I think she makes an excellent point that there is horse trading between China, the US and Russia over oil and the rare earth minerals. The dynamic is perfect for PDJT who loves making deals. That he and the Trump negotiation teams would stay on in some capacity in a JD/Marco/Gabbard presidency would be extremely helpful in maintaining a rare level of continuity.
