Sometimes you have to wonder how much of this stuff an ordinary Democrat voter can swallow before they too are suffocated by the obfuscation and avoidance.  It looks like Hillary has found another person to put on her “vast right wing conspiracy” list.

During the debate last night Senator Ted Cruz was asked a direct question by Megyn Kelly about why didn’t Senator Jeff Sessions endorse him.  Cruz artfully avoided answering and instead deflecting his response  to falsely accuse Donald Trump of sending Hillary Clinton four campaign contributions in 2008.

Senator Cruz never answered the question.

So why doesn’t Senator Jeff Sessions support Ted Cruz?  The answer is within this video:

We Remember – December 23rd 2009 when Majority Leader Harry Reid passed a version of Obamacare through forced vote at 1:30am. The Senators could not leave, and for the two weeks previous were kept in a prolonged legislative session barred returning to their home-state constituencies.

Cautious optimism is warranted.  For those who are fully immersed in the weeds of the U.S. Presidential race there is new found optimism in seeing at least one of the key globalist influencers announce he’s throwing in the towel (outlined below).

A secondary smile can now cross the faces of those who hold a comprehensive understanding of how damaging the TPP trade deal would be to the U.S. worker.

Both optimistic outlooks present themselves today as we take –at face value– the retreat of Rupert Murdoch from attempting any further influence in the U.S. presidential race.

Those who have followed closely since the GOPe constructs in late 2013 will understand the profound significance for Mr. Wall Street, Rupert Murdoch, admitting the nomination prospects of candidate Donald Trump now seem inevitable.

Remember what we previously predicted would happen if/when the “inevitability threshold” was reached?

A solid Mississippi poll (full pdf below including crosstabs) shows candidate Donald Trump with a significant lead in the state.  [The Mississippi Primary is Tuesday March 8th]  State polling results show Donald Trump 41%, Ted Cruz 17% and Marco Rubio 16%.

MISSISSIPPI – Results from a statewide poll commissioned by Y’allPolitics and conducted by Magellan Strategies BR on Monday evening show that Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton both hold commanding leads heading into next week’s presidential primaries. Politicians politic, talkers talk, leaders take action.  Committed candidates -who are doing everything they can to succeed- work their butt off on behalf of their supporters.  That’s the key takeaway everyone should see in the decision of Donald Trump to skip a CPAC speech and head to Kansas.

Donald Trump is in it to win it, for America.   Standing in an auditorium in the DC burbs speechifying is not going to get-it-done in Kansas. HENCE, THIS.

A recent poll (full pdf below) within Kansas shows a tight race for the state.  Donald Trump holds a lead at 35% with Ted Cruz behind at 29%.  Kansas (another caucus) is winnable and every single vote counts. (more…)
