They Won’t Like Full Sunlight – Rod Rosenstein Edition…

A more detailed post is going to come out later this morning highlighting what we know of the current positioning and status of the DOJ, as we move ever closer to execution of ‘phase-2’, a full public briefing and delivery mechanism.  However, in the interim something to keep in mind…

Almost no-one that I talked to in Washington DC, media, congress or research staffers in either the House or Senate ever bothered to actually watch Rod Rosenstein’s June testimony to the Senate Judiciary Committee.   Yes, you read that correctly.  If you are counting on DOJ, Barr or Durham, keep this factoid in mind…  Approximately 9 out of 10 beltway people have absolutely no idea what Rosenstein said.  This includes all chief-of-staff’s for most GOP senators, and every single House and Senate staffer (including Senior Staff) assigned to assist the congressional investigations…  Let that sink in as you watch this.

.

This video is another fine snippet by our friend John Spiropoulos. Think about how this would play-out if mainstream media, including the tick-tock club, were paying attention.

The former Deputy Attorney General, a man who AG Bill Barr has praised vociferously, testifies two months ago that the Steele Dossier IS NOT in the FISA application to spy on Team Trump. As Spiropoulos outlines, contrast that position with what the Inspector General and the documents already said. This is what we are up against.

Allow me to include a mention of the safety issue, because it keeps getting brought up, and CTH continues to receive emails about it.   First, thank you to all those who have expressed concern.  However, we are beyond the point of no-return now; tripwires are set.

We are past the point of worrying about personal security.  Enough people have been briefed on the material that if anything was to happen, it would only explode the story.  Everyone, including myself, is eyes wide open.  These issues were considered, evaluated, swallowed and overcome long before phase-1 (briefings) began.

After spending two years researching every granular detail of the position within the DOJ, at the time Mueller’s team was in control of Main Justice and the NSD, here’s the visual demonstration of the role played by Rod Rosenstein….

Retired Magistrate here: I don’t know if anything will come from all of this investigative work or not. However, what I do know is that there are a lot of people that now know what actually happened, including all the people that read this website. So, it is up to us to get the word out.

There is a lot of information for people to digest; however, the bottom line is what should have been a peaceful transition from the Obama administration to the Trump administration was hijacked by individuals in the Obama administration and the Hillary campaign who did not want Donald J. Trump to take office.

Thank you sundance for all the work you have put into this. It is now up to each one of us to do our part. Explain what happened in the past and give a brief overview of what this country will look like if Biden gets elected. Some of the people we talk to will not believe it, but at least we have done what we can to help save our country.

I was traveling with my son and didn’t see it until later last night, but if that does not symbolize the transition we are in with Trump’s Presidency! The transition from relying on Big Government (NASA/Us Navy) to do & achieve big things. Sure they were involved, but they literally were along for the ride. The “people” can achieve enormous things if government gets out of the way. I absolutely love this Patriot for this priceless troll!

Sad that Sundance has got to understand that he can be vulnerable to “Seth Threats” ( not a typo ) Knowing that our own government is a source of such threats is very sobering. This is mostly at the hands of the Liberal/Progressive/demorat/left/Confederates (LPDLC). If this corruption is not rooted out it will happen again. All it took was a community organizer to win the presidency.

So if RR said to Congress that there was a team of DOJ people who basically briefed RR and told him what to do / sign in essence, doesn’t that beg the next question?

Exactly who was on this team of DOJ advisors?? Who are their names?

Were they also the ones who OK’d the CIA / FBI spying agreement?

Were they the ones who OK’d all the other FISA’s?

It seems to me that RR’s testimony just helped to possibly incriminate those who were really in control of the DOJ and blessing this potentially illegal activity.

If true then Barr’s DOJ may be more diabolical and corrupt than even the FIB?

    What say you Sundance?

You are a true patriot, Sundance! I would say at this point the chances of anyone being held accountable are remote at best. The swamp is wide, deep and thick. It is impossible to drain it. Nearly everyone in DC is part of it and the infrastructure for it has been formed over numerous decades so it won’t be disassembled in 4 years. There are only a few seconds relating on the clock and the DC swamp is just hoping to stall the ball and run out the clock.

You have to has been a government worker to understand RR’s testimony. It wasn’t a lie! It was honing in on a specific fact — the “dossier wasn’t in the FISA application”. A true statement. What RR did not acknowledge was that information from the Dossier was used to support the application.
RR also stated he did review the application but relied on others who confirmed that the information was verified — the Sgt Schultz defense.

You have to parse the words to get to the weasel words but its standard practice in Government to state the obvious as a way of distraction without lying. Its a fine art….

The RR sign off based on a committee of people reviewing the FISA is a feature not a bug. In corporate world, any committee I have been a part of is created for the sole purpose of defusing responsibility. Anything that requires multiple signatures is a way of allowing any particular individual to either point the finger at others or claim it was a consensus opinion and so either blame all of us, or none of us. Inevitably, that means the “none” option. Economists refer to this as “moral hazzard.” A very underrated name.

About the only thing they read in great detail is the lunch menu

That’s Washington though, where people don’t listen to testimony for one of two reasons. Either they already know what’s going to be said, or they don’t want to know

A government the size of ours, and with the amount of money that flows through it, is ripe for the picking without hardcore accountability from the outside

Without steadfast accountability, one in which said accountability has equal power over those it monitors, governmental corruption becomes the prevailing mode of business, and criminality always shuffles in on it’s heels

Our apathy and disengagement from our own management has allowed governmental corruption and criminality to become too easy

When government becomes so powerful it can shut down those who seek accountability, or worse yet, when those seeking accountability are nothing more than puppets of the corrupt and criminal, the system has been perverted beyond repair, and nothing short of a thorough cleaning, ie, prosecutions and long jail terms, can restore it to it’s original intent

    Sundance,
This may already be part of your phase 2, or phase 3 plan if there is one, but if not I think you should strongly consider it. The Mamet principle is at play here, and I feel that many of those who truly were ignorant, will follow that principle after they have received your information. They will pretend not to know things.
Everyone in “the club” is terrified of upsetting the DC apple cart. The only thing they fear more is their voters. Many underestimate the power of bombarding representatives with letters and phone calls demanding action.
My suggestion is that, when the time is right, you shine sunlight on everyone who knows. Name everyone who has been briefed: every politician, every journalist, every staffer. Also put out every phone number, email address, office address, facebook account and twitter handle for these people.
This list would be extremely helpful for those of us who plan on reaching out to others and convincing them to take action. Do not allow them to pretend not to know.

You have to pay close attention to their language. He says that the Steele Dossier was not submitted as part of the application. He is technically correct as the full Dossier was not submitted. This is typical slippery lawyer speak. (The definition of is is). These Senators and their staffs should have seen right through this and pinned him down with better follow up questions to get him to affirm that the material from the dossier was used as the underlying predicate for the warrant. They allowed him to slither in a technicality if telling the truth without telling the truth.

One (of many) things that amaze, and somewhat discourage me is the enormity of the federal government. IMO the founders would be aghast all our “representatives” have their own Chief of Staff, let alone how many are on their staffs. We indeed are governed by unelected bureaucrats, lobbyists and other outside interests, and perhaps even foreign powers. We at least need to stop the pendulum, and try to reverse its direction. Antifa (Armed Revolution-Fear mongering) BLM drafting support for Marxism and islamism.

Pardon me, but we’re now five years into their Plan. Five years of unchecked criminal violence, to include murder in aid of racketeering. We’re a short four months away from a crucial election. Our most ardent defenders of truth, admit, no one in DC is even aware of these facts. But somehow we’re supposed to remain calm and trust the plan?

After the most dangerous five year long crime wave in American history?

This will be over, in little more than three months. After which, all of these Legal Theories will join the likes of the Grassy Knoll, September 11th, and UFO Files (which in truth are receiving more airtime than SPYGATE).

Yes I know I ask a lot of questions but it is crystal clear you see the NSA Database MOU and thus all the Contractor Spying via FIB computers from 2012-2016 as a HUGE criminal activity that must also be exposed to all Americans and I totally agree.

So if they spied using the NSA Contractor Program would you also agree that they also used the Hammer Program back in 2009-2012 as WB Montgomery states, as their initial method of spying before moving on to the NSA Contractor method in 2012?

Finally if I may, because there is so, so much to this entire spying and coup, where I see two major components…..
#1 the actual spying using the NSA Contractor Program
#2 Russia Collusion to cover it up.

Maybe just a simple yes or no.

Rosenstein is hiding behind the statement on the FISA warrant itself. “VERIFIED APPLICATION” is on the first page of the FISA warrant. But when you sign a warrant that opens up electronic spying on the former campaign members of a sitting U.S. President, with direct implications to gather impeachable information against that President, there is a profound responsibility to be sure the warrant is based on truth. The FISC court also let it slide. They didn’t question the FBI enough either. How much is due to incompetence / disregard for responsibility, or how much is due to a level of participation in a broad attempt to overturn a Presidential election ?

Take polls with a grain or two of salt. Won’t Biden see a bounce in his numbers when his VP pick is announced? How does that happen? Trump’s numbers go up for a short time and then Biden bounces back. He will then have momentum!

More like with a salt lick from the feed store. Simply remember that Trump never led in any poll whatsoever during the 2016 election. These polls are intended to shape public opinion, not reflect it.

Bear in mind, too, that these snakes use the word ‘dossier’ to obfuscate. Mark my words, it’ll be a defense … that numbered reports from Christopher Steele are not the same as the Dossier.

Even Ted Cruz let Rat Rosenstein off gently at the end by pondering whether he was part of the Coup …..or just an ignorant bystander and chose the latter . I almost expected Cruz to pat Rosenstein on the head!

Crazy Mazie (Dingbat-Hawaii) was the only one to bring up RR wanting to wear a wire at the next Oval Office meeting with Trump… and the GOP were silent!
