Once you see the strings on the grievance marionettes, you can never watch the pantomime without seeing them; thus the playbook is transparent. Team Black Lives Matter (BLM) and Team AME Church have again aligned, exactly as we expected.

Tonight at 5:00pm former President Barack Obama will deliver remarks about race and social justice during a virtual town-hall sponsored by his “my brother’s keeper” initiative. Simultaneous to that announcement, George Floyd family attorney, Benjamin Crump, delivers remarks from Minneapolis about healing, race and social justice.  To assist the sympathetic narrative Ben Crump introduces George Floyd’s son, Quincy Mason.

Benjamin Crump (AME) introduced the three word catch phrase “take a breath”; initiating a week of memorials for George Floyd that will travel to three states over 5 days. President Obama (BLM) will likely promote “take a knee” etc. [It’s always three words]

All of the activist grievance leaders, in addition to the politicians, have been instructed to reign-in the protests in coordination with the 5:00pm Obama remarks. That timing allows the media to present the ‘healing Obama’ narrative; riots and looting stop etc.

Meanwhile, attorney Ben Crump will deliver the same healing message with the added demand that all police officers must be arrested by the time the first memorial takes place at 1:00pm tomorrow.

The “all we want is an arrest” approach, comes directly from the BLM/AME playbook as executed in Orlando/Miami (Trayvon Martin), Ferguson (Mike Brown), and Baltimore (Freddie Gray). Benjamin Crump did not specify if the body of George Floyd will be carried across the nation to accompany multiple funerals; however, in a Facebook interview today the attorney for the Floyd family announced he and the team have organized three funerals and a viewing over five days in three states.

According to Benjamin Crump [Video at 20:45]:

• There will be a nationally televised public memorial service in Minneapolis, MN, on Thursday June 4th from 1pm to 3pm.
• There will be an additional nationally televised public memorial service in North Carolina, Saturday June 6th from 11am to 3pm
• There will be a nationally televised viewing and memorial service in Houston, TX, Monday June 8th 12pm to 6pm
• There will be a nationally televised public funeral in Houston, TX, Tuesday June 9th, 11am EDT.

It would appear the North Carolina funeral and memorial service relates to the 2020 election and the DNC need to politicize opposition against the RNC convention. Additionally, Benjamin Crump stated presidential candidate Joe Biden will attend the funeral services in Houston Texas on June 9th.

Our old friend Ben ‘objectib ebidense’ Crump, the defense lawyer for the Floyd family, appears on Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan to discuss the deaf of George Floyd. It’s been a while…. Ben does what Ben does, and factually he’s a goofy cat doing the best he can on behalf of his client.

“Officer” (in quotes deliberately) Derek Chauvin did kill George Floyd; that’s not the issue. The issue driving the media narrative surrounds why “Officer” Derek killed George. Toward the end of the interview Brennan asked Crump about Derek and George knowing each-other. Ben’s response, specifically how he phrases the admission, is what’s worth watching.

By now Ben is discovering that everything around El Nuevo Rodeo, the Mexican Cantina and Dance Club where George and Derek worked, is sketchy. Likely Ben and Daryl Parks (Parks & Crump Esq.) have realized it’s better to focus their financial strategy toward reparations from the city of Minneapolis because this incident hits on something even Crump doesn’t want to touch.

We first heard about this last week amid chatter in social media, and thanks to a link from Nivico it is now apparently confirmed – Tamir Rice’s mom, Samaria Rice, has fired Benjamin Crump as the family attorney in Cleveland.

From a local CLEVELAND article:

[…] Before the rally, Samaria Rice told Northeast Ohio Media Group that she is no longer being represented by attorneys Benjamin Crump and Walter Madison. She  dropped Crump and Madison last week and retained New York lawyers Jonathan Abady and Earl Ward, her third pair of lawyers since Tamir was killed.

“I wanted to make sure Tamir’s interests were put first,” she said. “I want the best representation for Tamir and myself. I needed to be able to sleep comfortably at night without wondering if someone was making decisions without my knowledge.”

Attorney for Tamir Rice’s family, Benjamin Crump, has taken a new strategy to gain success in his grievance claims.

♦  In Sanford Florida 2012/2013 Benjamin Crump demanded prosecutor Angela Corey not use a Grand Jury.  Crump won a victory in that regard getting George Zimmerman charged with murder and getting the case to jury trial; but lost the case when his fabricated claims were exposed in front of a trial jury. George Zimmerman was found not guilty.

♦ In Ferguson, 2014, Benjamin Crump tried the same “anything to get to trial” approach by demanding prosecutor Robert McColloch again not use a grand jury. However, this time Ferguson/Saint Louis were wise to the strategy and Crump failed to pressure his demands.

Again, as in 2012/13, another fraudulent case, this time against Police Officer Darren Wilson. The prosecutor didn’t bow, used the Grand Jury, and the Grand Jury found no cause.

♦  In Cleveland, 2015, Benjamin Crump has refined his strategy. This time he doesn’t try to get the Prosecutor to comply with his demands – instead Crump asks a “Municipal Judge”, that does not usually handle such issues, to weigh in on the evidence of a police shooting of his client’s son, Tamir Rice. Last month we shared the story of The Bell Family including two Brothers, Brian and Branden Bell, who were being targeted by Daryl Parks and Benjamin Crump and professional Black Grievance Industry.

Today we share how the Bell Family is fighting back and has countersued the Kendrick Johnson family and their attorney’s Parks and Crump:

VALDOSTA — FBI agent Rick Bell and his two sons have countersued the parents of Kendrick Johnson for defamation, claiming they disparaged the Bells in statements about how Johnson died two years ago.

The litigation is in response to a wrongful death lawsuit filed by Kenneth and Jacquelyn Johnson, contending the Bell sons were involved in KJ’s death at Lowndes High School and that local law officers and school officials covered it up as an accident.

The Johnsons’ suit, filed in DeKalb County, asks for $100 million in damages from 38 defendants. The Bells seek $1 million for comments about them in media statements, news stories and social media posts. They asked that both legal actions be tried in Lowndes County, where all the defendants live and the death occurred.

Despite the media report that will use Anthony Gray as the primary name when discussing the Mike Brown family attorneys, the real attorneys -the ones with the political connections and leverage needed- are Daryl Parks and Benjamin Crump.

After reading through the full DOJ report on Ferguson it started to become obvious what emphasis Holder’s DOJ was placing on the findings, and the motives therein.

The DOJ, and Civil Rights Division Community Relations Service, is doing the same groundwork as a Grand Jury; meaning they are positioning Crump and Parks for their lawsuit.

A subtle tack in an otherwise consistently played out strategy.

In the Martin Lee Anderson, Trayvon Martin, Kendrick Johnson and now Mike Brown cases, the Black Grievance Industry (BGI) needs ’cause’, or ‘standing’, for their civil rights lawsuits. All of the aforementioned families were/are represented by Ben Crump and Daryl Parks.

We have called Parks, Crump and their team, the “scheme team”, because they use the scheme of demanding arrests to gain their legal threshold of proof for their lawsuits. They don’t demand convictions, they only want arrests.

In all their prior Scheme Team cases the strategy was to use “the arrest” as enough probable cause to leverage wrongful death lawsuits. After all, presumably the arrest of an individual indicates probable cause by itself. This saves them from any work in court to prove the basis for their claim, and this established burden is what they need for a successful civil suit. (more…)

Benjamin Crump the family legal representative from: The Martin Lee Anderson case (2006); The Trayvon Martin shooting (2012); The Kendrick Johnson case (2013); and the Mike Brown shooting (2014), is heading to Washington State to represent the family of, and financial justice for, Antonio Zambrano-Montes’ (2015).  BACKSTORY

Ben Crump is half of the legal team from Parks and Crump law firm. Each of the previously mentioned cases were complete fabrications of “wrongful death“.

The Martin Lee Anderson (2006) and Trayvon Martin (2012 – Zimmerman) cases actually became criminal cases due to the claims of Ben Crump and the developing ‘Scheme Team”.  However, neither case resulted in a successful criminal prosecution.

Despite the failure of the Anderson and Zimmerman cases criminally, the State of Florida, and Bay County, did pay Crump off to go away in the Anderson case (State $5 million, Bay County $2.4 million).  Likewise an insurance carrier for the Zimmerman Home Owners Association paid Crump for the same reason in 2013 ($1.6 million). It has been over two years since 17-year-old Kendrick Johnson went to the Lowndes County High gym around 1 p.m. As evidence indicated, Johnson climbed up on top of a stack of gym mats to reach for shoes he’d left behind – he fell head first into the rolled up mats, became stuck, and died as a result of positional asphyxia.

However, that determination didn’t sit well with the family of Kendrick Johnson, nor did an “accidental death” fit with the narrative needed by the law firm of Daryl Parks and Benjamin Crump in order to get the customary wrongful death lawsuits’ off the ground.

What the family of Kendrick Johnson most likely didn’t know was for Daryl Parks and Benjamin Crump the timing of January 2013 was not the best.

January 2013, for the professional race-baiting antagonists, was a time of consternation, trepidation and worry. January, 2013 was a time when the pre-trial discoveries for the case against George Zimmerman were taking place. (more…)
