According to numerous media reports the Minnesota jury has reached a verdict in the trial of former police officer Derek Chauvin. Fourteen days of trial and approximately 9 hours of jury deliberation (last night and this morning). The verdict will be announced momentarily….
UPDATE: 5:06pm ET…. GUILTY ON ALL COUNTS
.
Those who follow politics closely know there’s very little chance of a not guilty verdict. Too many political operatives and big interests at stake.
He’s gonna have a hard time in the slammer and will need eyes in the back of his head.
He’ll be in solitary the whole time for his own safety simply because he’s a former cop. But he does have to worry about the guards…
I hope you are right about solitary. And you’re right about the guards
Solitary will be a tough road. But me thinks they will Epstein him.
Solitary as appeals work their way through? How long can that take?
Most guard in any prison are straight out of the hood and you can bet they are the same type who “Watched “ Epstein while their bank account was filled
I disagree with your assessment. In my state and many other states the prisons are in rural mostly-white small towns and the guards are conservatives. They have to deal with the “diverse” inmates from the big cities.
If the police union does not protect him, then……
Color me clueless…why would the guards be a threat to him? They surely have been following this.
Surely you don’t believe racialists leave their animosities as the front gate?
Do you trust anything in this society anymore
Nor really…
Color me clueless
—-
The inmates run the day to day life in prison. That means the black gangs, Hispanic gangs, and white gangs. Correction officers (guards) are nearly 100% dependent on prisoners not attacking them throughout the day. In this case the black gangs will covertly – or overtly – threaten the CO’s – or their families – for access to Chauvin. Even in prison leaders of the big gangs can have things happen to the CO’s families.
Most of the time the CO’s will ensure the prisoner’s (Cahuvin) safety. But not all the times. Black guards or dirty guards of any color can always happen to be someplace else at the right time….
Remember gangster Whitey Bulger was killed right after he was transferred to Hazelton Pen.
It might have been true decades ago that the inmates ran the prisons. It’s not the case any more.
Your reply left me sick to my stomach…I guess i am clueless?
Have you read about the attacks on arrested Trump supporters by Washington DC guards? Very ugly racist situation.
Check out what the guards have done to patriots arrested following January 6 rally at the Capitol. DC guards caused concussion and loss of sight in one eye of one patriot.
I read that…WTH?
Ever hear of Jeffrey Epstein?
One thing that struck me…When the first video was released, the world was horrified. The thing that struck me was that Chauvin’s face did not look like the face of someone who was intent on murder. He knew he was being filmed. He looked right into the camera, he didn’t demand that the person filming stop. He looked calm.
Look at what the Bolsheviks did to the sitting President of the United States for three years! The 17 Angry Democrats came within inches of indicting President Trump for a crime that never even happened. What did you think they would do with a high school educated cop from a blue collar neighborhood in Minneapolis? That Dr. Toobin lied his butt-off on the stand for hours and the judge damn well knew it. Simpleton jurors bought his lies Hook, Line and Sinker. Any White Christian American that still lives in a Democrat controlled ghetto city is out of their mind!
Any white, American or visiting European, Christian, Jewish, or non-believer. Asians too.
I gave up on the jury system after the OJ Simpson trial.
I did as well.
oh white man NO chance,
How can he be guilty of 2nd degree murder, 3rd degree murder and manslaughter?
This is a dark day for this country. The mob controls every aspect of this country.
That is odd. In some states, the jury chooses one of the charges, in part because the elements of each offense differ. It is possible that Nelson could argue on appeal that guilty verdicts in all are logically inconsistent – how could he be guilty of both murder and manslaughter?
IMO and I’m a layman; he could only be guilty of both murder and manslaughter if there were multiple victims. It would seem that even if manslaughter is a subset of murder, being convicted of both is double jeopardy for the same act.
invisible mikey explained this
minnesotas system is a cascade domino guilty method,
if guilty of 3, then u ar guilty of 2 and 1 automatically. its just sounds worse to say it all together
But is he then sentenced for all three?
just the harshest one.
and if he appeals – the others can be used later (alinsky MN)
when is MN gov race up? Frank can end this shit
Is he also guilty of jaywalking and returning a book late to the local library?
in MN yes
I swing between feelings of rage and hopelessness for what the left have turned this once great nation into. The age of conscientiousness, reason and common sense has been relentlessly broken down. This farce of a verdict is exemplary. There used to be self-corrective mechanisms in place, social norms, decency, ethical standards and ultimately a legal system that worked, but no longer. It’s exasperating to watch daily how these infantile, abnormal and hateful people dictate terms to the rest of us. Toxic Progressivism with all it’s hypocrisy and intolerance is in full bloom. It’s frustrating to see the talking heads and politicians excusing or throwing cover and bewildering that corporations and sports teams, that made their money off the former paradigm, throwing their weight behind this post-modern crap and the institutions teaching victimology and their twisted views of history creating a whole generation of these mal-informed, fascist morons and bullies.
I just retired a little early because I couldn’t take the increasing Woke-ism permeating and infecting my workplace and even polluting my (former) friends. I never imagined this malignancy reaching the levels it has. Will riots come to my Red state? What a mess. I’m gonna go fishing tomorrow and not know anything for day.
You can bet the riots will come to red states and the suburbs. Just wait til they start the AFFH on steroids w the infrastructure bill. Michael Savage is absolutely right about this. There’s a food recap of his comments in Breitbart.
Do you really believe these fools will walk into Red States and subdue them? i mean, seriously, do you?
How come they havent acted up there yet? Why havent they looted in say, Florida?
You know why. Just stop it…geez….
They have in Kentucky, Texas and Ohio already. I think Tennessee (Nashville). They tried in Idaho last summer but were promptly forced out of town by patriots.
Yeah, in Demrat run City’s. They didnt leave them to try it. Right? right….
In Nashville it did not go well for them. Good people identified the rabble rousers. The crowd could not be whipped up/turned by the placed instigators.
Im with you.
Lately the whataboutism on this board is over the top.
Some days I have to check to make sure I wasn’t on the chans by mistake.
Bolsheviks. Say it. “Bolshevik communism didn’t die—it moved to the West.”
And it has been less than 100 days. As President Trump said last night….They are trying to destroy America.
“ I’m gonna go fishing tomorrow and not know anything for day.”
Interestingly, that is exactly the same course of action pursued by Simon Peter. The Lord had to gently remind him of his true calling.
Take a break but don’t forget that others are counting on you to hold the line no matter how discouraging things may seem.
It’s interesting that from the time he had his knee on Floyd’s shoulder, all the way until the guilty verdict, that David Chauvin has remained expressionless.
Maybe he’s a cyborg.
hi Agent. I need you at block such and such, we are doping out the worker on __ street. he is over. go lean on him as the drugs take over. we will film it to kick the narrative. Once courts start we will walk you back in thr prison, once its over we will walk you out the back
good job Agent.
Maybe George Webb is right and Chauvin is what he is portrayed at being. Maybe he’s just playing his part. Idk. I found it odd too.
Perhaps Chauvin was disgusted after Floyd told him he had administered drugs by rectum..Chauvin was waiting to see if Floyd was going to go off the wall and need 5 men to control him.
Expressionless is not emotionlessness. He knew from the beginning that he had no chance in light of the current socialist run justice system. He was guilty before he walked through the courthouse door.
I’ve noticed that too. I wonder..
I think the counterfeiting and drugs Floyd was involved with were part of why the mob was activated. There’s something there that they want to distract people from.
I know this sounds weird, but I don’t think the guy on the neck was Chauvin. I think it was that cab driver that has a TV program.

LATHER, RINSE, REPEAT…
God forgive me, please, but I find it harder every day to be a good Christian living in this country — the same one I served and was willing to die for.
Come quickly, dear Lord.
Ecclesiastes 3:1 – 8
1 every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
2 A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
3 A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;
4 A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;
5 A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;
6 A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;
7 A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
8 A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.
GOP get off your collective rear ends and make race baiting illegal. Watching the professional race baiters tear this country apart makes me wonder why ANYONE would listen to these scum bags. This had zero to do with race.
The GOP (ok, the RINOs) are probably thrilled or relived that they do not have to defend a not guilty verdict. Chauvin is a sacrificial lamb for them, too. “What systemic racism? The system worked. Look at the Chauvin verdict.”
You are correct. That is why they rolled out W today to tell Hoda how we have a fair judicial system and there is an appeals process.
As soon as I saw that I knew for sure the fix was in. He and Biden made opposing statements. UNIPARTY working together and playing us all for fools.
If you are waiting for the feckless GOP to do anything you are on a fool’s errand. There is no Republican Party – we have a globalist uniparty that has sold us out.
Bingo! People better start waking up, as this is just the beginning!
It is NEVER going to end!

of course not.. its VERY EASY to push you in front of a bus, and say a car hit you.
More and more shootings to try to justify gun control.. The concerned aunt vibe does not ring true. Why was the girl in foster care? Why could the aunt not take her in?
Police BAD, my niece was innocent and I want a big payout, like George Floyd’s family received, 27 million $.
https://www.dispatch.com/story/news/crime/2021/04/20/one-person-killed-officer-involved-shooting-east-side/7309088002/
from the article,
“Police received a 911 call at 4:35 p.m. about an attempted stabbing on the 3100 block of Legion Lane, which is located north of Chatterton Road. The caller reported a female was trying to stab them, then the caller hung up….
Hazel Bryant told The Dispatch that she is the aunt of the 15-year-old girl who was shot. The girl lived in a foster home there on Legion Lane and got into an altercation with someone else at the home, she said.
Bryant said her niece had a knife, but maintained that the girl dropped the knife before she was shot multiple times by a police officer.”
Harris/ Biden on tv with their statement.
I don’t give a hoot what those 2 have to say! Does anyone else feel the same?
What I have thought about all day is the retired Policeman who went to save his friend’s pawn shop and these rioters shot and killed him……never mention that do they. Never. He was black too. I will never forget that and I remember what his widow said on Trump’s evening. That was so very sad. See, they don’t really care about any of the justice. they just want to riot and rob stores.
I’m sorry Ann, i forgot to answer your question. NO I DO NOT GIVE ONE HOOT ABOUT THOSE TERRORISTS WHO CLAIM TO BE IN POWER IN OUR WHITE HOUSE> NOT ONE HOOT.
David Dorn. Say his name.
something I pray you all try to remember – this happened in MN… MN not your state, or the next state, or the next, or the next or the next or the next ETC!
it AINT EVERYWHERE. it isn’t everywhere! NOT EVERYWHERE.
If you think this is just MN you are mistaken. Anyplace that has elected Soros funded DAs can expect the same. That means every big city in Texas.
Who are the DAs where you live? That’s how you know is this is headed your way.
its pregame strategy. at the coin flip get you thinking the whole game will be about how you feel at the coin flip.
MN is a weak state. good people that will make it a strong state. but its not very agressive. Sack an aggressive state.
Except that I live in Los Angeles, and there is a BLM riot forming in front of the mayor’s house just blocks away. Helicopters are circling overhead.
I wonder if they’ll loot The Grove or Beverly Hills tonight?
keep your head down, and wait for the end of the war. im assuming – there will be an underground railroad for this one also.
Did anyone really expect anything different??? First off, the trial should have never been held in Hennepin county. A change in venue was a must in this case. Next, mad maxine, Alzheimer joe, etc. mouthing off. This is mistrial material. FInally (maybe), the star trib doxxed some of the juror’s information, except names and addresses, but enough information so anybody with an 8th grade education could figure out who they were. It’s mob rule folks, get used to it. Justice in this country is dead. I maybe could have bought into the 2nd degree manslaughter charge, but not the other 2. Jurors feared for their property, lives of them and families. I would bet there will be an appeal, if chauvin’s attorney has the courage.
Especially after the judge told him that Maxine had probably handed them a issue for appeal.
He should appeal! I would most certainly bet on it that he will. There is no way if of course we are to consider how the law should work that he is guilty of premeditated murder. Guilty on all charges means Chauvin meets the threshold beyond a reasonable doubt that he is guilty of 1st degree or 2nd degree murder? Give me a freaking break! If they found him guilty of manslaughter that might have been easier to accept and to some degree it would have some modicum of resemblance that the system still works, but this verdict is a travesty of justice and its a joke! The judge in this case when commenting on Waters obscene comments days prior who preached about upholding the constitution will have to consider to if he is going to walk the walk. This is totally unacceptable!
Don’t forget the 27 MILLION dollar settlement the City paid to the family and announced to the world before/during jury selection.
“ I maybe could have bought into the 2nd degree manslaughter charge.”
Never yield on even one point. You can be certain the enemy won’t.
Soon we will see the day when the police just turn and walk away from anyone who is a minority troublemaker. It’s coming.
That’s what this show was for. A warning to decent police officers so crime can grow out of control. The plan is to replace our traditional police with God knows what.
replacement with federal police ala storm troopers
Likely using UN and NATO forces. Harry the Greek has been writing about this for some time at brassballsblog That will free states of pensions they can’t pay and allow all manner of ratline shenanigans to occur without any fear of actual police work getting done.
I didn’t know why there was such a push to declare 1/6 CapRiot as an insurrection but I now know that triggered emergency powers for the feds and Article 5 allows for MAVNI troops to activate. That is what I think we may be looking at.
They can use claims of systemic racism to trigger human rights claims and bring in the UN. I’d guess that’s why Biden used that phrase today.
There was a time this would have sounded crazy to me but after what we saw w Trump and on 1/6 I think this is the least crazy thing we are going to see. We are in for a very bumpy ride.
Well one hopes not because the UN troops are pretty much all child rapists. Where they go massive child rape follows.
And.. Obama Administration introduced Strong Cities Initiative at UN which allows assistance from other countries in the designated first cities. Atlanta one of first, several more on line or in line. This program signed into law in USA in 2011 by Obama allows cities to bring in foreign police forces under UN control. Our Congress funded this which is supposedly to fight ‘Extremism’. Now do you get the picture? White Supremacist Nationalist Old White Men Extremists must go! The UN has UNICEF giving aid to poor children traveling up to our Southern border right now, as well, I understand.
That’s just one part of their reparations solution. The other part comes when you are required by law to hand over on the spot your cash and valuables to whomever on the street demands it. Only then will we approach true “equity.’ /s
Making access to “waking around money” available to all.
As All Capone observed, one can accomplish more with a kind word and a gun, than with a kind word alone.
I think they will come for white people’s homes and land just like Zimbabwe and South Africa.
They should. Any white cop not working in a basically all white town/patrol route, etc. should be looking for a new job or just parking their car all day. Any one of them could end up in prison for the rest of their lives if a call goes wrong.
That is what happens in Chicago.
Why do people vote for Democrats the party of death and Destruction
Free stuff. And not just the free stuff they get from looting. Welfare, section housing vouchers, foodstamps, medicaid, Obamaphones, etc.
Or public sector jobs from which it is almost impossible to be fired. Public sector unions ensure that, along with fat benefits packages and retirement after 20 years with defined pensions.
Dominion voting / counting machines
That, too. And don’t forget the dead vote Democrat.
beat the shit out of them it stop.
kyle scared the hell out of them… the DOJ had to remind the blackshirts its safe again to come out and play.
Some work for a living, some vote for a living.
Why do people vote for Republicans the party of can’t do a damn thing?
I am reading through the comments and agree with what 99% of you are saying about everything. Except. I do NOT agree that Chauvin was completely innocent. He should have known better than to keep his knee on the neck of a dead man for over 3 minutes. He should have known better than to continue the technique in front of a crowd while being filmed. He should have known better that the entire world was going to see this. He did not act in a way that helps his fellow police officers. Sure, in the beginning yes. But the situation changed drastically once Floyd was on the ground and was no longer moving. He allowed himself to become the epitomy of what the left calls bad cops.
Do I think he wanted to kill Floyd? No. But should he have known better that this would not end well. Other officers and everyone there was telling him what he didn’t care to hear. Everyone saw what was clear on the tape, which was that George Floyd literally died in front of all those people.
No. I think 2nd degree was too high. There is no intent to kill. This may be reckless or negligent but 2nd degree? No.
That said I do feel bad for him. But you also have to remember that many of his colleagues did sit on that stand and testify against him. That hurt.
I expected this trial to prove him innocent but it didn’t in my eyes. And I don’t believe everyone is in cahoots to go up and sacrifice a mans life.
So I am feeling weird because even though I feel less than complete disagreement with the verdict, I do feel we have crossed the threshold. I don’t know if we can go back.
A big part of me blamed Chauvin for this. And he doesn’t earn my allegiance any more than Floyd deserved the absolute beatification he has gotten either.
All I know is that what happened that day started a whirlwind that ultimately ended with a new administration and a huge black eye for cops and law and order America.
So forgive me for not crying for Chauvin. He doesn’t deserve to spend the rest of his life in prison but he isn’t my hero either.
He had 9 and a half minutes to realize the situation he was in and consider many other alternatives. He didn’t. In my opinion, because he was arrogant. Just my opinion.
Anyway, my heart goes out to all our great police and to any and all citizens that may be in any danger tonight.
Didn’t you listen to the evidence? When viewed from a different camera angle, his knee was on George Floyd’s shoulder. The tape everyone saw was taken by someone on the street and was never complete.
I saw it. The issue I have is the same as MzMaryMac. He should have released his hold sooner. 9 minutes is a long time, Floyd stopped moving, Chauvin should have released. EMT attention should have happened. It was weird how Chauvin acted then and since. A different charge but definitely some guilt on Chauvin’s part, imo.
What has evolved from this incident is truly going to and has affected all of us and going forward it may have opened a Pandora’s box we will have trouble ever closing.
millions of times – cops have leaned on an OD’d person that was resisting. thats why They knew to re-enact- or create – or set up the possibility of it occurring – ….
its STANDARD PROCEDURE.
1 ) Biden you FCKED up saying “you aint black if you dont vote for me”
2) what do i do?
3) listen to us idiot – we will turn a normal scene into a video production making women’s knees shake as they see a poor man die
4) simply take a normal overdosed perp situation – and aggitate it with video cam.
5) OD the perp – tell him the cops are going to kill him – let the rest work naturally
6) crowd the cops so they cant get him up, have the perp fighting to get in the car (so they have to lay him down and lean on him
7) change you mind without you even knowing it. trusting ducks
I agree that Chauvin was guilty of poor judgement. Maybe the manslaughter charge, but Murder 2 and 3. No. In my humble opinion.
If Floyd had not taken three times the lethal dose of fentanyl it’s practically a certainty he would be alive today.
you got raped by the video. you were molested by the image. you were violated with deception.
crowds surrounding the police doenst end up with them getting up and petting off a perp.
—-
don’t worry, THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT DECEPTION – so don’t feel bad your mind was controlled by them.
Our cops carry Narcan.
If you ever go on trial and have people like yourself deciding your fate, God help you.
“People like myself?” Um….OK….I’ll take rational people who look at a case with objective eyes. Personally, I would have released the hold about 5 minutes prior. But that’s just me. That said, I feel we are all being taken for a ride. Chauvin isn’t and shouldn’t be our patron saint any more than Floyd deserves it from the left. We are both given very poor symbols to represent our “sides.”
There are a lot of other cops that were far more innocent that Chauvin and they got creamed in the press and in the courtroom. Thank God Darrin Wilson had his life ruined for literally doing his job. Chauvin was doing his job as well. But here we are, both sides with the symbol they are choosing to represent their cause serving neither side well.
Like I said, I agree with 99% of everything I’ve read here. Our “leaders” have acted dreadfully. They have no business putting their nose into this. I do believe the mob rule played a part in the verdict – how could it not? There will likely be grounds for appeal. But I have to believe in my heart of hearts that if that jury didn’t think he was guilty there wouldn’t be one single soul that might just fight it out for the sake of fairness? No. They all voted and voted guilty on all counts.
Yes. I think emotion flooded them and they went for the throat. (No pun intended.) They wanted to make him pay. Was it a just verdict? I don’t know. I think it is way too harsh. I think it should be manslaughter. I don’t think Chauvin meant to kill him. But you have to admit you are in a terrible situation if the guy you are holding down while everyone (including your fellow officers) are begging you to stop and then the guy ends up dead. 9 and a half minutes. Over 3 where there was no movement by a man lying prone and handcuffed.
And let’s not even talk about the woman thinking her gun was a taser. Or the woman walking into the wrong apartment and killing an innocent man. Do I think they were racist or evil? No. Do I get what happened and feel bad for them making such a horrible mistake? But cops and the rule of law are in a life & death struggle with powerful forces wanting to take us down. Do better!
Because of cops who make unwise decision (please don’t tell me mistaking a gun for a taser is wise) put innocent cops in jeopardy, like the poor cop who shot the 13 year old in Chicago. Totally good shot, yet they are marching and demanding his head on a platter too.
I get the concern. I hate that cops are being prosecuted over claims of racism when none are shown to exist. (If I recall, not one shred of evidence of racism was presented in this trial.) I hate that cops are judged by the press and the mob and Monday morning quarterbacks. I hate that they are put in prison for making mistakes on their jobs when the rest of us might just get fired from ours. I do believe cops deserve qualified immunity and that they should all be given the benefit of the doubt. I gave that to Chauvin. And I refuse to let him be the hill I die on.
“Personally, I would have released the hold about 5 minutes prior.”
Isn’t this similar to the facile observation made by the novice firefighter Genevieve Hansen?
Unless you have been in a life-and-death struggle, you have little or no insight as to how you would act.
I acknowledged that in my post.
You have no clue what “you” would do in a similar situation.
I acknowledged that in my post.
She *will* go on trial: “For with the manner ye judge ye also shall be judged.”
If I ever get an all-female jury, I am sure to hang. They delight in lording it over men, contrary to the prohibition laid down by the Apostle Paul.
Oh do I ever agree with you. Lack of critical thinking skills seems to be an epidemic.
He had a 6ft 5inch 300 pound bouncer/felon drugged out of his mind and resisting arrest.
Yes and many people seem to conveniently forget that fact.
Well yes. Until he was dead for 3 and a half minutes, so there is that. I’m sorry. I refuse to allow Chauvin to be my patron saint. That said, I agree with 99% of everything said here. It is scary how they are using these things to tear us all down. Somehow they have this power now-the White House, Congress, soon SCOTUS. They have the media, big tech, Hollywood and all the corruption that goes along with it. They bully and threaten in every and any way possible. So yes, I agree with everything and I do have an analytical mind, yet from my analysis, Chauvin has some culpability. Perhaps there is a rationale for throwing your support 100% behind every major political situation on the side of the police. To me, that is the same mentality that creates heroes out of thugs like Floyd.
I guess I do have one question that I do not know the answer to at this point. Was there at any time any work done behind the scenes for a plea deal of any kind? It seems to me that Chauvin’s team bet wrong on this. This case did not take place in a vacuum, so all of that political turmoil should have been taken into account going in. Was he even offered a plea deal that may have had him removed from the force, had some kind of lighter sentence, etc…or did the prosecution just want blood? I am only asking because I do not know the answer and hoping someone here does. TIA.
i could be mistaken but pretty sure i read that the criminal died in the hospital, not under Chauvin’s knee.
His knee was on the shoulder, not the neck.
“…law and order is dead, and the Constitutional right to due process has been shredded beyond recognition…”
“…the mob is incited to tamper with juries and judges by the press arm of the Global American Empire, with the full weight and backing of the ruling class governing establishment of the Global American Empire.”
Revolver News https://www.revolver.news/2021/04/derek-chauvin-guilty-all-three-counts-mob-rule/
Excellent article that really lays it all out about the trial and with where things are headed regarding law and order in this country –
I did not know that Minneapolis lost 25% of their police force this past year. Can you imagine how many more will leave after this?
start their own gang. be what these thugs call you, be what they blame you for.
I hope every last one of them. Let it burn.
I hope they all leave.
The cops in these blue cities should just walk away.
But they wont
This is why we are losing this battle. GOP are spineless and are in lock step with destroying this country. Cruz and Paul were the only two that voted no. Where are all the RINO’s who are outraged at the democrats destroying this country. I get 15 fundraising emails every day from them.
Yeah, GOP are what they always have been and just a different shade of political from the Dems. That’s why many of us called for a new party, void of any of the current rinos. MAGA voters ready to go and good solid conservative candidates in the pipeline. All washed away because the GOP was going to be reformed from within. Right. Working well now isn’t it.
Wasn’t Monaco involved someway in Russia, Russia ?
Was Lisa Monaco one of Christine Blasey Ford’s “beach friends”?
GOP is a rotten corpse. Stay away from it.
Dementia Joe is now pushing the “George Floyd Justice in Policing Act,” which effectively puts every police, sheriff or highway patrol department under federal control:
Under the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act, for the first time ever federal law would: 1) ban chokeholds; 2) end racial and religious profiling; 3) eliminate qualified immunity for law enforcement; 4) establish national standard for the operation of police departments; 5) mandate data collection on police encounters; 6) reprogram existing funds to invest in transformative community-based policing programs; and 7) streamline federal law to prosecute excessive force and establish independent prosecutors for police investigations.
The House has already passed it.
If he was really concerned about justice for George Floyd he would do the opposite of everything he is currently doing about the cartel/gang and human trafficking activity at the border.
The longer this Administration facilitates drug trafficking, the more George Floyds there will be.
True, but the only “justice” Biden cares about now (to the extent he has any mental capacity to care)is that defined by his puppet master, Obama.
These two items put police forces directly under the control and over site of an expanded DoJ and leaves ALL the other paramilitary forces within each of the Agencies of the US Government Executive Branch intact.
4) establish national standard for the operation of police departments;
5) mandate data collection on police encounters
All that remains to be done is the consolidation of the C4I (Command Control Communications COMPUTERS and INTEL) under the Offcie of Homeland Security.
This would also consolidate training and SCREENING OF APPLICANTS for polcie forces nation wide.
Police Departments typically employ those who live within the local community. Officers are known by others, have friends & acquaintances among those whom they ‘police’. A Major Goal of those who would control a populace is to ensure enforcers have no qualms when following edicts which will become more & more harsh. So, there must be no emotional attachment of controlling forces to those Deplorables in the society now under their boots. Outsiders, Foreigners fit the bill.
My heart breaks for Derek. He is an innocent HUMAN SACRIFICE to the Demonic Left.
PRAY for him, friends. Him and his family.
His future is held by the Left.
The same mentality that shot the Romanov children and threw their bodies down a well.
I’m certain Chauvin did not intend to kill Floyd. Involuntary Manslaughter at most. Floyd was drugged up and had heart problems. I’m not convinced a healthy person would have had the same outcome. This all began with Floyd committing a crime. End of story.
As much as they tried to imply asphyxiation by Chauvin, the coroner said he died of a heart attack – drugs and bad health habits killed him, not Chauvin.
ASk the right questions. WHO COCKTAILED Floyd, and FOR WHAT PURPOSE? why is China laundering involved.
Any healthy person that inserted that much fentanyl up their rectum would have died.
Was there ever any investigation/information or testimony given from the Secret Service since a counterfeit $20 bill started this particular fiasco. Or was that rabbit hole, like SD stated, far too deep?
China outted an FBI Front house (pretending to be a thug to intrap or investigate)…
China not only schooled the FBI, they also generated a White on BLACK scene by dosing Floyd so heavy he would die and TIPPING off the cops to come. Chauvin being there would lead back to him and floyd working together ( a big FU from CHINA to the FBI).
Interesting. Do you have anything to back it up? Sincerely.
The jury chose life….for themselves and their families.

If you haven’t seen it Dershowitz’s take on the verdict. He feels that it will be overturned, like by the Supreme Court.
Chauvin has to go through the state court system first before he can go to federal court on a habeas corpus petition. Estimate 18 months per appeal.
But I agree with him. Pre-trial publicity (including the governor declaring him guilty), no change of venue, no sequestering, errors in trial rulings, denial of mistrial motions, etc. One or more should be enough for a reversible error ruling and a new trial from SCOTUS.
keeps race fresh on the news. PERFECT GAMEING OUT of them
Is anyone on this forum willing to place a bet on the willingness of the USSC to uphold the rule of law after the stolen election fiasco?
Not as long as Barrett, Roberts, and Kavanaugh are joined at the hip with the other leftist on the court.
The lefists are usually pro-defendant in criminal cases. The racial dimensions will make it quite challenging to predict.
By the way, SCOTUS is coming down with opinions from this term on Thursday at 10 am Eastern.
Barrett just took her first payment 2 million for a book. She’s bought and paid for.
Except we have a very cowardly Supreme Court.
I don’t think they’re cowards. They are compromise.
Spelling is the only difference there!
Good thing the Supreme Court justices are all immune to threats and intimidation.
And blackmail too.
The current SC? The cowardly SC? The SC that goes with the flow of political winds? That SC? Doubtful.
I expected this and yet I find it very disturbing. There is more justice in America despite video evidence or coroner and toxicology reports.
I find myself suspecting George Webb is right and that there’s much more to this regarding Chauvin and Floyd and Floyd’s time in Houston/Port Arthur, the counterfeit money tying back to a club that was previously investigated by feds and the porn operation and that is why Biden was so desperate for a guilty verdict bc it isn’t that Biden was afraid of rioting. We will have that anyway.
Pray for the police awaiting trial in Atlanta. This has to be very discouraging for them and their families.
and u are suspecting Ft. Dertick thennn
Makes no sense. The verdict should be attacked as repugnant. Presumably that motion is already in the works.
As BS as the verdict was-now that the left wing mob/blm got their way-I’m waiting for the mayors/governors/ democrats to announce going forward:
ALL LOOTERS AND RIOTERS WILL BE SHOT ON SIGHT!
By who? The Scandahoovians that let this state get to this point? Riiiiight.
The biggest problem I see is that nice people judge others through their own morals and value system.
These dirt bags do not have nice values. They do not care about nice. They view nice as weak and behave accordingly.
Nice is prey.
Barack says “not enough”:
«Today, a jury did the right thing. But true justice requires much more. Michelle and I send our prayers to the Floyd family, and we stand with all those who are committed to guaranteeing every American the full measure of justice that George and so many others have been denied.»
Here’s their statement ?

Obama couldn’t be more despicable.
They need a grievance for fundraising. And grievances give “meaning” to their empty lives.
If you delete my comment, so be it. This verdict does nothing. The guy will rot or die in jail. Soon, another drugged up black guy will meet his maker at the end of a police officers gun, and this whole circus will be replayed. The verdict just emboldens the anti police crowd. Derek Chauvin is a cog in a disposable wheel.
Yep. To them – riots work.
And the Republicans need to understand that if this is what works then get ready baby because here I come.
And I will not be alone.
It’s already happened. Young girl was shot earlier this evening.
In Columbus, Ohio police called to scene of attempted stabbing. There a 15-yr old girl was shot & killed by police. The aunt of the girl claims that the girl had dropped the knife before she was fired upon. This was a foster home, the article said.
Think about how brazen the Bolsheviks are now? They could give the Black cop who shot Ashli Babbitt in cold blood and get away with Scot free and convict some poor white police officer of killing a drugged out criminal who killed himself. You are royally screwed if ever have to confront a Black thug and defend yourself!
That’s why white cops need to get the hell out of any department in diverse areas. Let black cops police those areas. White people are going to find they are at risk everywhere they go in Biden’s America.
I feel bad for all of our police officers now that they know the court system supports felons. It will be hard to replace the ones smart enough and able to that find other careers. To those towns and cities that see crime rates increase exponentially because of this, that the consequences of voting in radical liberals into office like Keith Ellison, Maxine Waters and Joe Biden just to name a few.
“Found guilty of 2 x counts of Murder and one of Manslaughter, yet there was only one ‘victim’.
How do you one kill someone 3 times?”
Indeed, the US justice system seems beyond strange.
Multiply convictions for one crime are impossible in UK, Canada, Australia, NZ….
Listen to Pelosi. He was a sacrifice to get the rage going.
Have they triggered MAVNI on 1/6? Will they use human rights claims or riots to bring in UN troops for policing or Peace keeping?
Is anyone looking into this?
Maybe a new tin foil hat would help?
So the jury was biased, and unless sequestered probably also influenced by outside happenings like Maxine’s violence-threatening rhetoric and the pig blood and head left at the home of the defense witness.
It seems this country is moving toward a place where police may no longer attempt to stop a criminal from fleeing or committing violence, out of fear of being treated like Chauvin.
This is a bad direction to be heading. Especially with all the other wrong directions the new puppet government is pushing blitzkrieg-style, which will increase the criminal thuggery.
The Second Amendment is becoming more important by the day.
Heading? We are there. No white cop can safely answer any call that involves non-whites. They should be either quitting in droves or parking their cars and not answering calls.
Chauvin is as ‘guilty’ as OJ was ‘not guilty’.
Sundance you still have to deal with the Tier 1 networks like Level 3, Sprint, Qwest that can still stop your traffic if they become woke and some already are like Verizon and ATT

Dershowitz: Maxine Waters’ Tactics Similar to Those Used by Ku Klux Klan
“Her message was clearly intended to get to the jury—‘If you will acquit or if you find the charge less than murder, we will burn down your buildings. We will burn down your businesses. We will attack you. We will do what happened to the witness—blood on their door,’” he said during an appearance on Newsmax, referring to how the former home of defense expert Barry Brodd was recently vandalized.
“This was an attempt to intimidate the jury. It’s borrowed precisely from the Ku Klux Klan of the 1930s and 1920s when the Klan would march outside of courthouses and threatened all kinds of reprisals if the jury ever dared convict a white person or acquit a black person. And so, efforts to intimidate a jury should result in a mistrial with the judge, of course, wouldn’t grant a mistrial because then he’d be responsible for the riots that would ensue, even though it was Waters who was responsible,” Dershowitz added.

These rioters were part of the George Floyd wonders who then turned their back on their own. I will never, ever forget that horrible incident. They didn’t even care.
The thugs live-streamed their shooting of and the subsequent death of retired Police Captain David Dorn. They are heard on the video saying ‘Let the old n****r die.’
And these same scum run around shouting ‘Black lives matter!’ No, they don’t. Not until Captain Dorn’s Black life matters!
This is the modern version of the Dreyfus case in France over a hundred years ago.
Who gets to write ‘J’accuse’?
I am sickened
These scumbags like Floyd can commit crimes ad lib and if police go after them then police are charged and found guilty
ALL THE POLICEIN THE US SHOULD GO ON STRIKE
Sad but true… ?
The picture must be cropped. Marx thrust the sword into Liberty.
Yeah-they should go on with the game. The coaching staff flew in, they prepared physically and got themselves into the appropriate state of mind and are on the field. It doesn’t seem fair they shouldn’t get to riot.

Chauvin is the 7th on-duty cop to be convicted of murder since 2005, out of around 15,000 police killings in that time.

Could be days or even hours before literal acts of genocide begin in the United States…
Lucifer’s Children are rejoicing right now. They will soon realize they are him and he is them.
