FBI Shadow Figure Surfaces To Protect President Obama Amid Released FBI Text Messages…

CTH has been pointing out this shadowy figure for almost a year.  Today, his appearance in Text Messages, explains why…

W.H. “Bill” Priestap is the FBI Head of Counterintelligence.  Priestap was one of the first FBI officials who caught our attention (spring of 2017) because FBI Director James Comey mysteriously pointed a finger upon him during testimony to congress on March 20th, 2017 [Although Comey didn’t use Bill Priestap’s name, only his position].

James Comey said last year the reason the FBI did not inform congress of the ongoing eight month counterintelligence investigation (required by congressional intelligence oversight), which began in July 2016 into candidate Donald Trump, was because Bill Priestap specifically told Director Comey not to inform congress or intelligence oversight.

That March 20th, 2017, Comey testimony -and the exponential ramifications therein- largely remained under the radar until late last year when Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes and the Office of Inspector General began presenting information that painted a very disturbing picture of the DOJ/FBI motive to keep their suspicious activity hidden.

As a result of growing concern surrounding the political endeavors of the Dept. of Justice, Devin Nunes included FBI Asst. Director Bill Priestap in his witness demand to the DOJ.  According to the response letter provided by Asst. AG Rod Rosenstein, Priestap will be presented to the House Intelligence Committee soon for questioning.

Yesterday, a key aspect of Bill Priestap surfaced, in a semi-related matter, surrounding the Clinton email investigation.

In a letter from Senator Ron Johnson (Committee overseeing Homeland Security) to FBI Director Christopher Wray, Bill Priestap surfaces.  [full pdf here]

On page #2, Johnson points out that prior information from the FBI showed that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton communicated via email with President Obama:

(Page #2 Link)

Obviously President Obama could be at risk within the unlawful Secretary Clinton use of unauthorized and non-secure email controls.  President Obama previously stated he had no knowledge of Secretary Clinton using non-governmental email.

Transparently, the fact that President Obama and Hillary Clinton were emailing each other, indicates President Obama did in fact know of Clinton’s email account structure.  The electronic communication between Clinton and Obama now becomes a risk.

Enter FBI Director of Counterintelligence Bill Priestap to clean up a messy issue.

From the text messaging between FBI Agent Peter Strzok and DOJ/FBI Lawyer Lisa Page, we see that Bill Priestap helped create the carefully worded manuscript FBI Director James Comey delivered in July 2016 to extricate Clinton from her illegal action. However, Bill Priestap’s editorial focus was very specific:

(Page #3 Link)

It was Asst. FBI Director W.H. “Bill” Priestap, in his role within the DOJ/FBI “small group”, who removed the connection of President Obama to the email account of Secretary Clinton:

That removal is one of the more consequential changes that appears to have taken place in changing Comey’s transcript.  That change held massive potential ramifications.

This is yet another indication that Bill Priestap is a key and central figure inside this conspiracy.   Bill Priestap was FBI Agent Peter Strzok’s direct boss.

Also, as head of FBI counterintelligence, Priestap would have to sign off on the use of Fusion-GPS (aka: Bean LLC, aka, Glenn Simpson), Crowdstrike, and/or any FBI contractor who was allowed access to, or received information from, the FBI database.

What Asst. AG John P Carlin (DOJ – National Security Division), is to the DOJ FISA-702 side of the entire operation, so too is Asst. FBI Director Bill Priestap on the FBI side of the FISA-702 operation – and much more.

Hopefully you can see a little better how each of these officials are lining up on our graphic:

There is no reason for AG Sessions to wait. He could bring charges immediately based on the April 26, 2017 opinion of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court that found intelligence within the Obama administration abused laws and senior administration officials made multiple misrepresentations to the courts.

…we were warned years ago, post 911, about human natures nefarious side and the risks associated making of a machine that scans loads of meta-data about its citizenry…. and in the wrong hands, get’s sold and used (illegally) as a way to (mis)manipulate human behaviors. The availability of too much potential power, control and money is saliscious to many nefarious people.

“if” someone gets ‘officially’ caught this time…it is just a matter of time, that that information is used help prevent someone else getting caught next time.

Yes, we need to catch terror – before it happens. The horse in front of the cart.

But, what is beginning to happen…cart is before the horse…is that information gets captured, and that information is (or potentially has) used to make terror happen, by everyday citizens.
(using private information to black mail, make a dossier, threat / manipulate people, and / or coerce citizens – if they can make people willing to go along….or something worse, if someone is not willing to go along with a threat.)

Is the potential of what could be disclosed….just be the tip of a bigger spear?

The lord knows it would be a challenge for most citizens to ‘see’ the evidence of what is cloaked, going on.

So yes, patience is a virtue. So is fortitude, prudence, justice, temperance….

Count the blessings ‘if’ the light shines upon the whole tip …
…because, it could help millions of people for decades…. (or very, very easily, might not, if hasty…haste makes waste )

As you say “There is no reason for AG Sessions to wait.”

Sessions is waiting for the case to be built…both the legal case and the case in the court of public opinion.

Because what we are witnessing is the exposure of a coup, it is important that the Rule of Law apply. If this goes to the very top of the Obama administration…we need these crimes to be prosecuted by the Rule of Law and we need the sentences to be administered and carried out by the Rule of Law.

Without the Rule of Law…we are not a country.

Trump nor Sessions cannot simply shut down the coup…it must be accomplished by the Rule of Law.

If not, what do we have?

In the style of ‘Q’, a few questions to consider.

          What does a Jury Do?
How many times was OJ tried for murder?
What is ‘Juror Misconduct’ and the penalty for a juror not voting per the facts in a case?
If a trial is in DC, what percent of the Jurors would be (D)?
          Why is Pizzagate important?
What convicts get sent to a special prison or seperate wing and why?
Who counseled her father to “lay the traps carefully“

Why doesn’t Sessions tell us and why hasn’t he done something?
What does the U.S. Attorneys’ Manual, specifially 1-7.000 – ‘Confidentiality and Media Contacts Policy’ say?
          https://www.justice.gov/usam/usam-1-7000-media-relations
Does following the ‘Rule of Law’ change if it is ‘Our Side’ or ‘Their Side’?
Do 2 wrongs make a right?
As of Jul 21, 2017, how many Trump PPA Assoc AG were confirmed by Senate? (2 of 12 sound right?)
Same date, how many of the 93 vacant U.S. attorney positions or heads the JD’s criminal, civil, and national security divisions had been confirmed? (Geese lay what?)

Let me ask you this, say no one gets arrested or goes to jail. A few slaps on the wrist here and there but this simply fades into obscurity. Meanwhile the country continues to improve by leaps and bounds. Income rises and unemployment falls to record levels. This country becomes 60% geared to the MAGA agenda and believes that it is key to future prosperity. Politicians no longer fear the media and are elected based on those principles. We become a mostly unified nation.

All of what you said would be meaningless and lack credibility if the people once again witness the rule of law being flouted or obviously guilty parties being allowed to walk.

Trust in the system has been lost, when that happens slowly you will see chaos in place of the broken rule of law. Convicting the guilty persons wherever that may lead is an important act to show the people and the world that Rule of Law is once again how the US rolls.

      1. Sessions is recused. Wray and Rosenstein are responsible. They know all of this fisa abuse in the 99 Page report and have done nothing that we know of.
      2. Mueller should have investigated the fisa report/ warrants – DiGenova is skeptical. If not investigated it could indicate abdication of sc duty.
3 DiGenova thinks it’s Proper and good that nunes won’t share memo with the FBI.

Side note: Paul Sperry tweeted a day or so ago that mueller has hired Fusion gps to continue investigating PTrump. The brazenness of all this is staggering.

      […]

“After reviewing the voluminous records on the FBI’s servers, which included over 50,000 texts, the Inspector General discovered the FBI’s system failed to retain text messages for approximately 5 months between December 14, 2017 to May 17, 2017,” Sessions said.

      […]

“I have spoken to the Inspector General and a review is already underway to ascertain what occurred and to determine if these records can be recovered in any other way,” Sessions said. “If any wrongdoing were to be found to have caused this gap, appropriate legal disciplinary action measures will be taken.”

And you don’t even need the whole CIA to do it to the FBI – just PART – to find the “right” people. And OF COURSE the commies would want this started early, like during Clinton, to make sure it’s ready to deliver a completely politicized agency now, and (drumroll) a PROGRESSIVE agency during the next 8 years.

If the people involved were using third party software self-destructing after a given time, or family issued mobile devices and/or burner phones with unknown numbers it would be impossible to locate the transmissions. Apparently, there’s been a tremendous amount of burner phones being used in the DOJ and FBI of late for obvious reasons.

My feeling is that much of this may already be documented but the Bureau is being given a chance to rectify it’s action(s). If not, more heads will roll at the appropriate time.

This intercept was on 5-17-17 the afternoon just before Mueller’s appointment was announced that evening. It was not the first chat. Freshcamel had been observing these “secret” chats between 13 members of the group via a high-level FBI officer’s computer for a while before Freshcamel screen-captured this set.

If Strzok and Page are part of the group of 13, perhaps they realized they were being observed and then changed back to cellphones the next day, 5-18-17. Or if they didn’t know, thought they were safe to go back to cellphones, being under Mueller’s wing.

Anyway, it’s worth checking if those 5 months took place on a Gliph platform. There might be some trace in their computers.

I understand the sentiment of many here that Trump would not go after Obama because of the potential damage that would be done to the country. But I have a differing opinion. Trump now sees how Obama conspired to destroy him, both during his campaign and then after when he was first President-elect, and then the actual President. Why would Trump forgive or forget that? This was an actual and intentional act to overturn the legitimate democratic process of our country. This was an attempted coup to overturn our election.

I hope Trump releases the dogs from hell on these traitors to show that no one is above the law and to deter future attempts to circumvent our electoral process. Obama has brought them on himself and he deserves everything that might come his way.

The media’s behavior is almost worse than this vast conspiracy to evade justice and use the power of government on the opponent. The media never expressed any interest in the obvious criminality of the HER email practices. The media specialized in experts who asserted that the practices were not illegal. I think that many media insiders knew about the conspiracy to evade criminal responsibility and use the power of government on DJT. Unfortunately, the complicity of the media is not fake news. Obama will never be charged with anything. Oh, they may say he was “extremely careless” or some other bullsh*t like that, but I highly doubt he’ll ever face anything other than that

    Why do I say that?

Racial politics, that big blue elephant sitting over there in the corner of the room. Even the most honorable defenders of our Constitution & law & order will most likely back down if it ever comes to that

The first “black” President to hold office was accused of & arrested for crimes? I just can’t see it happening. Those in power will be told it will tear the nation apart. It will start riots, people will be killed, chaos will rule the day

This is what happens when you allow any racial identity to become a cause or social justice construct of in itself. Racial identity becomes untouchable. Just look at illegal aliens

I hope I’m wrong about this, but I don’t think I am. The globalist / Marxist cabal has put in place so many barriers to getting the power back to the people

I think the best we can hope for is to expose enough corruption & crimes to get safeguards in place to try to keep it as clean as possible, & throw a few big names in jail as examples

After all of this is said & done, hopefully we can begin to break down this racial identity racket that our enemies have used to gain footholds in the power that belongs to the people, because that will have to happen if we’re to truly get back on the right track

But Obama charged with crimes or put in a cell? I think it will be after our lifetimes before we see something like that happen

As the first black president, it was incumbent upon Barry Soetoro to be absolutely impeccable in his conduct of office. Why? Because the next black person to try to follow him into office would bear his legacy…for better or worse.

Given what is now known, with the benefit of historical hindsight, it becomes necessary to cleanse the stain Mr. Soetoro left upon the office, so that the next black person will not carry his millstone of corruption and poor leadership around his/her neck.

And remember, we’re not just talking about being bad at the job. We’re talking about a former Chicago pol who corrupted and weaponized various departments of federal gov’t against his political enemies and We, the People…

EXCLUSIVE: Top FBI, DOJ Officials Use Drug-Cartel-Style Burner Phones to Dodge Federal Investigators, Lawmakers

    https://truepundit.com/top-fbi-doj-officials-use-drug-cartel-style-burner-phones-dodge-federal-investigators-lawmakers/

    • Charlotte says:

Members of the FBI and Justice Department’s top brass at their Washington D.C.headquarters and other field offices are now using burner phones to stay under the radar of federal investigators and lawmakers, according to FBI insiders.

The shocking revelations come on the heels of news that the FBI deleted thousands of text messages between anti-Trump FBI agents before investigators could review their content.

While that is disturbing on one level, FBI and DOJ hierarchy employing the telecom habits of drug cartel bosses reaches a new low for the once-heralded federal law enforcement agency and the DOJ. And breaks federal laws as well.

Intel points to top FBI and DOJ officials communicating via:

Burner or disposable smart phones purchased with cash and charged with cash or money order
Encrypted phone and web apps, including SIGNAL employed for anonymous texting
Phones issued in the name of a spouse or family member, conceivably out of reach of federal subpoenas

Use of such telecom devices as part of official government business violates a host of federal laws, insiders said.

But that hasn’t slowed their use by top law enforcement personnel in the United States.

With many key personnel in the FBI currently under the microscope of the Inspector General — for potential criminal violations — top FBI and DOJ officials are communicating on disposable phones via text, voice and internet access to encrypted texting apps, FBI insiders confirm.

“The IG is aware of this,” one FBI insider said. “They have been up on these guys for a long time.”

The FBI source’s comments reflect the fact that the Inspector General has had court-approved wiretaps running on key members in the FBI and DOJ linked to an assortment of public scandals.

One of the main reasons why the Inspector General’s report of its investigation of the FBI has been delayed is because investigators keep getting wiretap intelligence on the key players, the FBI official said.

“It is OK to publicize this now, because they have dug themselves a very big hole,” the FBI source said. “They have switched to burners.”

Multiple FBI and federal law enforcement sources disclosed earlier that the IG was running wiretaps on FBI and DOJ officials to True Pundit but requested an embargo on publishing the information which would interfere with the investigation. True Pundit agreed to withhold until given the green light to publish.

Tom, the NSA has it all in their massive spy cloud in Utah. All emails and text messages that are traversing US networks are stored there by default, no exception. Use X-Keyscore, type in email address or mobile number, and you got it all, incl missing Clinton emails & FBI texts.

    Tom Fitton‏Verified account @TomFitton

.@FBI says texts are missing? Don’t believe it. As @JudicialWatch has found with “missing” and “deleted” Hillary Clinton and Lois Lerner emails, Deep State statements about “missing” electronic documents often turn out not to be true.

Carlin and Priestap are both doing a casper routine – vanishing like ghosts.

    From @LarrySchweikart:

    3) That letter cited texts verbatim from Deep Stroke and Pageboy about Bill Priestep (my new nick for him: “High Priest”) and how they had sent Zero the information.

    4) But High Priest knew immediately that was explosive so he changed Zero’s name in the paperwork to . . . .
    4) contd . . . “a senior government official.”

So rather than saying that OBAMA saw the texts and messages and FISA information, he lied and tried to cover up the trail by engaging in fraud.
    Nice try, High Priest.

I believe that it shows not JUST that Zero approved spying on Trump for Cankles, but that it shows PREVIOUS spying on ALL the GOP candidates.

At some point in the process of ferreting out Obama’s moles and the other demonRAT traitors among us — illuminating their crimes so that all can see — we need to re-establish a committee in the House of Representatives that never should have gone away: The House Un-American Activities Committee (HUAC).

As Ann Coulter and other have pointed out, Senator Joseph McCarthy wasn’t wrong. He was too flamboyant and he made mistakes.

    But he wasn’t wrong.

Communism — the most extreme form of socialism — is and always has been a worldwide cancer that has natural allies among atheists, feminists, islamists, and others.

Hell, before the start of World War II the Nazis and communists formed an alliance.

Many people forget that it wasn’t just Hitler that invaded Poland. The Nazi invasion came on September 1, 1939, but Hitler and Stalin had already divvied up the spoils, and the USSR invaded Poland on September 17, 1939 to grab its half.

The communists’ success at ending Congress’s investigations in the 1950s into communist infiltration of the federal government (which included investigations of subversion and espionage; sound familiar?) fed their appetite for bigger and better things. Their success in infiltrating the Roosevelt administration during World War II, where the Soviet mole Harry Hopkins lived right in The White House as FDR’s best buddy, resulted in a presence in the Democrat Party that continues down to this day.

In fact, self-declared socialists and communists now dominate the rolls of the Democrat Party. So why don’t we stop fooling ourselves about what we’re dealing with here, with Obama and his ilk, and call a spade a spade.

A quarter-century after HUAC, the communists were making major inroads in Democrat Party operations, which, starting the 1968 Presidential election, began transitioning power away from the big-city bosses and turning it over to “special interest groups,” which turned out to be groups owned lock, stock, and barrel by the communists.

The Southern Poverty Law Center is a communist operation, so is ACLU, so is Planned Parenthood, so is the NAACP, and so on. Many so-called “environmental” organizations are communist front groups.

If you look at who founded these groups and who continues to fund them, you will find communists. One of the best sites I’ve found for reading up on what the roots are of these groups is DiscoverTheNetworks.com.

By the 1972 Presidential election, the Democrat Party had adopted a system of quotas for each of these special interest groups to be represented in the party’s power structure. Certain of these groups — principally the feminists — have become ascendant.

In fact, the Democrats’ major voting bloc ever since has been single women, who predominate in nearly all of America’s urban centers. For example, single women are the voting bloc who gave New York City the communist mayor Warren Wilhelm Jr., a Sandinista known to us as Bill de Blasio.

While President Trump has been successful in what is sure to be a long-term process of peeling the black voting bloc away from the Democrats and returning them to the party that was their home starting during the Civil War and for decades afterwar, the Democrats still have a hammerlock on the women’s vote due to the continuing influence of feminists.

The communists can count on single women to vote Democrat 85-90 percent of the time. Contrast that with the vote of (primarily white) married women, 80 percent of whom vote the same as their husband.

Turnout among single women has been the key influencer in all Presidential elections since Reagan vs. Carter. Ever since that election, when a majority of American women — believe it or not — actually voted to re-elect the 2nd worst President in American history, a MAJORITY OF WOMEN HAVE VOTED DEMOCRAT IN EVERY SINGLE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION, i.e., 36 years straight.

But getting the black vote to shift Republican even 5-10 percent would be enough to overcome the demographic superiority that women have in America (53 percent female vs. 47 percent male).

The vote of single women is the ONLY thing that currently is holding the Democrat Party together.

Why do you think that the communist propaganda arm which goes by the term “news media” plays up such non-events as the “Women’s March”?

What Republicans can do to peel away the single women vote from the Democrats is to protect and preserve traditional marriage. Single women are, in growing numbers, recognizing that they’ve been sold a bill of goods by feminist philosophy that a “woman needs a man like a fish needs a bicycle,” i.e., the sexual revolution, which had led to skyrocketing divorce and abortion rates. (Side note: Ann Coulter once pointed out that “the strongest predictor of whether a person will end up in prison is that he was raised by a single parent,” meaning primarily single-mother homes.)

There are many indications that an increasing percentage of single mothers and other single women are getting tired of being married to the federal government.

And of course that marriage to the federal-funded freeloader freebie system is what makes the single woman feminist lifestyle possible in the first place. Why do you think communists over the past 50 years have been hammering away all of the cultural institutions that support the family? It was all designed to create this immutable Democrat (demonRAT) voting bloc — the same voting bloc that gave us Obama, Clinton, Carter.

Here is another fact that you won’t read anywhere: In every election since Reagan vs. Carter, a majority of men voted Republican, except for a very slight majority in the first Obama election, when an unusually high turnout among blacks helped put Obama over the top.

You can except a President like Obama/Clinton/Carter to happen again in the future, unless/until America’s cultural institutions — and not just its government — are restored.

But it took us more than 50 years to where we got to today. President Trump has started us on that long walk back.

“The system failed to back up texts of 2 phone numbers between date X and Y.” But it did before and after.

This is one of the saddest, unbelievable, untrue lines of bullshit I’ve ever heard. The only possibilities:

    1) A hardware failure. This is doubtful because the possibility that a piece of HW failed on a specific date and then started working on a certain date and only affected 2 phone numbers is is in itself probably statistically impossible. If it were a HW fail, there would more than likely be a redundant piece of HW that would kick in, AND e-mail notices would be everywhere notifying of the HW failure. This is impossible to believe.

    2) A Software failure. I’m not going to go out in the weeds on this but suffice it to say a SW fail would affect millions of phones – like if there was a SW update or something that had skunky code. Not just 2 numbers. And the date thing is no way. And again, it would be obvious and not “the system failed blah blah blah.

3)Someone modified a parameter to filter out the backing up texts of the 2 phone numbers in question on the starting date, and then at the other date changed the setting back to start backing up the 2 phone tesxs in question again. This is more possible than 1 and 2 above. But this would require someone in FBI making a request to the phone provider, or whomever administers the text backups. This would be something an investigation would reveal. Easily. There would be log files of administrative activity, it would be evident which admin logged in and performed the task, down to the ip address of the work station used to log in. Easy stuff.

    4) Someone at FBI ordered whoever administers the text backups to remove from date X to date Y on these 2 phone numbers. ***Or else.*** But keep in mind, these people who worked at the highest level of FBI do not necessarily know much of anything about this type of equipment and what it would truly take to remove the data from everywhere it may be. This whole thing looks, sounds and smells like a bunch of dopes. As in the Clinton e-mail debacle.

My money is on 4. And there is probably another storage mirror at some other location in the event of catastrophic failure of the primary storage. Or backed up to tape or whatever format on top of that. Log files. “Deleted folders” I was employed in the design of Networked Storage for almost 20 years, got out about 13 years ago. 80% of Wall Street was back up and running 2 days (with no loss of data) after 911 because they were backed up off site to storage mirrors I worked on the design of. The 20 % that bought our competitors product never reopened.

    Now I”m a retired bum.

    What happens to the DOJ?

Of course… that’s quite true. If evidence is disclosed that proves, beyond a doubt, that high-level people in the FBI, DOJ, CIA, etc worked hand-in-hand with Hillary and/or Obama to not just keep Trump from winning, but to literally take him out? Yep, we’d be looking at the end of “the system” as we know it… you’d have to go back at least to the Civil War to find anything close to as likely to tear EVERYTHING down. But does that mean we should NOT allow such evidence to be disclosed? In my opinion… NO!
