Early in the Ferguson protesting a group of professional communists and antagonists from Chicago arrived on scene to exploit the Mike Brown shooting outrage.

Today within an article highlighting school closings for Monday and Tuesday in/around the Saint Louis/Ferguson area you find the following disturbing mentions:

[…]  School district representatives from several north St. Louis County districts say they’ve been requested by law enforcement to close for two days immediately after the announcement to keep buses and excess traffic off streets in the event of unrest.

Children in Jennings don’t have bus service. Most of them walk, making Anderson even more concerned for their safety.

On Thursday, Anderson said a group of adults wearing masks and claiming to be from Chicago were passing out fliers to students as they walked home along Cozens Avenue. The street has an elementary school, the junior high and high school.

Riddled throughout President Obama’s Executive Order speech last night was something more than prosecutorial discretion and/or non-deportation.  Extensively disbursed throughout the proposal was a claim of lawful “work/employment status”.

[…]  Now here’s the thing: we expect people who live in this country to play by the rules.  We expect that those who cut the line will not be unfairly rewarded.  So we’re going to offer the following deal:  If you’ve been in America for more than five years; if you have children who are American citizens or legal residents; if you register, pass a criminal background check, and you’re willing to pay your fair share of taxes – you’ll be able to apply to stay in this country temporarily, without fear of deportation.  You can come out of the shadows and get right with the law.

Later in the speech Obama condescendingly referenced the way he views the work of illegal aliens:

Principle Centered Conservatism continues to rise in the U.K.

(Via Telegraph) The UK Independence Party has its second MP (Member of Parliament) in the House of Commons after Mark Reckless won the Rochester and Strood by-election.

Mr Reckless, the constituency’s former Conservative MP who defected in September, won with a 2,930 majority after a bitter seven week campaign.

It’s CNN, and they’re quoting “city officials” so take it with a grain of salt.  The last time CNN proclaimed this type of exclusive insider information it was about the Police Chief resigning, with similarly described sources, and that was a SERIOUSLY WRONG claim.
CNN is reporting if Darren Wilson is cleared by non-indictment, or no true bill, he will resign from the force.
Ferguson, Missouri (CNN) — Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson, who shot and killed teenager Michael Brown on August 9, is in the final stages of negotiations with city officials to resign, according to people close to the talks.

Wilson maintains he hasn’t done anything wrong, and the resignation talks have hinged on whether a grand jury returns an indictment against him in the death of Brown, people close to the talks said.

Wilson has told associates he would resign as a way to help ease pressure and protect his fellow officers. Wilson has expressed concern about resigning while the grand jury was hearing evidence for fear it would appear he was admitting fault. (more…)

What, the “AP” lie… who knew?

ST. LOUIS    •   An attorney for Ferguson police Officer Darren Wilson and a St. Louis police union official both disavowed an Associated Press story today that claimed Wilson and his lawyers were confident that he will not be indicted.
The story quoted Jeff Roorda, business manager for the St. Louis Police Officers’ Association, as reporting after a meeting with Wilson and the legal team, “It’s fair to say that neither he nor his defense team expect an indictment.” The AP story later added the words, “offering his impression of the situation based on the meeting with Wilson.”
Roorda claims that’s not what he said.

Neil Bruntrager, one of Wilson’s lawyers, said they never discussed their impressions of the impending grand jury decision.  In fact, Bruntrager said the meeting with Roorda included discussions about making arrangements to post bail should Wilson be charged in the Aug. 9 killing of Michael Brown. Today the FBI expanded the warnings for anticipated violence to multiple communities throughout the U.S. – The list of cities planning to join the coordinated RAGE efforts has also increased.
