The negative or poor job performance reviews were afforded to minority groups at a disparate rate than their numerical componentry.   Therefore all performance reviews must be dropped.

WASHINGTON DC – One government agency has decided that the results of employee ratings are too discriminatory, and eliminated the process entirely. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau announced on Monday that it will now award all employees the highest rating regardless of performance reviews.

The CFPB, which oversees transactions in the financial sector for the federal government, decided to no longer conduct employee reviews because there were just too many apparent “significant disparities” between the races, ages, and locations of its employees.

According to American Banker, this new policy is set to cost over $5 million dollars, as it will now pay employees as if they received the highest evaluation score. The previous system ranked staff on their performance from a scale ranging from one to five, with five being the best score a CFPB staffer could receive after a review of their work on the job. It’s the latest leftist argument tactic, which means it is a tactic designed to prevent any argument and to beat you into rhetorical submission.

Conservatives, don’t play their game.

It’s easy to see that this notion that accomplishment comes not from hard work but from some mysterious force, operating out there in the ether, is essential to liberal thought. To excuse the dole-devouring layabouts who form so much of the Democrat voting base, it is critical that they undermine the achievements of those who support themselves. We can’t have the American people thinking that hard work leads to success; people might start asking why liberal constituencies don’t just work harder instead of demanding more money from those who actually produce something. UPDATE – At 1am, with more than 350 counts declared, UKIP was on 29 per cent, ahead of Labour and the Tories neck-and-neck on 24%.

Support for Ukip has surged by more than 12 per cent, outstripping a more modest boost in votes for Labour, while the Lib Dems faced near-wipeout, with some calling for Nick Clegg to resign.

Two things to remember as you read this result.   #1 The daily Mail is (like the New York Times) a liberal outlet;  so when they use the words “extreme” and “radical” they are using them in the same context as the NYT and WaPo describe the Tea Party.

#2)  Marine Le Pen can be conceptualized in the same vein as French version of Sarah Palin.    Strong, commonly attractive, conservative principles embodied in a nationalist (exceptional) outlook.

Exit polls suggested the anti-immigrant party led by Marine Le Pen had taken more than a quarter of votes, pushing President Hollande’s Socialist Party into third place with just 13 per cent.

“Three killed, five wounded in Myrtle Beach shootings“….

….or so goes the Politically Correct CNN headline.   Considering there were only two homocides in 2013 one would think this headline would lead to questions.   Eight people shot in Myrtle beach – during one shooting spree and three of them dead?

Isn’t that actually more people than were shot by a Hollywood Socialite yesterday ?  Yet, we don’t see wall-to-wall CNN media coverage of this one….  Why is that ?

Alas, a little further research and you discover this specific shooting spree has an element the PC media just cannot discuss.   It’s Black Bike Week.   From their website:

USA TODAY – It also follows intense criticism over the treatment of veterans at VA hospitals, including reports that officials are trying to cover up evidence of long wait times and that some veterans have died while awaiting treatment.

In his weekend radio address, Obama said the nation must work harder to ensure that military veterans get the benefits they’ve earned.

“They’ve done their duty,” Obama said, “and they ask nothing more than that this country does ours.”

The president is not scheduled to meet with Afghanistan President Hamid Karzai, with whom the president has had a difficult relationship.

2014’s Victim #21 finds himself facing an all too familiar response from Law Enforcement, “Denial”.

“My watch wasn’t taken. My phone, which was in my hand, wasn’t taken,” he said. “There was no attempt for my pockets that I could see.”

Despite the brutally obvious pattern the police say it was an attempted robbery.   Yet nothing was taken from the victim, and nothing was even attempted to be taken from the victim.   A 16-year-old black attacker, a random white male victim not paying attention to the inherent risk approaching him.   Stop me when you’ve heard this before…..

(Via Daily Caller)   A New York City man who said he was randomly attacked by three teenagers says he thinks he was a victim of the ‘Knockout game’ even though police are calling the attack an attempted robbery.

Sal Avila required surgery for a broken nose he sustained during the vicious attack, which occurred near the campus of New York University last Sunday, Channel 4-New York reports.

Avila told the news station he was leaving a friend’s house and looking at his cell phone as three teenagers passed by.  Then he was punched.

“Just as they were about to walk past me, one of them moves very suddenly and I feel a very hard impact to my face, as if I got hit by a brick or something,” Avila told Channel 4-New York. (more…)
