No wonder they wanted to get witnesses right away. This Q&A section is showing how lazy the House was, but Philbin brings the argument that what the House’s actions really show is they are power hungry.

I have to point out the obvious:
President Trump’s counsel is of the highest order. Their presentations are brilliant, bold, well-grounded in the law, the Constitution, and our Founder’s intent.
The house managers are second rate at best.

How casually they conduct themselves with perfidy and bad faith. Many of these Democrats are former prosecutors… who serially lie, distort and act in bad faith toward their own professional duty and responsibilities. We are watching a depravity of bad faith.

What about our fellow citizens who were prosecuted by these perfidious cretins? How many innocents and their families had their lives destroyed by the psychopathy of these hardened, soulless predators?

Trump need to call for a national inquiry to review the work product of these former Democrat prosecutors who have serially lied and conducted themselves in bad faith with apparent psychopathy and lack of remorse for their unconscionable behaviors.

THEY need to be investigated and their victims freed to pursue recover against their predations, where such can be shown.

Then we should begin a discussion on the significant retraction on qualified immunity of government officials and prosecutors. We need a very serious national discussion.

Comey, McCabe, Weissman, Mueller, McCord, Rosenstein, Jarrett, Holder and their cohort in university, in commerce and in government office have done much to prove qualified immunity cannot be serially granted to personalities that seek and hold this much power. The propensity for psychopathy, perdition and abuse is too great.

That is what the evidence and the lessons of our national crisis have to teach the citizens of our nation. These people (and the entirety of their professional culture) cannot be trusted with unchecked power liberated from due process consequences borne by all other Americans.

We must trust they cannot be trusted with qualified immunity. This they have proven to all beyond a reasonable doubt.

Remove the corrupting shield of qualified immunity and let them live as all other Americans must.

In some ways it’s the same brand of tactics used in 2016 – Drowning the media in free, priceless coverage of DJT by playing their game and beating them at it. He is now doing the same with Congress, their rules, and their “game” – using it to his advantage by drowning the media with Trump coverage, good or bad. The coverage itself is negligible because after three years and through this latest saga the electorate A) grows increasingly tired of it B) wises up to their game and C) the whole charade exposes corrupt pols. Did I mention free wall to wall media coverage? Same tactics, different year.

Not to say that DJT wants impeachment, wants these constant hoaxes and coup attempts by the deep state actors; but reality is what it is and there is no choice but to beat them at their own rigged game.

I never argue with this one due to family reasons, but I had to say “Did you listen to the evidence that PT’s lawyers presented? Did you listen at all?” Looked at me like I had 2 heads and said “Did you? You have no evidence that is meaningful. PT obstructed and lied and his team are liars too.” I just shook my head and walked away.

If you haven’t yet read the 14-page legal letter sent by (I think …) 31 state attorneys general to every member of the US Senate, you should do so. As these legal experts unanimously state, this is a fundamental Constitutional attack. The founders of our country wrote very extensively about these concerns in The Federalist Papers and in the recorded deliberations of their proceedings. They anticipated everything that is happening right now … and intended to outlaw it by what they called “the supreme law of the land.” Lawfare, Inc. is quite literally trying to overturn the fundamental design of our Constitution by brazenly attempting to do so. Our Founders rested their confidence in the Senate. But, was it misplaced?
