Arizona Senate Liaison Ken Bennett Provides an Update on Maricopa Ballot Audit

The ballot audit for Maricopa County, Arizona, started back up yesterday.  In this interview Senate liaison Ken Bennett provides an update and discusses the ridiculous Board of Supervisors claim of voting machine compromise.

Keep in mind the Maricopa Board of Supervisors would not allow the auditors to use the tabulation center for the audit.  That decision forced the State Senate to seek another venue for the audit.  Now the Board of Supervisors is using the need to move the machines as a reason to question chain-of-custody for the machines they forced to be moved.   Yeah, you cannot make this stuff up.

Windham, New Hampshire, Auditor Says 60% Error Rate “Way Higher Than We Expected” – President Trump Reacts

Background – The people on the ground in Windham, New Hampshire, are doing an excellent job holding the election officials and auditors accountable to the people during this forensic ballot audit. The audit started because the tabulating machines (Dominion hardware and software) did not accurately count the votes from the physical ballots.

During the first small audit (recount) it was discovered that Republican votes were undercounted and Democrat candidates were overcounted. This anomaly was discovered during a hand recount of the ballots as compared to the electronic tabulation results.

After the first set of electronic tabulation results were discovered to be inaccurate the state authorized a full forensic audit. The full audit is ongoing; yesterday it was reported the second hand recount matched the first, which means the machine tabulation of those ballots was wrong.

The auditors wondered if folded ballots generated the problem. The test of folded -vs- unfolded ballots (counted by same machine) showed a high number of errors.  The rate of error was a whopping 60%.  That could mean the tabulation machines across all of New Hampshire may have this problem.

Washington Examiner – As many as 60% of ballots with machine-made or handmade folds were improperly counted by the town’s four scanning machines, Harri Hursti, one of three auditors selected for the process, told the New Hampshire Union Leader on Monday.  “The error rate was way higher than we expected,” Hursti said.

BREAKING, Judge Orders Physical Review of Fulton County Ballots – Expert Witness Testified High Percentage Discrepancy in Ballot Batches

There are approximately ten plaintiffs in an ongoing lawsuit about the election and ballot tabulation in Fulton County (Atlanta), Georgia.  The state and local officials had been denying access to the physical ballots, only permitting a review of low resolution scanned images.  However, an expert testified a disparity of approximately 21% (of those “low resolution” absentee ballot batches) from what the state reported to what the auditors were able to see.  A large number of the scanned ballots appear to have been counted twice.

The only way to really tell if any of the batches contained duplicated or photocopied ballots would be to look at the physical ballots (preferred) or to look at high-resolution images of the physical ballots.

Today a Georgia judge agreed to allow the plaintiffs to review the physical ballots in a process yet determined (future order forthcoming).  The custody of the ballots will remain under the control of the Fulton County election officials, but the auditors will be permitted access to them.   This could be significant as there are 145,000 specific Fulton County absentee ballots at issue.

[Side Note: a prior observer of the CCTV system noted that election workers were opening absentee ballots from Chinese origins (LINK)]

ABC News Story HERE – Atlanta Journal Constitution News Story Here

ATLANTA – Georgia is headed for another review of its presidential election results after a judge agreed to unseal more than 145,000 Fulton County absentee ballots Friday.

The details and timing of the review must still be determined. But the plaintiffs in a lawsuit against the county want to scan and examine the ballots to determine whether they are legitimate. At a hearing Friday, Henry County Superior Court Judge Brian Amero made clear the ballots must remain in the custody of Fulton election officials.

Update, Sketchy Business in Windham, New Hampshire, During Forensic Audit of Election Results

The people on the ground in Windham, New Hampshire, are doing an excellent job holding the election officials and auditors accountable to the people during this forensic ballot audit.  The audit started because the tabulating machines (Dominion hardware and software) did not accurately count the votes from the physical ballots.

During the first small audit it was discovered that Republican votes were transferred to Democrat candidates.  This anomaly was discovered during a hand recount of the ballots as compared to the electronic tabulation results. After the first set of tabulation results were discovered to be inaccurate the state authorized a full forensic audit; however, the full audit is now being conducted under some very sketchy standards.

It was recently discovered that a member of LHS, an election service using Dominion hardware and software, is present during the audit of their own systems.  This would, under all ordinary circumstances, be considered a conflict of interest.  Watch this recap video for more sketchy issues being outlined:

Arizona GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward Updates on State Senate Hearing of Maricopa County Audit Status

Arizona GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward provided an update last night on yesterday’s Senate hearing.  In addition to noting the specific political manipulation by the Maricopa Board of Supervisors, Mrs. Ward highlights some of the details from the hearing organized by Arizona Senate President Karen Fann.

One detail covered is that someone in the Maricopa County election group had factually deleted the master voter result files as previously reported; however, Ben Cotton one of the forensic auditors (testimony below), was able to follow the electronic trail of the deleted master file and recover it making it available for the auditors to use. That’s good news.

Propaganda War, Maricopa Board of Supervisors Leaks Senate Letter to Media Before Sending to Arizona Senate

Earlier today Arizona GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward noted the Maricopa Board of Supervisors (BoS) was engaging in a propaganda war against the people of Arizona and the State Senate.  It didn’t take long for evidence to surface.

Windham, New Hampshire, Ballot Audit Forensics Finds CCTV Cameras of Ballot Counting Machines in Audit Room Mysteriously Disabled for 90 Minutes

Well, this is interesting.

A long way from Maricopa Arizona, a similar ballot audit and forensic review of the electronic tabulations in the small town of Windham New Hampshire has been underway.

The current audit started after an initial hand count (recount requested by a Democrat who narrowly lost) discovered that votes from a ballot counting machine specifically undercounted votes for republicans and mysteriously transferred those same votes to the Democrats (the Democrat candidate lost by a much wider margin).

The four machines being audited are AccuVote optical scanning systems, which were manufactured by Global Elections Systems Inc., which was ultimately acquired in 2010 by Dominion Voting systems.

And now… “An audit team sent to conduct a forensic examination of the 2020 election results in Windham, N.H. started the process off well enough on Tuesday. But by Wednesday, they hit a major snag: The live stream cameras that had been broadcasting the audit room around the clock went offline for close to 90 minutes, potentially obscuring any problematic intervention.

The team decided Thursday morning to reinspect the ballot machines on camera in an attempt to maintain observers’ faith in their process. They needed to determine whether the machines had been tampered with over night when the cameras mysteriously went down.

With the country focused on the election audit in Maricopa County, Ariz. and early headlines about election night troubles centered on cities in Georgia, Pennsylvania and Michigan, it comes as a small surprise that the idyllic New England town of Windham — where Republicans ultimately won each of the races now being inspected — also now finds itself under scrutiny for possible election night machine malfunctions and numbers that just don’t add up.
