Understanding the FOIA Releases and How They Pertain

Stella has now completed uploading the remaining FOIA statements from our exhaustive 9 month back and forth with the Miami-Dade School Police Department. The Tree House has a Scribd account which can be located HERE.

All of the documents are now posted to open public review. However they are, in many cases, “redacted“.
Meaning when you are reading the transcribed text when you see the “- -” symbol in the body of the text, there is a portion omitted by the transcriber at the request of legal counsel for the Miami-Dade Public School System.   Here is a summary of the latest FOIA release using the text from the initial follow up inquiry: (more…)

#2 M-DSPD "Redacted" FOIA Release – Major Evelio Rodriquez

With ongoing efforts still in the works, where we are debating/arguing legal distinctions between FERPA and HIPAA as it pertains to public releases of this information, we have secured “redacted” copies for immediate review.
Where you see “– –” symbols this implies the redacted portion of the transcript. The redactions include terminology of reference to: “Diversionary Programs”, “Baker Acts”, and/or “Crisis Intervention Teams, or CIT”.
However, with the redactions, and yet understanding what is redacted, you can clearly see the footprint of what was, and perhaps still is, taking place. These affidavits surround an internal affairs investigation begun by M-DSPD Chief Charles Hurley into leaks coming from his School Police Department following the publicity around Miami-Dade school, Krop Senior High School, Trayvon Martin. Trayvon Martin’s behavior was diverted from a criminal record by “diversion”, including falsification of police reports, to avoid contact with the Criminal Justice System.

Trayvon and The Miami-Dade School Police Department – Redacted FOIA Newly Released – Former Police Chief Charles Hurley

tray - NewestSworn affidavit of former Miami-Dade School Police Dept. Police Chief Charles Hurley about the encounters between M-DSPD and Trayon Martin who was a student at Krop High School.
In the affidavit Chief Hurley outlines his specific construct of using diversionary programs, including Crisis Intervention Teams, and The Baker Act, to keep young black males out of the criminal justice system.
As a result of Chief Hurley’s instructions Krop High, School Resource Officer, Darryl Dunn, falsified police records and referred criminal behavior to school discipline.

Two of the diversionary incidents revolved around Officer Dunn falsifying the jewelry found in Trayvon’s backpack as “found items”. Meaning he intentionally kept them away from police reporting and put the jewelry in the property room. (more…)

Pursuing The Truth – More FOIA Requests Submitted

patriotWhen we began this quest 8 months ago we really had no idea the depth of manipulative corruption we would discover. Indeed we only knew of six sworn statements given in what we were told was a “small internal investigation”.

Boy was that ever an understatement.

After extensive inquiry the first batch of statutorally required public records were released.   That is what we have been sharing over the past week.   Within that release we can grasp the scope of the investigation, and how far it extended beyond the internal confines of the General Investigative Unit of the M-DSPD.  In actuality the investigation reaches all the way to Sanford, FL.

Indeed the investigation itself was far greater than we initially were led to believe.  However, now we know the scope of investigation we have submitted more public records requests.   Here is an excerpt from the latest submitted FOIA submission: (more…)

Part #5 – The Trayvon Martin Cover Up: Commander Deanna Fox Williams Sworn Affidavit (Trayvon Martin FOIA #12)

Miami Dade Schools Police Department

Here is the sworn affidavit given by Commander Deanna Fox-Williams (pictured above second from right) to the internal affairs division of the Miami-Dade School Police Department.   The redacted name in all the documentation is Trayvon Martin, or the initials “TM”.

Within the affidavit you will find even more information about the specifics surrounding how statistics were manipulated and how officers were given specific instructions to conceal student encounters with law enforcement. Generally in favor of diversion programs intended for one purpose, to improve statistics.

The M-DSPD, under the leadership of Police Chief Hurley was attempting to inflate the appearance of their effectiveness by changing how police officers were permitted to engage with School Students and uphold the law.

Police officers were pressured and given instructions to falsely classify behavior, at times even invoking the “Baker Act”, so the criminal justice statistics could be artificially improved. By all appearances Trayvon Martin was one of those “diversionary” students. (more…)

(Hat Tip RecoverydotGod)  On Friday February 3rd 2012 the following News article appeared in the Tampa Bay Times:

Juvenile delinquency in Florida’s public schools declined dramatically during the last six months of 2011, the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) announced today.

Delinquency referrals in schools throughout the state declined 16 percent compared to the same period the year before.   School referrals declined in 46 of Florida’s 67 counties, with Miami-Dade recording the biggest numeric decline (353 cases or 60 percent) in school-related delinquency.  A school-related referral is an arrest for a juvenile misdemeanor or felony committed on school grounds. Another two weeks later, Sunday February 26th, 2012, one of those improved Miami-Dade statistics decided to confront a hispanic man named George Zimmerman, in Sanford Florida.  The high school junior, a diverted statistic from Krop High,  punched Mr. Zimmerman in the nose, knocking him to the ground, and straddled him MMA style. Apropos – Hillary Clinton Delivers Speech at Trayvon Martin Foundation Event…

Hillary Clinton speaking at a Trayvon Martin Foundation event is an analogy wrapped up in a proverbial metaphor…. Everything about the foundation, Sybrina Fulton and Hillary Clinton is based on fraud.  ALL OF IT.

I was once asked how much time I personally spent in research of the Trayvon Martin shooting from April 2012 to July 2013. My best guess answer was 4,000 hours.
If you were to combine the efforts of approximately 100-500 CTH researchers during the same period you can amplify that number exponentially beyond a half million hours.  Yeah, we have some familiarity with this entire story.
I’ve been to Miami Gardens at least 5 times; I’ve interviewed dozens of Krop Senior High school students; I’ve talked to dozens of Miami Dade police officers, Miami-Dade School Police Officers, detectives, resource officers, teachers, school administration officials and school board members.   (more…)

“Black Lives Matter” Began As Fraud From Both The “Movement” and The Media…

REMINDER !!

Frances Robles - legal collectionIronically were it not for Frances Robles writing a Miami Herald article on March 26th 2012 an entire chain of events would not have taken place.

It was that Robles article, and the outlining of the Miami-Dade School Police Department’s report on a Trayvon Martin incident from October 2011, that kicked off an internal investigation by M-DSPD Police Chief Hurley against his own officers to find out who leaked the police report.

[Note: The Miami-Dade Public School System has its own Police force, and Chief, who report to the School Board and Superintendent – Not the Police Dept. The Police Chief is appointed by the School Superintendent, in this example, Alberto Carvalho]

October 2011

It was that M-DSPD internal affairs investigation which revealed in October 2011 Trayvon Martin was searched by School Resource Officer, Darryl Dunn. The search of Trayvon Martin’s backpack turned up at least 12 pcs of ladies jewelry, and a man’s watch, in addition to a flat head screwdriver described as “a burglary tool”.

When Trayvon was questioned about who owned the jewelry and where it came from, he claimed he was just holding it for a “friend”. A “friend” he would not name.

Later, after the police report was outlined in the Robles article, and despite Trayvon being suspended for the second time in a new school year, Martin family attorney, Benjamin Crump, said Trayvon’s dad, Tracy Martin, and Trayvon’s mom, Sybrina Fulton, did not know anything about the jewelry case.

It was only as a consequence of the M-DSPD internal affairs investigation that “why” they may not have known came to light. (more…)
