Dr. Anthony Fauci is a thin-skinned, unstable ideologue with visions of grandiosity.  He has wreaked havoc on our nation and permeated a major crisis on the global stage with his poor advice on COVID-19.   He personifies a mentally and emotionally unstable person within his worldview.

Fauci is representative of a group of psychologically unstable people who need a career operating in government systems and institutions, because they could never be successful in the private sector.  They can only succeed in academia and institutions without merit-based structures.

These are very disturbed people who have allowed a taste of power and influence to fuel an underlying narcissism. Their disorder exhibits as vengeful bitterness, the result of adolescent isolation and no emotional balance.  History will not look well upon Anthony Fauci any more than history reflects well upon Josef Mengele.

Comrade citizens, Chicago Mayor Beetlejuice announced today that anyone entering a gym, bar, restaurant, fitness or entertainment venue must show proof of vaccination if they are going to be located in the facility for longer than ten minutes.  Apparently, after 9 minutes and 59 seconds the Omicron variant will swoop in an get you.  WATCH (first minute):

Food stores, supermarkets and other businesses are exempt from the citywide executive order.  However, indoor dining will now require a vaccination identification to enter, unless you are simply picking up food.

It would appear union leadership for the Omicron variant organisms have entered into an agreement with city officials and agreed to hover in/around these facilities for ten minutes before operating to infect.  There is no current end date for the order.

Joe Biden makes no sense, and unfortunately Joe Biden doesn’t know he makes no sense.  Instead, the current installed occupant in the White House just shouts about talking points the champagne socialists bring up at their cocktail parties.

Overall inflation is crushing the middle class on a cross-sectional scale I have never before witnessed in my lifetime.  Every sector of the economy on Main Street is simultaneously under fire from unavoidable massive increases in prices on all types of goods.

Food, fuel, energy, gasoline, transportation, raw materials, every single sector is under massive inflationary pressure.  Biden believes that he can offset these massive costs to the average American worker by providing subsidies for some childcare, some education and some prescription costs.  He really believes this, yet everything about this subsidized cost approach is wrong.   Listen to the longer version of his explanation (3 minutes):

Despite the popularity of these leftist talking points, there’s no truth to them.

The government cannot subsidize its way to prosperity by redistributing the wealth of workers.  The government cannot stop inflation and simultaneously print money. The high cost of childcare is not keeping women out of the workforce.  Nothing is free from the federal government.  The federal government earns no income, it confiscates the income of workers.

The “17 Nobel Laureate” economists he proclaims support his Build Back Better deal to reduce costs for the middle class are the same “17 Nobel Laureate” economists who claimed, wrongly, inflation was “transitory” six months ago.  They have since retracted their prior claims, because it was all based on nonsensical Wall Street propaganda.

The White House occupant is a notoriously unlikeable man of intemperate disposition.   Amid his unstable moments of anger and bitterness toward those who he now describes as “unpatriotic people” who are refusing his vaccine mandate, Biden doubled down in his position:

Talking down to people is very off-putting.   Shouting and belittling people is very unbecoming.  Joe Biden is a very unlikable person; adding a dog isn’t going to help change that reality.

Starting in February, vaccination in Austria is compulsory for all citizens.  As a result, the Austrian government is now hiring “hunters” to track down the unvaccinated citizens and enforce compliance.  This is not a joke.

Well, it’s official. The White House hit the Omicron panic button, proclaimed we are heading for a “winter of death” and then waited to see the response.

The majority of American voters responded with a yawn, an eyeroll and a request to “pass the cannoli’s”, because the blabbering old dude is yelling at us again. Suffice to say, the ‘hair on fire‘ Omicron panic-pushing fell flat.

After taking the national temperature, the White House has now announced their new Omicron control plan.

The government will subsidize Kleenex and prestaged supplies for the cold and flu season. [READ HERE]

Time to pull out the faded and stained old handwritten recipes or notes, favorite cookbooks, and share with friends who really want to offer our best dishes to family and friends for Christmas. This time of year I especially try to remember the two women who taught me to cook, and to love cooking. My husband’s paternal grandmother, and his mother taught me with encouragement, kindness, joy and pride in the making of simple meals for big families. They taught me how to make good, nourishing meals from simple, cheap ingredients. They taught me to cook with love. I was a really slow student, but fortunately God gave me such good teachers that even I learned to cook well. Eventually.

Please share old family favorites, new discoveries, and memories, of course. I especially love it when we get recipes from different parts of the country, and our international readers. Zurich Mike, where are you? Being, as we say here in the South, of a certain age, I am steeped in old Southern recipes and cooking methods, but I have loved getting new ideas and recipes from our readers in Texas and Louisiana who do meals with boldness and heat, our coastal friends who share the best seafood recipes, our Northern friends who give us so many good stew and roast and vegetables recipes. Midwesterners just seem to do such a great job with family meals and especially winter vegetables, and no telling what you might get from out west and the West Coast, but the ideas and recipes are always wonderful. Just when you think the merge of medical science and technology couldn’t get more dangerous, a Swedish company called Epicenter steps forward to take electronic tracking to new heights of alarm.

You might think the concept of rice-sized microchip implants, for COVID vaccination passports, would be met with a resounding nope.   Unfortunately, it seems there are many who are willing to embrace the idea.  The Daily Mail has an article about the process {link}, which includes the following:

(Daily Mail) – […] Epicenter, a Stockholm-based startup, unveiled a new way of carrying around a COVID vaccine passport – in a microchip implanted under your skin. The implant can be read by any device using the near-field communication (NFC) protocol – technology used for contactless payments and keyless entry systems.

In a video shared by Epicenter, Hannes Sjöblad, chief distribution officer, has the chip in his arm and simply waves a smartphone over it to pull up his vaccination status. (read more)

From the perspective of personal liberty and privacy, there is no part of this that could possibly have a good long-term outcome.   The vaccine passport concept alone is a massive intrusion into privacy and freedom.  An implant to facilitate or streamline the process?  Heck no!

As we previously noted, the architects of the Build Back Better society (WEF) are guiding various governments on ways to create efficient registration and compliance systems, ie. ways that permit citizens to prove their vaccinated and compliant status.  However, as these discussions are taking place, perhaps it is prudent to pause and think very carefully.
