(Via MediaIte) It has been nearly two weeks since Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson shot and killed 18-year-old unarmed Michael Brown and according to a new report from the Washington Post, prosecutors in the case have still not spoken directly to the potential defendant.
​St. Louis County Prosecutor Robert McCulloch is expected to handle the case, despite calls from him to recuse himself because his own father, a police officer, was murdered by an African-American man.
“We’re gonna proceed, as I’ve laid out to people, until I’m told — if i’m told — by the governor that I can’t,” McCulloch said in an interview Wednesday. “And the most devastating thing that can happen is if a week from now, a month from now, he decides he’s taking me off of this case. Then everybody’s starting over.”
On Thursday, Gov. Jay Nixon (D-MO) indicated that he will not appoint a special prosecutor to handle the Ferguson case:  (more)

(Via WFB)  The Obama administration violated federal law when it released five senior Taliban leaders from prison without notifying Congress, as is legally mandated, according to an investigation by the Government Accountability Office (GAO).

The GAO concluded in a report issued Thursday that the Obama administration failed to provide proper notification of the Taliban release and illegally used taxpayer funds that were not appropriated to enable the inmate transfer, according to the report.
The Obama administration in May secretly struck a deal with the Taliban in Afghanistan to free from the Guantanamo Bay prison camp in Cuba five of its top leaders in exchange for the return of captured U.S. soldier Bowe Bergdahl, who was later accused by fellow soldiers of having deserted the Army prior to his capture. The Obama administration had just used the excuse, “by any means possible” to trade the release of the Gitmo5 terrorists for Private Bergdahl. The White House understood the optic of an American hostage being killed as retaliation for military strikes against ISIL as a risk of the newly created Obama reality – negotiating with terrorists.
The White House leaked the rescue effort in a feeble attempt to show they did try something.

So the White house compromised a covert operation for political cover and gain. It’s how the McDonough team work. The only risk they worry about is the political risk of how it makes them look. All politics all the time. Period.

Again more confirmation to the events as our research has evidenced.  Mike Brown shoved Officer Wilson back into his vehicle, punched him numerous times in face in an attempt to overwhelm – firearm discharged in vehicle.  Then Brown walked away; Wilson recovers pursues and attempts to stop Brown.  An angry Mike Brown then reengages the officer, charging him.
Saint Louis – Darren Wilson, the Ferguson, Mo., police officer whose fatal shooting of Michael Brown touched off more than a week of demonstrations, suffered severe facial injuries, including an orbital (eye socket) fracture, and was nearly beaten unconscious by Brown moments before firing his gun, a source close to the department’s top brass told FoxNews.com.

“The Assistant (Police) Chief took him to the hospital, his face all swollen on one side,” said the insider. “He was beaten very severely.”

According to the well-placed source, Wilson was coming off another case in the neighborhood on Aug. 9 when he ordered Michael Brown and his friend Dorain Johnson to stop walking in the middle of the road because they were obstructing traffic. However, the confrontation quickly escalated into physical violence, the source said..
“They ignored him and the officer started to get out of the car to tell them to move,” the source said. “They shoved him right back in, that’s when Michael Brown leans in and starts beating Officer Wilson in the head and the face.
The source claims that there is “solid proof” that there was a struggle between Brown and Wilson for the policeman’s firearm, resulting in the gun going off – although it still remains unclear at this stage who pulled the trigger. Brown started to walk away according to the account, prompting Wilson to draw his gun and order him to freeze. Brown, the source said, raised his hands in the air, and turned around saying, “What, you’re going to shoot me?”
At that point, the source told FoxNews.com, the 6 foot, 4 inch, 292-pound Brown charged Wilson, prompting the officer to fire at least six shots at him, including the fatal bullet that penetrated the top of Brown’s skull, according to an independent autopsy conducted at the request of Brown’s family. Yeah, I know, ….”really, Spike Lee”?  We all know he’s a racial antagonist. But I just couldn’t pass up this one, and had to share.
Spike Lee finds a “Grand Conspiracy” about the Autopsy being released and the “Josie” audio recording on the same day…. and other bits.
Just forward the video to 3:30 and watch him put on the Tin Foil hat.

The funny thing is he doesn’t even know the sequence. Both the caller to the Dana Loesch show, the “Josie” audio, and our find of the “hidden witness audio”, happened prior to the release of the Parks and Crump Autopsy.
In addition, Spite Lee doesn’t seem to know the “autopsy” was actually done by, and released by, the Brown family attorneys’. He’s so focused on, and frustrated by, the fact the witness accounts deflated the grand autopsy presentation – he put his tin foil hat on backward.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, a Grand Jury is scheduled in Ferguson Missouri.   The goal is to sort through the evidence and determine if Police Officer Darren Wilson should be charged in the shooting death of Michael Brown.
Based on what is currently known, and understanding the way the Brown family attorney’s roll, we can assemble a general construct of what’s possible over the next 48 hours.
A grand jury is NOT in the best interests of Daryl Parks, Benjamin Crump and the Brown family, in their efforts toward financial justice.
The scheme team are notorious for removing risky influences they do not control in favor of constructs directly in the control of their team and like-minded cohorts.
That’s why in their previous exploits, like the Trayvon Martin case, the Scheme Team worked around the risk of grand juries and leveraged politicians for special prosecutors.
However, one of the key aspects to remember is the decision makers already know all of the evidence.   They have the ballistics evidence, the original medical autopsy, witness statements and the statement of officer Wilson himself.   In addition all of the federal investigative material is already assembled and summarized. Right on cue Benjamin Crump and Daryl Parks drag Lesley McSpadden, the mother of Mike Brown, in front of GMA to outline the next request/step in the scheme. In 2012 Benjamin Crump described getting the arrest as “getting to second base”.
Second base is the arrest. “All we want is an arrest”. You can hear it at the 4:15 point of the video.   Now that everyone in Ferguson Missouri is riled up they need to get to second base – quickly before anything happens that would deflate the momentum.   (@4:15)

Moving forward, in order to get to second base they will use a very specific logic – it goes like this:

“All we want is an arrest, let officer Wilson have his day in court and explain why he murdered our son – is it too much to ask for him to be held accountable to a judge and jury and have to explain his actions? All we want is an arrest so we can see justice”.

Sounds reasonable and sympathetic to most, that’s why it’s set up like that.   Once they get to Second Base (The Arrest) a financial hurdle will have been removed, as the arrest will suffice for probable cause of a wrongful death claim. (more…)
