Crowdrise and GoFundMe Donation Sites Deny Use for Officer Casebolt – Permit Use By Swimming Pool Activist Marvin Bakari…

We reported several days ago that Marvin Bakari was fundraising off the controversy at the McKinney “Craig Ranch” pool fiasco.  Marvin Bakari is the uncle of Dajerria Becton (15) and the father of Jahda Bakari (13), the “DimePieceCookout” girls.

The crowd funding site that Bakari chose to raise money for his racial grievances was/is “CrowdRise.Com“.  Bakari set up the donation fund, then quickly shut it down when we exposed the real motive of both his efforts and the party itself.  However, CrowdRise.Com did not block Bakari from using it, he cancelled it himself.

Jahda and Marvin Bakari – The Activism Behind The McKinney Pool Party Narrative…

Jahda and Marvin Bakari - Pool PartyIn a video interview, following the chaos of the Craig Ranch pool party, Mr. Marvin Bakari and his 13-year-old daughter Jahda Bakari took to the airwaves to make a very specific series of claims.

If you were to follow the construct of the racial narrative espoused by the activists around the Craig Ranch incident, you will find the media delivered “RACISM” story originates specifically from Marvin Bakari and his daughter Jahda.  No-one claimed any racial tones to the events until Marvin Bakari stepped forward claiming racism.

This is important because the Black Lives Matter national activists flocked to the neighborhood based in large measure on the claims of the Bakari’s. (more…)

Suspect In Dallas Rampage Killed By Police Sharpshooter….

DALLAS — A lone gunman who riddled Dallas police headquarters in a “helter-skelter” rampage Saturday with an assault rifle was shot and killed by a police sniper after fleeing in an armored van, police said.

James Boulware 2

“We can now confirm that the susp in the van is deceased but unable to confirm ID pending Med Ex. identification,” the Dallas police department said on Twitter.

Police waited several hours to declare the suspect dead until they could examine his getaway van, which they feared had been rigged with explosives.

When bomb squads intentionally detonated suspected ordinance inside the van, the vehicle caught fire, setting off live rounds inside, police said. In addition, police found two more pipe bombs in the van. (more…)

Mosby Relies On Lack of Seatbelt and Van Within Probable Cause Outline “Bill of Particulars” – But Doesn’t Cite Individual Officers….

Marilyn Mosby files some additional statements in response to defense requests for substantiation of “probable cause”.

However, the oddly worded response -obviously intentionally obtuse- does not provide much additional detail as to how she can derive legal charges against the Baltimore Six.

Baltimore six 2

To the contrary, if you are following the ongoing construct of her claims, based on her prior sunlight avoidance tactics, you can find additional support for a reasonable belief the ME report is not supporting Mosby’s public assertions. From the Baltimore Sun:

[…] The office of State’s Attorney Marilyn J. Mosby filed the documents in response to motions by the officers’ defense attorneys requesting more information on her reasons for filing the charges.

Gray died in April after suffering a severe spinal cord injury in police custody, according to police and prosecutors. But how he was injured remains unclear. His autopsy results have not been made public.

Waco “Twin Peaks” Shooting Update – New Spox: “Three Officers Fired Only Twelve Rounds”….

Noted immediately is the absence of W. Patrick Swanton, replaced by Waco Police Chief Brent Stroman. According to Stroman there were snipers positioned prior to the chaos, they also carried rifles with full-auto capability, however they only fired 12 rounds.

Waco Shooting

Here’s the report by Olivia Messer a local reporter for the Waco Tribune:

WACO – Waco Police Chief Brent Stroman reported Friday that three Waco officers fired a total of 12 shots during the May 17 Twin Peaks shootout.

Stroman said 12 shell casings were fired from police rifles and found on the scene. No other law enforcement officers from other agencies fired their weapons, he said.

So far a total of 44 casings have been recovered, but Stroman said that total doesn’t include any casings that remain inside revolvers that were fired. All other shells found at the scene weren’t from law enforcement weapons, he said. (more…)

Attorney Benjamin Crump Finds Success In New Strategy – Subverting The Judicial System for Grievance Claims…

Attorney for Tamir Rice’s family, Benjamin Crump, has taken a new strategy to gain success in his grievance claims.

♦  In Sanford Florida 2012/2013 Benjamin Crump demanded prosecutor Angela Corey not use a Grand Jury.  Crump won a victory in that regard getting George Zimmerman charged with murder and getting the case to jury trial; but lost the case when his fabricated claims were exposed in front of a trial jury. George Zimmerman was found not guilty.

Parks and Crump

♦ In Ferguson, 2014, Benjamin Crump tried the same “anything to get to trial” approach by demanding prosecutor Robert McColloch again not use a grand jury. However, this time Ferguson/Saint Louis were wise to the strategy and Crump failed to pressure his demands.

Again, as in 2012/13, another fraudulent case, this time against Police Officer Darren Wilson. The prosecutor didn’t bow, used the Grand Jury, and the Grand Jury found no cause.

♦  In Cleveland, 2015, Benjamin Crump has refined his strategy. This time he doesn’t try to get the Prosecutor to comply with his demands – instead Crump asks a “Municipal Judge”, that does not usually handle such issues, to weigh in on the evidence of a police shooting of his client’s son, Tamir Rice.
