Sunday Talks: Jim Jordan Part 2 – The Mueller Report, Bruce Ohr, and FBI/DOJ Corruption…

In the second segment of the Jim Jordan interview with Maria Bartiromo the discussion turns to the issues surrounding the corrupt FBI/DOJ investigation; how DOJ deputy Bruce Ohr remained at the center of activity; and the ongoing purpose of the Mueller probe: to hide all the previous corrupt activity and continue investigating Trump.

.

Within the discussion Jim Jordan talks about the importance of Bruce Ohr as a bridge between Fusion-GPS/Glenn Simpson/Nellie Ohr/Chris Steele to the corrupt elements within the FBI headed by Andrew McCabe.

Last year we noted a letter between Senator Chuck Grassley and DAG Rod Rosenstein (Page 5, footnote #5) that outlines the FBI interviews of twice demoted DOJ Deputy Bruce Ohr:

Ohr FD-302 12/19/16 (interview date 11/22/16);
Ohr FD-302 12/19/16 (interview date 12/05/16);
Ohr FD-302 12/19/16 (interview date 12/12/16);
Ohr FD-302 12/27/16 (interview date 12/20/16);
Ohr FD-302 01/27/17 (interview date 01/27/17);
Ohr FD-302 01/31/17 (interview date 01/23/17);
Ohr FD-302 01/27/17 (interview date 01/25/17);
Ohr FD-302 02/08/17 (interview date 02/06/17);
Ohr FD-302 02/15/17 (interview date 02/14/17);
Ohr FD-302 05/10/17 (interview date 05/08/17);
Ohr FD-302 05/12/17 (interview date 05/12/17);
Ohr FD-302 05/16/17 (interview date 05/15/17).

(Page #5, Footnote #5)

However, we now know that Nellie Ohr began working for Fusion around the end of December 2015, and that Bruce Ohr met with Christopher Steele and Glenn Simpson prior to the FISA application (October 21st, 2016); including a briefing by Bruce Ohr for Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe.

Bruce and Nellie Ohr met for a breakfast with Steele on July 30, 2016.  Sometime in early August 2016, following closely on the July 30 breakfast meeting with Steele, Ohr reached out to McCabe in order to set up a meeting to detail the information he had been given by Steele. The meeting took place in McCabe’s office:

Q: “Shortly after you met with Christopher Steele on July 30, you had a meeting with Andy McCabe and Lisa Page?”

Ohr: “Yes.”

Q: “You said that meeting was at main Justice?”

Ohr: “No, that meeting was in Andrew McCabe’s office.”

Q: “It was in Andrew McCabe’s office.”

Ohr: “Yes.”

Q: “And it was sometime, you believe, in August, because it was shortly after the meeting with Christopher Steele?”

Ohr: “Probably, yes.”

Q: “And that was because, at that point in time, you wanted the FBI to have that information and be aware of your contact with Christopher Steele?”

Ohr: “Yes.”

Q: “Did anyone prompt that call to Andy McCabe?”

Ohr: “No, I don’t think so I think that was me. Just me.”

Q: “Sally Yates—she was your boss, right?”

Ohr: “Yes.”

Q: “You said she didn’t know that you were talking to Steele or Simpson?”

Ohr: “Correct.”

Q: “How do you know she didn’t know?”

Ohr: “Well, I didn’t tell her.”

Q: “Okay. So she may have known from some other source.”

Ohr: “Possible.”

Q: “Well, you would think she would, because over at the FBI, Andy McCabe knew that you were talking to Steele and Simpson as early as August of 2016.”

Ohr: “Right. But I don’t know what, if anything, was conveyed to Sally Yates.”

Q: “Andy McCabe knew. Did Jim Comey know in August of 2016 that you were talking to Christopher Steele and Glenn Simpson?”

Ohr: “I don’t know.”

Q: “Was Joe Pientka your go-between in December when you got additional information from either Christopher Steele or Glenn Simpson in getting it to the FBI?”

Ohr: “Joe Pientka, I believe, was my contact at that time, yeah.”

Q: “You immediately go to Joe Pientka, who immediately goes to Peter Strzok. Are you aware of that?”

Ohr: “No.”

Ohr: “So they [Strzok & Page] understood that I had received information, and they said they would get me an agent to talk to who would write the stuff down and do whatever—well, I don’t know if write it down, but that they would give me an agent to speak with and provide the information.”

Q: “Is that why there are 302s of you in the file?”

Ohr: “I believe so.”

Q: “That is the agent interviewing you?”

Q: “On page 2 of the letter it lists 12 separate dates and 302s where the FBI interviewed you indicating the first interview took place on November 22, 2016, and the last one on May 15, 2017. Is this list of interviews and dates generally consistent with your recollection?”

Ohr: “Yes. The caveat I would say is, I continued to have some conversations with Christopher Steele after May 15, 2017. I’ve reported all of those to the FBI, but I do not see any 302s relating to those conversations.”

Q: “Do you know anything different about those interviews or about those 302s as to why they wouldn’t have been produced in response to a request by Members of Congress?”

Ohr: “I don’t know if they did 302s later on. A lot of these conversations seemed less substantive, but I don’t know. I didn’t know about the original 302s either.”

Q: “Did you continue to meet with the FBI to discuss your conversations with Mr. Steele all the way up through late November of 2017?

Ohr: “Correct.”

Q: “And who at the Washington field office conducted an interview?”

Ohr: “I cannot remember the names.”

Q: “But it wasn’t Pientka?”

Ohr: “Right.”

Q: “So it was somebody, another agent, or agents, at the FBI’s Washington field office?”

Ohr: “My recollection is at least on two occasions, I was handed onto a new agent.”

2017?

Question: where are the investigative documents pertaining to those meetings?

      Some good supplemental reading to the Treehouse is “Research Matters.” Covers the 10 USC 284 easy way for Our Lion to build The Wall. Alternates between satire and anger in covering the Senate, the Intel community’s list of failures, The Wall, Northam, and Infanticide. Here’s the link:

        Skimmed through it, interesting stuff, would note a few things, the list of INTEL failures on the CIA and others CANNOT BE AN ACCIDENT, sure there are some incompetents in the agencies but not at a failure of that rate. I’m often amused by those who associate Putin with the KGB as “proof he is evil” while then they bestow the virtues of CIA Bush. Unwillingness to admit or recognize the CIA=KGB is a sign of delusional disorder and cognitive dissonance.

        On Belarus, it is to Russia much like Canada is to the USA, in fact even more closely, the Belarus “are Russians”. So many great minds and people hail from that region and are responsible for modern civilization, it is disconcerting that much of the current western culture partisans don’t understand that Western Civilization is a product of Russia as much as Europe and that it stretches around the globe because of Russia.

        We are told by many of these same “hacks” that Ronald Reagan won the cold war, yet we must now double down on NATO to go all in because.. the Cold War. Again cognitive dissonance from the crowd of conventionalists that can’t see how the forest has changed for the trees they are securely blinded by. If you want to know where the Globalists came from, and why they exist, start by studying history for yourself, and don’t allow a politicized media lackey draw conclusions for you.

          Nicely summed, Zaza.

          Most Russians would love to live in peace. The Moslems and Chinese won’t let them.

          Russians have been the Christians most taxed to keep the Mongols and Moslems out of Europe.

          Spain, Italy, and the Balkan peoples have fought and suffered in this too. Only Russia and Poland have been big enough and concerned enough to fight this evil, among the largest nations of Europe. The Italians are coming around again, and we pray the Spanish do as well.

          Yup. I enlisted in the Infantry in 1989. I’m a veteran of the last three wars. Earned my way into the Tier One ranks. I became one hell of a gun fighter and was necessarily read-in on strategic level operations.

          I commanded an SFODA in Afghanistan in 2002-2004. Bush appointed Karzai as President. Karzai immediately declared our Northern Alliance Afghan brothers to be illegal “militia leaders.” I don’t think there has ever been a time when all of the tribes of Afghanistan were as allied with each other as they were at that point. This was our one chance to unify Afghanistan and help them transform into a modern society.

          I reported up the chain of command that Karzai was corrupt. We were losing the hearts and minds of the Afghan people. General Vines pulled me out of the field and opened a 15-6 investigation on me. I was told that it is not US policy to say that Karzai is corrupt. 2 years later everyone in DC was saying that Karzai was corrupt and must be removed. Us Green Berets on the ground recognized that fact immediately. But nobody listened.

          I served as an Operator in Iraq under the umbrella of JSOC from 2007-2009. Bush appointed Maliki as President. Maliki is a radical anti-Sunni, Shia militant who sought the extermination of the Sunni’s his entire life. Great choice Bush.

          Beginning November 2008, Maliki began rounding up the Sunni people in Iraq. January 2009, Maliki was given operational control over JSOC. We were restricted to “kill/capture” missions based on “arrest warrants” issued by Maliki. Good job Admiral McCraven.

          We rounded up thousands of Sunni political adversaries of Maliki. I later found out that our Sunni prisoners were handed over to Maliki and executed. My brothers and I were utilized as unwitting pawns in a genocide.

          Great job Amiral McCraven, General Odierno, SecDef Gates, SecState Clinton, President Obama and last but not least Valerie Jarrett, who was born in Iran and obviously orchestrated the whole operation.

          Guess what? This old redneck trigger-puller documented everything. YOU ARE ALL GOING TO HANG!!!

            @RLTW: Thank you patriot for this honest comment about the realization by many of our military patriots being used by those engineering these wars but the subjects and actions that arose that ended in realization by most of you deployed. It soured many of our soldiers belief in what they were ordered to do was not on the up and up.

            Most of all I thank you patriot for serving and volunteering for God and country!

            JSOC General McRaven (that is the spelling used in the documentary ‘Dirty Wars’) played a major role in that documentary/movie ‘Dirty Wars’ and it was a role beginning in Afghanistan and the genocide there against children, women and men not part of any jihadist group. The movie maker documented many activities there that tore on your heart as you saw these people backed up by evidence via video, pics and bullet wounds that sprayed the bodies of little kids and many women as well as boys and men. Oddly enough there appears that there was a somewhat ‘mercenary’ unit(s) not official part and structured differently than what we know of the platoons, outposts or units deployed.

            I was struck how McRaven always made an appearance after erroneous bombings or attacks on civilians bringing animals as a gesture of offerings as though that made it ok. I wondered why that particular unit would come in after and remove each and every bullet from each of the victims killed via error. That is not something our soldiers ever do.

            The filmmakers followed every step of the way of JSOC and McRaven all the way into the assassination in Yemen of Allawi and his 16 year old son 2 weeks later via drone. It showed the many bombings of innocent Bedouin Nomads long before the war in Yemen officially began. The Yemeni desert was littered with Bomb left overs and what have you.

            Maybe you can watch ‘Dirty Wars’ on Hulu or Netfilx and decide for yourself. There were many questionable activities. A couple of soldiers disguised and black out hesitantly admitted to being ordered to ‘do’ things that were illegal that made them uneasy but unable to do anything about it. Admission that they were crimes was stunning.

            The film/documentary ended with the Yemen investigation where Yemen was bombed by the US without consent of the government and long before the actual war there began. Trying to get answers in DC made senators apoplectic denying they knew anything about anything. When asked who these soldiers were doing these things everybody – like pretending they had no idea what these filmmakers were talking about. Let’s just say there was a lot to digest that just did not make sense since our soldiers do not behave or do such things ergo whoever these unit dressed in uniform was it was not one of our regular deployed unit.
            In the end these filmmakers received personal threats to their safety and lives that scared the living hell out of them. They packed in and left – out of fear!

            This film left me a bit confused about all that because I do not believe in coincidences and especially when it is repeating itself over and over again and contrary to what I know about our soldiers in the military.

All other releases of information by any Department of Justice employee, including the Special Counsel and staff, concerning matters handled by Special Counsels shall be governed by the generally applicable Departmental guidelines concerning public comment with respect to any criminal investigation, and relevant law.

              Barr spoke extensively about this in his hearing and adhering to CFR 600.
              Which is why the Dems were so upset.

    Regarding the DJTjr. Trump Tower mtg,
    I don’t recall much exposure of the FACT that the Russian lawyer , the Russian Intel officer and Simpsons Fusion peeps met before and after the mtg with TrumpJr.
    This was clearly a setup.
    Also their “fake news” meme that DJTjr called his dad right after said mtg, has been totally debunked.
    I believe this was MuellEARS last viable path to nailing Jr.
    Who the h€!! is left to squeeze by these thugs…Jerome Corsi???
    What a bunch of nations.

    I say Mr President if this report isn’t out very soon.

      Probably but you realize it wouldn’t really matter if he had because none of the so called “colluding” is illegal. “Can we catch you in a technical lie vs our jury” is the only game they have, the heart of the matter is all we are really talking about is opposition research. Unless we want to indulge in the fantasy that somehow Russians mind controlled US citizens into voting for Trump or how a “russian bot farm” voted in a US election.

      Possible some fodder here for shoring up our horrid election standards. I’m not sure why the Dems would actually want to go that route though.

      The problem with “just letting it play out’ as so many “knowledgeable political insiders”(lol right) suggest, there will always be another Roger Stone out there to be tagged and bagged over some ridiculous phone record and that can be a prop used to drag this entire scam on forever.

      You are correct.
      Buried and ignored by the MSM although discovered in Glenn Simpson’s Robitussin Released testimonies.

      Dan Bongino has been all over this as have others.

      Also may have something to do with The Magnistsky Girl–Natalia Veselnitskaya’s recent indictment.

      Notice her relationship to FusionGPS didn’t make the final edit. (Oops)

        I agree that there should be indictments, but Captain Obvious has been calling for indictments for over a year; without any changes either in leadership or personnel, don’t hold your breath. We cannot know for sure until President Trump makes his move(s), though. Only then will we know whether we still live under the rule of law, or if it’s time for storming the barricades with “torches and pitchforks.”

        Why do I have the feeling there will be 2 files on Barr’s desk on Day One:

        1) The DOJ’s Trump Russian Collusion Investigation File
        2) William Barr Kompromat File

Combine with a faux dossier to spy on him and his family illegally for several years !! And Barr is no newbie—and he has been hearing and reading about all of this for two years like we have !

        How is he practicing law? How is he a federal employee? How is he working at the Dept. of “Justice?” How the hell is he NOT in prison himself? The simple fact(s) that he is practicing law, as a federal employee, in the DOJ, and is not in prison himself, clearly explains how deeply, thoroughly, and totally our government is corrupted.

    Could it be he (Ohr) was handed off to a Treasury agent on TDY 11/2017?

    Could it be Treasury has those docs out of the purview of DOJ as they refer to a ‘protectee?” 45 or Trump family member? That they are exculpatory would be why they haven’t been leaked (as they would not serve uniparty/schumer/pelosi and separately it could still be 45 has not been briefed on them.

    There is already enough evidence to clearly show that the US and Five Eyes intel agencies along with the DO”J” were used against a political adversary because he actually threatened to be a boat rocker, a credible threat since he bypassed the eRep party machine’s bought candidate vetting process.

    ANYWAY, all this new information just adds insult to injury since nothing appropriate has been done using the previously known information thereby making the continued inaction after new information is revealed just further proof that nothing WILL be done.

      Yep, that pretty much says it all, Zippy. Being that the leadership of the president’s own party is ACTIVELY PARTICIPATING in the ongoing attempted COUP, we must wait for President Trump to make his move(s) before we can expect anything substantive to occur. The level of frustration being produced by lack of meaningful action against the America haters is developing dangerous levels of antipathy, and is also desensitizing the public-at-large to future revelations.

    In many respects, Ohr being a conduit from Simpson/Fusion GPS explains why he remained at DOJ long after he was shown to be a swamp rat, and how thoroughly corrupt they remained long after Trump was elected.
    It also explains how little the DOJ/FBI relied on anything for their Muh Russia! collusion nonsense other than what was fed to Ohr and passed on to the FBI.

From now on, every FBI interview should be audio and video recorded, no exceptions. The agents can take notes of their opinions or overall impressions of the interview on a 302. But the recordings still should stand as evidence in court and carry more weight.

    @Sundance: After reading the Priestap committee question and answer session it appears that Bruce Ohr decided on his own to insert himself into SpyGate rather than what he attempted to convey in his own testimony as though he was asked to play middleman and facilitator of dossier and Steele info back and forth.

    It darns on me that Bruce and Nellie Ohr worked together from the beginning of SpyGate in 2015.
    Nobody asked Bruce Ohr the question of ‘why did he decide to insert himself into SpyGate without being asked by anyone to be the facilitator of Steele info and FBI or vice versa”.

    Why did Bruce Ohr decided to do this? I’m sure that his wife had a lot to with it since she was working since 2015 on the dossier and trying to find dirt on president Trumps children and most likely Melania Trump.

    When you listen to Bruce Ohr telling it he says he warned everyone that Steele and dossier should be verified or that it was all based on HRC’s campaign oppo research and blah blah.

    Yet – he alone made the decision while at the DOJ to insert himself.

    One doesn’t jive with the other which leaves me doubt that Bruce told the truth about his involvement and that there is a lot more to the Bruce couple than we know as of now. I believe that Bruce Ohr lied period.
