New York – New York Gov. Kathy Hochul issued a state of emergency order on Friday in response to the identification of the COVID-19 omicron variant.
The emergency order is intended to increase hospital capacity in New York and will last until at least Jan. 15, when it will be reassessed.
According to a copy of the order, the state will utilize the “surge and flex system,” which allows the Department of Health to limit non-essential and non-urgent hospital procedures in situations where a hospital has less than 10% staffed bed capacity. (read more)

Allow patients prescription-free access to medical devices and drugs, eg contact lens, asthma inhalers, etc.

Ivermectin would be over the counter if the FDA actually did its job correctly. Aspirin would now require a prescription if the FDA had been in existence when it was discovered, I’m sure.

You choose a pharmacy (list provided in PPT or from the FLCCC site),provide the name to Janna and your medication will be mailed to you. You may need to provide permission to a mail agent if you use an out-of-state pharmacy. The MD lists all provide the states they may prescribe in. Good Luck. We are all going to need it.
I’ve ordered ivermectin without a prescription from River Pharmacy and ReliableRx. River’s price was higher and it tool over a month to get the product (it shipped from India). ReliableRx was cheaper but the response seems to be faster. They claimed to have shipped the drugs in a little over a week but I’m waiting to see if that’s really the case.
