Tracey Carver has hired prominent LA attorney Gloria Allred to push back against the false McKinney racist narrative and stop the Black Grievance Industry from promoting false claims about the chaotic event in Craig Ranch caused by Tatyana Rhodes.

CALIFORNIA – Tracey Carver, a white woman seen on video in a fight at the McKinney pool party that fueled a national debate about race, spoke at a press conference in Los Angeles on Tuesday to deny accusations that she said racists slurs.

In a statement forwarded to The Dallas Morning News, Carver said that she was trying to defuse a fight between her friend and a young woman who pulled the friend’s hair. The McKinney woman noted she had to relocate to California because of threats against her and her family.

Tatyana Rhodes, a black 19-year-old woman, had told a photojournalist that another woman, who is white, told her to return to her public housing before slapping her in the face. Rhodes said she, her mother and sister live in the Craig Ranch subdivision and hosted the party there. (more…)

Snippets coming out as the MSM tries to pretend Blumenthal’s testimony is not potentially VERY damaging to Hillary Clinton.  Apparently, from early reports, Hillary’s assertion that Blumenthal’s communication was “unsolicited” is being exposed as false.  Even Darrell Issa tried to sit and listen….

WASHINGTON DC – Former House Oversight Chairman Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) tried to crash former Hillary Clinton adviser Sidney Blumenthal’s deposition before the House Select Committee on Benghazi on Tuesday.

Issa marched into the closed-door deposition and remained inside for about a minute before he was escorted out by the panel’s chairman, Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.). The pair briefly exchanged hushed words in a nearby hallway before Issa stormed off, throwing an empty soda can into a nearby trash bin.

This has the potential to be a HUGE case of corporate espionage.  The ramifications within the sports world are quite significant; the punishment, if the allegations are proven, will set the tone for all sports franchises moving forward. 

WASHINGTON — The F.B.I. and Justice Department prosecutors are investigating whether front-office officials for the St. Louis Cardinals, one of the most successful teams in baseball over the past two decades, hacked into internal networks of a rival team to steal closely guarded information about player personnel.

Investigators have uncovered evidence that Cardinals officials broke into a network of the Houston Astros that housed special databases the team had built, according to law enforcement officials. Internal discussions about trades, proprietary statistics and scouting reports were compromised, the officials said.

The officials did not say which employees were the focus of the investigation or whether the team’s highest-ranking officials were aware of the hacking or authorized it. The investigation is being led by the F.B.I.’s Houston field office and has progressed to the point that subpoenas have been served on the Cardinals and Major League Baseball for electronic correspondence. Hypocrisy, thy name is….

Today Marilyn Mosby filed a motion requesting a protective order over the evidence in the Freddie Gray case.   Specifically, she is seeking to block the defense attorney’s from publicly sharing the autopsy results.

Can you imagine her activist outrage if Saint Louis prosecutors hid Mike Brown’s autopsy?  Can you imagine her outrage if New York prosecutors hid Eric Garner’s autopsy?

According to the Baltimore Sun Mosby’s position is thusly described:

[…]  In a motion filed in Baltimore Circuit Court on Tuesday, Mosby’s office argued such an order is necessary because defense attorneys “have demonstrated a likelihood of publicizing discovery materials in a manner that may jeopardize the ability to conduct a fair and impartial trial.”

Mosby’s office asked for an expedited hearing to present its arguments for the order, as discovery is due in the case on June 26.

It is beyond rare for a situation to develop where the professionally black are in such a state of angst within the world of the professionally liberal.

Someone, ANYONE, please, please, please ask Hillary Clinton:

“Do you think Rachel Dolezal is black”?

Alicia Walters, Black Lives Matter activist, and Dr. Wendy Walsh appeared last night on the Don Lemon show to discuss Rachel Dolezal.  (Well worth the time to watch)

The compare and contrast method was using Caitlyn Jenner as an example of transgender, and how Dolezal’s self-identification as a black woman could be considered similarly transracial.

Ms. Walters, the black lives matter activist, was visibly filled with angst at the concept of a woman identifying as black, despite the exceptionally delivered counter-points provided by Dr. Walsh.   The interview is a case-study in how the professionally black, construct their grievances and must dismiss any comparatives lest they be diminished.
