According to numerous media reports the Minnesota jury has reached a verdict in the trial of former police officer Derek Chauvin. Fourteen days of trial and approximately 9 hours of jury deliberation (last night and this morning). The verdict will be announced momentarily….
UPDATE: 5:06pm ET…. GUILTY ON ALL COUNTS
.
Those who follow politics closely know there’s very little chance of a not guilty verdict. Too many political operatives and big interests at stake.
Minnesota is in the 8th Circuit of the Federal Court of Appeals. I have zero confidence in the Minnesota superior courts, given the violence promised if the demanded outcome is not upheld and willingness of the media to target judges for the mob to attack.
The current count on 8th Circuit Court, which bodes a better outcome:
6 Bush II Judges
1 Obama Judge
4 Trump (McConnell) Judges
1 Reagan Judge
1 Bush I Judge
Minnesota judges have to run for re-election, too.
Yep. I hope Pres. Trump targets judges also…… sheriffs. Any elected position must be targeted.
This is a state court case.
Appeal is to the state court of appeal, not federal.
Nope, at least on on 2 points:
Once the President, VP and members of congress took it upon themselves to demand a guilty verdict and endorse violence that puts the Federal Courts square in the middle.
Then there is the violation of rights due to misconduct of the State AG, Judge and prosecutors.
Then there is the minor issue of the Judge ignoring the fact Jurors were doxed and threatened by the out of state media.
You missed the part about Minnesota Courts not doing the right thing…the appeals will start there but this will end up in the Federal Courts once the Minnesota Courts are done wringing their hands and punting.
I agree with all of that, but it’s predicated on the courts and their processes following legal and historical templates…which have all been blown away by events of the recent past.
The Constitution has been assassinated.
My spouse said to me a few minutes ago “We need to move to another country”…but we can’t think of anywhere to go that would be better.
‘Assume nothing, be ready for anything’—but I don’t even know what readiness means anymore, with the major exception that believing Heaven is my home.
I always said never assume anything until the facts are in and loud and clear
British Columbia! They have fruitcake environmentalists and unicorn Liberals but only 1% Black and Hispanic.
Many moons ago (late 70s) my Dad and I flew into Kelowna from Eastern Washington…to buy cyclamates by the box.
It was beautiful flying over the Purcells/Selkirks/Monashees in the winter.
It doesn’t work like that. Appeal is to the State of Minnesota Court of Appeals and then Minnesota Supreme Court and from there to the U.S. Supreme Court if they grant certiorari. Ha!
Has to go over to USDC first, then up through Eighth Circuit, and then to SCOTUS.
First the state court appeals. Then he can go to federal court, probably on a petition for a writ of habeas corpus, saying his rights under the US Constitution were violated. He must exhaust his state remedies first.
Given how long appeals take, he could be in prison for years before his conviction is overturned and he’s granted a new trial.
Except that habeas corpus will be the next step after the Minnesota state courts deny his appeal.
Folks, there are two routes of appeal. Chauvin appeals the trial misconduct etc. through the state. Chauvin brings his civil rights and federal-level complaints straight to federal district court.
Biggest mistake was the defense attorney not opting for a bench trial. Anyone could see this coming from 100 miles away, that ANY Minneapolis jury would be too emotional and/or too afraid to render anything but a guilty verdict on all counts. Let the judge act as the tryer of fact and render ridiculous guilty verdicts like these, based on no tangible evidence, other than a video of a cop using the training he was given to restrain a perp.
However, the judge is also a spineless coward – he should’ve declared a mistrial on at least two occasions. He also sent the jury home last weekend, where they were most certainly exposed to Maxine’s threats and the attack on the former home of the defense witness.
We no longer have a judicial system in this country. The 2020 election fiasco and now this… Good luck out there, folks.
I think you’re right about the weekend. They should have been sequestered all the way through, or at least after Friday afternoon. Who knows what “contacts” each had at home this past weekend. I doubt their identities were as confidential as the judge said,
Who cares. Until u explain chauvin and the FBI front house for laundering, then we are just another dumbass forgetting about last Vegas shooting and the saudi prince round up following.
Small view kills bigger picture.
Biggggggger picture. We get paid to make u change your mind and think u chose it? Well not we, but they do!
What does Chauvin have to do with an FBI house for laundering [money, I assume]?
Chauvin getting rid of Floyd who was passing counterfeit $20 bills (because he was high and acting stupid) and tipping off the whole sleazy enterprise. Makes sense. Chauvin was a dirty cop in cahoots with an FBI scam.
And the evidence of Chauvin’s cahoots is…
Floyd was fcking their operation up ( via china interfering and injecting Floyd with toxic cocktail, and calling cops on him, and calling the media).
America agencies got outplayed again, cause they are run by a bunch of push seas.
Worked as the same dual Operation club and launder store.
Jason Goodman video walked the entire location.
Why should anyone believe Jason Goodman?
Tin foil hat time, guys. You know better, Whitebo The FBI doesn’t need a ghetto nightclub and drug addict bouncer to launder money. They have the largest banks, mutual funds, hedge funds and brokerage firms in the world to handle billions of dollars anonymously and without a hitch in the blink of an eye!
True, but at high levels. That doesn’t preclude lower level agents carrying out their own dirty business, and using their positions to cover it up. Just because the FBI at the top is dirty as hell doesn’t mean the FBI at the bottom can’t be too.
That said, I haven’t seen any evidence of the alleged money laundering, and though I remember reading Chauvin and Floyd worked together, I don’t claim to know any more details.
https://minnesota.cbslocal.com/2020/01/27/900000-in-counterfeit-bills-seized-at-international-falls-entry-port/
I keep thinking about that too. Chauvin knew Floyd, they worked at the same club. Nothing about the Floyd death makes sense unless it was done to shut him up. The counterfeit bill in question was ‘lost’ during the scuttle and never booked as evidence. Seems strange.
Tin Foil hat BS; all the way there and back again!
Chauvin and Floyd were employed as bouncers, or whatever, by the same strip club that allededly is part of a counterfeiting and money laundering operation involving several strip clubs. Chauvin and Floyd didn’t work the same shifts. The clubs are owned by the same person, and FBI had an undercover operation (scam?) going.
In addition to drug use, Floyd was passing counterfeit money.
Sundance had a long blog post about it; might be in the archives. The counterfeiting involves counterfeit $1 dollar bills – which makes sense if you’re laundering them through a strip club.
ever wonder why the police station and the exact strip that they both worked at burned down? kinda like 911 when the building 7 housing the FBI and all the evidence fell. America is too far gone to pull back I fear. And nobody seems to want to help fix it…certainly not the Demonrats.
https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2020/05/29/president-trump-looting-leads-to-shooting-msm-go-bananas/
Earlier SD article you referenced.
Good to read again.
Who counterfeits one dollar bills? The labor involved doesn’t give a return on investment. Twenty dollar bills are the most counterfeited – best return for the labor. Too many store won’t take fifties.
A couple different grounds for an appeal. The riots will just come later than sooner.
Riots will start about dark, or shortly afterwards, once the “peaceful protesters” get good and liquored up
“Celebration riots” lol
Indeed
Soooo…. maybe you haven’t noticed that every judge AND the Supreme Court has been ruling by mob intimidation for a year now too.
What judge would let BLM burn his house with the media and local politicians screaming that he deserves it.
Chauvin is a human sacrifice.
He followed the law, didn’t kill home invader Fentanyl Floyd. But all for ratings and clicks the press threatened either race war or sacrifice this cop and there you go.
Soooo… actually, I have noticed. My point is that the defense attorney should’ve forced the judge to render these ridiculous, unsubstantiated guilty verdicts himself, not put it into the hands of a jury of overly-emotional laypeople who are ignorant of the law and how the elements of a crime have to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt to render guilty verdicts.
10 watt bulbs should not be expected to do 100 watt work.
This isn’t the same as judges dodging culpability by refusing to even hear cases, such as the election cases. This case, being a criminal trial, had to be heard.
So that being the situation, make the judge go out on a limb as the trier of fact and convict based on no evidence – especially convict on two counts of murder.
I posit that no judge, even this spineless schmuck Cahill, could contort himself enough to hand down a murder conviction based on this set of facts. Even manslaughter would be a stretch…
If we were following legal criminal law standards, the most Chauvin could legitimately be convicted of is a bad PR move on camera. And I don’t think that’s a crime. Yet…
Well said, KJ. The only point I would push back on a little is the 10 watt bulbs doing 100 watt work. I don’t think the intelligence of the jury was the problem. Its courage, integrity, and morality was.
another “high tech lynching”
Well this is something Police officers need to consider? Namely, what is the general mentality of the Jury pool you are defending? My second question; was the jury allowed to know that the detainee had 3x the lethal does of fentanyl in him at the time of arrest?
If you want a day-by-day analysis of the trial by Andrew Branca, an attorney, go to Legal Insurrection. His explanations are excellent.
A jury of his *peers* would likely have had as much fentanyl in them at the time of their verdict.
Brietbart has story the Judge Jeanine agrees with this verdict and says the facts stand and it won;t
be overturned on appeal..
That is the FN MO.
So if true, Judge Jeanine is bending the knee.
Not good, not good.
I haven’t watched Judge Jeanine since she sided against Roy Moore and believed those women who lied through their teeth. I also dropped Hannity after he sided with those women against Roy Moore.
“Judge” Jeanine was a Westchester County trial judge in NY for two years.
I can’t find this article.
its a video under the main story headline of him being guilty..
Thank you, found it, “American Justice System Works” she says.
I wonder if she saw the entire video of him saying he couldn’t breathe standing up and sitting without anyone touching him in the back of the police car. And didn’t they have another video or evidence of him saying he couldn’t breathe when he OD’d before this time?
I guess Chauvin would be guilty at most of not making sure he was still all right, maybe manslaughter but not murder. Still, evidence showed he wasn’t asphyxiated.
Chauvin is guilty of being WHITE period.
Maybe the answer is to pair every white cop with a black cop. Let the white cops wrestle with white perps on fentanyl and let the black cops wrestle with black perps on fentanyl. Then the “race” card would not apply, correct?
You’d have to work with the ratios since most of the perps are black.
The best answer I think is for cops in blue cities/states to leave. Kind of a cops-going-Galt thing.
Let the libs enjoy the fruits of their labor.
She’s full of bull !
This case had several mitigating factors.…drugs, pre-existing heath issues, heart, Covid. So reasonable doubt had to enter the equation.
Judge Jeanine is an idiot cowering to the mob rule and Democrat bullies.
Never watching her show ever again.
Exactly! Chauvin had requested an EMT and in the meantime restrained Floyd waiting for the EMT to arrive. What else was Chauvin supposed to do? Police Officers are not ER doctors and I certainly don’t expect them to give mouth to mouth CPR to a 6’8″ drugged out monster that just told me he stuck Fentanyl up his rear end!
Fox called Arizona early.
Fox fired Dobbs.
F*** Fox.
I thought that until I watched most of the trial.
Former prosecutor @JudgeJeanine
says the verdict in the Chauvin trial is “supported by the facts… make no mistake, the facts are solid on this verdict, this verdict will be held on appeal.”
Most on Fox News are saying the same things. They were never deviating. It’s their MO.
Most on Fox News are taking that guilty stand. Nothing was changing their minds.
They obviously have their talking points. Remember when FOX yanked her off the air for straying from them. They probably remind her of that every day.
Yup. She said she agreed w/the decision on “The Five” & that it would not be overturned.
Andrew McCarthy said the quick decision & asking no questions was indicative of political & other pressures on the jury & would be grounds for appeal.
What police officer in Minneapolis will now try to restrain any black or POC who is resisting arrest? If what Chauvin did is second degree murder then just about any police officer in Minneapolis could be charged with a lessor crime at any time trying to restrain any resisting perp/felon! The Minneapolis Police could easily be charged with simple assault, with battery, aggravated assault, assault with a dangerous weapon, assault to commit murder or felony! All these charges are now open to the DA when police get rough with a resisting perp! Further the DA now knows that he can easily get convictions for any police activity that is caught on video and deemed untoward by the Democrats/liberals who live there! If I were a police officer I would resign rather than risk becoming a political victim for doing my job! The Minneapolis Police have been castrated/neutered!
So like what Orwell wrote in “1984”: things and words will become the opposite of what they once were…”war is peace”, etc.
Used to be police=good, and protectors/rescuers of victims
Now police=bad, and victimizers
Habakkuk 1:4
Therefore the law is paralyzed, and justice never goes forth. For the wicked hem in the righteous, so that justice is perverted.

What makes you think there will be any LEOs left in Minneapolis?
If they’re smart they should have already packed the car and the kids and left for safer ground.
Correct. The police need to quit policing and let the savages run wild. And the Po-Po should NEVER interfere with black criminals. Just let the heathens do as they wish.
Eventually, enough of the citizens will get tired of it. Till then, let them marinate in the sauce they they have created.
So, does this mean that resisting arrest is ok now? Just asking for a friend
Chaos and lawlessness, the Obama way.
Sure, just make sure you are part of the favored class first. Hint: you aren’t,
Only if your friend is a black DEM (black Trump supporters…not so much).
Yes if your friend is BLM/Antifa or a criminal. No otherwise.
No, it means that whites can no longer get a fair trial when they are arrested so resisting arrest is the only alternative to being found guilty by a rubber stamp jury.
Only if you’re black, have multiple warrants and a rap sheet longer than your arm. But if you’re white……well, just make sure your affairs are in order.

I think I might go out and count my ammo to calm down.
…one round at a time, magazine by magazine. Labelling each as I go
Also, put the hood down and disassemble and assemble primary weapons by touch. The focus can be a good distraction from other intrusions, like the insanity surrounding this trial.
Aim small miss small Dunes.
The corrupt corporate media and our ruling class in DC are responsible for this travesty.
“Darkness at Noon”—required reading, 81 years after its first publication.
Kaweahkid: Agree. Excellent book.
George Floyd’s girlfriend was Daunte Write’s teacher at one point. Crazy.
Just need a group they can work with, some serotonin uptake inhibitors or dragons breath, a tv to flicker rate train the brain while hiding from the mind, and u get magic…
Let the looting and burning celebration begin
The man screwed himself… as soon as the camera was rolling… he should have taken his knee of his neck picked him up and threw him in the car… Let this be a lesson to all of you… It’s no longer law… its the leftists interpretation of the law…And no one will help you when the cannon is pointing at you and the media gets in on it…..
We know what is right…. to leftists right is an illusion
You can’t see the lunging yelling venomous crowd surrounding him, from our view.
Ever seen knockout game? That’s preschool compared to mob circling.
Get played for fun? What the show presents is a 3 wall production. 4thwallFrank
If chauvin would of shot him and the crowd, nothing would of changed ( except mobs would stop crowding people).
People I’ve talked to since the verdict seem to think because the verdict was guilty on all counts, there will be not riots or looting. I then had to explain to them the concept of “celebratory rioting and looting.” It produces the same outcome….violence, destruction, and a massive loss of property. Count on it.
Hey it’s the victory lap, everybody gets free stuff tonight.
Just think of the possibilities….Christmas 365 days a year!
Now your talking
Anyone who thinks that is being naive.
BLM has already said even a “win” will not be enough.
…just don’t “mansplain” it to them. Or you might end up bunking with ex-officer Chauvin.
Interesting take.
How can he be guilty if he was doing an authorized procedure?
I’m sure it will be appealed.
The jury bought the prosecution argument that he used excessive force, and thus went beyond authorized procedure.
No the jury was convinced that their homes would burn if there was not a guilty verdict after seeing the promises on TV from the arsonists endorsed by the President of the US.
Ok, maybe, that, too.
Hell, they wouldn’t have made it out of the building alive if they came back with a Not Guilty verdict.
There is obvious jury intimidation. Also, the prosecution relied on appearance rather than fact. The verdict was driven by emotion – fear and appearances – not by facts.
Anyone know why the drug Narcan was not given to Floyd? I tried to watch as much of the trial as I could, but didn’t hear anything about that.
They called an ambulance on a status that was not an emergency. Sometime while Floyd was down and/or after Chauvin took his knee off of Floyd & determined he wasn’t breathing, they turned the ambulance status to emergency.
I can’t explain why they didn’t try Narcan.
Narcan probably would have been a huge game changer, it’s a shame they didn’t use it.
Floyd denied he had taken any drug.
They could still give it if drugs are suspected though, it probably would have saved the guys life.
I have wondered the same thing about giving Narcan, it has become so commonplace as a “cure” for overdose I am surprised LEO did not have it on hand.
Floyd was already dead. EMTs could do nothing for Floyd.
Chauvin stayed on Floyd’s neck several minutes after Floyd had passed, even after 3 other LEOs told Chauvin Floyd was in trouble.
Chauvin was no saint. There is blame enough for all sides.
I agree totally and I think Chauvin knew he screwed up because he was willing to plead guilty to third degree murder. All Chauvin had to do was check the guys pulse instead of showboating for the mob. The other cops should have stepped in and they didn’t, they are probably going to be found guilty also. It seemed as though the defense didn’t have much to work with to defend Chauvin. My opinion changed on Chauvin’s innocence after watching the trial, but I don’t agree with the jury convicting him on all counts.
I know at least at one time he told the police he wasn’t on drugs – but another time he implied he was. Maybe it isn’t given if you don’t know what you are trying to counter?
I can believe that a majority of police officers are going to be thinking long and hard about their careers tonight.
A lot of job applications going to be sent to other States…..
Sad. So sad. …
Cops will simply make blood.pacts and become true gangs now.
She has no brain
No soul.
Today We watched as Obama and Soros took a police officer out and hung him and he and many white people now need to
be very Careful of what they say and do, but one thing is for sure This trial was nothing but a shit show and one that has brought back all the bad from the very long ago past and nothing from now on will ever be the same
We allowed the scum bags of America to tell law bidding people that there is no longer any law in America so
now when a crook gets in trouble there will be nothing to stop them from making sure he or she is turned loose and nothing more will be said about it..
To the American people We Whites need to stand up and fight back and if the blacks dont like it Tough
I feel for the first time in my life hate toward a race of people that keep telling me that they are the ones who have been harmed in this country and deserve money for what they have indured I will not pay anyone anything
What I have I have worked very hard for Watched what i did all my life to remain out of trouble and now it does not matter any more Today I am more ashamed of the white people in Congress Joe Biden is nothing but a creepie old man who is sick in his mind and needs to be put away where he can no longer hurt anyone and Obama needs to be put in jail for treason . Hope this jury understand what they have done today to bring down America even further into the mud
I hope this whole verdict is over turned and the police officer is allowed to go free even if it takes a few months to make it happen
Months?
You’re not thinking clearly my friend.
Retired Magistrate here: Back in the 70’s I was a police officer and then a fraud investigator before going to college and then law school. Things were dicey in the late 70’s and early 80’s for law enforcement officers, but nothing like now.
If you are a law enforcement officer in a Blue State, City, County or Township, get out now! Everything you do is now under a microscope and there are too many arm chair quarterbacks telling you what should or should not do. If you listen to them you will get injured or killed. Do what you are trained to do and there is a good possibility you will end up being charged with crimes you didn’t do and will be convicted of. It is not worth it. There are Red States, Cities, Counties and Townships that would be interested in your experience. Please get out now while you can.
Sioux Falls, SD just hired eight new cops, four of whom came from out-of-state. One was from MN, and one from CA.
This will be police flight
Good advice
Obama says true Justice deserves more ( kill people still please, even with the guilty verdict)
Pelosi thanks George Floyd for dying so that cities around the country could be destroyed. Wow.
So George Kirby is now our Lord and Savior who receives our worship.
The irony coming from someone who is synonymous with evil. She truly is a pawn of Satan.
We are spiraling towards PRIVATIZED Police forces…. like RoboCOP and OCP….
Except using ED1.
Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison responds to Chauvin’s conviction: “I would not call today’s verdict justice, because justice implies true restoration. But it is accountability, which is the first step towards justice. And now the cause of justice is in your hands.”
Reparations!
And perpetual affirmative action. (The Asian students’ lawsuit against Harvard should be interesting. Harvard’s brief in opposition to cert is due on May 7, IIRC. The students claim they were passed over for much less qualified blacks and Hispanics.)
I thought the “reparations” were already paid
$27 million to Floyds Family
Yes, the Floyd family got their reparations, but “justice” according to Obama, requires that every wrong, past or present, must be compensated in some form. So anyone who is a descendent of slave, or of a lynching victim, or had a ancestor who lived under Jim Crow, etc., is entitled to “justice.
Where do I sign up for reparations from American Blacks because one of their number MURDERED my first cousin, who was like my brother, only 8 months after his marriage when he was only 21? It was cold blooded murder of a stranger in robbing his store…for gas money. No justice No peace!
Is there another country on this earth, on any planet, with less moral authority than America now has?
China, Canada, New Zealand for starters . . .
So they have zero and we have 2 times zero (or in the case of China, 5 times zero). It still all comes out zero, so there are none with less moral authority.
This was the point of the operation: undermine America’s moral authority and it is toppled from its position as leader of the free world.
Now that the supporting structure has collapsed, the pieces can be destroyed in detail.
April 20th. Hitler’s birthday. Somehow, a fitting day for this miscarriage to come down.
It’s my birthday also today.
I’m serious
Breitbart:
“House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) says of Chauvin’s conviction: ‘Thank you George Floyd for sacrificing your life for justice.'”
Watch the race-mongering from now on right through the 2022 elections. The Dems need to win back the minority voters they lost.
Really they will only win in the cities as outside they see the problem is the D’s, they aren’t all the victim class they expect.
Just get it over with and rename the republic to The United States of Muh Dik
Laws do not matter, acts of legally-defined law enforcement are punishable by death, Congressmen and Presidents can influence the judicial process to their liking.
Whites are second class citizens who are presumed ‘racist’ because of their genetics.
This is where we are as a society. Sheer chaos.
Oh, no. Rename it RhodesiSouthAfrimerica. Reconciliation commissions and racial cleansing are soon to follow.
I just have one question?
when is enough is enough. How much are you people willing to take.
when you find the answer folks like me will be waiting until then I say goodbye. We are way past platitudes and conversations. No amount of moral preening from Sundance or anybody else is going to change that.
When you folks find your strength to actually fight for what you believe in I’ll be there.
Conservatives are sleepwalking into a nightmare and when they realize this, it will be too late. All the talking in the world won’t fix this political mess.
In the midst of this travesty today, I am reminded once again of this quote.
“Did you really think we want those laws observed?” said Dr. Ferris. “We want them to be broken. You’d better get it straight that it’s not a bunch of boy scouts you’re up against… We’re after power and we mean it… There’s no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren’t enough criminals one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws. Who wants a nation of law-abiding citizens? What’s there in that for anyone? But just pass the kind of laws that can neither be observed nor enforced or objectively interpreted – and you create a nation of law-breakers – and then you cash in on guilt. Now that’s the system, Mr. Reardon, that’s the game, and once you understand it, you’ll be much easier to deal with.”
― Ayn Rand, Atlas Shrugged
The neck and the eyes are not valid attack points, regardless of what any police procedure says.
Chauvin’s cop arrogance sealed his own fate.
Everyone from a 9 year old kids to numerous adults told him to get off the perp’s neck.
Cops don’t like being told what to do by”civilians”…simple as that.
He was following his training, kinda hard to fault him for that
Nuremberg established that following official training/ orders is not a valid defence to murder.
You are 70 years out of date.
Godwin’s law aside, Chauvin was applying a restraint on a combative individual that is still in widespread use by countless law enforcement agencies.
A prone neck restraint looks unsavory to the public. But so does tasers and mace when they are applied. Should those less-than-lethal tactics be outlawed?? They have resulted in deaths. Where does it end??
Clearly the jury didn’t agree with you.
“Clearly the jury didn’t agree with you.”
Is that you, Maxine?
?
Ridiculous.
Nuremberg was the imposition of force on a conquered foe by a hostile power.
Kinda like today…
Nuremberg? Really? So policing is war, now? Pardon my guffaw.
OK. War, then. How about this…
No one talks about Eisenhower’s American run open-air detention facilities for surrendered German troops–German conscripts–now, do they? These facilities saw MILLIONS of Germans dead of exposure, typhus, and starvation. Oh, but ‘I like Ike’ he’s sooo righteous. Pardon my barf.
But following training and orders is Nazi and bahhhhhhd. Try again on someone who doesn’t use their intellect.
And you are a deliberate liar who wouldn’t have the guts to say what you just wrote to a decent person’s face. There will be blood over this result, and people like you who sympathized with it will have part of it on your hands.
The truth is often upsetting , I understand.
You might like to expand on your comment.
So now you are equating him with Nazi war criminals to be hung by the neck until dead. Not even Maxine Waters has done that … …. yet anyway.
The use of straw men galore won’t work I’m afraid.
Making stuff up just means you have no argument.
That Chauvin’s actions relied on a “training procedures” defence doesn’t make him a Nazi war criminal, but the legal principles established at Nuremberg apply …you silly person….
No, those principles DO NOT apply in civilian life, dalee. Nice try, though. Straw man my backside….you can’t distinguish wartime genocidal crimes from civilian peacetime actions…
And for those agreeing with Write–it’s a well-known communist ploy to use 5 people to take over meetings and install the communist agenda. Are you in cahoots?
@Write
Well said.
We are living in a clown world
Remember the 5 funerals for their “savior” George Floyd. He truly was treated as a messianic figure. He was elevated above Jesus Christ to these antiChrists like Pelosi, Obama, Biden, Harris and company.
I do remember WIVoter.
Five funerals and millions of dollars to Floyds family and now the Sacrificial Lamb, Officer Derek Chauvin, has been offered up to the Gods of Racial Discrimination For Profit.
Funerals without masks or social distancing when average Americans were forbidden to attend dying loved ones or their funerals. Never forget!
There is a tape from some time ago where she calls him George Kimbill.
It’s all make believe. That there is a justice system, a legal system, a electoral system…. you name it none of it is base on truth.
Civilization is very fragile NIghthawk.
We are watching ours crumble right before our eyes.
What we here in our country were raised to believe would thrive and be here for ever is just an illusion if we do not fight and keep it alive ourselves.
Previous generations knew this somehow and managed to do so because well, life was hard and demanded sacrifices of work, discipline and putting others ahead of self to stay alive.
For some reason, and that is a huge other topic, we have raised a generation of Me Me Me Humans and that is not good.
Whining and complaining and fussing about what some one “wants” or “needs” or “deserves” and focusing and dwelling on this one need or want can cause division and many problems.
Too many generations of spoiled brats is not good for any family, community or country.
We have imported one quarter of our citizens in less than half a century. They come from non-Western nations thanks to the 1965 Immigration Act. It isn’t as much generational America’s failing as it is unassimilated hordes granted citizenship only wanting a paycheck and a Big Mac. That’s the failing.
I am sure Globalist Dem President GW Bush is over joyed by the verdict.
GWB is as demented as Biden.
0bamas put out a joint statement:
“For almost a year, George Floyd’s death under the knee of a police officer has reverberated around the world — inspiring murals and marches, sparking conversations in living rooms and new legislation,” the Obamas said in a joint statement on Tuesday. “But a more basic question has always remained: would justice be done?”
“In this case, at least, we have our answer. But if we’re being honest with ourselves, we know that true justice is about much more than a single verdict in a single trial,” they said.
TRUE justice? What does that mean for the alinskyites?
TRUE justice? What does that mean for the alinskyites?
Total control.
Orwell’s 1984 is their “how-to” manual if they ever get such control.
Always moving the goal posts. There is no end.
How long before Merrick Garland jumps in and pursues hate crimes
When he can be sure to advance the Kalergi plan….without being outed.
This is the end of real police in our cities and close suburbs. No one decent is going to be on the force again. And the problems are on course to reach everyone.
Only incompetents who have the right genitals and skin color but don’t know tasers from guns will be on these police forces from now on.
I’m a female minoritiy myself, so don’t get it twisted. Anyone with a brain is going to be opposed to the inevitable outcome of what will result from demonizing men who try to keep some law in our broken corrupt crime ridden cities.
Then once the broke, defunded, demoralized, corrupt incompetent skin color genital force becomes a disaster the Left has ONE direction.
Everything goes from bad to worse.
Please God, let every CEO and Soros billionaire who gave these terrorists millions of dollars to let them divide and burn America in order to scapegoat and villainize individuals get the karma they deserve immediately and US somehow, by some miracle, end up recovering somehow as a Boomerang against this.
For example, note that FL now has anti riot laws. God please let the perps get their deserved pain and the country somehow Boomerang towards healing, recovery, justice, legitimate law and freedom from the overlords.
Don’t think there are well organized forces manipulating the narrative with violence? Looks like this fake Amazon van and driver removing barricades in NYC wasted his time now that the “correct” verdict has been reached.
Amazon Confirms Fake Delivery Truck Prowling NYC Streets

A user on the Brooklyn chapter of the NextDoor social media platform posted a video earlier this month of what appears to be an Amazon delivery driver “loading up barricades into an Amazon truck.”
The NextDoor user, who goes by the nickname “L.W.,” wrote a post that said, “On Driggs Ave near the corner of Russell, I saw a man loading up barricades into an Amazon truck. He would pause when a car would go by, closing the doors and then resume when no one was around.”
Amazon spokesperson Jenna Hilzenrath said, “the vehicle in the video is a counterfeit vehicle and we’re actively working with the NYPD as they investigate the incident.”
Hilzenrath added the person in the video driving the counterfeit van is not an Amazon employee. The spokesperson would not reveal how they knew the van was fake and or if the person spotted in the video wasn’t an employee.
More like they are trying to hand wave it away, as that is likely an actual Amazon delivery van.
Now, that could mean that it was stolen, or just maybe someone let them “borrow” it by turning a blind eye.
There are numerous possibilities.
I just know that I would not take that statement from Amazon at face value given the ideological bent of their management.
Discovery of the pertinent facts will be quite… interesting to say the least.
Apparently, none of the jurors understood what reasonable doubt means or cold autopsy report.
Maxine Waters: 21st-Century Chauvin-ist.
Rioting starts tonight regardless of what happened. Busloads of armed BLM/Antifa came in today. National File, a very legit investigative site had t today.
Fun will be had by all.
I think due to all of the shenanigans surrounding this trial, Chauvin will have a successful appeal. He followed his training procedures, from what I understand now, and “if” he caused Floyd’s death, it was unintentional. I say “if”, because of the large amount of drugs that Floyd took prior to his arrest. Just my thinkin’…
How do you appeal a jury verdict? You can only get another trial and for that to happen you have to show either procedural error or new evidence that had the trial jury seen they could not have reasonably returned with a guilty verdict.
Procedural errors would be all the judge’s rulings on: change of venue, pretrial publicity, sequestering jury, overruling defense objections, denying defense motions for mistrial, etc.
Here’s another way to analyze this:
An addict has to hit rock bottom before he or she can begin recovery to a normal life free from addiction. The life of addiction has to be so bad that even death is preferable. This same scenario faces both police officers nationwide, and those of us who voted for Donald Trump and support the Rule of Law (as opposed to the rule of leftists).
For the police, they have to decide who’s side they’re on: leftists, Democrats and racists (you know, the racists “of color”….the only racists there are), or We the People.
Police have been serving warrants against their supporters for purely political reasons and claiming they were just doing their duty (so were the German concentration camp guards–and they were hanged for “doing their duty”). The police have been enforcing these totalitarian mask sanctions (remember the woman in Ohio at an OUTDOOR game watching her son when she was arrested) with brutal determination. And now the police wonder why they are hated?
Police have forgotten who supports them–so now, they have no support. I feel badly for Derek Chauvin, but I don’t feel badly for the police at-large. Until the po-po recognizes who their friends and supporters are, quits enforcing political retaliation against conservatives, and ceases with the heavy-handed enforcement of mask mandates, then they deserve neither compassion nor respect. They deserve what they’re getting–contempt.
Just like the addict, they have to hit rock bottom where anything is better than what they have been doing.
The police need to decide who supports them–and then act upon it.
The same thing goes for conservatives, Christians and those of us who voted for Donald Trump. The time for politics as usual is over. Voting, running for office and the like is useless–the left has co-opted every institution and they are determined to turn this country into Venezuela–and we’re well along our way.
We–the deplorables–have to hit rock bottom. We have to decide that ANYTHING is better than just taking leftist abuse day after day. We have to decide that even death is preferable. We have to understand the politics as usual is useless. It won’t work anymore.
Unfortunately, we’re not there yet and it may be a while before we are–if ever. But if that point ever comes, may God have mercy on leftists, their supporters, enablers, protectors and benefactors. because I doubt we will.
Crump-A-thon.
He is so articalic…
.
Strange… it’s actually sounding to me like certain politicians and leftists are disappointed in the guilty verdict.
Well now they can’t defend the looting that will come as soon as it gets dark.
They’ll defend anything blacks do except when blacks are conservative. Now THAT is a crime against humanity.
News media already starting to not cover it.
The race mongers always need a grievance. The election of a black man as president deprived them of the discrimination argument for a bit, but then they came up with “white privilege,” systemic racism, unconscious bias, micro-aggressions, and of course, critical race theory.
Now they’re stuck with saying the jury system worked (Hey, isn’t there supposed to be systemic racism?), and vague statements about how we need to do “more” and need more “justice.”
They had great plans to gin up the race card from now through the 2022 election, and maybe beyond. They need grievances for this, and an acquittal (or conviction on just manslaughter) in this case, would have given them the grievance.
Now they have to look for another grievance (the Daunte Wright case, the 13-year old out at 2 am with a gun in Chicago), but an acquittal in this case with that tape would have been the best grievance – they’d have used it to slam every GOP politician and candidate, “You don’t mean you’re defending Chauvin???”
You know they are disappointed, this was not the verdict that the Al Sharptons of the world hoped for, it doesn’t help their cause. There are a lot of upset race baiters out their tonight.
Now the mob can go away. It got what it wanted, right?
Nope
Multiple grounds for appeal and good luck getting anyone to be a cop
Stay the F out of Minneapolis
Yep.
Ahhh, now they can’t help themselves to all those free sneakers, TVs and Auto Parts.
Has the Secret Service investigated where the counterfeit $20 Floyd passed at the drugstore came from?
Counterfeit currency, destroying the US Dollar is a matter of National Security, right?
Pull out a road atlas. Look at I 35. It runs from Minneapolis Saint Paul right down to Laredo, Tx. Counterfeit $$$$$$$ goes south and fentanyl and little kids go north. Floyd,Chauvin and many others are/were in the “pipeline”. Oh …powerful people.Wealthy people.Politically powerful people are involved. Chauvin is a dead man- in or out of prison. He knows too much.Everthing else is just smoke.
Mike in a truck, the Democrat Pols in charge of Minnesota and Minneapolis did not investigate where George Floyd obtained the counterfeit $20.00 or when he got or purchased the fentanyl or other illicit drugs in his body. The cantina which employed both George Floyd and Officer Chauvin was torched in the riots. So much evidence was ignored or destroyed. The press only focused on white cop vs. black “saint”. Coverup!
Reflecting on Mad Maxie’s Mafiaesque Jury Intimidation it occurred to me the purpose of maxipads is to draw blood.
Of course it was.
Close. Mensuration is the physical release of toxins and impurities. Eggs not fertilized are ejected along with other ovarian impurities.
Too bad we can’t ‘eject’ Maxine.
Don’t know much about female anatomy and physiology, do ya!
