The White House government transparency office, John Solomon, has declassified and released FBI internal documents surrounding their opening of an investigation of Jeff Sessions on May 10, 2017. The investigation of Sessions surrounded his contact with the Russian ambassador Sergey Lavrov and was opened the day after James Comey was fired on May 9, 2017.
Several people have questioned the naming of the FBI investigation as “March Toll,” however, the essential aspects to the nonsense investigation stemmed from corrupt DOJ and FBI insiders (the ‘small group’) who were strategizing on a way to force Jeff Sessions to recuse himself. That planning took place in March, hence the term ‘March Toll.’
[SOURCE – Declassified Release]
Jeff Sessions was confirmed as Attorney General on February 9, 2017. Almost immediately the group in charge of the Crossfire Hurricane (Trump-Russia) investigation began planning on a way to force Sessions to recuse himself. Ultimately they were worried that Sessions would tell the FBI to end their ridiculous Trump-Russia investigation, so they needed the Attorney General isolated.
CTH previously wrote about the campaign to recuse Jeff Sessions {GO DEEP}. The original planning meetings took place on March 2, 2017, and were attended by Jody Hunt, Dana Boente, Tashina Guahar, Jim Crowell and Scott Schools. All of those names are directly connected to the manipulation of the Trump-Russia investigation therein and thereafter.
The day after James Comey was fired, on May 10th, Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein was immediately on the phone with Robert Mueller to organize the Mueller special counsel investigation. As you can see from the opening EC, this was also the same day the FBI triggered the ‘March Toll’ investigation of Jeff Sessions.
From March 2nd to May 10th, the FBI crew were working to isolate Jeff Sessions. Ultimately, opening an official FBI investigation of Sessions was to enable the corrupt FBI embeds to remain in control.
“Crossfire Hurricane” – During 2016, after the November election, and throughout the transition period into 2017, the FBI had a counterintelligence investigation ongoing against Donald Trump. FBI Director James Comey’s memos were part of this time-period as the FBI small group was gathering evidence. Then Comey was fired….
♦Tuesday May 9th – James Comey was fired at approximately 5:00pm EST. Later we discover Rod Rosenstein first contacted Robert Mueller about the special counsel appointment less than 15 hours after James Comey was fired.
♦Wednesday May 10th – From congressional testimony we know DAG Rod Rosenstein called Robert Mueller to discuss the special counsel appointment on Wednesday May 10th, 2017, at 7:45am. [See Biggs questions to Mueller at 2:26 of video]
According to his own admissions (NBC and CBS), Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe immediately began a criminal ‘obstruction’ investigation. Wednesday May 10th; and he immediately enlisted Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.
This is the same date they began the official FBI investigation of Jeff Sessions.
A few hours after the Rosenstein-Mueller phone call James Comey’s office was being searched by the SSA Whistleblower per the IG report on Comey’s memos.

♦Thursday May 11th – Andrew McCabe testified to congress. With the Comey firing fresh in the headlines. McCabe testified there had been no effort to impede the FBI investigation. Also on Thursday May 11th, 2017, The New York Times printed an article, based on information seemingly leaked by James Comey, about a dinner conversation between the President and the FBI Director. The “Loyalty” article [link]. The IG report shows: “[Daniel] Richman confirmed to the OIG that he was one of the sources for the May 11 article, although he said he was not the source of the information in the article about the Trump Tower briefing“.
♦Friday May 12th – Andrew McCabe met with DAG Rod Rosenstein to discuss the ongoing issues with the investigation and firing. Referencing the criminal ‘obstruction’ case McCabe had opened just two days before. According to McCabe:
… “[Rosenstein] asked for my thoughts about whether we needed a special counsel to oversee the Russia case. I said I thought it would help the investigation’s credibility. Later that day, I went to see Rosenstein again. This is the gist of what I said: I feel strongly that the investigation would be best served by having a special counsel.” (link)
According to Andy Biggs questioning of Mueller, on this same day, May 12th, evidence shows Robert Mueller met “in person” with Rod Rosenstein. This is the same day when SSA Whistleblower went to James Comey’s house to retrieve FBI material and both Rybicki and Comey never informed the agent about the memos:

May 12th, is the date noted by David Archey when FBI investigators had assembled all of the Comey memos as evidence. However, no-one in the FBI outside the “small group” knows about them.
♦On Saturday May 13th, 2017, another meeting between Rod Rosenstein and Robert Mueller, this time with AG Jeff Sessions also involved. [Per Andy Biggs]
♦Sunday May 14th – Comey transmitted copies of Memos 2, 4, and 6, and a partially redacted copy of Memo 7 to Patrick Fitzgerald, who was one of Comey’s personal attorneys. Fitzgerald received the email and PDF attachment from Comey at 2:27 p.m. on May 14, 2017, per the IG report.
♦Monday May 15th, McCabe states he and Rosenstein conferred again about the Special Counsel approach. McCabe: “I brought the matter up with him again after the weekend.”
On this same day was when James Rybicki called SSA Whistleblower to notify him of Comey’s memos. The memos were “stored” in a “reception area“, and in locked drawers in James Rybicki’s office.

♦Tuesday May 16th – Per the IG report: “On the morning of May 16, Comey took digital photographs of both pages of Memo 4 with his personal cell phone. Comey then sent both photographs, via text message, to Daniel Richman.
Back in Main Justice at 12:30pm Rod Rosenstein, Andrew McCabe, Jim Crowell and Tashina Guahar all appear to be part of this meeting. I should note that alternate documentary evidence, gathered over the past two years, supports the content of this McCabe memo. Including texts between Lisa Page and Peter Strzok:
The same group who was meeting in Main Justice on March 2nd to organize the removal of Jeff Sessions, are the same group of people who organized the investigation of Jeff Sessions to begin on May 10th the day after Comey was fired.
All of the FBI action was to keep anyone who would impede the creation of a Special Counsel removed from the process until after they could get Mueller and Weissmann into place. Robert Mueller was made official on May 17th, the day after he visited with President Trump at the White House.
CTH covered all this information eight years ago. I’m not sure what the Solomon objective is to declassify this stuff now.
We been knew!

The Prophet’s Question
2O Lord, how long shall I cry,
And You will not hear?
Even cry out to You, “Violence!”
And You will not save.
3Why do You show me iniquity,
And cause me to see [b]trouble?
For plundering and violence are before me;
There is strife, and contention arises.
4Therefore the law is powerless,
And justice never goes forth.
For the wicked surround the righteous;
Therefore perverse judgment proceeds.
Ah yes, I remember those names and their schemes from reading the Treehouse years ago. Why now? Does Solomon credit the Treehouse?
Solomon – The Art of Pretending Something Significant Will Happen
I would bet Solomon didn’t have this time line 8 years ago or even 8 weeks ago.
Jeff Sessions was Trump’s biggest mistake his first term.
And it was right out of the gate. It cleared the way for all the hoaxes and impeachments.
The only good thing was PDJT got Stephen Miller who was on Sessions’ staff when in the Senate.
i dont know anymore. seeing this, it kinda points out that Jeff knew the gig was up. and the worst illegal abuse of the law was being fired out in every direction to whipe out this incoming adminstration and anyone associated.
he left smartly. look at everyone else’s lives now.
Sessions fooled me too.
🕶️✝️🕶️
they should arrest McCabe and say he was Q during all the misinfo… trust sessions
I’ve often wondered what caused the seemingly loyal Jeff Sessions to recuse himself from the ‘Russia’ matter, and I even posted a possible speech I thought he could write rescinding his recusal: ‘The Speech Jeff Sessions Should Give’:
https://walkingcreekworld.wordpress.com/2017/07/25/the-speech-jeff-sessions-should-give/
I suppose it is helpful to know that a coterie of ‘officials’ were working against Sessions as early as March. I still wish he had rescinded the recusal.
Threat. Investigation despite recusing. Stay quiet and keep out of our way, or else we will take you down too.
They say knowledge is power. Sundance gives us a whole lot of facts but, somehow, I don’t feel any stronger. Its like learning how to swim but finding myself in a desert. Hope there are those out there who can use his instrument of wisdom to build some jail time.
I feel lots stronger bc I’m no longer duped, gaslighted. I know the truth and recognize it.
Jeff Sessions hosted and promoted the very first Trump Rally in Mobile. Prior to that event, Mr. Sessions had made numerous tough-talk speeches about crimes of waste, fraud and abuse in the federal bureaucracy across the nation. The open-arms welcome Sessions gave DJT at that 1st rally must’ve won Trump’s admiration and determination to make tough-guy Jeff Sessions his AG.
The way Jeff Sessions behaved after becoming Attorney General of The United States was a jaw-dropping shock and disappointment to many, many people. Mr. Sessions betrayed the trust of the President and the people of the United States.
P.S. the tough-talking Stephen Miller on Trump’s staff got his start in D.C. with Jeff Sessions. Was Miller the inspiration behind the empty rhetoric Sessions employed in his “tough” Senate speeches?
WEll at least to Sessions credit he hasn;t badmouthed POTUS like many others who leave or
fired do.
Jeff Sessions is ashamed of himself, ashamed of his duplicity.
that’s the problem with wash dc, it’s so corrupt from top to bottom that the only cure for it now is 5 megatons
probably was family first, then god, then country.
look at the system that attacked everything PDJT. everyone isnt complicit, they are scared to get out of line possibly
When someone inside the beltway makes noises about “doing the right thing” and then stops…….I always assume they received the tap on the shoulder from a colleague or directly from the IC.
It is significant that the Sea Island meeting was the same weekend as the Alabama Rally. I believe that the Sea Island attendees, many still in DC, asked Sessions to endorse the future President Trump and serve as eyes and ears. Sessions was a tool.
Jeff Sessions, prove me wrong.
I couldn’t have said it better.
Maybe they are trying to show to those who don;t know how they set up Session so they don;t
do or if they do do it to Blanche people will know
I sense a strongly worded letter on the way!
This declassification vindicates you Sundance. The documents needed to be seen by all so there could be no denials that stick.
A day late and a dollar short, as the saying goes, but still necessary. Proof of the pudding before our very eyes and ready to be part of the historical record.

The city of McKinney, Texas, recently approved the construction of a new five-acre mosque, despite outcry by residents, including one Iranian-American citizen.
Eddie Isa, a self-proclaimed “Sharia law survivor,” spoke to McKinney’s city council last week asking members not to allow the construction of the facility, which will include a sanctuary, classroom building and gymnasium.
“I’m here to tell you this is a dangerous ideology you’re allowing in your country,” he said. “Every country that is an Islamic country now used to be a Christian country,” he continued. “We were soft Christians and allowed them to come in, bring their Sharia law into our countries, and slowly kill us off left and right.”
The McKinney resident also cited the lack of separation between church and state within the Islamic faith as a reason for its incompatibility with the United States.
Today, there are 50 to 56 Muslim-majority countries in the world, 23-27 of which formally declare Islam as their official state religion in their constitutions.
“This is a bad idea, and you’re gonna regret listening to people like us who lived under Sharia law,” Isa warned.
Proponents of the facility, including the McKinney Islamic Association (MIA), labeled opposition as “anger,” “hate,” and “Islamophobia.”
The City Council voted unanimously on Tuesday to approve the facility, which will be located at the corner of Virginia Parkway and Crutcher Crossing, roughly three miles from the group’s current mosque.Texas has been a particular hotspot for Islam in recent years.
In 2025, Texas GOP Gov. Greg Abbott signed House Bill 4211 to ban “Sharia compounds” following public concern over a 402-acre Muslim community project in North Texas called EPIC City, which would have included housing, a mosque, a K-12 Islamic school, and retail spaces.
Abbott also ordered state and local agencies to investigate North Texas Islamic mediation groups, or “Sharia tribunals,” which he accused of attempting to override state and federal authority.
“hey squirrel, look over there!”
I’ll tell you why Solomon has been given the green light to release this. The WH is prepping the people for all of the indictments and charges to come, to try to forestall or kill the narrative that Trump is politically attacking his enemies. He needs to show the American people that what these people did for 2 1/2 years was treason.
just 2 1/2 ??
Hope you’re correct. 🙏✝️🙏
One man could have stood in the gap. Instead he opened the door and freely let the criminals ransack the house.
Dirty little self important coup plotters……
King David’s advice to the only real Solomon, King Solomon.
2 I go the way of all the earth: be thou strong therefore, and shew thyself a man; (Something lacking at DC in all but our President Trump)
I’m a Christian so I take a long view of the certainty of perfect justice being meted out.
BUT
I’ve grown increasingly angered by the fact that the embarrassing perp walks, the arrests, the convictions of those who flagrantly break laws, harming future generations simply aren’t happening.
I firmly believe that STIFF PROSECUTIONS serve to put fear in law breakers. The fear of prosecution is almost NOWHERE to be found.
I appreciate light shining on the rivers of filth but I want these MF’rs jailed or worse.

Looking at how they kicked your azz 10 years ago, and during the decade they’ve developed and implemented a 1000 new ways. Good to know but doesn’t have much impact without swift justice.
