At the 11:15 mark, a lady journalist asks the hardly audible question about Premier Ford being cut out of PM Carney’s Chinese EV deal?
Ford totally skirts the question by addressing a Ronald Reagan commercial and big families??
Imho: Ford WAS blind-sided. He is now having to deal with the auto workers and an apparent aftermath.
So looking at this as a Carney political ploy as well, wouldn’t it benefit Carney to do anything possible to politically harm Ford? Ontario is their largest populated province. Premiere Ford is PM Carney’s competition.
Maybe this explains Ford’s last comment in which he encourages the people (of Iran) to keep on fighting. Is this a subtle hint to his own people. One could only hope.
