Against the backdrop of Alaska Governor Mike Dunleavy “directing the Alaska Department of Public Safety to investigate whether this scheme violated Alaska’s laws and whether criminal charges or civil action are warranted,” President Trump noted the gross manipulative fraud during remarks earlier today.
It certainly appears a criminal conspiracy against rights is brutally obvious.
Governor Dunleavy Statement: “Today’s New York Times reporting reveals disturbing new evidence of an organized effort to manipulate Alaska’s elections by recruiting candidates—including one with the same name as an incumbent U.S. Senator—to deliberately confuse voters and misdirect their votes.
The Alaska Division of Elections investigated these very concerns in June of this year. The new reporting substantially supports the Division’s findings.
I am therefore directing the Department of Public Safety to investigate whether this scheme violated Alaska’s laws and whether criminal charges or civil action are warranted. The evidence will determine what happens next.
Alaskans have a fundamental right to vote for the candidate they actually intend to support. Deliberately tricking voters into casting their ballots for someone else strikes at the integrity of our elections. Anyone or any organization found to have broken the law must be held accountable.”
It is more than a little annoying that a prior investigation this summer failed to turn up the evidence that was so easily obtained by the New York Times. Alas, the level of pretending in Alaska is strong.
President Trump and Attorney General Todd Blanche initially faced a gauntlet of media opposition for simply identifying the pretense that surrounded this issue. Common sense would tell us that anyone who participated in such a scheme to defraud the voters in a state have violated the law. There are multiple laws against fraud that could be applied.
Via Fox News – […] On Oct. 22, the DOJ filed a federal lawsuit seeking to delay certification if Sen. Dan S. Sullivan loses and votes cast for Daniel J. Sullivan could have changed the result, pending an investigation into whether voters mistakenly selected the wrong candidate.
In an interview with Sean Hannity on Wednesday night, Sen. Dan Sullivan said, “This is what happens when you have a candidate like Peltola, far left, who’s got nothing to run on. I have a much stronger record we’re running. We have a vision for Alaskans that the Alaskan people want, and when they recognize that, they’re like, ‘shoot, I guess we got to cheat.’
Sen. Dan Sullivan, R-Alaska (left), and Rep. Mary Peltola, a lying Democrat, fraudster and U.S. Senate candidate (right)

Still wondering about the timing and what the real reason is as to why the NY Times decided to commit an act of journalism.
Yes, it is quite strange isn’t it?
I suspect that there must be a reason that the NYT and the demoncrat party decided to throw Peltola under the bus.
What are they distracting us from looking at?
Omar. Check their recent editorial.
If the DNC had a hand in this, and they are a national organization, it might open them up to RICO charges, something they truly deserve. Just imagine all the crap that might be found.
Murkowski has endorsed Dunleavy’s Dem opponent.
Something else whiffy in the State of Alaska….and it ain’t the latest haul of rotted fish.

Eliminating the ranked choice voting is on the ballot too. If that passes. Murkowski is toast in the next primary.
Usually when the communists admit something like this it’s because they know it’s going to come out anyway and they want to get ahead of it and try to frame the narrative. It’s probably much worse.
This isn’t the first negative story the NY Times published about her.

Kind of reminiscent of the Amy Klobuchar piece from Feb. 2019. 🤔
Well … if we won’t even try to protect our elections then we get what we deserve. Does anyone get prosecuted for anything anymore?
Yes. If there is an R next to your name.
White wash, rinse and spin, repeat …
Hopefully the ‘operative from the midwest’ will be flushed down the boghole of his destiny.
+ Schmucker.
Just more bloviating from a RINO governor. Where was the anger and outrage from him when this all started. He’s just proof that all politicians are useless.
I’m thinking the NYT is trying to get out ahead of a story someone else was going to report in order to appear “fair” to both parties. I know the NYT well enough to know that reporting the truth about Democrats is out of character for this bunch.
Something is DEFINATELY going on.
USAID alumni is proving what they were really all about.
Inside the Anti-MAGA Plan to Count Votes Outside Government
The Democrats bought and paid for a national disaster heading into the midterm elections and her name is Mary Petola!
“Congratulations to Betty No Last Name,” added Del. Wren Williams, R-Stuart. “You can now vote in Virginia.”

Garland and the SDNY Lawfare Tribe prosecuted and convicted a young comedian for posting a joke on Twitter about voting for Biden…”Click Here”. A young man was convicted and sentenced to ten years in Federal Prison even though the prosecutors had admitted that not a single “vote” was actually cast and everyone knew it was a joke mocking Biden voters! Incredibly his appeals on the 1st Amendment were denied. I believe that after President Trump won his conviction was reversed by the DOJ.
In both of Blanche’s interviews with Dana Gash and John-Margaret Brennan, neither would even admit that the only reason the fraud-Dan Sullivan was there was to steal votes away.
It’s amazing the criminality at the state level for federal seats and tons of laws broken including the donations by foreigners in clear view.
HEY FEC /s
Yet they managed to arrest the guy a few years back for tweeting the meme stating the wrong election date.
This from Lying Lisa….. A couple days ago she endorsed Peltola.
In a statement on her personal account @LisaForSenate, Murkowski said the report “revealed… a pattern of lies and coverups” on the part of Peltola.
“While some may try to write this off as just how politics works now, ballot-stacking should have no place in our electoral process,” Murkowski said.
“Run and win on your merits: your views, your policy ideas, and your accomplishments. By contrast, recruiting candidates to manipulate the field and influence voting outcomes is simply wrong.”
“Alaskans deserve the honest truth from Mary and her campaign,” she said, adding that such a “culture of deception” does not belong in elections or with lawmakers.
Her previous post on the account was dated November 2022 and featured a video message wishing Alaskans a happy Thanksgiving.
Please, please may the hammer of justice fall on Marc Elias. Prison and disbarment.
Here in Washington, which originated the idiocy, they got 3 candidates with the same name to run. Would be nice to get an occasional competent R, but the cheating counters would never allow a win anyway.

I thought I read that Peltola’s staff contacted R’s as well who are named Dan Sullivan for this scam. The third time I lived in Alaska, the R Mayor of Anchorage was Dan Sullivan (different from the Senator and the retired teacher from SE AK). Maybe he was contacted. His Dad was Mayor and well respected. The conference center and the sports arena complex were named after George Sullivan.
