[…] These same people who you all know as “legal officials/police officers/sheriff/detectives” or any other falsified label of ‘authority’ only know wickedness and devilish behavior. It SHOULD be clear by now that this is a White Supremacist Nation Owned, Operated, and Controlled by White People.
Yes it is ALL white people who help to maintain this wicked nation to a greater or lesser degree given the default status aided to them by virtue or vice of White Privilege. Thus all functionalities, codes, rules, policies, curriculums, cultures and social criteria created or concocted therein are Meant to Benefit Whites. ~ Eric Sheppard Jr
[…] Sheppard’s lawyer, Mawuli Davis of the Davis Bozeman law firm in Atlanta, has characterized his client as “merely a college kid trying to figure out life under some extraordinary stressful circumstances” and has said he is not a threat to the community. (read more)

Remember, according to Waco PD -numerous times- every person arrested was a member of an Outlaw Motorcycle Gang. According to Waco PD Spokesperson W. Patrick Swanton (in four different interviews where he justified the mass arrest, incarceration and million dollar bonds) each of the arrested “gang bikers” represented a similar risk profile and danger to the public if they were allowed to be released.

Yet somehow, the Waco PD is now allowing 25 “heavily armed” and “notoriously dangerous gang members” to have bond reductions. Also, important note, the article states the prosecutor’s office has reviewed all of the video evidence.
WACO TEXAS – Twenty-five bikers arrested in the May 17 shootout at Twin Peaks have been released from jail since Thursday, when prosecutors and defense attorneys started negotiating the reduction of bonds. (more…)
I doubt you could find a more guilty suspect. Williams is on video prior to the shooting; Williams is on video driving up the hill moments before the shooting; Williams was arrested in possession of the firearm; Williams admitted to law enforcement he was the shooter; Williams admitted to another witness, on tape, he shot toward the police.
CLAYTON, Mo. — A man accused of shooting two St. Louis-area police officers in March during a protest in Ferguson pleaded not guilty Wednesday to seven charges.
Jeffrey L. Williams, 20, was arraigned on two counts of first-degree assault, three counts of armed criminal action and two weapons charges. No new court date was immediately set during the brief hearing, which Williams attended but did not speak.
Prosecutors say Williams shot and injured a St. Louis County officer and an officer from suburban Webster Groves on March 12 during an early-morning rally after the Ferguson police chief, Tom Jackson, resigned. Both officers survived. (read more)
Head’s up, we’ve seen this play before. Corrupt and lying State Attorney, Angela Corey, did the exact same thing in the Zimmerman trial in order to keep the public from seeing how a fraudulent prosecution is constructed.
However, this latest manuever by Marilyn Mosby, as reported today in the Baltimore Sun, is Supernova levels beyond Hypocritical.
Can you imagine the outrage within the “Black Lives Matter” community if Saint Louis prosecutor, Robert McColloch blocked the autopsy release of Mike Brown? Think about it.
Via the Baltimore Sun:
Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby plans to seek a protective order blocking the release of Freddie Gray’s autopsy and other “sensitive” documents as she pursues charges against six police officers involved in his arrest..
Mosby discussed that intention in a court filing Monday, in which she also asked the court for more time to respond to defense motions that she and her office be removed from the case and that the case be tried outside of Baltimore.
Mosby’s office has also sought a gag order, which would prevent those involved in the case from discussing it in public, and broken with tradition by not providing the autopsy report to Baltimore Police. (read more)
Marilyn Mosby’s approach is further evidence of something we have previously outlined.
Our research indicated that Marilyn Mosby pressured the Baltimore Medical Examiner, David Fowler, to change the cause of death from “accidental” to “homicide”. In addition, we described how that same medical examiner built a self-detonating ‘red flag’ into the report by specifically writing in his opinion “the fatal injury occurred inside the van“.

Boston Police Kill Terror Suspect Usaama Rahim – Brother Claims Membership Within Dindu Nuffin Gang…
The Dindu Nuffin team lost one of their members today when an ISIS sympathizer being monitored by the FBI was shot and killed at a bus stop.

(Boston Herald) An armed man in his 20s being surveilled by the FBI counterterrorism unit was shot and killed by an FBI agent and a Boston police officer in Roslindale this morning, according to Boston Police Commissioner William Evans.
“He was on foot, under surveillance,” Evans said. “The officers have been surveilling him and again they wanted to speak to him … and he turned and our officers gave several commands for him to drop the weapon and unfortunately he came at the officers and they did what they were trained to do and that’s never an easy decision for any officer to make.”
One FBI agent and one BPD officer fired, FBI Special Agent in Charge Vincent B. Lisi said.
Evans said the suspect was wielding a large military-style black knife that he could have “done a lot of damage” with. (more…)
This story is interesting both for the content the media share and for the content the media avoid sharing.
Both Saint Louis suspects are admitted members of the New Black Panther organization; both suspects are also admitted Islamist Radicals and believers in ISIS jihad….
However, as previously pointed out, you’ll have a hard time finding the connection between NBPP and ISIS in any media article. Contrast against the media reports yesterday about “right-wing” domestic terror threats and the DOJ inquiry.
We previously noted the avoidance of linking “Black Lives Matter” protests to the New Black Panthers, and the short trip to ISIS advocacy within both groups as exemplified by Eric Sheppard Jr at Valdosta State University. We saw it again in Baltimore.
The PC media is desperate to avoid using the chosen names of the black panther terror suspects Brandon Muhammad, and Olajuwon, also known as Olajuwon Ali and Brother Ali. This is a follow-up to the previous outline where the FBI revealed the two men were involved in straw purchases for firearms and making pipe bombs.
We now know they were plotting assassinations of Ferguson Police Chief Tom Jackson, and Saint Louis Prosecutor Robert McCulloch, in addition to bombing the Gateway arch.

Today they admitted to their plans in federal court. ST. LOUIS • Two men admitted in federal court here Tuesday that they plotted to blow up a police station, vehicles and perhaps other targets, including the St. Louis County prosecutor and Ferguson police chief. (more…)
On Sunday, the Houston based law firm Looney and Conrad, PC. sent out a statement saying jailed bikers had been presented with a deal that would reduce their bond amount in exchange for their agreement not to sue the Waco Police Department. The firm later reported a defense attorney named Brittany Lannen was the source of the liability waiver development.
Steven Walker and Julie Perkins, had their bonds reduced from $1 million to $25,000 after their attorney, Brittany Lannen, reached an agreement with the Waco DA’s office and Lannen denies knowing anything about a liability waiver. She claims the law firm of Looney and Conrad completely fabricated the story. ~ Full Story Here ~
Meanwhile the first interview with arrested bikers took place yesterday:
WACO — KCEN got an exclusive interview with the first bikers to speak publicly after the Twin Peaks shooting, capturing the moments right after their release from jail after being arrested for the May 17th shooting that left nine bikers dead and 18 more injured.

Waco Police had said the 170-plus bikers arrested were part of criminal motorcycle gangs. However, William English, 33, and Morgan English, 30, say otherwise, and that they had come to the sports bar for a friendly meeting between motorcycle clubs, and they weren’t even inside the restaurant when the brawl broke out. Follow-up to prior discussion thread:

June 1, 2015, 7:32 AM|The FBI now has sufficient evidence that links recent killing of bicyclist John Jacoby with the April shooting of Cori Romero. It is feared that they are dealing with a serial shooter on the interstate and are linking together other accounts from local motorist that have experienced their driver’s side or passengers side windows suddenly exploding. CBS – Jeff Glor reports (<– VIDEO).
Several places are now reporting a very disconcerting claim about the justice system in Waco Texas requesting detainees sign waivers promising not to sue the city for unlawful arrest, detention, and civil rights violations.
UPDATE 6/2/15 2:00pm: The Liability Waiver Story appears completely false. READ HERE
