(Via Politico) A federal judge issued an order Wednesday requiring the State Department to make public batches of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s emails every 30 days starting next month.
U.S. District Court Judge Rudolph Contreras also set particular targets for the agency to meet each month as it wades through the roughly 30,000 emails totaling about 55,000 pages:

If you are familiar with The Benghazi Brief you’ll note what is being described in this discussion of Hillary Clinton’s 2011 arms shipments is actually, Operation Zero Footprint.
One of the more frustrating aspects to the Waco “Twin Peaks” biker shooting story is the lack of photographic references to aid in a full understanding of the proximity of all the characters, suspects and witnesses involved.
However, after reviewing hundreds of media articles showing bits and pieces of the event we finally have some optical references for a story as it is told.
But before going to that aspect another controversial point should be expressed.
No-one here is saying the police, in totality, did anything wrong. Conversely, it would be unfair to think EVERYONE, who were rounded up as 170 ‘conspiracy suspects’ and who were detained in the aftermath, is guilty of murder.

There are many concerning aspects which need sunlight regarding the immediate police response to whatever caused the spark of violence. Similarly, there are concerning aspects about the wholesale arrest of ‘bikers’, or unaffiliated motorcycle riders, purely due to their proximity to a violent event they did not participate in.
Hopefully, anyone vested in the interests of lawful due process (ie. everyone) would be concerned with ‘wholesale roundups’.
Think about the following analogy. (more…)
(HatTip Froggie) Newly discovered video shows Baltimore State Attorney Marilyn Mosby while she was in college and unmarried (going by her maiden name of Marilyn James) in 2000-2001 when she appeared on the Judge Judy show (Season #5, Episode #119).
On the show she is suing a building business owner for damages as a result of his taking custody of her apartment (above the shop) while she was home between college semesters.
Born 01/22/1980 Marilyn Mosby (James) would have been approximately 20-years-old when this show was taped.
Also Froggie points out something interesting. Check out the type of Twitter Messages that Marilyn Mosby favors on her social media. Biased much?

It takes some kind of nerve to intentionally “provide space for people to destroy” a city, and then ask everyone who doesn’t live in the city to pay for it.
…”The $20 million estimate released by city officials does not include the cost to businesses of the unrest. The figure also does not include state or federal costs. It’s unclear when those figures will be tallied”…
Look closely at the business visited by Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings in this tweet she sent today:

You might remember this same business became a victim of Mayor Rawlings decision to allow the rioting mob “space to destroy”. (more…)
Texas Judge Hanen previously blocked Obama’s unconstitutional “Executive Action on immigration” which expanded deferred deportation and granted employment status for illegal aliens. The DOJ appealed the injunction to the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. Today Hanen’s injunction was upheld by the appellate court, the DOJ lost.
BREAKING: Texas just won the Executive Amnesty case at the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. The constitution wins. #tcot #txlege

UPDATE 1: Fox’s Shannon Bream has a great video explanation HERE.
(Via FOX) Two out of the three judges voted Tuesday to deny the government’s request, as the underlying case is argued. The majority opinion reasoned that lifting the temporary hold — known in judicial parlance as a “stay” — could cause serious problems for states should they ultimately win their challenge. It said the states have shown that “issuance of the stay will substantially injure” them. (more…)

Marilyn Mosby's Consequences – 27 People Shot Memorial Day Weekend – Deadliest Month In Two Decades…
27 people shot so far in Baltimore over the Memorial Day weekend creates May as the deadliest month since 1999 in Baltimore Maryland.
Baltimore State Attorney, and “Black Lives Matter” activist, Marilyn Mosby, has created an environment of brutal lawlessness in the wake of her visible animosity toward city police officers. Thugs now rule the streets, particularly in the dangerous Western region as police are forced to stop proactive policing.

The irony of consequence is lost amid the reality that more black people are being killed specifically because of the approach taken by the local Baltimore prosecutor. (more…)
OHIO – Police in riot gear made 71 arrests Saturday as protesters stormed the streets of Cleveland after a judge found a white city police officer not guilty in the deaths of two unarmed black suspects killed in a barrage of police gunfire.
The protesters gathered in downtown Cleveland and west side neighborhoods after the acquittal of patrolmen Michael Brelo. (more…)
#BLM and #FTP provocateurs are outraged and organizing protests. The video of the incident is below the fold – The Justice Department, Civil Rights Division, has promised to review the case and decision.
CLEVELAND – A judge ruled Saturday morning that Cleveland police officer Michael Brelo is not guilty of two charges of voluntary manslaughter in connection with the Nov. 29, 2012 police chase and shooting that ended in the deaths of two people.

Cuyahoga Common Pleas Judge John P. O’Donnell said that while Brelo did fire lethal shots at Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams, other officers did as well.
O’Donnell also concluded that Brelo was not guilty of the lesser included offense of felonious assault because he was legally justified in his use of deadly force.
Brelo, 31, was one of more than 100 police officers to participate in a 22-minute police chase, and one of 13 who shot at a 1979 Chevy Malibu. The shooting ended in the deaths of the driver, Timothy Russell and the passenger, Malissa Williams. (more…)
