I was thinking the other day about Sidney Powell’s handling of the Flynn case. She laid the case out and made “allegations” of what was done to Flynn by our corrupt government. She painted the picture. Then she went into the courtroom, obtained solid evidence, and proved her case. She was honest, professional, and effective. Nothing she alleged was later proven wrong. I suspect the same will play out here.

So, whether we will get to see the duly elected President have another four years and a mandate to clean house or whether we will declare to the world that we are nothing more than a banana republic has yet to be determined. And even if Trump does win the legal victories that ensure another four years, you can bet that the corrupt agents who have worked tirelessly at impeaching President Trump these past four years will re-double their efforts and assert that this time around, it is indisputable that he stole the election.

How can “We The People” not have standing when one of our most sacred rights are being denied by fraud? We are the beneficiaries and defenders of the Constitution. It is an attack on “We The People”, the Constitution and it is a BS ruling that will be overturned. The Constitution did not say” We The Judges”. Their job is to defend OUR rights in the Constitution. Any person who has a right to a fair and free election has standing. If the Supreme Court says We The People do not have standing to defend ourselves against a fraudulent election where the President is elected by us, then we have a legitimate Constitution as written.

To bring a civil suit, you need to be able to prove harm, that your rights were violated, or that you were harmed in some way there by lowering your standing, be that loss of property, or reputation or value.
Only an Attorney General(or his representatives, see District Attorney) can bring a case on behalf of “We, The People”…These are almost always criminal cases. Cynical point here, only The State can bring charges on behalf of The People.
You, as an individual, do not suffer harm on the outcome of an election. You, specifically, suffer no loss. You were allowed to vote, therefore, your right have been preserved. You have no right to a fair election. (Trivia point here, you dont have a right to vote either)
So either Joe Biden, Donald Trump …or the Attorney General of Georgia would be the only ones to have standing to bring a case contesting election results.
If my vote has been nullified by fraud or discrimination, I sure as hell have standing. The judge is an idiot. The whole purpose of election laws, procedures, etc. are in place to protect my vote from being nullified by fraud. So, yes every voter has standing.
But we are a representative republic and a nation of laws. This means when it comes to matters of Law, we have elected representatives to create and enforce and ajudicate those laws. You, as an individual, dont get to prosecute a criminal with Murder, even if you are the husband, wife, father, daughter, son, mother, only The State can prosecute for murder.
You can sue for wrongful death, but not murder. You, as an individual can only sue for individual loss. Another example, you cant charge a DUI driver for killing, only the State can do that, but you can sue for the loss of your child.
SO with an election, it would be up to The State to enforce the election laws. You, as an individual could sue for your individual (implied) right to vote. So long as it has been honored, your right has been exercised. You have suffered no loss. (a vote is worthless, its illegal to pay for them)
Only your elected representatives, state legislature in this case, or Attorney General can bring a case of the system being corrupt.
This is to keep 50 million+ court cases flooding the system every 4 years of elections.

And yes, all you have a right to is to mark a ballot. You have no authority or right to contest the results or the system as an individual.
At best. You could get a class action lawsuit, which would have to be approved by a judge. And all you can get is money.
It takes your elected representatives to bring a case of the system being corrupt. The Attorney General of your State or Nation would be the ones that need to bring those charges to affect change.
A judge decides who has standing…the only way to tell a judge what he can or cannot do is by getting a higher judge to over rule…but you 1st have to get a judge to accept your appeal…and so on — up to the Supreme Court…Bear in mind that it is up to judges to decide whether any case is even heard…
Then it’s up to Congress (or the several states?) to decide if the court is over stepping their bounds…Circular logic RULES!

You never file to fail .An appeal will not entertain new evidence .They only look at the brief ,any motions,any objections and rule on the validity of the lawsuit.
If entering new evidence you need to go back and.file again and start from.scratch.
For an appeal to work ,you need to get it right the first time ,the judge needs to get it wrong
The judges ruling had nothign to do with evidence. Nothing. The judge didn’t even give a darn about the evidndce. It never got to that point- the judge said, Lin Wood despite being A CITIZEN OF GA, has no standing to even bring the case. Done. Next.
He didn’t set his evidence up to fail. He chose to file as a citizen of GA because this was a possible outcome. (Good) Litigators don’t enter without understanding ALL possibilities. This was more than likely anticipated and as mentioned shortens the game to the SCOTUS.

You could be right in that a favorable ruling by the lower court judge would be appealed. However, I would rather it get there on a favorable ruling for President Trump by the lower court than a negative one as I’m sure President Trump would rather defend a favorable ruling rather than unfavorable one.
I dont think it goes far as an individual. Representing Trump, he might get farther, and I am not sure his strategy, because L.Lin Wood would know this. It was true when repubs challenged Obama as individuals. IANAL, but I recall reading up on it back then. Maybe that is his whole point, to get it out the open that the individual has no right to a fair election outcome.

Really, and truly? THE most dangerous television in history? They’re talking about a court case, a case which will be decided in peaceful fashion by a judge or series of judges in an orderly fashion in accordance with law and constitutional boundaries.
HOW can that possibly be dangerous in and of itself? It isn’t. It’s the beauty of our founding principles–peaceful reconciliation of differences.

I truly hope this all comes to fruition. That everything she just said makes into the SJC. The only fear I have is that this will go the same way the contractors who illegally used the NSA, and the high level government agencies and elected officials who were involved seem to have completely escaped any accountability. We know that at least one and maybe 2 SJC judges seem to be aware of the NSA things because of FISA and Rogers opening up the can of worms. Still I hear nothing and if it is brought up by any honest person they are still dismissed as conspiracy nut jobs. even tho’ there is documented evidence. Faith is really tough in matters like these. I have lots of hope but my faith keeps on getting beat down by lack of any action. I guess in this matter we have a lot of private sector lawyers on the case and that could make all the difference in the world. I had hopes way back that Barr may just be very careful and dotting all the I’s but with the passage of time i do believe he is more political than anything else. the fancy speeches he makes at gatherings doesn’t sway me one bit.
Anyone see reactions from foreign governments to this news conference? Will be telling how they respond to these and continuing revelations. Right now, it seems there is complete silence.
