Representative Matt Gaetz is Exactly Right – BIG PICTURE: DOJ Covering FISA Abuse…

Representative Matt Gaetz sent out a tweet today that is absolutely accurate.  You can call it a soft-coup, or you can call it politicization of the DOJ and FBI, but the end result is the same – the intentional effort to manipulate, influence, and ultimately subvert an election for the presidency of the United States…. and that’s what the DOJ is trying to hide.

If you peel the skin off the onion, and get down to the substantive core issue that represents the biggest risk to the entire collective group who worked to subvert the 2016 presidential election, you get to the FISA-702(16)(17) and Title-1 surveillance abuse that was carried out by the Obama Intelligence Community, DOJ-NSD and the FBI.

The actions taken by ‘inside’ government officials and ‘outside’ ideological cohorts is exactly what all of their collective “resistance” activity is about.  Attacking the Office of the Presidency is a strategy to keep sunlight from their previous action.

When we absorb the full scope and scale of the political effort from inside and outside government, then we understand everything happening.  Additionally, I would strongly suggest this is also where Attorney General Sessions is going wrong.

To understand the dynamic it becomes important to separate the FISA/FISC issues from the other issues within the IG Horowitz and Prosecutor Huber investigations.

Inspector General Horowitz, and parallel prosecutor John Huber are deep inside investigations into:

•Clinton email, manipulated DOJ/FBI investigations with predetermined outcomes; •unlawful and coordinated media leaks by DOJ/FBI officials; •false testimony by DOJ/FBI officials to congress and under oath to the IG; •manipulated and potentially falsified FBI 302 investigative reports; •Willful corruption by Asst Director Andrew McCabe and Director James Comey, etc…. and all the myriad of attached scandals.

However, where Attorney General Jeff Sessions is allowing a big mistake is within the FISA-702(16)(17) issues and the fraudulent FISA Title-1 Application used against U.S. person Carter Page.  The FISA issues need to be culled from the politicization issues within the FBI and DOJ-NSD and handled on their own.

There’s no reason to wait on releasing information already outlined in the 99 page opinion of FISA Court Judge Rosemary Collyer which documents the FBI and DOJ abuse:

Additionally, there is no valid reason to keep the FISA Title-1 application used against Carter Page secret.  The DOJ (Jeff Sessions) can declassify this stuff immediately.

The time for handkerchiefs and perfumed manners is over.  This evidence exists in bold typeface regardless of opinion of it.  Release the evidence.  If the content of these documents leads to discoveries of a DOJ and FBI plot to subvert the constitution, then so be it…. lets get down to brass tacks.

If the outcome leads to a need for a specific set of investigations and possible prosecutions, then do it.  Carve out the FISA scandal. None of the FISA issues need to impact the ongoing work of IG Horowitz and Prosecutor Huber who can continue moving forward on all the investigative matters surrounding the internal politicization outcomes of the FBI and DOJ.

Carve out the FISA specifics, put sunlight upon the documents and let’s roll.

Here’s the full three-part video series: Why – How – Who?

“HOW” – The second video highlights the specific example of how the DOJ and FBI used false information to the FISA Court to secure a fraudulent ‘Title-1’ surveillance warrant:

I recognize you just because of the WSB “call letters” but I haven’t posted here in a long time so you may have forgotten me. Quite honestly, I don’t like this WordPress software for comments. It’s clunky, hard to post, and you can’t edit. But I still read regularly.

The only reason I’ve been posting, really, is that I’ve been down with the flu-this is the 10th day. In other words, I am not a Soros bot.

    • Cmon, WSB. You’ve been here long enough to remember a pretty rapid turnover of posters. (just go back in time to any random article from, say, 2-4 years ago).

The increase in traffic here had to have been amazing lately. I suspect that there are many newbies who lurk in deference to the regulars. That’s what I did at first years ago.

Also, there has been a lot of intimidation against those who dissented. The name calling and personal attacks sucked. Now that sundance has adjusted his outlook, given the incredible developments of the past few days, the “outcasts” might be feeling more comfortable to join in the conversation.

Sundance is marvelous in that regard, in that, once that someone seems genuine, he gives us a lot of leeway. Crowdsourcing at its best. That’s why I have been vocal in resisting groupthink lately.

The only time I have read a negative comment on this site is when a commentor is either expressing talking points expressed by the MSM and down right lies.

CTH is the ONLY place I write that has a common sense group of people that search for the truth and and call out lies.
The folks on this site do their own research.
Nobody has attacked me personally without quick retort. Maybe that is what you are seeing.

Sundance just called out Sec. Sessions, this morning, for the first time.
And I have supported Senator Sessions from the beginning.
But what happened when the FBI broke into the Presidents personal lawyer’s office and home has crossed the line like no time in my life.
Disrespect and disagree, are 2 words with entirely different meanings.

Agreed….crossed the line. Sadly, I struggle with SDs reasoning with regards to the white hat investigation. If Horowitz and Huber have been investigating for that long, and with that many investigators, how probable that no one leaked what they were doing? I grew up in D.C., and my father, like tons of my friends fathers, were in the IC mid level. It was made very clear to me how bad it was/is.

Don’t forget this raid happened in the Southern District of NY, where Loretta Lynch used to be the Attorney, appointed by Bill Clinton. There couldn’t be any connection there to this raid, COULD there? DUH. The swamp is getting desperate to keep the attention off to real game here. Someone with access to Pacer reported 18,500 sealed cases filed in Federal Courts since Oct. 2017. Can someone verify this?

          • I am fairly new to the CTH and am very glad I found this blog. I think that the work that Sundance does with his research, analysis and writing is second to none. That being said, I have been a bit surprised about his support for Sessions and even some of the other Swamp Creatures who I personally believe are part of the war against our President.
If you listen to Joe DiGenova (and I think that SD has a lot of respect for him), or even Levin, you can’t help but come to the conclusion that Sessions was at best a poor choice for AG, at worst an unwitting dupe in the conspiracy.
After seeing Ted Cruz in action yesterday at the despicable Zuck hearing, and after watching some older videos of him reaming Comey, et al. I am convinced that Trump should have put aside their differences and appointed Cruz to the AG post instead of Sessions.
Cruz is younger, has the fire in his belly and is a brilliant attorney. I have nothing against older people ( I am one) but Sessions would have been much better as an elder statesman rather than a warrior.

Paul Ryan has been no support of President Trump, that’s for sure. But I have to wonder who/what will get elected out of his district in the midterms. Wisconsin has been a mostly blue state. It almost seems like Ryan is stepping down just so that a Dem can get elected. And we know what the Dems have planned as soon as they take over the House.

Jeff Sessions, you need to start bringing out the guns. This is getting ridiculous. When you don’t move, then Mueller is given license to execute his cover for the cabal that has been controlling D.C. for a long time. We need to see something sooner rather than later. And that something needs to be BIG. You are leaving President Trump hung out to dry. And when you do that, you are not just allowing the swamp to hurt the President, but you are allowing the swamp to engage in vote nullification!

Wisconsin is only a blue state because of the municipalities of Milwaukee and Madison, along with some of the Indian Reservations up north. Ryan’s district is in a relatively conservative part of the state, south of Madison. I’m between MKE and Madison, and can say the same for this area – very few Dem supporters. I can’t be too optimistic though, since we all know the Dems will lie, cheat, and steal the election, if possible.

We need successful prosecutions and convictions of the key players and the dismantling of their complex networks. Why indulge the childish need to know whats going on when that allows the EVIL cabal to know whats going on too? My God, this isn’t an episode of Law and Order. Posters here seem to be clueless about how complex, global, deep rooted and EVIL the network is that we are fighting. Its amazing President Trump and his team, including Sessions, have accomplished as much as they have already.

Why shouldn’t Jeff Sessions give stronger clues that the DOJ is coming after the cabal? When he doesn’t, Trump is frustrated (and might remove Sessions if he thinks Sessions isn’t doing what he needs to). Congress is frustrated and threatens contempt and impeachment. The American public is allowed to think that the appointment of the Special Prosecutor was reasonable – which colors their assessment of whether Trump (and Trump’s policies) should garner their support. It also colors their judgement of the appropriateness of the actions of Robert Mueller which could wreck havoc on real Republicans (not RINOs) in the midterms.

Sessions has said that there are sealed indictments. He has said that Huber is working with Horowitz. He’s given little clues here and there that there are things in the works, but I’d bet that most of the country really hasn’t paid one lick of attention to those clues and thinks that everything at the FBI and DOJ was reasonable. Those clues, if delivered a little more robustly, could give Sessions more latitude to work without constant sniping at his efforts from all sides (except from RINOs and Dems).

Moreover, if he gives a little more robust statement of what is coming down the pike, then the rats will start scurrying for cover. They will try to position themselves for the least exposure possible. And when they do that, they will bite at each other with contradictory claims. That can only help indict the rats.

Finally, if Sessions gave a little more robust response, we might not be where we are today with Lindsay Graham and Thom Tillis joining Dems Cory Booker and Chris Coons in pushing a bill that gives Mueller even more cover for his illegal activity.

I personally need to believe in Jeff Sessions. His roots are the same as my Grandfather’s, who I learned so much from, about being a good man. Thus the reason, the first Senator who put his name in the hat for President Trump, who has just completed the finest 15 months a President has ever performed, in my lifetime, for me needs to wear a white hat.
I understand there is so much I don’t know. Tracy said nothing to change my mind about the FBI or Mr. Rosentein. The FBI has been doing nefarious things for as long as I can recall, I was 9 when Kennedy was murdered. Rosentein signing his approval of the FISA warrants based on the Steele dossier is a fact. Anybody that is involved officially with that fairytale is dirty.
I have never demanded the firing of Mueller, Rosenstein or Senator Sessions in any comment. and I still don’t.
Doing that would push this investigation into a stall far past the midterms. I heard Rush say the other day, paraphrasing,
“The news that will sway the midterms, has not come out yet. News as late as October could influence the election.
              It is 5 o’clock somewhere!

That’s what is happening in D.C. and unless the establishment can find a way to stop the lid from coming off, we the people are going to be appalled… and furious. The D.C. comparison to a swamp is not really as accurate as calling it a septic tank, and it’s 100 times worse than we currently know.

Let me add one more thing. Whether there is a wall started by the mid-terms or not, whether or not Trump has fulfilled all our hopes and dreams by then or not, we had better grant him some more time by getting out there and voting. We avoided the Hillary disaster, let’s not throw away that victory by handing the House, the Senate, or both back to the communist party. And make no mistake, that’s what they are.

He is in a bad position where replacing the AG would bring a lot of heat, mainly the Senate would not confirm a new one, and possible impeachment if they think he is trying to obstruct an investigation. Just because someone is there, does not mean he is happy with them. Look at Tillerson, we’ve heard rumors for months. But he flat out says how he is discouraged by Sessions actions or lack of.

They all rallied behind Sessions and said they would not confirm another AG that year. I have mixed feelings, it all depends on if Sessions is going to bring down the hammer. Rosenstein, I wish he’d toss, I would hope that would not bring a charge of obstruction since he is overseeing the SC.

Point being is man adapts quickly to surroundings to people to laws. I would guess that over half of the swamp people don’t even realize how many laws they were breaking every day. And the rest of the swamp people rationalized their actions away.

I didn’t comment at first, but slowly started adding my two cents. I really enjoy this community, both Sundance’s posts and the discussions that go on, including sometimes very interesting links from other commenters.

That said, I don’t take anything anywhere as “true” on face value, but look at the evidence and see how things actually play out. And I am getting anxious to see how this whole Trump investigation/IG report is going to play out – it seem like an eternity since the election and things are still dragging on. So frustrating. President Trump, and I think several others, have been planing this move to take back our country for DECADES. Why ever would you think there isn’t a plan?

Yes there are going to be unplanned twists and turns. The FBI raiding Cohen was horrible and Cohen could be said to have been STUPID to ensnare President Trump into doing business with his shady friend Sater. However Trump was busy with the TV show Apprentice so I think the shakeout will be that the entire mess falls on Sater and Cohen period. Not that there was any ‘There’ there to begin with.

  3. Donna in Oregon says:

I just wanted to compliment Mr. Sundance on this “Steel Magnolias” observation:

“The time for handkerchiefs and perfumed manners is over.”

Exactly right, the AG should address all the FISA abuses including those in the FISC Memorandum from April 2017 by Judge Collyer. Sessions has had to address and respond to these issues since he was sworn in (Feb 2017).

The FISC court extended the time required to remedy the Memorandum Opinion and Order by Judge Collyer to allow AG Sessions to act on these matters last year. Taking the Small Group and their advocates to the woodshed should have been done months ago.

Punishments for those that violated the 4th Amendment and deceived the FISC judges thru fraud and falsified evidence in the FISA applications should have already been decided.

Mr. Sessions you are late. Be a good Southern gentleman and make it up to us. But first we need and act of contrition, sincere penitence and remorse in order to forgive you…..and send them to jail. We’ll forgive you. It’s Christian to forgive. 🙂

Yes, The FBI raided the home office and motel room of President Trump’s Personal Lawyer, Mr Cohen. Cohen had been fully cooperative and MANY, MANY people are outraged at the disregard for 450 years of Attorney-Client Privilege.

This is really nasty and possibly the FBI will try to ‘plant’ incriminating evidence, but aside from that it was a major misstep on the part of the globalists. Why, because it just swung a lot of fence sitters to President Trump’s side.

Actually this could allow a One — Two Knockout Punch if the FISA Abuse is then piled on top of this Attorney-Client Privilege abuse.

Sundance I believe the issue is not about evidence or proof per se.
It is about the process of removing these embedded criminals from within system that had hidden/covered up their crimes for DECADES.
How many columnists, reporters, news readers, t.v. personalities would be implicated in High Treason?
It is important to note how many of the news publications i.e. news channels (Global, National and local), radio, newspapers, websites (left and right), and social media companies are owned by billionaires.
If you had that kind of power what would you do to escape justice?

And their primary tools are the media, and social media.
Former UN Amb. Samantha Powers herself tweeted: “we will not go quietly into the night” after she left office. Remember all of the veiled threats in tweets from Holder, Brennen, and Ben Rhodes.
We are fortunate to have the CTH to break down even the most minute details in real time, but it also increases the anxiety for these people to brought to justice.
The concern for POTUS is that everyday people, even supportive people who still rely on the likes of the Shep Smiths and the Chris Wallaces of the world suckered in not seeing the forest for the trees.

the only way that could POSSIBLY change would be if the shmoe citizens went to Washington en masse, and threw these criminals out on their ears…ALL OF THEM.
And then set up a new government that was truly bottom up for the people, instead of the TOP DOWN oligarchy that serves only the wealth controllers, that they’ve lied about and hidden from us…forever.

And the chances of that happening are ZERO so…

The public will not be impressed if the long-awaited OIG report is just about Andy McCabe lying about leaking to the press. That’s a daily affair in the Swamp.

SD’s talk of staging the OIG report due to complexity is scary slow stuff. Trump could face impeachment hearings by then, which would suck all the oxygen out of the rom.

But @tracyBeanz holds hope that the Cohen raid may be due to Cohen’s link to oligarch Deripaska, Tony Podesta, Sater, and Manafort. Cohen jumping ship on Trump due to inevitable Hillary victory, and part of the Papa/Manafort plant into Trump campaign. This fits into the Mueller White Hat theory. All while dealing with a corrupt DOJ and FBI and fighting against a global cabal of EVIL determined to overthrow our government. I think Sessions is amazing. I have grave concerns about the length of time that the bringing of people to justice is taking. It has allowed enormous momentum to build up with the deep state players, allowing them to carry off ever more daring actions (latest raid) and making POTUS and his team look weak/vulnerable. They are also providing and cultivating an environment whereby there can be open mocking of those working for POTUS. The deep state players are displaying huge arrogance and with each move they make they seem to gain more power/hold over the electorate. There is a growing feeling of resignation that the villains of the piece will never truly be brought to justice.

We are urged to be patient. However, time is not on our side as the momentum builds for the deep state players. I strongly feel that something radical has to be done. A staged report by the IG (even thought I understand the reasons for it) will simply play into their hands.

I’d have more confidence in Sessions if he appeared to be moving with force. For example, the FBI doubled the man power tasked with document production to 54 (or thereabouts), a number which is grossly insufficient. It will take years for documents to be produced. Jeff needs to call Wray and tell him that we don’t need those documents by 2020, we need them by June. Put as many people as you need on the task or you’re fired. But that’s not at all what’s happening. Other examples: McCabe was fired for perjury and leaking but he hasn’t been prosecuted. Comey admits to leaking and to illegally possessing government documents but hasn’t been prosecuted. I understand it’s a large job, I understand the plan, but the pace absolutely must pick up. A brilliant plan that never engages the enemy is worthless. Just give us a sign that there is urgency.

In modern history American government agencies have been involved in taking out Presidents.

    1) Kennedy
    2) Nixon
    3) Reagan

So this “unprecedented” hue and cry is inaccurate. Especially when it comes to the holier-than-thou FBI. Hoover had files on politicians, even had files on Marilyn Monroe. Director Hoover had files on anyone he wanted to have files on. Nothing much has changed there except for the technology. Come on, blackmail and manipulation has been going on since the 60’s.

I can’t believe all the selective memories….. The press are a bunch of liars, but not the American people. We know the FBI is bad, we’ve known before 9/11.

The FBI is crooked. We aren’t even to the Dept. of Justice yet. That’s a whole big mess on it’s own. FBI agents paying attention, or that have a pulse know all about the corruption of the 7th Floor. Anyone that’s worked for a dirty organization has some idea of what’s going on. Have we had an outcry from any of them? Because I haven’t heard a peep, and I’m sure they know how to speak up when necessary. Nada. Nothing. Silence.

Patriots need to clean house now because these people in the Alphabet agencies are getting fitted for Jackboots and Stasi tactics. All brought to you by AG Mueller’s Patriot Act and FISA court spying. FISC, the court spying mechanism used without any cause has ended the 4th Amendment rights of a sitting President.

The Swamp ended America’s 4th Amendment rights without even bothering to make a change to the Constitution. They just ignored the entire Constitution and took what they wanted.

1). Challenge the original probable cause of the special counsel as defective and obtained under fraudulent means, and therefore attack the probable cause for all subsequent warrants

Use court filings to lay out the case for the plot to undermine Trump in the court challenge for the probable cause of the original appointment.

2). File a counter suit for deprivation of 1st, 4th and 6th Amendment constitutional rights under color of law against the DOJ and FBI, All are being harassed for their participation in the political process.

Use CTH outline as a guide for court filings for both of these. Get the story out there, flip the script, talk about the conflicts of interest and the dirty inside dealing. SESSIONS: I do not.

JORDON: Are you investigating who leaked that information?

SESSIONS: That would be a matter within the investigatory powers of the Special Counsel.

Thanks for posting this video!! In response to Jordan’s persuasive points regarding Comey’s misdeeds and the need for a second special counsel, Sessions replies at some point that there have only ever been two special counsels appointed. Waco/ Janet Reno being one and Mueller/Russian collusion being other. He then states each of these were “pretty special factual situations” and that they will use the standards in the manual to determine what constitutes needing a special counsel.

I can’t wrap my head around the words “pretty special factual situations”. It’s been so long since this has gone on, but can anyone clearly state what the pretty special factual situation was that started this (apparently only second ever in US history) special counsel? Was it only the dossier? Was it the firing of Comey?

All along I’ve felt they are somehow really wanting to get President Trump for firing Comey. Do Rod Rosenstein and Sessions have differing versions of how the firing went down? Are they dragging this out only to end up with statements from these two that contradict the President?

Back to my question- based on this video, does anyone know the “pretty special factual situation that specifically was the reason for the special counsel?

I guess many of us are ignorant of the processes, myself included. The biggest high-profile case we’ve had is OJ? A travesty.

Grand juries are a big deal, reportedly decide if there is enough evidence to press criminal charges. I’m not sure if every case requires one, and if depositions thete can be used in an actual trial.

I know this seems so basic, but I appreciate your going thru the process! It seems as though John Huber is the prosecutor who determines what will go to the grand juries? Assuming there are grand juries at this point…. It’s not that I don’t believe these things could be happening simultaneously, I just want to trust whomever is in charge over these criminals. Looks like a lot rests on what John Huber does with the information. Does Huber have any reporting responsibility to Rosenstein?

I’ve never felt all that comfortable how Sessions has phrased the assignment of now named John Huber. I believe he recused himself of all things Hillary, too. How does that fit in with the reporting of findings that relate to DNC, Clinton Foundation, Uranium One, etc. Does Sessions receive any info from IG pertaining to this? Or does his recusal keep him out of the loop, which results in his knowing very little of the evidence and facts?

There is a lot of information to digest.

Big picture here. Every so often, some information pops up. Texts between FBI lovers Page and Strzok that were supposedly lost is one example. Where did it come from, if Congress didn’t have it?

Big picture #2. The Inspector General years ago had his power, his independence, neutered by Obama and Holder. It was a toothless office.

IG Michael Horowitz reportedly fought a prolonged battle to bring back independence and power. So even though I think he is a Democrat, he may prove to go down in history as a legendary American figure. I hope so. I don’t desire to see every Democrat in chains, I hope for justice… though a dozen or two may have their future considerably damaged.

I haven’t bought in yet to military tribunals, Q, 500 underground military bunkers or 28,000 arrests shipped out to Gitmo.

H & H. And maybe Jeff will join the battle someday.

Kathy you are mistaken. Sessions only recused himself from the Russian interference in the 2016 investigation. Other countries definitely interfered but that will be covered in the completed DHS/ODNI report. I wish people would just enjoy the show rather than being such worry warts. Pray. Celebrate. Worthless worry is INTENDED to make us sick and weak. I don’t understand why anyone buys into the fear and anxiety porn when there’s so much to celebrate.

Just hoping Sundance or others will repost this video and analyze Session’s reply. Maybe not so much for his refusal to appoint a special counsel but his answer specifically stating the standard (in manual) for appointment of special council. ANY chance the standard wasn’t met to appoint Mueller? Because of his recusal, Rosenstein appointed Mueller-not Sessions. Has Sessions ever said or stated that the Mueller investigation is legit? Or can he not comment at all on it due to his recusal? Can he not disband because his recusal? I’m throwing questions out only to spur others thinking- my brain takes me only so far.

If warranted, I hope others will review video and chime in! Thx.

Yep it has been a while since a lot of you have seen how a proper investigation is done. AG Session is following the law and will present a solid case based on the law. If someone walks, it will because they didn’t have the facts to prove the person was guilty. Ask stupid question in an open meeting and you get grandstanding and a correct reply. “I can’t answer that”. Take heart my own son is more bummed out than anyone I have seen post on the CTH.

There’s no law requiring all perpetrators be prosecuted simultaneously or that each perp be simultaneously charged with each and all of their crimes. It’s understandable why people think Sessions is phoning it in and letting Rosenstein and Mueller run the show, they are. Rosenstein isn’t going to prosecute anyone. It’s pretty obvious that he’s dirty.

There is Papadopoulos, and Joseph Mifsud trying to setup a meeting with “Putin’s neice” and the “Russian official”. With a side order of Drunk Downer in a pub and a disappearing Sergei Millian.
Then there is Fusion GPS, the Lynch DOJ and Natalia Veselnitskaya trying to trap Trump Jr and getting the brush-off.
the Manafort — Gates play leads right back to the Podesta Group. And Tony has to disappear…
The Steele Dossier gets nothing but a belly laugh.
The Billy Bush tapes get a shrug.
    The Demi-Rat Sluts get ignored.
The Flynn guilty plea is falling apart.
    Manafort is suing
The Carter Page Title I aggressive surveillance is backfiring in their face BIGLY.
So now they yank out a slut retread plus a Mafia criminal turned spy to try and trap Trump’s personal lawyer.
    ….

Now wouldn’t you have LOVED to have a spy system in place on Hillary, Obama and ValJar to see the explosions as every trap turns up NOTHING usable for OVER TWO YEARS?

And President Trump blithely just keeps on keeping on.

Although the stonewalling tactics of government agencies is nothing new, given the severity of what was being done by the DOJ, FBI, and other agencies in addition to the DNC and Hillary Clinton feeding false information to them for the purpose of keeping President Trump out of office, and then taking him down once he became POTUS, We, The People, want the truth to come out and those responsible punished to the fullest extent of the law. This has dragged on long enough. Time to start issuing grand jury indictments, arresting all of the players involved, and bring them before a judge and jury. Time to send a BIG MESSAGE, that if you ever attempt to do this again, there will be consequences and it will be severe.

It’s now April of 2018, and yet, the only partial justice that has been served is the firing of McKabe. Shuffling the other rogue players around to insignificant job positions doesn’t cut it.

Cozette, as Mr. Dershowitz stated this evening on Hannity, Sessions should have told POTUS the he was going to recuse himself from the Russian investigation, BEFORE he accepted the USAG position. It would have been nice to have someone in charge at the DOJ, who could have been way more involved and prevented the shenanigans that are going on with Rosenstein and Mueller. I’ve been patient, very patient, and so has much of America. However, the clock is ticking and as Gregg Jarrett has stated, the clock ran down for some of the crimes Hillary could have been charged with due to the statue of limitations running out. In the mean time, the clock is still ticking and charges will soon need to be filed or else the players involved get a pass. If Sessions comes through and there are actually people brought to justice because of his actions, I’ll be the first one to admit that I should have been more patient.

When McCabe shut down 3 Hillary Clinton investigations, how are the shuttered cases stored? Are there closing statements written, areas of interest, concerns, questions, etc.? I hope so!
