People walking around unmasked even though masking is mandatory. I don’t want the Vax but am forced to get it. I don’t trust an untested vaccine with thousands of people who’ve had serious irreversible complications.
