After Congressman Duncan Hunter went on Fox News and delivered this initial story the mainstream legacy news and the Obama administration went into a full court press to refute him.  The denials by DHS are absolute lies and we’ll outline the proof in that regard.  First, to Rep. We find the media’s approach a little odd especially because it was not long ago the FBI stopped a terrorist plot to kill the Saudi Ambassador to the U.S.  The essential elements of the plot originated in Mexico:

 “In connection with his guilty plea, [Manssor Arbabsiar, an Iranian-born naturalized American citizen] admitted that, from the spring of 2011 to the fall of 2011, he conspired with officials in the Iranian military who were based in Iran to cause the assassination of the Saudi Arabian ambassador while the ambassador was in the United States. Arbabsiar acknowledged that at the direction of these co-conspirators, he traveled to Mexico on several occasions during 2011 in order to arrange the assassination of the ambassador”.  (link)

Along with other known terrorist border crossings, the current story told by Duncan does not come as a surprise – (Judicial Watch) Islamic terrorists have entered the United States through the Mexican border and Homeland Security sources tell Judicial Watch that four have been apprehended in the last 36 hours by federal authorities and the Texas Department of Public Safety in McAllen and Pharr. What the heck are Syrian Kurds if not “Syrian forces on the ground who can fight ISIS” ?
This makes absolutely no sense.
By their own statements – The White House is willing to watch 10,000 Syrian Kurds die fighting ISIS in Kobane as the Pentagon works to train 5,000 Syrians to hopefully fight in April 2015.
Can the broad electorate see that Obama’s actual objective is to allow ISIS to win Syria?

From the same department who gave us the mysterious “Richard Windsor”, a ficticious name and email account -belonging to EPA Head Gina McCarthy’s predecessor Lisa Jackson- used to hide communication….

Justice Department lawyers told a federal court on Tuesday that the alert will be coming soon, in a case that’s shaping up as a significant battle over whether government agencies are required to keep cellphone text messages as “official” records.
In this case, researcher Chris Horner and the Competitive Enterprise Institute are trying to get a peek at Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Gina McCarthy’s text messages, believing that she switched from emails to texting in order to talk about the agency’s controversial plans to crack down on coal power plants. Apparently Turkey’s Prime Minister Recep Erdogan is quite open about his support of ISIS now. Anyone trying to cross the Syrian border to assist the sieged city of Kobane (Kobani) will be shot. Anyone who rises in objection to Turkey watching the slaughter in Kobane will also be shot. So far Erdogan has killed 21 Turkish Kurds who have advocated against ISIS in support of Kobane.

Failing to support an Islamic State, a caliphate, will not be tolerated. Erdogan’s position is anyone who does not support ISIS is essentially anti-democracy – and he’ll kill you to prove it.

TURKEY – Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu has defended his government on its policies on Syria, as the death toll in the worst street unrest in Turkey’s recent past hit 21.
[…] He also declared calls to hold rallies in support of Kobane to be “against democracy.”

Professional activists and race-based agitators announce plans to incite Ferguson community if they do not get an indictment of Police Officer Darren Wilson.

… Asked during a question-and-answer session how far they were willing to go for their cause, Poe said: “Don’t come to Ferguson if you aren’t ready to die. Stay at home, as it could happen.” Yates said: “I can say this with 100% certainty: all three of us have had moments in the street where we realised we could die right there.”…

(Via The Guardian) Organisers of demonstrations in Ferguson, Missouri, promised to intensify their protests over the killing of Michael Brown if the officer who shot him does not face criminal charges, warning police that they are prepared to die on the streets for their cause.

Three prominent members of the protest movement that sprung up after the deadly police shooting of Brown, an unarmed 18-year-old, told a rally in New York on Tuesday night that there would be a fierce backlash if a grand jury declined to indict officer Darren Wilson.
“If they can’t serve justice in this, the people have every right to go out and express their rage in a manner that is equal to what we have suffered,” said Ashley Yates, a co-founder of Millennial Activists United, who was arrested last week while protesting in Ferguson. (more…)

Less than a week ago Ferguson activists were giddy proclaiming the news of 3,287 voter registrations.
However, apparently they were more than a little wrong in the math. D’oh:

Less than a week ago, Days’ office reported that 3,287 brand new voters registered in Ferguson after the shooting death of Michael Brown on August 9. The figures seemed to show an energized voter base and the promise of political change in Ferguson — the current mayor James Knowles was elected with only 1,324 votes back in April.

But according to her latest release, Days’ office is now putting that figure much, much lower — it seems only 128 new voters have registered in Ferguson. (link)

This report comes as Missouri officials are now confirming plans to deal with anticipated widespread violence and riots without a Grand Jury indictment. (more…)

As expected the Syrian Kurdish controlled city of Kobane (Kobani) -located near the border with Turkey- is about to fall into the hands of Sunni ISIS extremists, and Recep Erdogan is doing everything he can to insure it happens.

[…]  Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said the coalition air campaign launched last month would not be enough to halt the Islamic State advance and called for greater cooperation with the Syrian opposition, which is fighting both the Islamic State and forces loyal to Syrian President Bashar Assad.

“Kobani is about to fall,” he told Syrian refugees in the Turkish town of Gaziantep, near the border.

“We asked for three things: one, for a no-fly zone to be created; two, for a secure zone parallel to the region to be declared; and for the moderate opposition in Syria and Iraq to be trained and equipped.”

Turkish tanks and other ground forces have been stationed along the border within a few hundred meters of the fighting in Kobani — also known as Ayn Arab — but have not intervened.  (link)

For two weeks we have watched Erdogan do everything he can to facilitate the falling of Kobane into the hands of his Sunni compatriots, ISIS.   Erdogan’s request for a “no-fly” zone insures that Kobane, once lost, will remain a safe haven for the ISIS extremists. (more…)

You just can’t make this stuff up. A liberal activist judge -forced to follow the law and legal precedent- tells the DOJ they must turn over Fast and Furious documents. The DOJ refuse. The federal judge then gives the DOJ a deadline for producing the documents. The DOJ ignore the deadline, and again refuse. The judge is now in a position of having her own court order defied by the entity under her jurisdiction… so she punts, or, well, ‘kicks-the-can’ down past the election.
WASHINGTON DC – A federal judge has declined a House committee’s bid to have Attorney General Eric Holder held in contempt of court — and perhaps even jailed — for failing to turn over documents related to the Justice Department’ s response to Operation Fast and Furious.
However, in a ruling Monday, U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson also denied Holder’s request for an indefinite stay of her prior order that the attorney general must turn over any “non-privileged” documents the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee subpoenaed as part of an investigation into the botched gunrunning investigation. The judge previously ruled that Holder must give the panel any documents that are not both predecisional and deliberative in nature. (more…)

(Via WFB) U.S. Senate candidate Alison Lundergan Grimes is lying about her support for the state’s coal industry according to Kentucky Democrats, including members of her campaign team, who were captured on a hidden camera video.
The video, produced by conservative filmmaker James O’Keefe, shows five employees of the Grimes campaign and local Democratic Party affiliates speculating that the Democratic challenger to Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R., Ky.) is only professing her support for the industry out of political expediency.
“If we can get her elected do you think she is going to do the right thing and she’s gonna try to wipe out that coal industry and go for better resources?” asks an undercover videographer in one segment of the video.
“I absolutely think she is,” responds Fayette County Democratic Party operative Gina Bess.
