Biden “BUILD BACK BETTER” slogan was stolen from Japan submittal to the Sendai Conference in 2015.
It was the slogan presented to the UN to support reconstruction work being supported by the UN.
The Japanese delegation proposed “Build Back Better” as a concept in chapter seven of the book they presented at the Sendai conference. It was eventually incorporated into the framework and endorsed by the UN General Assembly.
In a nutshell, the idea is to restore the local infrastructure, culture and environment to what it was before the natural disaster that disrupted them, only making them more resilient.

His response it shocking and very telling. Just as he doesn’t respect Blacks; moreover, he doesn’t respect any regular voter. Biden thinks ‘We, the regular voters, need to shut up and be grateful for what he gives us’ He is an elitist and doesn’t deserve anyone’s vote.
