According to numerous media reports the Minnesota jury has reached a verdict in the trial of former police officer Derek Chauvin. Fourteen days of trial and approximately 9 hours of jury deliberation (last night and this morning). The verdict will be announced momentarily….
UPDATE: 5:06pm ET…. GUILTY ON ALL COUNTS

.
Those who follow politics closely know there’s very little chance of a not guilty verdict. Too many political operatives and big interests at stake.

No evidence but the Jury not isolated and sees on TV and social media:
Demands from the US President, US Vice-President, members of Congress and media for guilty verdict.
Media working really hard to dox names and addresses of Jury.
US President, US VP and members of congress endorse threatens to burn down cities if no guilt verdict.
Media endorsed threats from members of congress and other leaders of the “civil rights movement”… guilty or we destroy your cities.
Riots and armed BLM shown on TV, every day during the trial.
Ex-Residence of a witness vandalized in CA.
No surprise with this verdict and handling of defense motions, it were race and self-survival inspired.
Human sacrifice
CNN was actually was running a graphic that was a fill in the blank grid awaiting entries composed of jurist information, real time.
Sacrificed but it will not do any good. Will bet that before the week is over Minneapolis is burning.

On top of that the verdict was far to quick, so very very likely that the Jurors went in with pre-determined verdicts along with being influenced by politicians.

Biden is serving a purpose for all Americans. People are Seeing first-hand; Left-wing Communism, Totalitarianism, Fascism and Dictatorship and those with half a brain do not like it.
IMO, Trump is waiting in the weeds for events to manifest themselves. The Border Crisis being one. The big deal will be if Arizona election audit is legit and exposes fraud.
Along the remarks of the doc00 and Fangdog above
ALL OF THESE EVENTS NEED TO MANIFEST FOR ALL,
AND I MEAN ALL, TO WITNESS/WE ARE A CAPTURED
COUNTRY AND AMERICANS NEED TO WAKE UP!
As much as I would like to think the Arizona audit will be legit, I highly doubt anything will be found. There has been too much time to destroy the evidence.
The Republic is dead. An obviously innocent cop will be sent to jail for life for a political narrative. No difference between us and the Soviet Union or China
Things will get worse.
Hey even by his own words Biden has said he is a dictator.
In looking back Trump did Awesome and the best he could under the circumstances.
Only thing I can think that might have changed what is happening now, is making arrests in the very beginning of the traitors, instead of letting the Democrats distract with their basketful of lies of blaming Trump for what they were actually guilty of.
Yet, now we now that Trump had too many RINOs who had managed to keep their sheep disguises long enough to get into Trump’s Administration.
Regardless I do believe that God is in Control and believe that Trump is still part of God’s plans for America.
Just shocked at the pathetic state of our justice system.
They have been perfecting their takeover for years. Education, courts, lawyers, big tech, media. When a supreme court justice (Amy Comey Barrett) can get a bribe…er advance on writing a book, we know the rule of law is no longer.
I agree with the pathetic state of our justice system, don’t agree with ‘shocked’
Nothing shocks me anymore.
Although I fully STILL BELIEVE IN PRESIDENT TRUMP, AND THE BEST IS YET TO COME!
What justice system? There’s no more justice in Amerika.
Lady Justice isn’t just blind, she’s had her eyes gouged out!
Kind of expected a guilty verdict. However, this was far too quick.
Very likely all of the jurors already knew what plea they would vote for. For any that any small doubts, the politicians and threat of riots probably swayed them.
The jurors should have been in sequestration from the moment the trial started.
Anybody that is shocked at current events just hasn’t been paying attention. My opinion.
As much as I would like to just runaway to some secluded island I can’t, there are probably not many that could.
Even when I try to watch the few live shows I like, it seems that all the political crap preempts so many shows. For the last two days the trail took over TV for several hours.
I am with you Vet91.
But not as shocked I hope as the Justice system will be when the good honest people start ignoring them.
They only need look in the mirror for blame.
Note to self: Doxing jury members works to obtain the “right verdict”.
There is no surprise with this verdict it was determined well before the end of trial. They jurors had to have breakfast and lunch and get it over with. Now they have to get the woman officer, Kim Potter. After that the officer in Chicago.
There will be an appeal in this case so there is still plenty of riot opportunities coming up. Call this a dress rehearsal.
I wonder if his side was expecting this.. I watched a video on Brietbart when the verdicts were read he didn;t get emotional…(well maybe under his mask but otherwise he didn;t act out or anything. and then they showed him being cuffed and take off he didn;t fight that either and just nodded at someone as they took him out..
They expected it like everyone else, probably more so.
FBI.cia operation complete
He will walk out the backdoor to.the next operation.
Exactly.
This is just starting a new chapter.
So the question is, did Chauvin really kill Floyd with a Fentanyl jab as instructed by his CIA masters to keep the low down on their counterfeit money laundering op ?
My money is on Chauvin having an accident and not in a nice way.
The tin-foil hat is strong in this one!!
We all expected this Jenevive.
When Chauvin was first arrested he knew what the verdict would be and so did all of us who has been around since Rodney King.
They’ll be out tonight celebrating.
Wait for the appeal.
Correct.
Derek Chauvin will not live long enough to see his appeal.
Years from now his family might get some kind of satisfaction after this guy is long dead that he is found Not Guilty.
But Derek Chauvin will never live to see it himself.
Derick chauvin
Did not kill himself!
Justice in America is just luck of the draw. Chauvin needed just one out of 12 of those jurors to have a brain and a backbone.
He drew 12 duds.
Just think — if luck determined that one — JUST ONE — person had a brain, America’s future would be entirely different.
Oh well.
Brain to think, Spine to stand, Heart to feel, Knees to pray.
That’s a tall order in that town.
“Brain to think, Spine to stand, Heart to feel, Knees to pray.”
And the BALLS to do all of the above.
If anyone did stand up they would be crucified by the other 11.
Well, we have officially reached political trials. And why not? They successfully executed several purely political trials against a US President. What chance does a run-of-the-mill cop stand?
When the “President” of the United States of America publicly declares that there is a “right” verdict, why even bother having a trial?
What could possibly go wrong for any juror who doesn’t think like Biden?
Be weary witches. They be coming
Be wary
Civilizations die from suicide, not by murder.
Arnold J. Toynbee
I have read many of his works. He has a realistic perspective n history that is not often favored or repeated by other academics.
Islam has other ideas on this subject.
Though importing Islam is indeed suicide.
Same with Marxism.
Wow. This sets quite the legal precedent. Kim Potter is now a murderer. Nobody’s going to want to become a police officer anymore.
And to think Disney did that movie about how great it is to be a LEO (Zootopia).
I believe that’s the plan. Both for LE and the Military.
Kim Potter needs to run for it and run for it now.
I always thought that Chauvin needed to run and hide somewhere in a small town under and assumed name and to take his family with him.
Chauvin was a gonner as soon as he was arrested.
The only chance Chauvin ever had to live was to run.
Potter is next.
This will join Lexington and Concord in the pantheon of seminal events in US History. Watch what happens next.
Honestly? Nothing, probably.
Probably not.
It wouldn’t surprise me if they formed a lynch mob and publicly hanged Mr. Chauvin before Friday. The left is that hateful and violent.
Don’t forget the Epstein option: malfunctioning security cameras, all guards suddenly off that wing of the prison…
Yeah but that was just to keep Epstein from talking without anybody being able to prove he was murdered. In this case, they just want blood and they want the whole world to know it..
Wouldn’t be at all surprised.
Indeed. They haven’t been refused anything yet.
This makes me realize just how lucky we were, how lucky George Zimmerman was, when that verdict went the right way. It could EASILY have wound up like this one. Yes, those of us who lived through that know that it wasn’t even close, George was 100% innocent. But does that really matter anymore? Today shows that… no, maybe not.
George was lucky there was no video.
Uh, what? If there had been videos, it would have never gone to trial, George would never have been arrested.
If there had been, it would have shown Trayvon on top of Zimmerman and slamming Zimmerman’s head into a concrete sidewalk. The prosecution hid the pictures taken of Zimmerman in the hospital so the defense counsel had to petition the court. Then he only got black and white copies. He asked again for color copies, which showed Zimmerman’s bloody nose, and blood all over the back of his head.
The cutesy picture of little Trayvon in the hoodie was about five years out of date. He was a high school football player who worked out. One brilliant stroke of Zimmerman’s counsel was to have foam dolls made according to each man’s size and weight so the one eyewitness (who looked out a window into the dark) could explain how the man in the hoodie was on top of the man in the red sweater and the man in the red sweater (ZImmerman) was calling for help.
That was a weird comment by Norm, huh? (I’m hoping it was just sarcasm or something.)
My question is what took George so long, and only one shot.
I think most people in the dark on the ground, would totally let go after the 1st or 2nd thump on the sharp edge of the sidewalk, with all 7-20 shots, depending on magazine capacity.
No maybe about it, jello…
I really kind of expected a guilty verdict especially after threats of violence, but must say that I am still saddened at what I consider a grave miscarriage of Justice.
The guilty on all 3 charges is, well I’m at loss for words as to this outcome.
This does not bode well at all for American justice and/or fair treatment for all.
(Nazi, Stalinist) Peoples’ Court…
How can someone be guilty of 2nd degree AND 3rd degree (murder) AND 2nd Degree (manslaughter)?
WTH?
Yeah, someone is gonna have to explain that one to me.
It’s called appeasement of the mob.
Chauvin’s freedom in exchange for no rioting/looting/killings/beatings…..
He’s a sacrificial lamb.
You’ve got it.
That is why it was a joke.
Pretty sure the lower crimes preclude and exclude the others.
In some states, the jury chooses the most serious count, and the lesser are dropped or considered included in the more serious count. Apparently MN allows individual verdicts. I’d guess the prosecution will go for consecutive, not concurrent, sentences.
Under MN law, when the charges are arranged from most to least serious (as was done here), if a defendant is convicted of the most serious one it is automatic that they are also found guilty of the lesser charges. If he had only been found guilty of murder 3, it would have also included guilt on the manslaughter charge and so on down. Sometimes a case involves a variety of less-related charges, but here all the possibilities were connected to the death while in custody, a single incident.
I should add that sentencing is only for the most serious conviction. During appeals, the lower-level convictions may again become relevant.
If they charged First Degree and Eleventy Degree as well those would be guilty verdicts too.
I would like to thank Maxine Waters for her jury tampering, which makes overturning the verdict on appeal a 100% certainty.
In a sane society, yes. In this society? Won’t even be considered.
“no standing” /s
Who would do the overturning? Where you gonna get a suicidal judge?
Just before the verdict was announced my daughter’s workplace management (all “highly educated professionals”) communicated to all employees that the Chauvin verdict will be announced shortly and we have counselors available for you if you’re having troubles with your emotions.
Kind of like OJ Simpson.
Snowflakes, o much for an internationally competitive economy…
“America worst”
This is what the field of psychology hath wrought on America. It’s a faux science. It is to hard science what astrology is to astromony.
Ugh. “The last stand on earth” is disintegrating before our eyes.
Horrific.
Jurors afraid.
And at best Chauvin didn’t look like he gave a crap about Floyd’s health condition.
How could he have known Floyd had heart problems? Floyd might not have even known.
Simple trickery. Perhaps a view from chauvin’s eyes might of shown a crowd surrounding ( his mind remembering what crowds do to cops) and him focusing on that more than a PCP person.
Despite the bad camera action, I do think that Chauvin screwed the pooch the last 4 minutes, once Floyd was unconscious.
I allow that dirtbag Floyd himself might be the tragic counterfeit victim of his dealer”friend” (pled 5th).
I allow Chauvin that Floyd was HUGE and initially dangerous like a wounded gorilla, higher than a kite on drugs, jive talking, massively resisting arrest, and then, at first might be playing possum.
So Derek…
The rest is racial lynch justice in the best tradition of the KKK and BLM.
Like living in Little Italy and having to be on a jury that convicts the neighborhood don. Ain’t gonna happen.
Hope he doesn’t get Jack Ruby’ed. He knows a lot and can spill some beans. From SD’s original reporting, it seemed to me that there was more to Derek and Floyd’s relationship than first meets the eye.
?
Perhaps now is eh time for him to speak?
Uh , no.
If the Deep State is your boss you keep your trap shut or they eliminate you and your future generations.
That much Chauvin knows, it’s why he plead the fifth.
That would not in Chauvin’s favor – prior motive.
No doubt that would have been a spectacular interrogation point on the stand, if Chauvin had testified.
Retired Magistrate here: I am convinced that the jury did not consider the evidence; it was all on emotion and the threat of what would happen if they returned a not guilty verdict.
My former office was outside of the jury deliberation room; it is an old court house and the walls are not that thick. I was shocked to hear jurors deliberating one day on a personal injury case. The jurors did not even consider the evidence presented to them, all they did was state how sorry they felt for the Plaintiff and that she deserved something for the injury she received. If the jurors had actually considered the evidence they would have ruled for the Defendant.
Yes, Chauvin has excellent grounds for appeal. The question is who will take and pay for the appeal. It was extremely difficult for Chauvin’s current trial attorney to take the case, but he did. However, most trial attorneys do not take the case up on appeal, that is left to an attorney who specializes in appeal work. Most appeal attorneys will not touch this case; they don’t want the negative blowback.
I don’t have much hope that this time next year Chauvin will still be alive. This is what fear and corruption have done to the justice system. If you are a liberal the justice system will work in your favor; a conservative not so much.
Spot on and a solid reality check.
No appelate lawyer is going to touch this case. The mob is now out for revenge and they will destroy anyone that comes within 10 yards of it. Chauvin is a a dead man walking.
The police benevolent association was paying the the defense (may be part of police benefits package), but I don’t know if it will cover appeals up through Minnesota courts, and then on over to the feds.
Gofundme would never allow fundraising, and any other site would be hacked, and people doxxed, like the poor man in Utah who gave Kyle Rittenhouse’s fund $10.00.
Marcia: We are largely past the point in America’s history when the typical jury weighed evidence against the rule of law.
Integrity, courage and decency has pretty much vanished in this country. Fear is now the compass by which too many gauge their decisions on. There have always been cowards but the difference today is there is no shame associated with it. IMO all the injustices we’re constantly witnessing is a result of mankind turning away from God which flung the doors wide open for Satan to deceive unguarded hearts & minds.
I was in college for a Criminal Justice degree. The farther I got the ‘more sick’ I got.
Did not finish that degree, needless to say.
I ‘am’ a Conservative !!!
Does this mean that there will be no more riots or reparation’s from the local businesses for the entitlement minded? Will the autonomous zone be dismantled as the birds sing, the sun shines, and the unicorns reveal themselves?
HA.
Did anyone honestly think it would be any different? Those jurors were NEVER going to even consider finding Chauvin anything BUT guilty.
Either way, the bloodthirsty savages have their excuse to loot, pillage, riot and commit mayhem.
Just another day in the New Woke US of A.
It’s no long US of A. It’s DS of A. (Divided)
We won’t be lucky enough to get this show trial. Shortly, they’ll just shoot us in the street. Well that’s actually already happening.
Judge Dredd
I wonder if the Biden administration got personally involved to ensure a guilty verdict. I don’t they think they wanted widespread riots and and looting right now. It’s not the opportune time.
You mean the Obama-Biden administration.
Yes it’s pretty pathetic they didn’t push an innocent verdict and get those massive riots to intimidate the country more.
Something is fishy
Was chauvin pre Biden? And another insurance policy if pdjt pulled off some miracle.
Don’t jaywalk.
This country is in a downward spiral…Its sickening to me..Mob rules now
From afar, I am seeing the once great USA becoming ungovernable.
The rulers will rule by force and media driven propaganda.
That’s the damn plan. To call for international assistance. ?
Sorry. Not at you, at the blue flu. Ugh.
Why have courts at all? We’ll let Mad Max Waters decide everything. Think of the money that can be saved and reallocated to where it’s needed most – importing the world’s most destitute and ignorant illegal immigrants!
One down, two to go: Kim Potter’s trial and, I’m sure, a trial for the LEO who shot the 13yr old punk.
You could drive a Mack truck through the irregularities in this case. First of all, the negative press, including Amy Coney Barrett (shame on her) for relating how she and her daughter cried as they watched the video (this is a newly minted Supreme Court justice who is supposed to be neutral). Then there is Maxine Waters (why is she not arrested for inciting riots), encouraging violence if the “right verdict ” is not delivered…and let’s not forget the Commander in Chief (God help us) also putting his thumb on the scale by saying he hoped the jury came up with “the right verdict” (in the military we called this command influence, and not in a nice way). From the beginning the deck was stacked by denying the defendant a change in forum from what was obviously a biased jurisdiction. So, will the appeals court do the right thing…not sure, this is uncharted territory as due process seems to have been thrown out the window. Fingers crossed, though, that there is some sanity left.
The cops in blue states will move to red states. When I was in Sioux Falls recently, there was a news item on TV about eight new police officers for the city. Four were from out-of-state, including one from Minnesota, and one from California.
We don’t want them.
Agree. My experience has been that blue city Police are antagonistic to the 2d Amendment.
The Sheriff Department’s are far more likely to be Pro 2d Amendment.
My opinion. YMMV
No surprise here. The Republic as many of us have said is circling the drain. The deterioration will continue until the people have had enough. We aren’t there yet.
WHEN will it be enough? Any time soon?

The jury in the Chauvin case had made up their minds before deliberation.
#WarRoom #DerekChauvin #ChauvinTrial #ChauvinVerdict
I hear John Durham is holed up with Jeff Sessions judge.
Have the peaceful riots begun yet? How many policemen have been peacefully murdered? Seriously they’ve had something like 20 minutes to get them started and half a city block to peacefully burn down.
If you followed how the shysters selected the jury the guilty was already in the bag.
It is open season on Caucasians and Christians. This train has been on the track for sometime. Many dismissed the prospects of this day arriving. Well, here we are. It’s a damn disgrace

➡️ Boris Epshteyn:
The (Chauvin) jury pool was poisoned, intimidated, and scared after major media outlets published their biographies (sans names, but easy to find).
May the blue cities burn to the ground.
I was a bit surprised to hear that Derek Chauvin was willing to plead guilty to third degree murder in the beginning, but Bill Barr said no per Fox News.
This was a state trial. How did Barr butt in? Or did he just throw his weight around?
Where does Bill Barr live? Northern VA?
Nope, Chevy Chase, MD
I heard Chauvin was willing to plead guilty if not also charged Federally. That is where Bill Barr might come in.
Cue the celebriturds, who are paraded out on socialist media hash tagging blm tripe.
You want to know what will be the results of this in the blue cities. National Guard will be replacing the police. Military can’t be held accountable. The commander tells you when to shoot, you shoot and the commander has political backing.
Oh and you don’t have to pay the national guard as much.
I’d rather take a chance as a policeman than a military person in Obama’s politicized military. We’ve already seen them railroad soldiers with “crimes” during their wartime deployments.
The local newspaper, Star Tribune, published the bio’s of each juror. No names, but what possibly could be the purpose of doing that, but to help identify each.
Strib is very, very lefty.

:-I … My surprised look, Anyone who didnt see the guilty verdict coming, lives under a rock. They had no choice, it’s either find him guilty and everyone gets a little air, Or Not guilty and the zoo cage doors open and the animals get unleashed.. Next up, further pandering and sucking up with a stiff sentence. then the animals settle back in to their self destruction mode, while quietly an appeal is filed, reducing sentencing and possibly throwing out a conviction or two or three…As a UPS driver I’m familiur with this tactic, You throw the dogs a bone the opposite way you are going… while they are busy chewing on it, you make your drop and back in the truck before they know what happened.
Still think we can win with the way things were done AFTER the Constitution was ratified or shall we look at winning the way things were done after the signing of the Declaration of Independence?
The Minnesota Star tribune published full bios of the 12 jurors. They waved their online viewing fee, so all could see. They didn’t include their names, but included places of employment, neighborhoods they live in, etc.
XIDEN’S America. No rules. No justice. No laws.
This should be illegal, but it’s not.
That is horrible. Is that even legal?
They’re going to kill that poor guy in jail….just wait and see.
“Eight Minnesota jail guards filed a lawsuit Tuesday alleging racial discrimination after they were barred from working on the floor where a former police officer charged in George Floyd’s death was being held.
The eight guards, who identify as African American, Hispanic, Pacific Islander American and multiracial, say they were segregated and prevented from doing their jobs at the Ramsey County jail solely because of the color of their skin. They say their supervisor believed they could not be trusted to professionally perform their duties around Derek Chauvin, the white Minneapolis officer who pressed his knee on the neck of Floyd, a handcuffed Black man who was pleading for air.
Floyd’s death on May 25 sparked protests in Minneapolis and beyond, and led to a nationwide reckoning on race. Chauvin was arrested May 29 and brought to the Ramsey County Adult Detention Center, before he was transferred to a state prison. He is now out on bail and scheduled to go to trial in March on charges of second-degree murder and manslaughter.
“Segregation has no place in society or the workplace and on May 29, 2020, eight Ramsey County correctional officers experienced blatant discrimination based on their race and skin color,” said Lucas Kaster, an attorney for the guards. “Ramsey County’s segregation order caused immediate and lasting harm to the correctional officers and the jail environment.”
“The guards allege Ramsey County violated the Minnesota Human Rights Act by discriminating against them because of their race, and by creating a hostile work environment. The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages, including damages arising from loss of past and future income and benefits and damages for mental anguish and suffering. Some of the guards went on leave and missed pay due to the discrimination, and one no longer works as a guard, the lawsuit says.
Ramsey County spokesman John Siqveland said in a statement Tuesday that the county board and sheriff had participated in voluntary mediation with the officers starting in July in an attempt to resolve their claims, but they were unable to reach a settlement. He had no comment on the lawsuit, citing the active litigation.”
