Confederate Flag Syndrome in hyper-drive. 

BALTIMORE – Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake is asking for a special commission to review Baltimore’s Confederate statues and historical assets.

The commission will review of Confederate-era statues in the city to make recommendations for “their future in Baltimore.”

The Mayor said in statement that she believes the review will lead to a more “reasoned approach to these Confederate-era monuments” rather than just taking them down.

A Texas judge in one of the Twin Peaks “Biker Gang” shooting cases has agreed to release CCTV video of Twin Peaks and Don Carlos resturarant to the defense. However, the judge has also barred the defense from sharing the video and now placed a gag order to stop the defense team from describing the video to the media.

The Prosecuting State Attorney is continuing the fight to hide the truth, block public scrutiny and avoid the deconstruction of the increasingly apparent fraudulent claims originally made by Waco Police surrounding the shooting itself.

WACO, TEXAS – A state district judge ruled Tuesday that a Dallas attorney can have a copy of a Twin Peaks franchisee’s video of the May 17 biker shootout, but the judge barred the release of the video to the public.

Judge Matt Johnson of Waco’s 54th State District Court also granted a prosecution request to place a gag order in the Matthew Alan Clendennen case, preventing attorneys on both sides, law enforcement officers and witnesses from discussing that case only in the media.

A strange motion from a 2013 cop killer case in Virginia sniffs eerily similar to the beginning of a “Disparate Impact” defense.

In an otherwise ‘under-the-radar’ murder case involving a suspect named Russell E. Brown III, charged with killing Virginia State Police trooper Junius A. Walker, a defense motion surfaces that could potentially be alarming.  The defense team wants to investigate the racial composition of Dinwiddie County grand jury members:

Brown is charged with eight felony counts, including capital murder of a police officer, in the March 7, 2013, killing of Walker, 63, who was shot in his police cruiser on Interstate 85 after the officer rolled up to Brown’s vehicle stopped on the shoulder to see if Brown needed any help.

I’m beginning to gain an Attkisson-like appreciation for Catherine Herridge when it comes to pursuing the truth behind the Benghazi FUBAR.   We know from prior research and published media that President Obama and Secretary Clinton spoke via phone at around 10 to 10:30pm on Sept 11th 2012.

Clinton previously stated she was in her Washington DC office while communicating with her White House contact and assigned liaison Tom Donilon –who was in the White House with his spox Tommy “Dude” Vietor – when POTUS and Clinton talked via phone.

(Via Fox)  New documents released by a federal court show President Obama called then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on the night of the 2012 Benghazi attack — but the contents are being withheld by the State Department.

It had previously been disclosed that Clinton and Obama spoke the night of the terror attacks. But the documents offer additional information about the timing of the call — after the initial attack on the U.S. consulate, but before the second wave where mortars hit the nearby CIA annex and killed former Navy SEALs Ty Woods and Glen Doherty.

The contents of the call, however, are being withheld, not because the information is classified but because the administration claims they represent internal deliberations about the 2012 terror assault. (more…)

The reoccurring problem with socialism is eventually you run out of other people’s money !!

I’m not quite sure what the exact percentage is currently, but it was previously estimated more than 50% of all Puerto Ricans receive federal government subsidy (welfare) benefits of some form.  It is an unsustainable socio-economic system based on massive federal expenditures to subsidize their residents. 

Puerto Rico now saying “repayment is impossible”.  Here come the cries for bailouts from the Democrats.

(Via New York Times) Puerto Rico’s governor, saying he needs to pull the island out of a “death spiral,” has concluded that the commonwealth cannot pay its roughly $72 billion in debts, an admission that will probably have wide-reaching financial repercussions.

The governor, Alejandro García Padilla, and senior members of his staff said in an interview last week that they would probably seek significant concessions from as many as all of the island’s creditors, which could include deferring some debt payments for as long as five years or extending the timetable for repayment.

“The debt is not payable,” Mr. García Padilla said. “There is no other option. I would love to have an easier option. This is not politics, this is math.” (more…)

Unfortunately because former Pentagon lawyer Jeh Johnson is now head of the DHS, and specifically because Secretary Jeh Johnson is in that position as a result of his use of a career IOU for keeping his mouth shut in May 2011, and with full acceptance that Jeh Johnson is a political operative of the highest order, we are faced with the following consideration filter:

Is there really a heightened or anticipatory threat, or is Secretary Johnson merely trying to cover his ass in the event that something actually happens – so he can look back and say “we gave warnings”.

(Via USA Today) Federal authorities have warned local law enforcement officials across the country about a heightened concern involving possible terror attacks targeting the July 4th holiday, a U.S. law enforcement official said.

While there was no specific or credible threat of attack, the official said the intelligence bulletin prepared by the Department of Homeland Security and the FBI alerted local colleagues to the ongoing threats posed by the Islamic State and other homegrown extremists. Prior to his election in 2008 President Obama told everyone his intent was to “fundamentally change” the United States of America.  Not enough people were paying attention to what that actually meant, because everyone was filled with their own self-interpretation of “Hope and Change”, or “Change They Can Believe In”.

However, recent events have brought a few more people to seek a greater understanding of what’s going on in 2015.  This outline is simply going to point out a couple of visible footprints, amid the dozens possible, and show how all the modern activism stems from, and traces back to, the Obama White House.

Obama For America, or OFA, was one of the primary organizational change agents that contained all of the visible sub-sets of various activists working diligently to elect their commander-in-chief organizer, Barack Obama.

From OFA a myriad of splinter groups dispersed following the successful election.  Some began working on new social justice endeavors immediately, others began organizing in preparation for things to come in the years that followed ’08.

It has been a year since we first posted the full 11,000 word Benghazi Brief, explaining the soup to nuts events of what happened from February 2011 up to September 11th 2012.   Many people have wondered why the Mainstream Media have not picked up the story.

It has been a slow process of sunlight crossing the treetops, but Fox News has just affirmed the content with their new story:  “The Arming of Benghazi” – excerpts below.

(Via Fox Business)  The United States supported the secret supply of weapons to Libyan rebels while Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State according to federal court documents obtained by Fox News.

In a sworn declaration to the District Court of Arizona May 5th 2015, a career CIA officer David Manners said, “It was then, and remains now, my opinion that the United States did participate, directly or indirectly, in the supply of weapons to the Libyan Transitional National Council.”   The timing matters because in the Spring of 2011 the Libyan opposition was not formally recognized, and the direct supply of arms was not authorized. Bree Newsome, the woman who climbed the flag pole today to remove the confederate flag, is no stranger to activism for profit.

Indeed, this morning’s entourage encompassed professional videographers to document the publicity stunt.

A resident of Raleigh North Carolina, in 2013 Ms. Newsome was arrested during a protest against voter ID laws:

Bree Newsome, one of six protesters arrested and taken to jail Wednesday night after staging a sit-in at the office of the Republican North Carolina House Speaker Thom Tillis, said the group is still demanding a meeting with Tillis, who supports the bill. (link)

In 2014 Newsome was a panelist at Octavia Butler Celebration of Arts & Activism at Spelman College; as described: “culminating event brings together the speculative fiction and film communities to discuss the legacy of Octavia E. Butler; the intersection of Afrofuturism, social justice and Butler’s body of work“.

A few days ago professional activist Shaun King was again fundraising by advocating for “Black Lives Matter” followers to break the law.  His “Fundraising for Felonies Program” was his latest scheme under the auspices of raising money for bail, and telling his sheeple followers to “tag” (graffiti) southern monuments, and take down confederate flags:

Today, a national activist took Shaun King up on his “fundraising for felonies” offer and climbed atop a Charleston flagpole to remove the flag. (more…)
