Hat Tip Nettles – Wow. It appears the Dallas area might actually have an investigative journalist willing to expose the sexploitation of minors.  That’s really the bigger picture behind the McKinney “Craig Ranch” pool fiasco.

We previously revealed the McKinney Texas June 5th pool party mob at the Craig Ranch sub-division was organized by 20-year-old Tatyana Rhodes (left), and her mother LaShana Burks (right). ~ Full Back Story Here ~

Tatyana Rhodes and her mother are facing a very real possibility of civil lawsuits by the Home Owners Association within Craig Ranch for an unapproved and unauthorized event that turned into a mob, and has cost the community THOUSANDS.

Watch this CNN interview with Tatyana who is now lawyered up. Her attorney is Emmanuel Obi, and she appeared with Jahda Bakari (13) one of Tatyana’s “Dime Girls”.

Notice how Tatyana now tries desperately to avoid admitting that her promotional activity is what led to hundreds of party-goers. It is abundantly clear she and her mother are aware of the lawsuit risks now facing them. Notice also how she references herself as a “teen” when her actual DOB is 04/02/1995.

Despite very specific rules by the HOA regarding use of the pool area, neither Tatyana Rhodes nor her mother, LaShana Burks, sought permission to use the pool or clubhouse area as part of their #Dime Piece Cookout event.

However, Tatyana hired a DJ and promoted the event to include a pool party:

There are numerous social media links reflecting that Tatyana organizes these “parties”, and charges for attendance, as a profit generating business. Her enterprise name is promoted under the auspices of “Twinzzpromotions” and uses the email address twinnzzpromotions@gmail.com:

However, the specific event last Friday was advertised as “free attendance” where Tatyana was passing out flyers and selling tickets for another event she was setting up for June 19.

Tatyana appears to reference herself as a “promoter” for the various parties she organizes as part of twinzzpromotions:

Her business profile says:

“want to throw a party but don’t know where to start – we do it all. Email us for models, promoters, party planners and more”.

The party on Friday was to promote “Make It Clap 2”, an event scheduled for June 19th (8pm to 1am) $5 advance Tix, $8 at event.

The DJ (Andrew Cosby) also tweeted out before and during the Craig Ranch event that Friday was a pool party. DJReign aka Andrew Cosby is also now scrubbing media and hiding his profiles.

In addition to friends of Tatyana Rhodes, more than 100 additional people, mostly teens, showed up as a result of the advertising promoted by Tatiana on social media. They were dropped off by the car-load as the afternoon party began.

According to both Tatyana and her mother Lashana they were unable to control the growing crowd – who came to their event at the park looking for and expecting a “pool party”.

That’s when things got out of control as the 100+ teens (and many young adults) turned into a mob of partygoers and began jumping the fence to the gated pool area. Residents within the neighborhood found themselves confronting a mob of teens growing ever increasingly hostile and agitated.

Notes: “#Dime Piece” is urban slag for a good looking woman; a “10”, or dime per se’.

Tatyana Rhodes, age 20, is using her promotional party business to include several young ladies as “Dime Piece Models”. Notice the ages as listed on the previous event promotional material:

“Ages 19 and Under” – which is entirely accurate considering it appears Dajerria Becton aged 15, the young lady who was in the video wrestling with the police officer, is considered one of Tatyana’s “model dime girls”.

In addition, some of the other party members: Jahda Bakari (13), and Grace Stone (14) were part of the same promotional party group.

Combined these young ladies were promoting, and selling tickets for, Tatyana’s next event “#Make It Clap Pt.2” as noted in her promotional flyer.

Disturbingly “Make It Clap” references two exceptionally sexual and suggestive urban connotations: One urban definition is “twerking” a sexually suggestive dance where butt cheeks create the auditory reference. The second is a sexual position where the male activity provides the sound. “Make It Clap” where “it” is a young ladies posterior.

Troubled yet?

Sexual exploitation is the real story being concealed. The fact that Tatyana’s mother, LaShana Burks, is also involved adds a particular unease to the exploitative mix.

LaShana Burks obviously has no issue with her 20-year-old daughter organizing parties where 13, 14, 15 year old girls intermix with teenage and much older gladiator males, during her “make it clap” parties. The same type of young adult males who were present at the “Dime Piece Cookout”, turned pool party fiasco, last Friday.

However, Mrs. Burks is apparently not alone; after all – the families (fathers) of Grace, Jahda and Dajerria have appeared together with their daughters on national television defending their “Dime Piece Cookout” behavior, and subsequent participation in the “Dime Piece” event(s).

The social media of the aforementioned teen “Dime Piece Girls” is so profoundly vulgar in graphic sexual language and imagery, we intentionally refuse to show or link to it. Personally we find it difficult to believe their parents accept what is being advertised by their teenage daughters. However, we are forced to admit, there exists today a sociology of thug-life and culture that accepts behavior historically defined as lacking virtue or morality.

It would be profoundly interesting, before they get too far in retreat, to put Tatyana Rhodes and her mother LaShana Burks back in front of a camera and ask them to explain to a national audience what the verbiage of their promotional events reference.
