A rather disturbing report albeit on a comparatively small scale.   Federal and Pennsylvania state officials are reporting on nine mail-in military ballots cast for President Trump that were discarded by election workers in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.

Ironically, just yesterday President Trump asked all his supporters to get involved:

Pennsylvania, CBS – […] The U.S. Attorney’s Office of the Middle District of Pennsylvania says an investigation was launched Monday following reports of potential issues with a small number of mail-in ballots at the Luzerne County Board of Elections.

The FBI and Pennsylvania State Police have conducted interviews and recovered and reviewed physical evidence. Authorities say Luzerne County election officials have been cooperative.

Earlier today federal arrest warrants were served to Toledo, Ohio, city council members Larry Sykes, Tyrone Riley, Yvonne Harper, and Gary Johnson.  The FBI is actively looking for a fifth person – attorney Keith Mitchell, as the FBI and US Attorney Justin Herdman culminate a two-year investigation into the city council for bribery, extortion and abuse of their public office for financial benefit.  [Local Press Report]  FBI News Conference:

Earlier this evening President Trump noted the ease of mail-in voting fraud by highlighting the recent New Jersey election where election fraud charges have been brought against against four people including:  Paterson City Councilman Michael Jackson (D), Councilman-elect Alex Mendez (D), Shelim Khalique, and Abu Razyen. New Jersey – Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal today announced voting fraud charges against Paterson City Councilman Michael Jackson, Councilman-Elect Alex Mendez, and two other men in connection with the May 12, 2020 special election in the City of Paterson. All four men are charged with criminal conduct involving mail-in ballots during the election, Grewal said.

The investigation by the Attorney General’s Office of Public Integrity & Accountability (OPIA) began when the U.S. Postal Inspection Service alerted the Attorney General’s Office that hundreds of mail-in ballots were found in a mailbox in Paterson.  Numerous additional ballots were found in a mailbox in nearby Haledon.

Dueto the COVID-19 pandemic, all voting in May 12 elections in New Jersey was done by mail-in ballots.  (read more)

Nationally, Nancy Pelosi and top DNC Democrats have openly stated their intention is to force mail-in ballots in all states for the 2020 presidential election contest. The open intent is to use mail-in ballots as a purposeful way to win the election. To accomplish this goal panic around the COVID-19 virus is needed.

A remarkable admission by former Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe during a campaign strategy call to DNC officials outlines the 2020 strategy for Joe Biden.  McAuliffe is one of the key professional Democrats dialed-in to the overall plan.

Yeah, sometimes headlines speak for themselves… Election Judge Domenick DeMuro was paid between $300 and $5,000 to assist in ballot stuffing for each election over multiple years.

PHILADELPHIA – U.S. Attorney William M. McSwain released a video on May 21, 2020, in which he discussed the charging and guilty plea of former Philadelphia Judge of Elections Domenick J. DeMuro.

[Transcript] – Good morning. I am here to announce that the U.S. Attorney’s Office has unsealed criminal charges against Domenick J. DeMuro, a former Judge of Elections for the 39th Ward, 36th Division in South Philadelphia.

DeMuro has been charged with two counts: first, for conspiring to deprive Philadelphia voters of their civil rights by fraudulently stuffing the ballot boxes for specific Democratic candidates in the 2014, 2015, and 2016 primary elections; and second, for a violation of the Travel Act, which forbids the use of any facility in interstate commerce (here, a cell phone) with the intent to promote certain illegal activity (here, bribery). DeMuro has pled guilty to both of these charges.

TEXAS – Dallas County Elections Administrator Toni Pippins-Poole discovered her office did not count about 10% of the ballots that voters cast on Super Tuesday.
She is now asking a court to let her conduct a manual recount of the votes, after she discovered 44 thumb drives containing ballots that were not included in the final results.

Today is Super Tuesday where 14 states and two territories vote in the presidential primary (listed below). There are a total of 1,320 delegates up for grabs representing 34 percent of all available delegates. Approximately 40 percent of all American voters will be voting today. At the end of today we will likely have an even better idea of whether the DNC will end up with a brokered convention.
Bernie Sanders is hoping for at least 50 percent of the total available delegates with a heavy focus on Texas, California, Massachusetts and Minnesota.  Club Favorite Joe Biden is hoping for a strong showing in southern states, and second-place proportional delegates in Texas and California.  Biden and Bloomberg are hoping to block Bernie. Mini-mike has staked his reputation and spent $500 million to win delegates today from anywhere.
However, Elizabeth Warren is hoping to become a very important king-maker by gathering just enough of the delegates Bernie needs & then entering talks with both sides.

It looks like Bernie Sanders is going to win his third straight Democrat primary given the current polling from Nevada.   The Las Vegas Review Journal conducted a poll of likely caucus attendees (Tuesday through Thursday) shows Bernie Sanders with 25% of the vote.

With the ‘Never Bernie’ vote split five ways, and with former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg not on the Nevada ballot, it looks like Bernie is going to win another primary contest.
The Club has been using establishment allies to take shots at Bernie, but the Antifa mob behind his socialist race are swarming and blasting anyone who targets their lightbringer of free stuff.   The Bernie-AOC wing have formed an impenetrable protective membrane around their candidate and most mainstream Democrats do not want to become their targets.  It’s a remarkable dynamic.
